Good place to camp, also day visit and well maintained. Not necessary you need a 4x4. Sufficient free parking space. Toilets are clean. There's a cafe but during peak time service can be delayed. Pets allowed but with personal attention. Tides can alter water levels.

This place is hidden gem of UAQ🫢❀️🫢❀️Overnight camping and barbecuing can be a delightful outdoor experience. Camping allows you to immerse yourself in nature, disconnect from the hustle of daily life, and appreciate the tranquility of the surroundings. Meanwhile, a barbecue adds a social and culinary aspect, offering a chance to gather around a fire, cook delicious food, and bond with friends or family. Overall, combining overnight camping with a barbecue creates a memorable and enjoyable outdoor adventure. Highly recommended Please note This place has entry fees 40AED PER car 🚘

Very calm, perfect getaway spot and camping area. If you want to get here you need to head straight to the round about, turn right and reach the end of the road. You should see signs for The Mangrove Beach on an off road. Salon cars can go too 😊oh ya 20Dhs entrance fee

Love the cafe. Perfect for a calm kayak evening with friends. Cost is 75dhs. The cafe is expensive. You can shower there after kayaking. Collect the bill to avoid paying beach entry fee of 20dh. Go to watch the sunset. Crystal clear water, beautiful birds, new chalet's coming up.

Fully enjoyable & open camping area to stay a night with campfires. There is a nearby mangrove for the people who likes boat tours & restaurant with lots of foods, beverages. Really appreciate the customer service of the Sri Lankan staff in gate & Hotel. You have to pay for vehicle parking as same as for the number of camping tents.

The mangrove beach is a hidden gem! It's a serene oasis where nature truly shines. The winding boardwalk through the mangroves is a magical experience, with the rustling leaves and tranquil water creating a peaceful atmosphere. Birdwatchers will be delighted by the variety of avian species here. The beach itself is pristine, with soft sands and crystal-clear waters. It's the perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature. Don't forget your camera – the sunset views are breathtaking! 20 aed per car

The Mangrove Beach in Umm Al Quwain has changed a lot in just 6 months. The last time I visited was back in May 2021. There was no road as such and we had to go through a sandy terrain. (But ok enough for small cars too) and there was nothing much to do other than kayaking. Now they have paved a way, not smooth enough but not bad either. There is an entry fee of AED20 per car but if you are visiting the cafe you just have to show the bill. There is kayaking available, a new cafe called Mikoko has opened up. It is better to make reservations before visiting as the place is mostly full.

Great place to explore the beach, the food option is limited with only 2 cafes . Great place to hangout with family and friends. Entry cost for per car is 20aed for the beach access and 100 aed charges for overnight camping. Do try the Burger at the cafe.

Entrance is 20 Dirhams and it is not worth 1 Dirhams I guess all reviews are either fake or they don't have any standards The place smells like swear and no place to enjoy One of the worst experience Go to public beach instead, it's clean and free

The place is just around an hour and a half from Dubai. It's so relaxing and peaceful! We did our kayaking here but there are other water activities that you can do. Just approach the people in the reception for more queries and they would be happy to assist. Thankful to Saida and Abby. Thank you for your kind assistance during our stay, ladies! God bless you all. Cheers to more wonderful moments with nature like this πŸ₯‚

A Must visit place. About 2 KM off-road drive: Very pleasant atmosphere. Crowded , though enough area to move around. Entry is 20dhs. Wide area for car park and camping. Pets are allowed. Kayaking also offered here. Better place to spend time with family and friends

I will say that beach is not bad. But there is lot of mud in that area. Family and friends can enjoy their camp πŸ• . In between greenery made me happy 😊

Mangrove Padel UAQ is a truly enchanting destination for couples seeking a romantic getaway. With a range of activities, including the option for family camping, boating services, and a cozy coffee shop, this place offers a perfect blend of serenity and romance. The picturesque waterside views and peaceful ambiance create an ideal setting for a romantic day out. Moreover, they have a unique offer – your entry fee is refunded if you spend the same amount or more at the coffee shop. Without a doubt, Mangrove Padel UAQ is a romantic haven, especially during the lovely winter months when it’s at its most enchanting.

Good place to go for a short trip.. Entry price is 20Dhs and was not crowded when we visited on friday. 4 kilomter need to drive offroad but normal car can use no need for four wheel drive Not suggesting for swimming.. Not enough water to swim for adults but kids can enjoy certainly.. Try kayakking also but not a big area like Hatta Dam for kayaking.. Can do Barbeque at designated Area outside the beach.. there is no timing and can enjoy late night also..

When you want to do overnight here, I would advise you to bring a large tent. For the whole gang. It cost 100aed. If you just want to stay for a few hours, bring a big umbrella because huts are limited only. The only thing allowed here is camping, bbq (bring your own bbq requirements), no store is nearby so better bring what is needed. Pets are free to run around and surely will enjoy it there.

Our main goal was to visit the Cafe Mikoko during the holiday however as expected it was jam packed. Good thing their mangrove camping and beach area kept us entertain. It is such a nice place for glaming though you need to bring your own tent and set it up by yourself. The serenity serves me right. 🫢

Great place to visit. Road isn't as bad as some people say, cost 40 aed per car to get in, unless you go to the cafe and spend atleast 150 aed. Easy enough to do if you go For lunch. Food was actually great at Casa Mikado ( see my other review) very chilled vibe with amazing resort looks and not too expensive. On the beach they have kayaks and big water trikes but when I went the tide was too low. If you want to chill and sunbath and enjoy the views it's great πŸ‘

This is one of the must-visit places in Umm Al Quwain. We went during Eid Al Adha so the restaurant, Mikoko Restaurant is kinda full but they have available seats too outside. The shawarma pizza was so tasty and we love their pasta alfredo. The restaurant is the way to go inside the walkway.. They have one of the best spot of sunset. I think the best time to visit here is winter.

I would definitely recommend you this place to have a visit, this place is so amazing makes you feel like you’re in Tanzania or something the whole aesthetic of this place is very traditional and this particular restaurant is called as mikoko While the entrance to the mangrove will cost you 40 AED at the entrance if you didn’t spend 100 AED at the restaurant It’s better you spend that money on some food and your exit is free once you show them the restaurant bill They have a very limited food selection here tho! But the place is very lovely

This is a good place to spend the weekend. The place is well maintained and has a rustic feel. Resembling an old village by the seaside with a lot of mangroves. There is a restaurant and a cafe there. There are a lot of activities available like volleyball, padel board, kayaking, etc. it is a good place to spend time with family. The entrance charges for a car is Aed 20 and overnight camping charges are Aed 100 for 5 days.

Good place with nice beach. But facilities are not good. If you want to do kayak there is no proper platform to board kayak. You have to walk in to muddy area and board the kayak. The restaurant is not allowing to go inside without placing an order at the gate. Lack of sitting area. If they are charging 20dhs at least give some facilities and amenities.

Explorable. Kind of small place, but a nice beach area to spend your evening. They charges 20Dhs per car just to enter in to the beach premises and activities we have to pay seperate. I felt bit strange, the fee is less but in this country were many places like Expo Lake, Love Lake and many other beautiful places are there for free and only for certain activities we have to pay. Even 100dhs they are charging for camping.

Beautiful location. Good for a family outing with friends. You don't necessarily have to come in a 4x4. Plenty of parking space available. The entry price is AED 20. But if you spend AED 60 or more at the venue, the entry is free. #The Restaurant# Ordering food in the restaurant is supet easy. You just have to scan the QR code, select what you want, pay for it & the food will be on your table in no time. Staff is very friedly.
