We stayed here for a good 12 days! Really liked the view from the hotel. The best part was new year fireworks in a Sharjah were perfectly visible literally in the front with great view! Staff was nice and really liked the location with local shops and a mall 2-3 mins walk away!

The hotel location is excellent actually and the view is unbeatable. Unfortunately we had a kind of bad experience. We had several issues, including a flooded toilet and a drain that doesn't work and moving to a new "clean" room which is actually not clean with hair under the bed sheets and dirt on the floor. The bad thing through all of that, is that they did not call and keep me informed of what the next step is and I had to even come down to reception myself late at night. We waited more than 10 min in the corridor to go to our new room as the maintenance was trying to fix the drainage issue in our first room (mind you this issue was not fixed and existed in all rooms as we found out in the next room that the drain is super slow and we were forced to use the tub as a shower). The second room we moved to had bed sheets with hair and some kind of pieces of skin.. My wife wanted to leave the hotel and get a refund, and she has a point. Things happen and all that is fine, ONLY if the hotel staff kept me informed and compensated for that. So instead of sleeping early and relaxing in this hotel, we were forced to sleep late and our vacation was very much disappointing. Finally, no compensation whatsoever was given by the hotel. Not even a free lunch or dinner or even late checkout! I asked for late checkout and they only allowed me to checkout at 1, my thought was that after all that, even a proper late check out was not possible..

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! This is a new hotel located right in front of the water front in the central area of ​​Sharjah. The location is very good and the view from the room is excellent. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Special praise goes to the female receptionist, the female restaurant staff, and the male bar staff on the g floor (sorry, I forgot their names). It was a very satisfying stay. I will definitely come here next time I visit Sharjah. Highly recommended!

We were delighted to be one of the first guests at Double Tree by Hilton Sharjah and our stay was unforgettable. The view from the room is amazing, friendly team, an awesome spa complex and a good gym are not a complete list of the hotel's advantages. The most pleasant thing was to feel like guests and even friends of the hotel. Thanks to the restaurant employee Mohamed Anwar, we always had a pleasant time at the restaurant. He is always in a good mood, able to maintain a conversation and create a pleasant atmosphere. We are really grateful for his attention and friendliness .We were very happy to spend an incredible week here and want to come back again.

Stayed at this hotel last weekend, it's an amazing hotel !!! The location is very good and easy to get to the hotel. Had a very warm welcome and the check-in process was also good. Brandon at the reception was very helpful. Loved the cookies :) Views from the rooms are one of the best part of the hotel, we had a couple of rooms, and the views from both rooms were amazing. Overall finishing in the rooms is also very good. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was very nice, we had it at one of the terraces with a great view !!! Definitely recommend one of the best hotels in Sharjah.

Hardly a water front hotel. The worst bit is the horrible perfume machine pumping through all of the elevators, common areas and hallways. Can’t breath in this hotel. There is never a need for air freshener it’s unhealthy and unsafe. Also the beds a 3 star hotel worthy at best nowhere close to 5 star quality. The food is actually good here and clean.

I really enjoy my stay here. I decided to try this out for my 2 night stay in the UAE before heading to Thailand. Its a really great property, the staff was very very friendly. From the reception, to the service staff and the housekeeping. Everybody did a great job in this new property. As a diamond guest they granted me a really early checkin and a late checkout aswell which made my stay really comfortable. I got a small upgrade too. The rooms are really nice, new and modern. The views are amazing and its a highlight of this hotel. Sadly in my room the sink of the shower wasnt working properly and the bathroom flooded. After I called the reception about this issue they send a technicmen and housekeeping to fix it. After that it worked fine. Great breakfast and dinner service. Delicious food and great selection. I really enjoy my stay here at all points and i will come back pretty soon.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The hotel has a great view of Almajaz water front. You can walk to the water front and surrounding famous restaurants. So clean 👌 room. Awesome swimming pools, one for lady's and one for men, also for the steam room and sauna. The breakfast was delicious, and they had a great variety of foods. Finally, the staff were very keen and helpful. The hotel deserves 5 star 🌟rates. All family members loved the hotel. Sure I will be back again.

It was a great place to stay at. It’s located in the centre of Sharjah. We had a view on the waterfront. They welcomed us with warm cookies, the ladies in the reception were very helpful and nice. The guys who cleaned the room was really friendly and he did a great work. All the hotel staff were polite helpful and smiling all the time. And yes there’s a huge mosque in the opposite side in the waterfront where they pray aljumah prayer at it.

Overall had an excellent 5 day stay. Views on the high floors were great. Very clean and up to date rooms. Comfortable beds, however the pillows were in the lighter softer side which wasn't my cup of tea. Walk score is pretty good considering the water front is 5 minutes away. Overall, highly recommend.

The best breakfast in town, a wide variety of fresh breads baked live. which I never saw in most of 5 star hotels. There is a huge diversity of food with great Mediterranean touch. The egg was cooked to perfection 🥰 wich make my day. Friendly staff and chefs pass around and look after us love the atmosphere which you feel like home. Will come soon for sure.

