Room was comfortable but very basic. Had the amenities you would expect from the budget arm of the Hilton brand. For a quick getaway, this place is ideal. I would definitely stay again

The staff response to the problems we had made it a 2 and not 1 star. This is not a bad hotel and at least it is clean. If you are expecting something special, don’t. If you want a place to rest on a layover in Dubai this is the place. If you are spending a few nights on a vacation, rather avoid. Issues we had on the first day already: 1. We didn’t have s functioning kettle. On the third one we finally got one that worked. 2. Furniture in the rooms is damaged / torn. Not completely broken but not exactly homely. 3. Closet space for folded clothes is virtually non existent. Very little cupboard space, if any. 4. Breakfast in canteen style (literally). You will get a plastic tray with a melamine plate. Very similar feel to that of a mall food court. All the basics are covered food wise but really nothing special about this breakfast buffet. 5. We arrived home from a day out in Dubai to find our room had no power. Not exactly the nicest thing for tired bodies. 6. Lastly the beds could be replaced. They are tired and noisy, but I might have too high of an expectation here. It is really the staff that made it ok to stay here. They were quick to respond and made effort to solve the issues. I just would have preferred to not have any issues to deal with in the first place.

Hampton by Hilton Dubai Airport is not exactly close to the airport nor located in the airport precincts. So, if you're looking for a hotel within a few minutes of the airport for early morning flights or transit, it might not be your best option. However, this officially 3-star hotel offers excellent value for money in terms of location, quality of facilities and services. Of course, as a 3-star hotel, you would not expect 5-star complements but the promptness of service, quality of food and courtesy of staff all recommend this hotel. The location is great with access to road and metro connections not too far. The complementary breakfast is great with good varieties and the buffet lunch is good. We traveled in a group and our workshop sometimes continued beyond the scheduled lunch time but the Management was always gracious to accommodate us. For group booking, you shouldn't expect express check in, but the process was virtually seamless. Check out was a breeze. Rooms are clean, passages and common places extremely clean, swimming pool big enough for several users at a time. If you have to choose between this facility and others within the price range, I will recommend without hesitation.

Value for money . I am surprised why such a hotel is not 4 star to say the least. The rooms are spacious and very modern with all the needed amnesties. Actually very impressed with how space was so well used from a big TV to the Sofa bed , yet with room to spare to walk around. Beautiful pool with wonder and courteous staff. Breakfast did have a queue and had limited items so it is better to arrive earlier. All said and done , Our family had a fantabulous time. Not to mention many cafeterias and mosque right below the hotel.

Room not cleaned properly, there was no hot water in the middle of night. Plumber came and adjusted something and fixed the knob but cannot adjust the temperature anymore. Moreover asked for a bottle of water 4 times and still no response. Better to go out and buy it from the supermarket.

Hotel is at nice location and also near to Airport. Variety of shops, mall, Clinics are around which is just walkable distance. Hotel provides complimentary Airport shuttle to and fro which is hassle free. Cleanliness, services are excellent of this hotel. Hotel staff from each department right from Reception, Restaurant, House-Keeping etc. is very good and co-operative. Hotel rates are very affordable owing to this location.

Based on the other people reviews this hotel was not worth it. But After checking in, it turns out this become one of my favorite hotel in Dubai. We actually enjoyed staying here. The room was clean and staff are so friendly. They have 2 bar in the property and what I really love is they have free breakfast for all in-house guest. Only for check in and check out it will takes time because of the queue , hope they will add more staff in the front desk. But still, its one of my favorite hotel in Dubai.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, especially the guest rooms. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The hotel staff managed to check us in well before the check-in time at no extra cost which was very kind of them. The hotel had good WiFi. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. There is also a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. There are however some things that were very displeasing; 1. The breakfast rush is poorly managed. The restaurant gets way too full and one could describe the breakfast experience as "survival of the fittest". Guest tend to cut in line and have no regard for personal space whilst waiting in line. There was barely any available tables at times. 2. The breakfast seems a lot like canteen food. Mass produced with very low quality. The scrambled eggs were watery 3. My friends said that when they went to the pool area, other guests were sitting on the deck chairs with their luggage bags and hung their laundry on the deck chairs to dry. This was rather displeasing considering the hotel offers a laundry service. Overall, the experience was good. Could have been better.

..we were looking for a Hilton for one night directly at the airport and booked ourselves in here. Reservation/booking through the Hilton app as usual simple and easy. At the check inn everything went well here too – the hotel employee was friendly and promptly checked/booked passports and formalities. Room was typical Hampton - clean and classic in decor. Bathroom was clean/ bed made great. Perfect - would book again for one or two nights... maybe to explore this area... 😉

Good hotel. It's a new property with spacious rooms and a well maintained swimming pool. Well connected to metro station and bus station. Breakfast is good 9/10. It has a fantastic restaurant named Fisherman's Hub on the first floor next to the pool which serves spot on food. Overall we had a good stay with kids!

