Although the place is quiet and natural but the services are so poor, room's furniture is not clean, very old, breakfast is not up to expectation and way of serving is bad like if you are in a hospital or under isolation. Definitely I will not repeat this experience.

Nice place to relax, with a great sea view, especially in the sunrise. Staffs are kind and friendly. Swimming pools are good but bit cold. We had a great vacation thank you palma beach, we're sure to comeback again.

I visited this place with my family for a weekend stay. Though I have taken 2 pool view rooms, they have given (upgraded) me to 2 sea view rooms in one building (Ground and first floor) considering our family members stay together. Thanks for that. The view was excellent. we went for Kayaking (it was damn cheap Dhs 20 / per person for 1 hr! We really liked it. We also tried Bowling/Billiards etc with reasonable price. As I have done web booking I got 30% discount in all the activities and SPA facilities. We have opted for breakfast and for 3 course dinner meal. The breakfast was great with verity of items. The dinner was amazing , the quantity and quality of the dishes provided was more than enough. I recommend this place for your weekend stay..

We had dinner at the restaurant. The setup is really very nice. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. Overlooking the creek with lots of enjoyable scenery. However, the service was a bit of a problem because of the severe staff shortage. They literally had one manager and one waitress trying to serve a restaurant full of people. It just doesn't work that way. The place has very nice potential. But, they need to staff up, quickly.

Palma Beach Resort is A perfect getaway for some family time. It's built in an Egyptian theme. This place has a barbecue area just outside your sea facing rooms. ✨Private rooms with sea view from where you can watch sunrise. ✨Chalets with parking and all other facilities. ✨Restaurant, bowling center, spa, sea side dining. ✨Rooms were nice and spacious with super huge comfortable beds. Definitely a must visit specially until the weather is great. We absolutely enjoyed our time here and highly recommend it for a perfect getaway.

It was very experience for me there, no hospitality and no professionalism. If we call no one will answer. Pool not clean. Pool is just OK.See view rooms not good,No buffet, break fast only room delivery,it was not worthy.just one extra bottle water charging 10 aed. I never recommend to anyone for this resort.

Many good renewvation happen and i noted in the last visit. The rooms are much butter and clean. Staff are friendly. Good swimming pools . The place recommended for families and kids time . Good to do your own BBQ also

Great place to escape from the busy &noisy city . Sea side , with sun beds on the shoreline , kids pool and two other nice pools, the food is decent , staff very friendly and professional. Barbecue area available, some water sports and bowling center, spa and gym can make this place a nice venue for a family holiday. It’s quiet and private , can use a bit of refurbishment here and there but overall a good value

Worth traveling even from other emirates. Palma greets you with an ample parking space, calm and quiet atmosphere, 4 lanes for bowling, separate playing area for billiards and table tennis, kids go well in their gaming area. Refresh yourselves with their own menu for appetizers and food. Last but not the least, their hospitality especially which we received from Mr. Ahmed was truly appreciative. He treated our team so well.

Beautiful property on the beach, exactly on the beach, Palma Beach Resort has villa properties. We...three three families went together for a long weekend we took a villa which had 4 bedrooms it was quite spacious and huge with barbecue area exactly outside the villa facing the sea. They have bowling arcade with pool table and lot of other games like table tennis etc. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast spread, lot of scope to improve.

What a lovely resort, big pools, communal Barbecue area. The bowling club has billiards and pool tables, PlayStation 5 consoles @30AED per hour Next time I will take some fishing gear as you can cast from the jetty. Beautiful Sunrise

The staff are friendly and accomodating, Specially Ms. Ricel, the sea side area was beautiful in the evening and the morning. If you want to relax Palma Beach Resort is the best place, it very quite, ambience, the room is very clean and well arrange specially the decoration of the room I love it, very spacious. Definitely, Ill be coming back. And one more thing, The food is so delicious with very reasonable price. Amazing night🥳🥳🥳🥳

A lovely place to be at. They have great Villas and Chalets for BBQ and the service and ambiance is amazing! I've been here many times but the best part is taking the Chalet that's built over the water..... Wow!

Nice resort with many options. At the time of my visit, there was some construction going on, so it was very noisy at the large pool. But it's a nice resort for kids too. Very friendly staff 👍🏻😊

Me and my wife spent our lovely day in Palma beach resort, they have amazing 😻 swimming pool. View and atmosphere was perfect, they have a lot of activities which we can enjoy during our stay ( Bowling, Billiards ) We had our dinner in Palma Saray Cafe, food was so tummy 😍😋 apart of that they have amazing shisha. Had an amazing Experience, Small gestures makes a huge difference. Mr. Mahmoud done more than an exceptional service for us, from arranging the Dinner, with Amazing Arrangement over the floating deck. Food was amazing as well, huge portions. In short, one of the best stays.

A good place to spend your weekends with family, friends and colleagues, they have everything from pool, pool games, and bowling to boating also. Check-out is at noon. So plan accordingly. Morning breakfast is complimentary. Rooms are also well maintained, with a lot of goodies, and they provide everything from soap, an iron box, a hair dryer, Quran, a praying mat, a safety locker, etc.

Stayed for 2 days. Far from city. Quiet place, relaxing time. Really nice place, there is a long swimming pool, basketball and volleyball court. Bedroom and hall are big. Great place to visit with friends, family. I went with my friend, had really fun!! Recommended

Our stay at Palma Beach Resort and Spa was absolutely amazing. From sea views to pools and beautiful ,neat and clean room accommodation was perfect! Staff too are very accommodating and polite. It's the best Villa they got. Newly renovated and with private pool and jacuzzi. Huge spaces too! We will definitely go back!

