I don't recomend to deal or buy any property from them.they have to handover mine 2 years ago and still till now not ready.they never call or even contact me to keep me update. I bought an apartment based on other ready building but i found out was different layout .

Does anyone know about anyone who got their money back from these guys? They have lost all the cases against them anyways. But what about payouts?

Very bad maintenance service (we can say no service at all), highest bills of electricity, water and sewerage i saw in UAE (unbelievable high bills!). Usually meters are not working and managing company charge some average amounts, whatever they wish! and you have to pay! The issue is managing company, from A to Z. They dishonor a country in which human happiness is priority of government!

Bunch of thieves, I bought unit and paid the deposit however no response made and always bring excuses unit is not ready yet , do not deal with them

This is the worst building i ever stayed. The rent is very cheap but they charge high in electricity,sewerage and water. Till now fewa have not come and it is running in generator. There will be electricity cut everyday and the service for maintenance is very bad. Plz dont fall for this cheap rent.

Dont fall for the cheap rent at their building (Gold crest Dream Tower A) as their electricity bills alone could cost you an arm and they keep increasing the unit price with out informing the tenants. ( no FEWA connection yet).

Bad Bad Bad Bad do not deal with this company

Nothing good about them. Very dirty building . Always increasing the electricity rates without informing. Security is useless. No response no matter how many times you send to them or call them. Worst building management ever.