Affordable prices, nice rooms and pool, quite an awesome lobby, perfect for working while on a trip. Service quality is nice but the hotel seems a little bit understaffed, Breakfast quality is also 4/5. Overall 4.5/5 experience.

We are really disappointed with the hotel management. They charged for local landline calls, which are actually free within the city. House keeping service was awful. Had to keep asking for towels n tea. Breakfast was not worth at all for the price and cutlery was always scarce n people waited in queues for even plates and spoons..... Everyday same breakfast, no variety.. African lady at reception was very rude when complained about house keeping.

I have been trying to contact with the hotel but no one ever answers the phone. I need to know how to book the airport shuttle service from Dubai airport to hotel at 6am. Also, I have booked rooms for my parents who are elderly and are reaching at 6am. Is there any way to book advance check in or do I pay for the previous night, but will I be able to check in at 6am for previous night? If anyone can help that would be very appreciated.

The hotel was good. They have two different type of rooms layout. The first one has one master bed with sofa cum bad and other one has Two single bed. The hotel provides a very good and refreshing breakfast. It's closest to the airport but far from the new city so it's kind of a trade of.

Great place, interior design well done. Rooms are abit smaller and there is a smell that i believe comes from the old carpets. Customer service is top notch. Breakfast has variety I really enjoyed. Very close to the main road. There are super markets around. Enbd Bank is at a walkable distance. They provide free shuttle to the airport. They helped me with printing.

The rooms have a strong smell of mould, and the windows are locked so cannot be opened. Hotel located within questionable neighbourhood. Soap dispensers didn’t work so I had to take the lid of and plunge my hand in. Breakfast was average, although quite busy and chaotic. The housekeeping staff were great. 5 mins from metro which is great. Would stay again but only if I had a layover, not for an extended period of time. 3.5/5

We recently visited there with some customers for business visit and the experience what we have taken from the front desk staff is absolutely horrible ! Since we have pre arranged early check in, they kept as from 6.00am to 11.30am teling payment has not been received to them. finaly they sorted out the issue with coordinating their sales team. When we checking out same issue came out and front desk boy asking fully payment again and again to release us... we got really embarrassed as he didnt have any kind of courtesy or respects to thier customers ! We told again and again as our flight is missing but he could not attempt to solve the iuuse and told that payment is required to release. Finaly we spoke to our travel agent and she told me that they have paid twice for this and issue is between front desk and sales team... After embarrassing all he thumb up and show problem is sorted and ask to go without apologize or teling anything ! The worst front desk hotel im dubai... not recommend to any one...

Rooms are not maintained properly and it's not feel like that you are living in a luxury hotel, the bathrooms and the outside cupboard to store our cloths having same door to close, and for the washroom they don't have. Curtains to take shower 🚿, and for the breakfast 🥞 it's compliment but it will be served chill it won't be hot ,room keys they provide the rooms already occupied by someone and they will makes us to wait and when they wan to give even the room spray won't be available, they guest who left early dirt's will be there, we can feel the cigarettes smoke inside the room where we going to stay, and no proper flush and mainly when you come to your bed 🛏️, it's wicked you will get back pain for sure.... Just take care before deciding to choose that hotel, try to see the rooms and stay we select 3rooms and all had this above issues 😘

What a wonderful hotel with great service and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and spacious! The breakfast is well served and I would have loved to have stayed longer. I arrived late so i didn't really get to see the location but the hotel itself is definitely one to go back too!

The front desk staff turned me away saying that the main guest has to check in together otherwise I can’t get the room even though my name is on the booking. We have contacted the diamond desk and confirmed that no such policy exists. They were fully booked last night, they did not want to honour our booking and wanted to prioritise others’ bookings. Very irresponsible, unethical and racist towards Asian. They even had to audacity to say that the door out is right there without trying to help solve the problem. I suggest fellow Asians to look for other hotels to save you from problems.

Not even 1 star. Tried to reach the reception for an enquiry banquet hall. They have guided me to a service in charge. Tried to reach them couple of them but didn't responded. Next day i she got connected i asked for the availability, not even telling me the dates are available or not , asked me to send message on WhatsApp with full details. I send immediately no response no call back not even a reply. Surprised not even recommend.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we received the key to our room, it was evident that everything was in poor condition. The room itself was in a deplorable state, with urine stains, an unclean carpet, and noticeable stains on the couch. The overall cleanliness and odor were simply unbearable. The quality of the room was well below average. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was a letdown as well. There were no fresh food options available, and unfortunately, this resulted in my husband experiencing stomach issues later on. This hotel ranks among the worst I have ever stayed in, and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone. I have no intention of returning in the future.

Decent hotel, clean and comfortable. breakfast could be better. Reception staff can improve on their attitude. The room (accessible) I last stayed in was not as clean as the standard rooms.

