We liked the place and ambience that’s why we booked one month in advance. As per our experience we felt cheated as we paid money one month in advance and towards the day of the event it was given to someone else without any notice. Kindly be very much alert in deal with yacobs farm get all the information what’s they says on paper if not there are high chance of getting cheated.

Tips for reserving staycation at Yacob's farm!!! 1. Stage 1: Make two groups! 2. Stage 2: Group one to meet owner of the farm, give him an advance amount and book your stay . 3.Stage 3: Third and very important step.. The second group go and meet same person and book the farm with higher rate in the same date.. He will definitely collect advance from you and confirm the booking for same day. ( because he is very unprofessional). 4.Stage 4: First group have to wait for the call from Yacob's farm just day before reserved date to get some out of the world excuses and thereby have to cancel the planned stay- just like that. 5.Stage 5: Group 2 go ahead and stay! If you are wondering about the logic here.. Well I must say we are still searching it. Thank you for spoiling our plans, in its most unprofessional way.

Place is okay, Rooms were clean. Pool not clean Anyway nkt for adults. Washrooms were clean, but toilets won't flush, Sometimes the tap water is salty. No people to check on you. Breakfast was good, tea was extremely sad.

Waste of money and time. Strongly not recommended. It seems like they have invested a lot in Tiktok and misleading people. Poor hospitality, hygiene and food. They offered rooms for stay initially but once we reached there, they asked us to stay in tent house where the temperature was nearly 45 Deg C. At last we decided to leave that place at night....Disgusting, disappointing.

Visited here for dinner buffet. They had no setup of a buffet. Just kept some cold food in normal utensils. The dining area is very near the poultry farm and so is very smelly. The food was not at all fresh. Think twice before going.

Spent one day at Yacob’s farm along with our church and it was amazing. In the vast 5 acre space, they have done a great work on the landscape and made it into several sections good enough for small families to large groups of 300-400 people or even more. Each space is very beautifully designed. Night is when the magical ambience builds along with warm lights and takes you to the serene Kerala countryside. Large rooms with comfortable bed, huge tents good enough to conduct corporate events all ready. We can take our food there, BBQ there or let them make freshly in-house. Ample space for car parking is also available. Never miss the “instagramam section”. Above all their hospitality is worth mentioning. A great place to visit and recommend. Surely, we are visiting again!!!😊

Was an amazing trip with friends to celebrate our birthday. Over all fine. But put things on proper place. One thing that I have seen on this place there are much scraps around the place. Feel far better than Kerala 😝.

Overall experience is okay but the maintenance could be better. Cons. There is a children play area which is very rusty and dangerous for kids. Also there were un-attended heavy machineries lying around in children play area. Multiple power outlets were not functioning. Bathroom accessories were also broken. Pros. The chutney & dosa they gave for the breakfast was good. BBQ area was good.

A huge area with some domestic animals. Good for a get together. Has a restaurant serving keralite cuisine. Great host/owner and his team who did a fine job of entertaining us with their songs and mimicry . Place also has bar and accommodation facilities.

Good experience and the atmosphere, the ambience is awesome. The food served is good at an average not that awesome to be precise. The best time to visit is in the evening.

We just went to see this farm. They are newly building now and work is about to complete. After completion it will be nice.

This is big form were they have all domestic animals like hen, rabbits, goat, duck.. and they are still under construction.. they have outdoor restaurants and halls...

Good place for camping and large events. Idyllic and serene. Perfect place to unwind.

Price was little high but ok. One bottle toddy coast 60 DHS, liquor is allowed to carry.. you can Oder beer only from their. homestay price also little costly..normal days working time 5pm to 12 pm.

Property is over priced, management is not concerned about service. We booked the property for a corporate event and paid huge amount for arrangements, however, lack of management and interest was shown, the staff started misbehaving with our organizers when asked delivery of promised services. Such a worst experience, no value for money. Highly not recommended.

Extremely poor service, worst management, not hygienic, not maintained and over priced. Seems bedsheets in the staycation rooms aren’t cleaned for ages and hygiene of rooms are extremely poor. Don’t know how they are able to maintain their license. Thank god we didn’t book the staycation along with our event. There is only 1 bathroom for almost 8 rooms (20 people). Not at all recommended for families and ladies. There is no one to take ownership but are good in taking whole payment in advance. Never pay them in advance. If you do, you may end up following up with owner and staff for ever. Place is not at all recommended for organising events. If you are booking, please ensure you forecast AED 3000 as miscellaneous expense. Sound system didn’t work, AC didn’t work. I thought we are the only team booked this place recently. Extremely poorly managed place.
