    It was a really bad experience with golden tulip. We arranged a birthday party for our daughter at golden tulip sharjah. Firstly the sales person with whom we discussing pricing and menu checking every small things from her manager not able to decide and ready to give few extra chairs for the event. Not at all courteous to accommodate few things extra fine cost wise i can understand they might have challenges. When the party began, my 2 to 3 guest came extra. The height was there staff were counting guest in front of my guest itself. It was so embarrassing for me and they immediately call their supervisor and seeking payment. i am ok to pay but there is a way and time for that i told him i am not running away. Staff are not all courteous and not at all polite. Food was ok...not so great. Pls explore more options before ending up with them.

    I stay in this hotel like 2 months. 1.The food is terrible, 2.Air Conditioning is broken u can not set the temperature, 3.Laundry Services destroy some of my clothes, 4.Internet is very bad.

    We stayed here twice during our visit to Sharjah. Its a great place to stay, the location is perfect (next to Sharjah Corniche), the rooms and the service are great. They have free valet parking for their guest. You can also enjoy free pool access. The hotel is in a small mall and has all the necessities like a pharmacy and a carrefour market (open for 24 hours) right next to it. We recommended choosing a room with a sea view! Thank you Golden tulip for a very nice stay!

    “It's Good Apartment ” The hotel apartment was very nice and reasonably priced. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and close to many attractions. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

    The hotel is a dump. Very old 3 bedroom apartment. I stayed with my husband and 2 kids for 2 weeks july/august 2021 and had to move to another hotel. The environment outside and entry of the hotel is so dirty and very rowdy, with lots of people just sitting round. Convenient with a store downstairs but very tacky hotel. Definitely NOT 4-star hotel as published, maybe 1-star at best. Parking is a big problem. All equipment and beddings are very old and not suitable. Though the room had a great view. I have never seen a hotel with bathroom door practically falling apart, the spare room was smelling so bad because the last guest left a burger in the closet that was never cleaned. The hotel has insects and cockroaches all over the kitchen. The kitchen kettle, cutlery, fridge, microwave all need to be replaced and there was no toaster in the kitchen. Supposed to be no smoking but guest smoke freely and trying to get to your room the whole corridor is filled with smoke. Very poor internet, never works around the kitchen, the whole hotel needs to be renovated. All the kitchen cabinets are falling apart. I have never seen a microwave so old. The swimming pool though very big is so unkept and very spooky, not appealing at all. This place should be closed down, not good value for money. The reception staff are so cold and never welcoming. I will NOT recommend this hotel for anybody as it is a waste of money. Obviously the Golden Tulip brand is now very bad if such a hotel stand sunder the name.

    The smell of cigarettes in the room. Asked for a good view but they gave me a view of the city. I asked to change the room, they said that there are no rooms with separate beds ((( The furniture is dirty (((

    Location of the hotel apartments is perfect First time I stay in this hotel and it will be the last Rooms are big I took one bedroom But receptionist greating was not that welcoming and friendly. I have request for babycot for my kids they insist for baby age less than 1 Yr and I have 3 kids , the other 2 kids less than 3 yrs really this issue I didn't face it in any other hotels when I request baby cot Even though i ask the receptionist to call her manager Mr.Ali , he was not helpful even he didn't see me only by phone call which not Proffesional way to deal with you guest . The Entrance for hotel , you can't recognise no sign board inside .

    Nice location and quiet hotel. You have a carrefour hyper market in the same building 24hours and other shops and pharmacies. Yes, pharmacies not only one. A casual restaurants are only 5 minutes walk from the hotel and the food is fantastic and affordable. The rate is affordable and reasonable enough. No regrets.

    Badly poor management. We just arrived from the airport and we needfully wanted a place to sleep. I booked the hotel by 2 am by june 1, they didnt give us any resolution (change date or refund) for they wanted us to check in by 3pm. We are so tired and the receptionist was so rude! Very bad service. I wish to speak to the higher management concerning this.

