My fav spot for 3.5 years I go there to buy fish and now take my kids to see them! Bought a jeuwl fish tank and fish! Healthy best fishes sold there. I drive from Abu Dhabi to dubai if I needed any fish or fish items. Now would like a customized waterfall fish tank and they make everything happen in 1 week time! And budget friendly as well! One of a kind (they also have plants for the fish) aside from salt water and fresh water fish!

The staff are extremely helpful especially for first time aquarium enthusiasts. They explain how to treat the water, how to feed the fish, etc. Got my beautiful aquarium from them.

Nice shop and very helpful staff. Nice selection of corals. They were a bit low on fish and none were priced but that was all in hand. Good selection of dried goods. There was a lot of BiOrb gear, eheim, red sea. There was an amazing coral insert that they were working on, getting ready for a customers tank. By far the best fish shop that I visited while in Dubai. Next time I am in the country I will pop back for another look.

The store is looking run down and in need of attention. When I visited, there were no staff members on the shop floor. When someone came down from upstairs, they asked me to wait 30mins to test my water. The process takes 2-3mins. Very disappointed in the customer service and store in general.

I always try to support local and independent shops though I just can't support this place. Only about 10% of fish have marked prices, you have to ask the staff member for each price of fish with the price usually changing. The cost of the fish is anywhere between 2x - 5x more expensive than petworld which is about 100m away. Cardinal Tetra here was around 35 AED each when i asked, at petworld they are 15 AED each. I dont mind paying a little bit extra to a smaller store but this is way too expensive.

I have been to this place, there were no much stock of fish available. The store guy didn't even bother what I need and he was just doing something else. I waited for 15min thinking he will assist and eventually I left the store without buying anything.

I never written a review before, this experience with Think Fish Aquarium made me to do. I purchased three fresh water fishes which cost more than 100 AED. It was a gift for my wife's birthday. One of the fishes didn't last for four days, i ended up calling the shop for justification. They said, Think Fish never sell any sick fish. If it is true then why just one fish gone out of three. All three were in same fish tank and oxygen motor was provided. One fish found dead within 04 days after purchasing from Think Fish Aquarium. It really disappoints even when you pay the price knowing it's higher while compared to other Fish Aquarium Shops by expecting a good quality/healthy fish. But it is not like that. And they were not ready to replace/spare me just one fish. They don't care about the customer's satisfaction/feeling. If you're charging high it's fine but try to sell good fish. Don't sell 04 days fish.

Fish, corals and plants in a sorry state. Signs of neglect and bad water conditions everywhere. Three staff not even a hello came out of their mouth. The setup is there for it to be incredible but its tired and run down.

Good place with good varieties of fresh and salt water fish. However, prices are a bit high and most importantly staff are not friendly! Went there a couple of times, they are so quiet, cold, look at you with a poker face and dont respond to you sometimes. As if they are saying just take your things and leave!

The best aquarium shop in the UAE. I was their customer for as long as I was in Dubai. Always got healthy fish stock at a very reasonable price. Also all kinds of accessories were available. Higly Recommended

You will find nicely arranged aquariums there with good quality fish and products. The staff is very humble and helpful but I feel there is a need for more training. I went there to get some medicine for my fish suffering from HITH disease but got no information. I had seen a video where paragaurd was used to heal so I brought it. So I would recommend having some knowledgeable staff who can help with medicines as well.

Great place and great staff. I think it’s the largest aquarium shop that sells corals and marine fish by size in Dubai. The owner as well who I got to meet and have a conversation with is super knowledgeable and friendly and did help me a lot with my coral selection.

Nothing extraordinary in this "hidden" place. Not even enough live stock and product variety to tolerate the condscending sales guy I had to deal with in my last visit. If you're serious about this hobby, research well about it before visiting the store and do not rely on the store guy's expertise. Mostly Dubai pet store staff are employees, rarely genuinely passionate aquarists. Found a much better (and cheaper) pet store in the same community with helpful staff.

It was very bad experience as I entered in the shop no body came to help us or ask me what I want .second thing is there was a guy I hope he is a India guy sitting who just saw and the way he speak and approach us when we ask him is felt like he is doing a favour for me and then there was a coral test lense kept at desk of the cash counter it was not sealed and then when I pickup it fall then the guy reacted as if i did it knowingly .He is having such a bad attitude and worst nature he don't know how to deal with customers and how to help .I just asked him what is the price to make aquascaping and his reply was in one reply 4500aed thats it not even explains what are used and how and etc etc nothing he did not bother .And when I asked him is there some one I tried calling no body response he said may be they are busy somewhere or doing something and just ignored me . So I would not reccomend anyone to think fish here after .Not even my aquascape friends or my any colleguest where I work or where ever I deal with whomever that's sure .

I have visited few times in Thinkfish. I feel that the people there are very knowledagbale about their products and even provide best tips in taking care of aquarium. Mei has been very helpful and friendly has been very active in inquiries as well. They have a lot of choices of plants, fishes and aquarium accessories. This place is highly recommended for people who loves aquarium hobby in Dubai.

Pathetic place,waited for 30 minutes and nobody attended. When we asked one lady she was so rude to answer. We came back dissapointed without buying anything. My kid was extremely disappointed with them.

Drove from Abu Dhabi, the 3 staff while helpful informed me that none of the corals with the exception of 1 small corner of their stock was for sale.. reason.. new stock we will have prices tomorrow.. nothing in the store has prices visible. Come back tomorrow was all.they said. Very disappointed. Their suggestion is: you should ring ahead and ask if were selling coral. Very disappointed, I wont be wasting my time driving here again. I recieved a reply from the owner. The shop has its processes, cant disagree with that. The shop also has a Facebook page. Perhaps the store can make better use of that media and share with us stock, prices, when they are for sale. A friend of mine gets a pdf with stock list and prices. The store also has a web page which can maybe have links to the same information.
