The service is very convenient as they have everything you need after a long flight. Niño and Pauline are very much accommodating and knowledgeable in what they do. They asked me the right questions which helped me decide the hours to stay in (to avoid jet lag). The place is close to D6 on Terminal 1 DXB airport. Highly recommended!

It’s a really good option as compared to the hotels at the airport. A bit expensive for sure. The staff is very welcoming and accommodative unlike the staff from lounges at dubai airport. Showers, dental kit etc everything comes with an additional cost. If you’re a light sleeper like me, it might be a bit difficult to sleep as the pods aren’t sound proof but overall a good option

Good stay for extended overnight layover. Room is very small and cannot fit large luggage (carry on luggage fits under the bed). Note that showers are an extra charge.

Small bed with small room only for sleeping purposes at Dubai Airport terminal 1

I liked it. Of course, every room-bed is so small, but its size is enough to sleep in a ventilated and quiet space, with warm blanket and two pillows. If you takes more than 4 hours, they provide you a good discount and a shower as a bonus. So finally it's twice cheaper than the Dubai International Airport Hotel.

Stopped here today for the first time. the room is quite cramped and cold. The air conditioner was off but it still blew very cold and so the temperature in the room is 18-20'. I planned to sleep 4 hours before the plane but in the end I did not succeed. So there is a shower, but a shower without hot water is not a shower. They provide costomers with a regular disposable towel like toilet paper to wash in the shower and for the face.

Great for privacy during a long layover, especially I wish they were available in every airport. Made the wait a pleasure , great place to relax while you wait and get some needed sleep.

I had 13 hour layover in Dubai and I can say I was able to rest for 7 hours straight in this transit hotel inside the airport. The staff were accommodating. One drawback is the rest room, it’s not located inside. It’s shared with the airport passengers around the area. But overall, I was relaxed and well rested during the long layover.👍🏼

Process is very easy if the passenger follow Airlines Boarding Card markings. After security checking get left turn and follow the SIGN 'D' and wait for a Train. Passengers will automatically be in the Boarding Gate without any hassle.

A true Godsend. Needed to take a shower before going for Umrah, which I literally didn't have time for at Atlantis cuz of the packing and being late!! Reasonably priced, most importantly it was clean, just large enough for one person of course but still cozy. Gave towel complintary with soap. Rest i used my own. You can buy everything else from them. There is beds to sleep as well, i caught a glimpse of the rooms and they seemed so yummy to sleep for quick nap before moving on to the leg of journey. Highly recommend if you need to rest privately without lights in your eyes. They will wake you up!

The reception didn’t Accept as , as we we were using lounge Key membership. Then he said that the lounge is full , then he said that reservations needs to be done.. and how can we do check in when it's a walking service That was totally un-acceptable and worst customer service

Needed a shower before a long flight. $20 money well spent. Shower was hot and clean enough but could use a good bleach. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Arrived from Frankfurt around 1:30 AM and I had to spend the night there waiting for my FlyDubai to Baku. Rolando and Sherwin were very helpful. The cabin was much nicer than the pod I had expected based on my experience elsewhere. This is my place to go now for a short overnight transit stay at DXB.

Nice little cabin for sleeping between tiresome routes. There is a small night light in the cabin that some might find annoying as it stares directly at you when you lie on your back. Shower didnt have hot water.