    The room was very spacious, although a bit dated. The kitchenette was adequate and the washing machine was a plus for me. There was daily housekeeping which was nice. My only complaint was a smell coming from the drainage in the en suite bathroom which was remedied by my husband by pouring water into it from time to time. Otherwise, the hotel is in a good location by the lagoon and the many restaurants around it. Plus there is a 24/7 Carrefour and Life Pharmacy on the ground floor of the building. Reception personnel were very helpful.

    The room was wonderful, clean. Staff was amazing. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. Especially thanks for Mr. Francıs he is helping us to much with smile. Will be back to this place soon.. :)

    Very old hotel, their room, bathroom everything is very old. Attention good and clean but not at all what you would spect of a 5 star hotel. Very disappointed and expensive compare to what they offer.

    I stayed in Golden Tulip 3x already but everytime I checked-in I was always addressed by the Filipino receptionist “ATE” while me, being the customer addressed the recepionist as MADAME 😁. It’s just ironic and it’s never appropriate to call your customers “Ate” even if you come from the same home country. Our folks might be known as cool & friendly but when you are at work & most especially you are in Customer Service, PLEASE mainatain PROFESSIONALISM. Please respect all the people from different places & from different walks of life. Hotel Staff’s attitude matters.

    Great for the price and traffic not as bad as Dubai. Beach area around with shuttles to private beach area. Mosque near by and Famous Lebanese restaurant Laffah. All the hotel employees, from desk to room and Valet awesome job. I recommend to those who are vacationing and budgeting their money to plan accordingly. Ty to all the workers great team work.

    I would like to give some good feedback about this hotel, it is very clean and nice layout and very stress free I would love to come back soon. And thank you Mr. Francis. He is a good man. I am visiting many hotels. But I just love it. The Golden Tulip. Because the staff is great and everyone guides you. And the view of the hotel is also beautiful. And the room I didn't expect was clean and beautiful. But when I look at Rome. The room is very clean and very big and beautiful. If you are visiting UAE and want to book a hotel, book this hotel. Your money is not wasted here.❤️❤️ Once again thank you very much ❤️TripAdvisor. Mr.Francis ❤️

    Clean Rooms, clean washroom, perfect location. One can visit nearby areas , sightseeing as well. Spectacular view from top floor. Hotel service is good. Fantastic and yummy buffet. Delicious food, all types of food available in buffet. Very polite and welcoming staff and working members.

    In 2019 when I visited this place,this was one of my fav and best hotel experience I had.. But unfortunately this time my experience was very very bad..people visiting to this place pls keep in mind before using any of their electric devices washing machine,fridge if it is already in bad shape please don't use,because even a small accident they will put the blame on you and will charge you ,though the mistake was 100%of maintainence guy which they are not ready to accept it.. We had booked 3 rooms and in all 3 rooms washing machine was not at all working fine.. I guess this is their tactics to take money from the customer.. Will surely not recommend this place to anyone from henceforth

    The star is only for the spacious room (includes a kitchen and 2 bathrooms) and the guy who cleans my room (friendly and competent). The main issue I'm having is this card system to use the elevator and enter my room. Such a waste of time whenever this card doesn't work which is too frequent. They also won't allow deliveries to use the elevator, so I have to put up with going down every time I'm receiving something (food most of the time). Bad smell coming out of the ventilation with no way to get rid of it but having the air conditioning on. Oh and don't forget the hotel's parking lot far location.

    Never seen a terrible hotel like this before! Bad service, parking spaces are countable; you can’t find a space to park your car, the worst internet service ever , Unfriendly helpless staff *not all of them* I would’t even recommend it for my worst enemy 👎🏼

    Worst experience ever ! Our guests had confirmed booking and reception didn't check them in, delayed for 1 + hour Reception is very rude, the guy started to shout at me via the phone Do you know what customer service is even? Long time ago I worked in hotels myself, for 14 years and I never allowed myself to shout at guests Shame on you. I will find the contact of higher management plus I will never stop talking about what happened on all social media platforms

    Reasonable prices with nice view. Lots of hospitality from hotel staff and housekeeping was professional. Only downside you have to walk 3 minutes to reach it because it's in another area.