I stayed 4 days in this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The view from the hotel is very beautiful, swimming pool and other facilities were great too. Breakfast, lunch and dinners served with big variety of healthy and continental food. All the staff are welcoming, very friendly and always there to assist, specially the staff at the restaurant. It's my first visit but I will definitely visit again.

I was welcomed by David from the hotel reception, he is very professional, very helpful and made me feel welcomed. Overall helpful staff and excellent customer service from everyone. Very clean hotel, great interiors and design. The room is very nice with amazing views and is designed for the comfort of the clients. Great gym facilities and swimming. I really really really really enjoyed my stay here. The food in the hotel was incredible. Room service as well. The staff are so accommodating. The view from our room incredible. And the quality of our rooms were absolutely astounding. I’d recommend this hotel for anyone staying more than a month here or less than. Either way, the stay is amazing. Try it and enjoy it while you can. So worth it. While you’re there, you must try the Majdolin restaurant. 10/10. I do also want to note that I ended building a heart to heart with the staff of the hotel. They were so sweet and loving. I really enjoyed their company and was incredibly sad to leave them on the last day. I hope I will see my friends in the hotel again.

I normally don't write reviews. Just I cannot wait anymore. I booked hotel reservation for 1 night stay on 31st December, and paid through booking.com. Clearly informed to Ms. Abigail (receptionist) that it was done and acknowledge it. And yet she charged me of same amount. doubled payment. I have been following this case for 10 days now!!! and nothing happens. Poor, poor management.

My room was very clean and with beautiful waterfront view. One of the mornings , I had to go Dubai for early morning meeting , so I tried to get some breakfast at around 6.15am, and I asked of the staff if I could have some milk for cereal, she said breakfast starts at 6.30am and continued her setup without offering me anything. Other than that, all seems fine.

A nice hotel with terrible concierge service. When we checked in, they would have us pay for breakfast despite free breakfast buffet still active, and the next day, when asking for breakfast timings, they gave us a wrong information so again we didn't get the breakfast. In general everything was well maintained, the room service was friendly, the lobby very cozy. The hotel is in front of a mosque, so you will have "excotic sound ambient" from time to time.

Great location for a family holiday. We are a family of 6 in 2 corner apartments. Great views of the seafront. Apartment very spacious, good and comfortable furniture with lots of storage space. Courteous staff and reacted very quickly when issues were raised. Great service in restaurant.

This hotel has an amazing view and it’s very clean. We spent a week there and we loved our stay. The facility is also wonderful, from the pool to the steam room, sauna and only female gym. It was lovely.

The positive thing is location facing the lake.Housekeeping is the worst I have ever seen anywhere else. Room food service (breakfast) is not up to the hotel name. Nobody answer the calls and when they answer no service provided. Furnitures like chairs and tables made of metal with sharp edges and if you have kids might get injured easily. Lights touch controls very sophisticated. Trash cans very tiny especially the one in the bathroom. They have underground free parking and free valet service. Limited TV channels and mostly local.

People here are very diverse and welcoming, feels like home. Food here is pretty decent as well. Overall, i liked everything except the fact that the bathrooms tub could have some stains on it. Besides that I definitely recommend!

The hotel was very clean & welcoming. Staff were very friendly & always offered to help.Special mention needs to be made of the reception staff, Ms.Abegail,who was there to ensure we were safely put into our room. Ms.Nanath and Ms.Vivian from the restaurant were also very helpful and made sure my mother and I had everything we needed. Inspite of the initial hiccups, the Customer Service with their manager Ms. Anubha assisted us to make our stay extremely comfortable. The decor of the hotel is amazing, the pool and the amenities are worth the penny spent and the choice of food in the breakfast food was enticing. Our kids had super holidays. Lovely hotel with beautiful views and service was impeccable as well. Couldn't fault it. Don't even start on the location. Everything is at a stone's throw from this hotel. Cinema, mall, coffee shops, restaurants, you name it, it is all there at walking distance. The waterfront is also amazing and you can do jogging on the track as well. Absolutely lovely stay it was and will definitely come back again next time.

We stayed at the hotel only for 3 days, definitely wanted to stay more. Perfect location and amazing views! Great service. You feel like a welcome guest here. Every person working at the hotel is ready to help. Very user friendly hotel infrastructure. You can easily find everything you need. The restaurant “Majdolin” is an incredible place to have breakfast/lunch/dinner. The food is delicious and the service is beyond praise. Especially warm greetings to Mr. Mohamed Zaki, Barbara and all team. Arabian night (10.06.23) was the most romantic experience. Music was nice and created the special atmosphere. The food was very tasty, fresh and there were a lot of great options to choose. Many thanks to the Chef! There is also a free transfer to Al Khan beach. We enjoyed the beach very much. The sea was clean and beautiful.

The concierge service is impeccable and I loved how friendly the employees were such as Salman who was very kind and polite and helped us out with checking out and with our bags. Overall our stay was pleasant, the only thing I did not enjoy was the location as it was very crowded and there was a lot of noise pollution for an area like Sharjah. I guess it’s expanded a lot but having the hotel on the main street was very annoying and I did not like having to make a U-turn every time having to come back to the hotel, but the hotel itself was very clean and decent, with a lovely pool.

