Very bad experience seen the sales man having a shouting match with customers & screaming abuses at them when the customer was asking why he was given poor quality Fish which died in couple of days. He had the audacity to tell them to get out of the shop and he does not need such customers....arrogant and rude and I and my wife was shocked with this display of behavior. We left without buying just seeing this appalling attitude. If he is the owner he is doing a good job on closing his business.

First of all the service in the shop is pathetic, had to wait for 1 hour to get 2 gold fish!! Secondly, Sudan the proprietor has no manners and no decency to talk to people, forget about his sales skills. He has no knowledge and no expertise about which fish can be kept together and not! He suggested me to add a breed of fish along with my goldfish and in two days both my gold fish died. He has exorbitant prices as compared to shops in other parts of Dubai. Above all he is a useless sales person who only knows how to con people! I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIS SHOP TO ANYBODY, PLS FIND ALTERNATIVES!

The sales person is rude & arrogant & will treat you like he is doing you a favour by being in the shop & serving you. He has no knowledge & fish & be prepared for getting screamed at by him & also he will insult by using foul language. I think he is intentionally sabotaging the business to take revenge on the owner. He will disrespect you to the core & tell you to get out of the shop if you ask him some questions on the fish or his products. Stay away from this shop.

Very poor! The sales guy is very ignorant andtold me “I know better than google” 🙄! I went by his suggestion and my fish died the very next day I got it home. His little knowledge was too dangerous and I lost my money n fish. Never recommend this to anyone!

The shop keeper is very rude & no manners at all. He is very arrogant & selling sick animals for a very high price. When you ask him any question he will rudely ask you to get out of the shop. This shop will close down soon just because of the arrogant behavior of this shop keeper. Stay away from this shop if you dont wan a unpleasant experience.

I have the worst experience ever. I bought 6 fishes from them put them is my existing fish tank with the other fishes and and they infected the whole fisk tank and alll of them died in 2-3 days. The fishes which had were with me for 1.5 years. I dont recommend anyone to buy any fishes from them

Place is closed almost all the time Sales person is arrogant, with less or no knowledge about fish.

Avoide this shop if you have self respect. The guy who sells is arrogant and does not know how to deal with the customers. You can read multiple reviews here and everyone says so. Morover the fisah which he has here are not healthy they dies quickly.

I been handled most arrogantly by the owner. He sometimes embarrass others. Helper is very good, but the owner shows his hard face to all, which is not good for him and his business. Its better to deal with someone even its expensive.

The sales person in this shop is super rude he doesn't allow you to see fishes properly. I went to buy some guppies and mollies from there which are over priced compare to other shop in dubai. Somehow we agreed on price as they were same price when i ask the sales person i want to mix he shakes his head and said no you can't mix. Clearly he doesn't want to sell I will not recommend this shop to anyone.

They don't know anything about fish..

What ever say the owner or sales guys dont believe, they will sell all waste stuff , even am also fooled by bought two fishes and fish food , because his fish food all most died condition one of my fish . Try some other aquarium shops , he will put God promise and he having good experience in cheating customers . Dont believe single word of the sales guys .

worst aquarium shop in al qusais.They are overpriced and the sales person at there is a big failure for the shop. Also not much collection of fishes. Better to look for other shops

I have seen most of previous reviews. But i think sales person has changed. With me he was very nice explained many things that I didn’t knew. They have good fish collection. I hope the bad reviews people must visit and see if any changes. From my side sale person is good.

Friendly staff. The aquariums could be a bit cleaner. First time I went there, there were lots of dead fish floating away in different fish tanks. Second time was "better" but there's still lots of room for improvement. They Should change the timing on Google. It says, they open at 8am and closes at 11pm. It's the third time I come during the day (3pm) and the shop is closed.

This shop was closed for few months ,but has re opened after renovation. Very nice shop for Aquarium and ornamental fish enthusiast. You will get all those related products here at better price. The owner is a nice gentleman with good experience.

A good place to buy basic fish and it's accessories. Not lot of fish varieties. Good shop keeper, and good knowledge.