    on the 11th of august at 12:40 pm we arrived at golden tulip hotel and the receptionists barely respected us, although other workers such as housekeeping were very polite, also both of the swimming life guards (coach ahmed and ali) were amazing theyre very respectful and nice the egyptian one (coach ahmed) was very nice. he was such a gentleman, hotel bathrooms were very dim and they didn’t have anything that takes the hot air after you shower which makes the bathroom humid, the cupboards were very small we couldn’t unpack our things because of how small it is, the mirror aren’t normal white mirrors they’re black and dark you can barely see your self, both rooms didn’t have any light they just had 2 laps in every room we had to request more, it’s bad if your coming for a long stay you won’t feel comfortable, the dining table was very small and when we requested a bigger one they told us they will get back to us but they never did, there isn’t an empty space were you can put your suitcases, kitchen electrics were very old and most of them got broken, the floor is literally freezing and it’s august which means it should be extremely hot, there aren’t any carpets, the sofa was bad and extremely old, the view is amazing it’s breathtaking, the swimming pool isn’t bad, also one of the best things are the facilities around the hotel.(room 104)

    Very conducive environment, there's mall, pharmacy, hospital at this same building with Al fadan exchange. Golden Tulip hotel Apartment Corniche Sharjah stand out with their cleaned facilities and their staffs are wonderful.. Ms Ivy is one of the receptionist and she is so amazing.

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the experience I am having during my recent stay at this hotel. While there are aspects of the hotel that are satisfactory, I must share a concerning issue that is significantly impacting my stay. The policy of allowing guests to cook all types of foods in their rooms has resulted in a highly unpleasant and disgusting odor permeating the floor corridors. The smell is so overwhelming that we cannot even turn on the central air conditioner in our room during the scorching heat, as the unpleasant odor spread through the system, making our room unbearable. We’ve made several complaints to the reception staff about the foul smell and its impact on our comfort, but regrettably, no action has been taken to address the issue. The lack of response and attention to our concerns is making our experience even more frustrating and disappointing. I believe that a hotel should prioritize the comfort and well-being of its guests, and it is disheartening to see that such a significant concern is not appropriately handled. As a result of this unpleasant experience, I must honestly say that I wouldn't recommend or rate this hotel positively at this time. We’ve been very regular guests at this hotel over many years, this time we are quite disappointed with the service.

    Okay hotel with average room, location is the best thing about it , however many hotels are available in the same location, other services and overall stay is 3 stars at its best. Only 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms are on the sea view. Thanks to the Philippina receptionist lady she was cooperative.

    We had the opportunity of hosting our Corporate Eid event at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Sharjah and had a positive experience here. Mr. Francis (Sales Manager) and his team did an excellent job in ensuring that all our requirements were fulfilled before and during the event. It was commendable that they were able to create a very private environment for our Group with access to all the facilities we required (banquet hall and restrooms) right across the corridor from the dining room. Some of the highlights of our positive experience at the Hotel are: 1) the warm and energetic welcome we received from Mr. Francis and his proactiveness in ensuring that every small detail of our event was taken care of. 2) the ambience and layout of the dining area were apt for the theme of our event. The panoramic view of the lagoon from the dining area before sunset, well spaced out dining area and the attached lounge and Majlis area (with Arabic tea/ coffee) to relax and have a chat with colleagues after the buffet imparted a very cozy vibe to the event and complemented the lovely dinner buffet that was served to our team. 3) A good variety of dishes and desserts were served at the dinner buffet. Great experience overall. Good Hotel for Corporate events.

    It is not more than 2 stars. Smoke smell in the room although I booked a non-smoking room. The safe does not work. No slippers. The furniture and the equipments have massive usage marks and some defects. By cleaning the room drinks were not renewed, used coffee cups were not renewed or cleaned.

    i stayed there for 2 nights, & i think I'd like to come back again! i really liked that hotel, very clean & very nice location surrounded by every shop you'd ever need! the price was pretty good & the room was really large & well equipped. i didn't like they do painting in my floor during my stay .. the smell was awful. But it was good stay in general.

