Not a good place to stay with family. It’s okie for single male . Do not choose room in ground or first floor due to noisy club. Do not choose breakfast option here as it’s not worth the money. Only 3 or 4 tv channels . The landline wasn’t working. They don’t have buffet option for breakfast and choices they have for breakfast is poor. I even found hair in the food 🤮 Only good thing that I observed is that some staff are good and well behaved.

This is the second time I’m staying and I had an amazing stay at Fortune plaza hotel.The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive right from the moment I walked in Especially the house keeping staff. The check-in process was smooth, and I was delighted to find my room clean and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Breakfast buffet was really good. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. I can't wait to visit again and highly recommend fortune plaza hotel for anyone looking for a delightful stay in Dubai.

I enjoyed my stay here!!!Great service and very close to the Dxb airport and others!Reception was quick with check in ,. My only issue was with this place is the night club noise,maybe a sound frog should be introduced. Overall all is good.

Hotel provides a satisfactory experience with basic amenities. While the rooms are clean and comfortable, the overall decor might be somewhat dated. Service is decent, It's a reasonable choice 👌

The hotel is very close to the airport and other major places. So getting around was easy. The staff is courteous. They immediately provided iron box early in the morning on request. The only drawback is, there was parties until 3am in my the morning everyday and our room was in the first floor so we could hear the dancing. They couldn't do much despite requesting. So if you are here for a peaceful holiday, request for room on top floor only. Or don't prefer this hotel. Also, at the end of the stay, they levied a AED 10 per night per room as tourism development tax. We were not aware of this in their previous prices. Not sure if this is the same everywhere but thought this is a good information to have especially if you are staying week long

The hotel is very bad from many ways In term of the room the furniture is quite good but the toilet is bad. The shower is corroded and not clean also 🪳 are there. I tried to have shower but the water was yellow from the corrosion. Don't ever think you can sleep before 3 am due to the night club noise, I was feeling like I'm trying to sleep inside the night club. The only thing I liked is the location.

Poor hotel and cheater manager, his manager dithim cheated us with 300 aed by making phishing bill and showed us gcr not bill. When we ask for return he didn't gave us back . Please be cautious with this hotel ,it will be risky as they can cheat any time

I've stayed at fotune plaza way too many times, it really just very normal hotel, and I am amazed how they get rate as 3 star hotel. It's really dark and old, the toilet is in the real bad conditions, environment is bad too. Room service is very slow, and the waiters will only wanted to serve you if you giving tips. Room service is low quality food with expensive price. The one good part is nearby is convenient, bank, cafeteria, convenient store, restauransts, even clinc. I am not recommended at all.

Cozy ambience...good dine in, some rooms are troubling... So better ask for ur preference n even for things not in ur preference too...else u will land like me.. changing room every 3rd day... I stayed for 9days... So long experience... The manager Hareesh sir... He is sweet n helpful but remaining reception staff is blunt n not at all hospitality types

I wish I've seen the noise reviews on google before I made the booking. Just fall a victim of a catchy price. I had a terrible night of sleep due to the night club music boom/bass sounds. Despite calling them to do something with the Club music noise. First & Last time. The location was the only thing that is a 5 star since it was close to almost everything in Dubai + Metro & Taxi. Windows handle was brocken. Windows glasses was dirty. Lighting rate was very less. Water heater not working properly. Tooth brush was not there from begining but they brought for us. Restaurant was not match with reception to consider cost to room number. But totally was okay and good things was near metro station.

Very bad experience.The reception people are not welcoming at all. They even misplaced my EID with some other guy and I went to find it out. They didn't help me and was even arguing with me saying I have never given them my EID. Totally a very bad experience.

Reception was good. No issues. Comfortable and worth the cost and savings on Agoda. We will never return to this hotel, the amount of times we were harassed and questioned by numerous members of the restaurant staff you would think we are criminals and would try steal the breakfast. Any dispute over whether it is included or not can be sorted at reception when we pay our bill. Breakfast was not bad, but the staff spoilt it for us and made it impossible to enjoy our food. At one stage I had to just tell them to go away and leave us alone so we could try and eat. Then we were followed to reception FBI style. When we check out we will pay for our snacks and breakfast.

Smells very bad inside rooms, and bed spread not washed it seems. That too Smells, coffee cups are smelling. I washed it. They don't allow guests inside the rooms as hotel policy. If someone comes and we were sitting outside the car and spend time. Worst hotel. Will not come again

Not bad hotel for a 3 star. Done well. True fact, this hotel was previously known as PRINCESS Hotel. Now it has changed its name to Fortune Plaza Hotel. The people have done a really good job for a 3star hotel. Location also pretty good for pics, etc Its cheap and affordable but has quality.

