The hotel is in a bustling area filled with numerous shops. It is simple, so don't expect luxury. The room i stayed in on the 4th floor was small but clean. It had AC, a small yet functioning fridge and a bed with only a heavy wool blanket, which was surprisingly comfortable. Best of all was the friendly and helpful receptionist & staff. They made the hotel worth the visit with their kindness and professional attitude!

The reviews and the actual atmosphere of hotel astonished me. The room was clean. There includes a refrigerator, free WiFi, and an attached bathroom, among other amenities. It's close to Dubai Creek, which offers a beautiful view at night.Near the hotel, you'll find all sorts of shops. They sell items at a discounted price. Everything is within close reach. In addition, there is a gold souq nearby. I'm quite pleased with the services provided at such a low price. Those phony reviews should be ignored. Simply go there and observe the difference. You basically get what you pay for with this hotel. It's located walking distance from the souks and water taxis. Very busy commercial area with lots of locals and less tourists. When I arrived my room was not ready so they put me in an enormous room for the night. That may not have been so bad if the room was clean. Went to shower and there was unused soap on the sink and small cut hairs all over the shower walls and floor. Other guests were arriving late night and having full blown conversations in the hallway which made it difficult to sleep. The following I was moved to a room better suited for a single person and it was much cleaner. Did not eat in their restaurant, looked small and didn't see alot of variety. From here you can easily walk a few minutes and eat at one of the other big hotels. Found Swisshotel nearby and at there instead. If you're looking for an inexpensive sub par hotel in a safe neighborhood close to all the markets then this is the place for you. If you have zero interest in the souks highly recommend staying in a different area.

Located in the heart of Deira. Well maintained and budget hotel. Supermarket, Restaurant, Bus Station, Shopping mall all nearby walking distance. Mr. Shabbir & Mr. Azhar very friendly and helpful. Will surely visit again.

My recent stay at Mount Sina Hotel can only be described as a nightmarish experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, it was clear that this was not the relaxing and enjoyable stay I had anticipated. I feel compelled to share my experience to inform other travelers about the pitfalls they might encounter. Cleanliness - 1/5: The state of the rooms was nothing short of appalling. Dust and dirt seemed to be a permanent fixture, and it was evident that the cleaning staff had not made much of an effort. The bathroom, in particular, was a disaster, with grimy tiles and fixtures. It's as if they hadn't seen a cleaning crew in months. Service - 1/5: The service at Mount Sina Hotel was an absolute disaster. The staff seemed disinterested, unhelpful, and at times, downright rude. I had to call multiple times to request simple things like extra towels or toiletries, and they acted as if it was a huge inconvenience. It was evident that they had little regard for guest satisfaction. Breakfast - 1/5: The breakfast offered was nothing short of a joke. The options were extremely limited, and the quality was subpar. It was served in a cramped and uninviting space, and I had to wait in a long line just to get a lukewarm cup of coffee. This aspect of the stay was a major disappointment. Concierge - 3/5: Amidst the chaos, there was a glimmer of hope. The concierge was helpful with our luggage and assisted us in arranging transportation to local attractions. They were polite and appeared genuinely concerned about guest comfort. It's a shame that their efforts were overshadowed by the hotel's many other shortcomings.

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful,the rooms are cheapest in the area and the location is the best thing about the hotel Some 400 m from baniyas square metro Abra boat is just 3 streets away Good food is very nearby and cheap you can have a good meal for AED 15 shawarma is 6 Chicken biryani is 12 Definitely staying again at this hotel if I ever visit Dubai again

Very very bad hotel, the staff is horrible, building, room also look like thriller, personally my suggestion don’t say at this hotel especially for couple, family. In the all hotel and room very bad smell. Hotel looks like a warehouse only African people are stay an they put cartoon, cargo in whole hotel even in lobby, waiting area, at reception also. Don’t stay.

Struggled to find place hidden in side alley. No parking at hotel have to use opposite parking at 5.25 AED per hr. Room very small staff was busy on the 1st floor right outside my door very noisy till late all the dirty bedding and towels was stored on my floor and from there I believe went to wash room. Don't waste time with paying extra for breakfast was not impressed at all was not even what I would take even if provided for free. No kettle or iron in room not even cupboard to hang clothing. This I would say is what you would expect for back packers accommodation no amenities just place to sleep. At least the tv was working. Wall plug by my bedside not working. The shower is so small you can't even move inside had to dry me in bedroom.

In the heart of business hub, everything is on you door step you need. Very economical, price is very good. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. Highly recommend

How is such a hotel still open in one of the most developed cities in the world, the rooms are dirty, blankets are itchy. The only explanation is that they are closing soon that's why they don't care about anything

Even though my booking was paid via booking.com, they cancelled it and told me its full. They even didn’t bother to call my number before doing so. The receptionist was very rude and didn’t want to even cooperate or help.

The worst hotel ever. The staff is very disrespectful especially Mr.Mohammed at the reception. How he can say about the amount I paid for the hotel and even he is not sure of that price. Very bad experience. Not helpful at all. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It was a mistake I stayed here . It not worth a 1 star even. On top of it,the room telephone does not work. They expect us to go to the reception every now and then if we need something?? Really disappointed!!

I my self had stayed in the hotel with my mom last December and the best things was service! Rooms are quite spacious and staff was really friendly and cooperative overall the environment is really soothing and beautiful view can be enjoyed

There was a single bed room in which a small cabin type area was there which was looking so cute..wardrobes were fully furnished and excellent

Staff were friendly and helpful.guests make lot of noise at night.unable to sleep.they talked on top of their voices as if is day time.the decor of the room need some attention.a bit of paint .bathroom had mould on the ceiling.

The place surely is economical. You can get a room for 2 adults within 130 DHS but the service is awful. It's like a shady Cargo place. Very busy area. It was very noisy, they kept working all night outside the room packing some stuff. Worst service. But wifi was working and room was somehow barely clean, so 2 stars

Worst experience...hotel is smelly with no complimentary water...smelly bedsheets...even there doors are worst you will face difficulty to lock them... giving one star just for there prices it's cheaper in price