Not only was the food consistently delicious, but the staff hospitality truly made my mornings brighter. From the moment I walked into the restaurant, all the staff greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel like a valued guest. They were always attentive, making sure that my coffee cup was never empty and that my meal was just the way I liked it. Their genuine kindness and friendly demeanor truly made me feel at home during my stay. A special thank you to Zakaria, restaurant supervisor, he went above and beyond to make sure that all of his guests were well taken care of. He was quick to address any concerns or special requests, and always did so with a positive attitude and a willingness to help. I stayed there for a few days and had an awesome experience, The rooms were clean, tidy and had a nice view. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The service is great, Great variety of foods for breakfast ,lunch and dinner,Their biryani was so delicious and so were the other meals. Today was my first stay at this hotel and honestly it won’t be my last. The views from the hotel are spectacular and the general atmosphere is calming. The staff were very kind and helpful, one of the more notable ones was Mr. Gautam who works in room service. The food there was delicious. All in all I highly recommend giving this place a try.

We stayed three nights at this hotel in March 2022. The hotel itself is quite nice and new. The views of the waterfront from both our bedroom and the dining area were amazing. We really enjoyed the breakfast offering, which was included with our stay, and the pool at this DoubleTree. The price is extremely low for the quality of this hotel. However, this is because Sharjah has basically nothing to offer tourists; Dubai has MUCH more to offer. I'm deducting one star due to it being in Sharjah.

We stayed here with our parents and it was so nice. The front desk people were great. The restaurant was awesome, we asked them to make some changes in the food and they were so cooperative! There was a guy in restaurant named Mohammad, he was so helpful and polite.

Amazing Hotel. Awesome staff and service. 10 stars!! The check in staff, housekeeping and service staff were really helpful, went the extra mile. Ara at the breakfast counter was very nice and helpful. Highlight was the kids cooking session by Chef Bilal and his team. Dina kept a tight session with soliciting feedback from parents as well. Very clean and spacious rooms. Hotel was built recently so the the decor is modern and clean. Stayed in a one bedroom appartment which comes with a very spacious living room, dining area and a kitchen. Also has washer/dryer for clothes. Perfect for longer stays. Hotel is beautiful riverfront views. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

Just finished staying 9 nights at the Hilton and it was the best hotel experience I've ever had! Room - 10/10 Food - 8/10 Up-keep - 10/10 Staff - 10/10 First and foremost, all of the staff were just amazing! Very kind, accommodating, and truely went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! I stayed in a basic king room with my wife, the room was quite large and spacious with plenty of storage for our clothing with an ironing board and really good iron in the closet. The washroom / shower was perfect though a noisy fan would've been a bonus but never the less. The water was always warm and had a strong pressure, I will miss the shower most. The bed was, well, a bed. Cozy with comfortable pillows. The TV was quite large and it made movie nights enjoyable! Great addition! The view of the waterfront was spectacular! Well worth the price! I've definitely found my favourite hotel in Sharjah and plan on staying here next time I come visit family!

Set in Sharjah near to Al Majaz waterfront, it's one of the best hotels to stay in Sharjah. The rooms were amazing, spacious and well maintained. The room service was excellent and check-in and check-out was a breeze. The restaurants in the hotel were also really good. It's really close by to a lot of tourist sites as well as to the shopping district. I would definitely recommend it.

My family and I stayed here in April and we literally enjoyed every second of our stay at this hotel. It’s very clean, nice view and very good price. The staff was the best, they were so kind and helpful. Especially Ayman, very professional and kind, helped us with everything.

Stayed there for 6 days with All inclusive package. 4 star hotel but 5 star service. Room was big, very neat and clean, they clean it everyday, breakfast was fantastic lot of choices. Great service from front desk. Great service from Neneth during breakfast. Will definitely visit again.

This hotel is just amazing. My parents and I stayed here for 2 nights and we had the best experience from checking in, to the rooms and all the amenities provided. The pool area and the spa is so modern and cool, definitely a 10/10 there. The rooms are also so spacious, clean and modern and I couldn't get over the view!! The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It should be more intercontinental and should include other African and Asian dishes. Other than that I definitely recommend a stay in this beautiful hotel and a shout-out to Muhammad and Vivian at the Madjolin Restaurant for there warm welcome and amazing service.

Hotel is very nice, well maintained, clean. The staff is polite and welcoming. Mr. David who did c/I for us is very professional, kind and understanding, considering I came with my daughter who was sick, he gave us late c/o without any discussion and I’m very grateful for that. Bellboys are also very attentive, polite. Only didn’t like the attitude of the hostess in the restaurant during the breakfast, I asked for help to provide me a take away cup, she rolled her eyes and just gave it without even looking at me, very rudely, no smile, not so happy to assist.

I would like to commend Alvine’s service at breakfast. Such a lovely personality and always ready to serve. She regularly checked up on us to see if we needed anything. Always smiling and i would definitely come back to Hilton Sharjah waterfront. Staff are friendly and helpful and that makes the stay so much more beautiful. We love Hilton Sharjah and Alvines service is indeed commendable.