    Amazing location Practical setup, their reception is within the shopping center on the ground floor. The hypermarket is 24/7. Very friendly valet parking, Ahmad was cool. The room had no carpet, looked cold and dull. Break fast was really nice

    It was a great service in the hotel I am talking about the car parking they take your car and park it and whenever you need it you just ask for it and they bring it infront if the door ! Loved that also talking about the rooms ir was super clean with great service also TV ,hot shower , AC everything was perfect and the view too , the pool was great it was so organized and perfect to chill it’s a great place in a great spot there is a lot of places down you can shop for your food and etc …. Loved this place and planning to come again no doubt !

    Needed to book a place for my upcoming wedding and I quite literally ended up here on a fluke however the manager Mr. Joy made my little "mistake" a very fortunate one. He was extremely pleasant and reassured my family and I that everything will go as planned and, I definitely believe him (food tasting, showcasing of décor, extensive tour of the place etc.) If anyone is looking to book a banquet for a wedding, this is literally perfect; top tier service that doesn't break the bank!

    Great location! Convenient and within walking distance of almost everything. Room size is larger than average. Staff is friendly and helpful. Service, especially housekeeping is good - staff are friendly and diligent. Special mention of Aijaz, a very pleasant and committed member of the housekeeping staff - regular and neat in his work.

    Visited Tulip Restaurant for breakfast experience and i must say they require massive improvements as they are unaware of what exactly is breakfast. Dry Croissant Nescafe sachet coffee Cold Hash browns Poor variety Egg station serves your egg after half an hour despite less people.

    Had a wonderful experience, the quality of food is really commendable and the service as well, Mr. Joy the F&B manager was especially very helpful and assisted us with our event booking by taking note of our every need. the beautiful view from the restaurant is also a treat, would definitely recommend this place as the prices are very affordable with no compromise in quality we look forward to the day of our event and hope it will be above our expectations ( will def review that ):-)

    The worst hotel i have ever come across. I booked them through Expedia travels and i had visa issues which delayed my travel. I requested change of arrival date or refund and they refused. Priceline is way better at deal with such situations than Expedia. The customers service and response from this hotel is horrible

    I’d chose apartment from this hotel as 4 star, but i found it looks like 1 star. Very modestly and shy. Staff is 5 star and they are friendly and politely. I don’t recommend this apartments 😞

    The hotel claims to have 4 stars ratings, however, the service quality and the service scope is so poor which doesn't even matches with the 2 star hotels. Apparently, the reception lacks manpower and one person on the reception can't handle the influx of guests including servicing those currently occupying the hotel. Frequently calls to the reception are unresponsive and no one give a courtesy call back to ask if the guest calling need anything. Most of the time you have to go down the reception to register for your needs. Hotel have lack of iron and iron boards even these are services apartments, the room service will not clean your dishes except the general cleaning. In summary, the hotel experience is generally disappointing and is not up to the expectations. Hotel is located in Al Fardan Center which has mostly everything including 24 hour Carrefour store and pharmacy. There are a lots of restaurants and coffee shop nearby which are open late night. Hotel is just few minutes walk from a very beautiful Cornish which also have a lots of activities and dining facilities.

    Hi, I have reservation issue at 22/feb/23 , reservation NO. 11797438983824427256. I had a reservation at the hotel, and when I arrived, the reception said that hotel was fully booked, there was no empty room, then he was contacted Booking to cancel my reservation but he not get answar from booking , he say u should call booking to get your money back , I contacted booking to return the money back , but it’s can't becuse says he transferred money to the hotel , and if you want to contact the hotel, direct. Now how i get my money back !?

    It is a very beautiful place, with sea cornice and beautiful palm groves. In the afternoon, the body's fatigue is relieved by the cool air here. It is a place full of family and kids.

    One of the worst experiences in my trips to sharjah Service is pathetic I was so tired and traveling from abu dhabi accidently I lost my ID and I have passport, Emirates id copy and DRIVING license hard copy There is one lady her name is MARRIEL) she is Filipino and very rude and bad customer service I don't know how the management keept these kind of staff I hope my complaint reaches the management. The rooms are very spacious and good But lack of rooms service only

    Booked 3 joiner rooms for my kids and myself when i reached the hotel the informed me that they have each room in diff floor which is disappointed me and there sulotion was to give me 2 normal rooms beside each other but and didnt change the price which i booked in booking so they charged me for 2 rooms with the same price of the 2 joiners room Am realy disappointed