It was fine for a 3 star hotel. The room was clean and the beds comfortably. We only needed to use the room to get some sleep before our connecting flight, so we didn't want to spend too much money. Didn't try the breakfast. The aircon was a bit noisy and didn't cool much. But it was in Jan, one of the coolest months, so it was fine. There are a few little shops nearby to get some food. There is also an Indian restaurant in the lobby. The taxi ride from the airport was about $10

Everything was fine, but hygiene wise it was not at all fine. We recently had a party organized there, the drinking glasses were kept near the restrooms, which were not acceptable at all.

I attended a birthday party here. The arrangement was decent. I was missing free wifi here. Their veg food was better compared to non veg . So I enjoyed daal makhni and paneer. 2 star less for parking issues, lack of free wifi and average taste of non veg dishes. Overall it’s a good place for small functions and you are looking for Indian vibes.

The staff is extremely non-cooperative and disrespectful particularly Devi and harindar. I had a bad experience here and would not recommend people choosing this place for their stay unless they are okay with the staff behaving rudely with them. If only I could give negative ratings.

Beautiful hotel in a cute little area. Ultra modern, very new, industrial style hotel. From other reviews I worried about the parking situation, but the overflow lot is right next to the hotel, not a block away like I had read. Parking passes were given upon check in, no big deal if you can’t fit into the spots right next to the door. Our room was super cool, huge tv, comfy bed, amazing pillows and a thermostat that worked like a dream. I like it cold when I sleep & I successfully got the temperature down to 65° within an hour or so on a sunny day. Loved the vintage style mini fridge, the little coffee station in the room & the subway tiles in the bathroom. I didn’t mind the way the sink drained, the aesthetic was fantastic. Had a fun dinner & drinks at Famille & went back to the room & just enjoyed the comfort. It was quiet & the blackout curtains kept it pitch black inside. I need those for my apartment. Great staycation night for us, ignore the lame reviews, this place was really nice

Extremely horrible staff. No idea how to be hospitable. Can't even smile when talking. They shout at you for asking questions. Devi in particular is one rude sad man. Staff I dealt with. Devi, Harinder and manager Preeti. Avoid them at all costs.

Reception greeting was good. But was told breakfast was included. We went to have breakfast and a restaurant staff member told us its not included of which we said we where told it was included. We then had numerous staff members harassing us for payment that we could not even finish our meal. The experience was terrible. We will never return to this hotel again. Dissapointed and annoyed.

The service was below average. The front desk person has no manners to talk or treat the customers. The food ordered in the room is also below average. As a customer, I would never go back to the property. I wouldn’t even recommend any of my friends and family either.

Wifi is the biggest problem, if wifi is not working with speed below than 100 kbps and they just restart the wifi, facing this issue from very first day of checkin.

The hotel is old and a little shabby. They were doing renovation, which our stay really terrible. We were give a room on the first floor and there was construction noise the whole day. We had hoped it would stop in the evening. But it didn't stop and the noise if music (I think there was some sort of party going on) made it impossible to sleep. So, we asked for another room and we were given a room on the second floor. It didn't help. There was a bang bang noise from construction or something related to that as well as the music noise. We had a terrible night.

1st off, reasonable price, food at the hotel is good, and the staff are friendly Finally, don't park your car at the basement because of the space and limited slots. Hotel ambiance is poor and needs a complete revamp on the entrance, lobby, lifts etc.

Room was clean and quite cozy.. Had a good view of Burj Khalifa from the window too.. There was a variety of food in the hotel buffet and we can order if we need anything special. Best place for Indians to stay while visiting Dubai.

Went to Freddy’s for a small getogether. Located inside fortune plaza hotel they have good wash rooms and waiting area for people coming to Restaurants

We recently had our kids bday party at Fortune Plaza Banquet hall...we had a great time...Mr.Karman and team did a good job...all our guest enjoyed the party which was well organized. I will surely recommend this place.

Dissapointed with behaviour of their receptionist staff who named one mister Mario, his behaviour was very rude towards our Bahrain branch manager on 17-06-2022 8.30 PM.i wonder how these type of guys getting job ! Btw am not recommending this hotel to anyone

One and the only good thing about this hotel is the housekeeping staffs who are really sweet. Apart from that, everything was a mess. If you are an Indian guest then you will be treated well plus the breakfast will match your palette. If you are not from India then it is better not to keep this place even as an option. We requested the restaurant staffs to toast the bread for us to which they denied. We also requested them to prepare an omelette for us to which they said that there is no option for omelette. The next day we saw other guests having omelettes. When we told the restaurant staff about this, he said it depends on room number but later we got one finally. To eat one basic breakfast item ‘omelette’ is also a struggle here apparently. The location is too far from downtown. If you are not from India, don’t even waste your energy researching about this hotel. Such a waste of time!
