Nightmare Hotel. I booked it thinking it will be a nice hotel since it has a 4 star rating. But this was the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in. I stayed there 2 nights because I had paid from 23 to 25. The smell was horrendous, probably because everything is so old. Washrooms had mold, and tub was dirty and shower curtain smelled so bad. The curtains in room were so dirty that I didn't want to touch them. The carpet was not vacuumed at all. How this place has 4 star rating astonishes me. It's not even 2 stars.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with kids and family. These people started playing music down in their enclosed bar area after 10pm. The music was so loud that I could hear it in my room. Rooms weren't soundproof at all. Service was pathetic. My room's AC wasn't working well. Despite complaining to them again and again, no one came to fix it. Anyway, those three days were horrible. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Booked hotel for the 3rd of august, arrived 4-5am on third of august Staff very rude and unaccommodating!!! Came from usa to Dubai and these ppl never ran a hotel in their LIFE. Waited over 5 hours for a room No management at 7am? What a joke of a hotel Avoid this hotel at ALL COSTS!!! Staff are incompetent and do not understand the concept of hospitality. I WOULD NEVER return to this establishment not in a million years! We are educated people from America and these ppl treated us like we were from the village. Making up excuses to provide a disservice . Joke of a hotel

This place is GARBAGE, the worst hotel I have been to in my life. Disgusting and filthy with bugs, mold and just nasty. This deserves no star. We count it a loss, my skin crawled, we left the same evening and did not even stay in the room for an hour. Bedsheet looks dirty , shower is disgusting 🤢 The only plus about this is the location. Good to see old Dubai and get some good food and ensure the rich culture. Great nightlife around the hotel but the hotel is Garbage and stinks of smoke and old smell. I would not recommend to my ENEMY!! Room was garbage, location was good

Stayed there for 3 nights, new year 2023 night included. They claim to be a 4 star hotel but its not even close to a 2 star! Most of the rooms stink, they didn't provide us with basic toiletries, some of the lights didn't work in the room and they were not willing to fix it, towels in the washroom were also ancient and torn from places. No mini bar or even provision of complimentary tea/chai or coffee in the room. Just a single pathetic apple flavored teabag. Breakfast was another sad story. No cereals, no fruits, no coffee... and the staff wasn't at all courteous .They need to work on the overall cleanliness of the hotel and replace all the old bedsheets and towels, etc

First impression bad impression, requested pillows and a duvet as we had our kid. I have waited 30 mins and still waiting. Spoke to receptionist and he is shouting over the phone to his colleague. What have I ended up at ?!! Rooms and corridors has scruff marks and looks dirty. Smoke smell right from the reception until I reached the room. They charge big bucks for poor service. Only good thing about this is location.Horrible service and I have 6 more nights at this place. Already feeling anxious about my holiday 🤪 I will change my review if these guys pull up their socks to provide good service .

we went to abjad grand hotel . The service was very poor they didn't provide toiletries . for housekeeping we called reception thrice but they delayed their service by saying we are sending later we went to reception to complain against room. no house keeping service was provided in a proper manner . even they didn't even bother to take our language just handed over keys and rest we had to do our self . Their club was even more worst , third class songs and dancer we didn't even enjoyed once . Girls were doing mujra instead of dancing . we booked to Agoda app and even after that they also charged some municipality and tourism fees we did paid tax already but they denied by saying its policy

one positive thing is that have good accessible to metro and bus, another things are awful. too much noisy because of 3 disco on the hotel and you cant sleep well until 3 am. you cant find any slipper and rugs and bathroom are too much dirty.

I've been in customer service/sales for a long time. I learned from my experience that no matter what product you are promoting or where you work, even if the facilities are not so good, if the STAFF is well trained in what we call customer care, the product will be sold and the establishment will be tried on by customers. To be honest, the room boy at this hotel is better trained than the people assigned to the front desk.

Dirty hotel.Roomed stinked of Cigarette.Arrogant staff.. Doesn't care about hospitality. Reservation staff seem non existent.. I had to clarify something ,as I had booked online. From 7 am till 3 pm,I called 4 times.. the receptionists just kept repeating that the reservation staff hadn't come. Very pathetic hotel.

No idea of exact services and can do attitude of a 4 star property. But this hotel is Big no. Nothing is right except location of this property. Big no if staying with family. Big no if you can't sleep when there is noise from outside. Housekeeping staffs are just as if they favouring you by coming and cleaning your room, and yes never ask( sorry never ever ask) about that extra bottle of water in your room. Reception/front office staffs are very good..