Rooms are spacious but furniture is old. Balcony is big with sitting area. Sea facing rooms are great. Small pool for kids and large one also. Good cafe with food and sheesha as well.

We stayed at Palma last weekend and it was amazing! their newly renovated rooms are so spacious with the best sea view and fast, great room service. They gave us a free upgrade and had us looking forward to our next visit.

Recently we had great experience there. The architecture and vibe of this place is really amazing. They had live barbeque area there so u can carry your own stuff of barbeque things and enjoy. Additional point goes to pool facility which includes baby pool,kids pool with small rides, adult pool. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms were also good and the sea view from room was just amazing. U can surely give it a try .

Visited the place twice and got 2 totally different experiences. Back in January 2023 everything was really good, which led me to go back recently in April. And I can say that definitely it was last time I went there. Everything has changed dramatically. As I discovered later, they have some rooms renovated and some are not. And not renovated rooms are really old with specific scent. However the rates for the rooms are same, regardless it's renovated or not. In January had a room service for the breakfast and in April is a buffet already. Beach area badly organized. A lot of maintenance materials just piled at the beach front. Strong smell of paint and garbage. And as a cherry on the top - at 11pm truck with gas cylinders came to load/unload its items with all the noises that relevant to this kind of work. In general- one of the worst experiences

Pretty nice Egyptian vibe resort to go for a staycation. Family and friends friendly. Car parking is available at the rooms which is a good one. Barbecue area isn't good because they aren't near the room and the area stinks as well. Would prefer not to make BBQ here. Overall a good one for the price

Over all Peaceful and nice place, there was a confusion with the room when we checked in as we got a totally different room than the one we paid for(sea view), but they changed it later and offered us complimentary breakfast as well and it was a sweet gesture. The staff was great, always welcoming and smiling. Thanks to Mr Muhammad Faheem and team the stay went well.

This is my new fave place to celebrate any special occasion for kids, I love how easy for my kids to access the pool while am hanging out in my room, as they're just in the front of the pool view room. I also feel safe with their life guard because he immediately spotted a drowning boy and adult, during our stay. House keeping and room service are friendly and accommodating. Their manager is one of the best, he is very hands on and make sure that issues were resolve by himself. My daughter left her project after we checked out and the manager ensured it was found and went to checked himself. Such a great experienced. We will be back soon🥰

Room is not very organized, AC is in the living room is hot. AC in the sleeping room is full of dust, we woke up unable to breath because of the dust. Pool is ok but it can be colder. Not much things to do unfortunately

I have been trying to reach the resort for a reservation but for some reason they pick up the call and just hang up the line without answering I don't understand how they are so careless! I can now expect the level of service I will be getting if I went there

Location, architecture and facilities were good. Rooms are big, with big bathrooms and all necessary amenities. Nice and big pools-however, children's pool was not temperatures controlled and water was really cold. Big gaming arena with bowling, snooker and video game arcade, reasonably priced. Seesha bar on the floating restaurant was a good experience in the night. Complimentary breakfast had a good speed of bread, pastries and Indian/Arabic items. Staff are courteous. One major thing missing is a bar serving alcoholic beverages. Overall, good for a family weekend stay

Amiable resort, well maintained and houses many facilities. The Chalets by the beach side are well done up and the pool side villas are spacious and neat. The place is inspired by Egyptian designs and is wonderful to spend a staycation. Palma has a good games arcade that has bowling 🎳 and snooker 🎱. Guests can opt for Spa services as well. The restaurant serves above average food and there is a separate Shisha lounge too.

Nice place with good shisha and food The problem i faced with late service I order dinner at 8:00 o'clock and I have it at 10:00 o'clock Two hours to service my table too much Another problem with shisha they didn't have enough shisha so if your chance not good you must wait till any other customer finish his shisha to bring it to you and that was strange for me When you finish you can go to play bowling 🎳 , billiard , PlayStation , snooker and ping-pong . You will spend nice time there 😜

We had been to the bowling centre of Palma beach resort. The area was neatly kept with good amenities. They have bowling arena, PlayStation arena, billiards and pools arena and arcade games arena. A fun place that fits into the budget.

The worst place to be in .After an hour of the spar, someone shows up at our table telling they are busy and they can't make sheesha for us. The worst experience is we asked then to change coal the guy goes like smoke the same can't change the coal .This will never happen in Dubai .Dont be so nice at least respect for the money we are paying .

Been a while since my visit to this place..It felt good to be back in a long time but I strongly feel the place needs an upgrade in the rooms considering they are almost a few years old.Overall affordable prices and awesome pool activities. Nearby places is the Mall of UAQ, and the zoo.

Funny at the reception helped us a lot for our last minute booking. The villa has a huge living room perfect for big families. We can bbq. Ac works fine. Kitchen does not have gas but it has been specified during the booking

Too much noise from partying people during the night ( till late at 4 AM)+ many rooms are having a low quality furniture except few that are refurbished. If you hope to rest during the night forget about it. On the positive note the staff is very helpful and food is decent also.

My friends and I had an amazing time over at Palma, celebrating an important occasion that turn out better than we had anticipated😍. The Hotel is just perfect for a retreat with lots of activities, bowling 🎳, pool tables 🎱, water sports 🚣..you name it. Rooms were nice and spacious with super huge comfortable beds. Hospitality too, was at its best as Mahmoud and everyone else were genuinely accommodating and made sure that we had the best time ever. A massive thank you for making our visit one to remember🤩! We visited the place only for Kayak by sunrise The resort has a place called creek adventure and they give you breakfast in the kayak at the sunrise time. It was my first experience kayaking in the mangrove and stunning sunrise. They provide the breakfast in a cute basket. We haven't chance to stay in the resort but it seems it was under renovation since the available rooms looked a bit old . The resort staffs were nice and helpful.
