The
hotel
location
is
excellent
actually
and
the
view
is
unbeatable.
Unfortunately
we
had
a
kind
of
bad
experience.
We
had
several
issues,
including
a
flooded
toilet
and
a
drain
that
doesn't
work
and
moving
to
a
new
"clean"
room
which
is
actually
not
clean
with
hair
under
the
bed
sheets
and
dirt
on
the
floor.
The
bad
thing
through
all
of
that,
is
that
they
did
not
call
and
keep
me
informed
of
what
the
next
step
is
and
I
had
to
even
come
down
to
reception
myself
late
at
night.
We
waited
more
than
10
min
in
the
corridor
to
go
to
our
new
room
as
the
maintenance
was
trying
to
fix
the
drainage
issue
in
our
first
room
(mind
you
this
issue
was
not
fixed
and
existed
in
all
rooms
as
we
found
out
in
the
next
room
that
the
drain
is
super
slow
and
we
were
forced
to
use
the
tub
as
a
shower).
The
second
room
we
moved
to
had
bed
sheets
with
hair
and
some
kind
of
pieces
of
skin..
My
wife
wanted
to
leave
the
hotel
and
get
a
refund,
and
she
has
a
point.
Things
happen
and
all
that
is
fine,
ONLY
if
the
hotel
staff
kept
me
informed
and
compensated
for
that.
So
instead
of
sleeping
early
and
relaxing
in
this
hotel,
we
were
forced
to
sleep
late
and
our
vacation
was
very
much
disappointing.
Finally,
no
compensation
whatsoever
was
given
by
the
hotel.
Not
even
a
free
lunch
or
dinner
or
even
late
checkout!
I
asked
for
late
checkout
and
they
only
allowed
me
to
checkout
at
1,
my
thought
was
that
after
all
that,
even
a
proper
late
check
out
was
not
possible..