Rooms are really good, clean and size are prefect. Breakfast was amazing this time. My guest had stayed 6 nights before and this time 7 nights in last 6 months. Only request during booking and during stay was for a late check-out instead of 12 noon if possible to check-out at 14:00. Night shift staff informed to check with morning shift staff and when asked them it was fine but then they close the wifi which is still okay but then they suffocate you without electricity from 12noon till 14:00 and when asked about it they say it’s their policy then why give late check-out if your forcing us out? Such a shame for such a brand to act in this way.

It was a great stay! Remarkable service, friendly and welcoming team members. Excellent food and the spread was great. Room was clean and tidy. Great location, with easy access to metro. Will be back if to visit Dubai once again! Specially cannot thank enough for returning the wallet which we have left while checking out, that is such a reliable and commendable service from the housekeeping staff as well as the front office staff! It's about 7 minutes drive away from Al Nadah metro station and it's right by the roadside and easy to find. Lobby and reception area was clean and calm, security at the entrance were friendly and professional likewise the waiters and waitresses for the buffet made sure you are okay and always asked if anything else was needed. Keep up the great customer service you are providing. Menu for their buffet was tasty and nice.

I LOVE this place! It is a Hilton hotel located near Dubai Airport. I didn't know when I checked in, but there ware a huge number of tourists at breakfast time. It's a very good cost-effectiveness. The room is spacious enough, clean and comfortable. This hotel has established 4years ago. There is a free shuttle to Dubai Airport and a pretty well-equipped swimming pool. Two bottles of bottled water are free when you check in, but if you request additional water, it will be charged. It's not easy to connect to the front desk on the phone. I recommend you go to front desk direclty to make the necessary request. The response was a bit disappointing, but I can forgive because of the price.

Awesome Hotel with a very good location and best amongst the hotels in the area. Grocery stores nearby open even during late hours, short walk to the metro and numerous restaurants nearby. Rooms were quiet, neat and clean. Check-in and check-out was fast. Staff very helpful and polite. Great value for money and definitely going to be our future choice for our annual visits to Dubai. Lobby had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke when we checked in at night but was okay during the rest of the day. Hope the management enforces no-smoking in common areas at all times.

Hotel is at nice and peaceful location. Rooms and comfortable and clean. The only issue is they don’t have early check-in management which a hotel like this should have. Waited for 7 hrs at the lobby.

Nice clean room, UK sockets and usb ports but not all work. Bath & shower in large bathroom. Convenient underground parking, good location especially if you have a car. Free breakfast, although it's a big manic. Starbucks available 24 hrs. Had a couple issues but mostly resolved. It's an good spot if it's just your base, it's a busy area with easy access to everywhere.

I came across some issues but the Representatives showed quick responses and were able to tackle them. Nice place to chill!!! Enjoyed staying there. Facilities are the best. However, I have to note that , in the first day of arrival don't let people to wait more in the ground floor until their room ready. Because arriving from other countries takes a long time + additionaly exhausted guests wait 5-6 hours. In general I extremely satisfied with hotel management. Everything was very nice

The hotel left a very good impression! Reception staff always tried to please. It is very convenient that there is a staff that speaks pure English. Cleaning was done every day, water was added. Very clean, new fresh linens and towels. The room is modern. There is an excellent bar, also with professional service. I’ll also mention the beautiful and clean swimming pool with a great harmonious view for photos. Special thanks to Safety guard Pitambar for help with adaptation and good advices in Dubai and always being polite and kind.

We enjoyed our stay here. We're a family of 6 and we had a connecting room. The staff are great and helpful. Pool is big and clean. The buffet breakfast was good. I love the waffles! It's a good value for money. Will definitely come back. Cheers to the staff!

The hotel is near to the airport, clean and quiet, rooms are good and large enough. The staff are professional in dealing, food is average rate but have a variety, I gave comment about the shower mixer is tittle terrible to adjusting of the hot water.

What I like about the hotel: 1- good location 2- clean room, everything is there 3- swimming pool is great 4- staff are ok 5- asked for water and didn’t take more than 3 minutes and arrived —————————————————— What I didn’t like : 1- the check in and check out super late only one working at reception and a lot of people waiting, takes a lot of time 2- food was ok except pancakes and bread are too hard like eating a rock 3- it’s very noisy because of the BAR, hard to sleep 4- less option of food , and only one type of eggs, asked the chief to make omelet egg and they don’t wanna do it

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, staffs are awesome . They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable with a beautiful View.corridors are clean.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting here.

Mr. Pramod on front desk was very cooperative and a true gentleman. I forgot my phone charger few hours after check out and he helped to arrange from room. Breakfast is good. Rooms are cleaned and sanitized. Mini refrigerator in the room is not very cooling and extra blanket was given after couple of follow ups. Other than that everything is good and not to forget free car parking for guests in hotel basement. We enjoyed our stay and shall plan next trip for sure.

Services not good. facilities, needs to improve. Cleanliness, ok. If you plan to enjoy a relaxing short time visit, i would not suggest this,I only like the pool.