Hotel is very old, corridors are fully dark and needs little more light. Its just ok!! If you like south indian food you can deifinetly try Padipura restaurant its worth. 👍

Bad wifi, Restaurant is less than OK. Phones kn the room is also not working. When I told this to reception desk they send a person and he just changing phones prom one roo. To another but still he could fix just one phone and also not working properly. Sometime reception desk also not pickup calls. Bad decision to stay there

I have been Abjad Grand For 5 days Bar music is loud take room on top floor only best best room good comfortable everything ac is great 😍metro station and bus station is Very very close Domino’s is next to hotel In beside gali u will find Zayka restaurant from there u can get breakfast lunch dinner best best !! But for Service It scores zero No one is coming u just keep calling Service zero whatever u required just get and stay dnt expect anything more u can stay bindass

Very bad service provided. Rooms not cleaned or vacuumed properly. Based needs not supplied like Water bottle, Dental kit, Iron box etc. The lift was not working for a whole week. The wardrobe are damaged. My first provided room Door was not able to open then they gave another room after the conflict.

Worst hotel ever!!! I will not recommend for decent ladies & gentleman. You will pay for the Hotel cost then they're asking 100 deposit 😂 Towels so old and have holes and stains . Bathroom so dirty (In the bowl have something brown ) Didnt clean very well. Tissues are used and wet. Smells the cigarettes smoke 💨 Receptionist take Time to prepare and register us.

Worst experience from staff. Especially from the receptionist. No respect for customers. A security deposit of 200 is taken in advance from the customer apart from fully paid bills which is not mentioned in booking sites. The receptionist is not ready to answer any query asked by us. No charging sockets near to bed or sofa. It was only one charging socket which is available near floor level which is very difficult to place. Please dont go to this hotel.

Nice hotel in Deira area, where you will have plenty of options for dine in and chill. Staff's are cooperative and ready to suggest you plenty of options. The hotel is placed near abuhail road, there you have conveyance to access taxi, metro or bus. Parking available in the hotel if you have car. The building looks little old but well maintained.

Stayed two nights 31st -1 Jan 2023. Room 347 The Good Clean sheets, overall clean room. There were Two tea bags 3 sugars no powder milk or longlife in the fridge. The not so good Room smelt of smoke 🤔 Grubby shower screen and bath tub Grubby grout to bathroom Safe deposit box door was broken. Internal draws to robe in need of upgrade. I was amazed to not see a TV in the room. No complimentary milk, had to order from room service to pay extra for milk. Inside fridge Grubby Pictures for all of this is available on request. Whilst I’m not expecting miracles from a 3 star hotel, I think it could have been better and perhaps on the website to explain the fact that the hotel is old and in need of a refurbishment and too not expect too much.

I would not recommend this place to others. I would rather say choose a nicer 3-star hotel. The staff are bad, no room cleaning was done during all 3 days of my stay. Only 1 power outlet in the entire room lol (that too not accessible from the bed). No toiletries. No breakfast buffet option, only al a carte. The underground car parking stinks and feels soo disgusting that I chose to park on the street. Only one elevator works at any time. All the staff seem disinterested to work there. Please avoid this place. Everything is bad, except the location. Right opposite to the Metro.

Staff was extremely unprofessional and not helpful I didn't get the room l requested for. After trying to talk to the staff they said "if you want take the room we will give you or leave and find another hotel " I had booked 1 week prior to my vist and it was extremely late . I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The worst place in Dubai ever. The treatment of staff with customers is the most despicable thing. Cleanliness is bad. An inconvenience I would never recommend, no matter how cheap their price is.

I will never choose this hotel araved at 5am me and my wife and children under 5 the staff Didn't let me in I try explain that we had 12h fly and was delay but no way I find my self and my family on the street with hotel and they didn't help or advice transport really bad experience

Should be a three star hotel. Room and bathroom has mold. Housekeeping request never kept. Room refrigerator cabinet has roaches. Never did pest control. Had to wait 2 hours to get a new room.

everything was immaculate the staff were wonderful, the cleanliness was what youd expect from a 5* hotel in downtown or sheikh zayed road swimming pool was clean too, the room was super spacious the vicinity was peaceful, soundproof rooms everything you need was within walking distance from supermarkets to clothing stores big ups to the staff. would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at a decent price point 10/10

Even after booking, you have to wait a lot, which is a minus point. I booked one big size bed but they gave me w small beds. The reception staff is also not professional and the customer service is utter rubbish. Would love to give one star out of five all-round because of their system and I could have got a better place in such a price, but from the next time i keep in mind that after seeing the review of such places I will book. One more very disappointed thing is no one takes call after I called 10 times. All round I had a bad experience. Room condition is poor Pillows are unhygienic bed-sheet not clean mobile charge point was away from bed beds are uncomfortable. Well experience was really bad and not recommended to anyone.

Not recommended for families, 5 Floors hotel it has 5 nights clubs and it's totally for nightlife even the room are not sounds resistant you can't sleep well there, it was very bad experience. And also very bad smell on overall hotel
