I was a bit hesitant when i read previous reviews initially. However, place is great. Clean, neat, easy check-in process. They may not have the best design award, but you get more than you paid for! Kudos to all team!

I stayed in Sharjah Palace Hotel 5 nights only in the most basic room with most basic options. Room was pretty small and dark with no view. Cleanness 5 stars, the hotel is very clean. When it comes to the breakfast, I didn’t like the breakfast at all, food does not taste delicious. Also you have limited options of meals. You can see all kinds of nationalities there. There’s also parking with narrow parking lots. There’s rule, whoever comes first takes the place first.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. When we first entered the room, the condition was far from acceptable. The coredoor carpet was infested with fungus, which was not only unsightly but also a health concern. To make matters worse, we discovered a blood stain on the duvet. We immediately reported this issue to the hotel staff, and they replaced the duvet and covers. However, despite their efforts, my family fell ill after our first night in the room. After a lengthy negotiation with the management, they moved us to another room. But the nightmare continued when I found a cockroach in the new room. This experience was not only unsettling but also a serious health hazard. I strongly urge potential guests to reconsider staying here. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance in this hotel is a significant concern. It's essential for the hotel management to address these issues promptly to ensure the safety and well-being of their guests.

Am giving 4 Star to location and 3 to Rooms that's it. When it comes to service and hospitality it is the worst experience we've ever had. We have a flight at 8 and we've paid extra for late checkout as well, despite of that Staff asked us to leave the room stating that 'You have to leave the room within 5 Minutes' It's Ramadan my whole family is fasting i asked for more time and was ready to pay more but same line was repeated on my face from reception. No Room services on time, Food was not even properly cooked & Response to the asked services was way too much late. Will not recommend for the families as they aren't not flexible in their services. Suggestion for the Staff: You guys are in hospitality business, And am damn sure this was not hospitality specially when you're in such a Amazing Country!

My brother and his Wife visited me and wanted to stay close to my house so I recommended the Sharjah Palace Hotel to them because it's very close to my house. Although I had never stayed in this hotel before and had not made any inquiries about the hotel before I recommended it to them. The next day when they came back to me, they shared with me their TERREBEL experience and I felt SO BAD and DISSAPOINTED. Is it because they are Africans? Must they have to keep their IDs at the reception? Must they have to wait for their room to be checked before they leave the hotel? I call this RACIST and it's NOT acceptable 👎🏾❌.

Property has enough amenities in & outside rooms to keep a guest happy. But it is not really offering a genuine 4 star experience. Staff needs more training, especially the front desk operators in finesse & language/communication proficiency. PLEASE BE AWARE OF EXTREMELY HEAVY TRAFFIC IN AL TAWUN STREET, where hotel is located. During peak times, it may take am hour to get free from the clogged roads

The hotel needs renovation, doesnt deserve 1 star, the staff is good i must say except the reception, they keep the passport or emirates id when u checked in even the room is already paid, we didnt leave our id so they asked for a deposit. This is the 1st ever hotel i booked in UAE who keeps the id. The pool doesnt have a heater so ifs not a family friendly hotel my kids didnt enjoy the swimming and they dont have kids pool, jacuzzi is broken for a long time. Its a waste of money and to get to the hotel location, too much traffic, they dont have valet parking service. First and last with this hotel inshaallah

The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. The room's cooling system makes a sound like an airplane engine, the phone in the room was not working to communicate with the reception, the Gillette razor had already been used. When I paid, I paid 250 dirhams by card I was barely able to sleep because of the loud noise, when I woke up at 3 am when my mobile phone rang, a person named Sohail called from the reception and said to come down immediately and draw another 100 dirhams because you underpaid! Hotel employees need training and their management needs counseling!!!! In my opinion, even if you had to, don't go to this hotel to get it fixed. Sleeping on the street is more comfortable than staying in this hotel . As a business consultant, I suggest the owners of this hotel to think about training their employees and improving their services before their business is destroyed. wish you luck.

The hotel upgraded me from standard to deluxe room. They were kind. However, i dislike the fact that they are reserving our official document till we check out!! They took the emirates ID and then I asked them to replace with the driving license! I was forced to do that or to pay 200 Dhs till I checkout! That was the first time to experience that in the whole UAE hotels! The room toilet needs more lighting. Overall, recommended.

They are just earning money in unethical / cunning way. I just paid money for booking and requested for booking cancellation in next hour without even entering the room. They denied it's not possible. Even no half refund / no credit note. Be very carful guys.

I would not consider this hotel a 4*. I have had many of my guests stay at this hotel. First few times the experience wasnt too bad but this time it wasnt a pleasant stay. Firstly i would recommend them to do something abt the lighting of the rooms as there are only lamps to light up the rooms which is horrible. Secondly my friend stayed for more than 2 weeks this time and the staff’s attitude was very causal. He would have to ask them everytime to clean the room and most of the times they wouldnt even change bedsheets or replace towels. When asked for more towels they striaghtaway said they cant provide more. The staff’s attitude at the reception is not welcoming at all.

Nice spacious and clean rooms with comfortable bed. GREAT service from whole staff, they were friendly and helpfull every time, and also quick in delivering what we need. Staff is more professional then staff at many other pricier hotels around Europe. Location is few minutes away from public beach of Mamzar and around 40 minute walk (less than 5 minutes drive) from Mamzar beach park which is beautifull. Hotel is also providing free daily transport for guests to Al Khan beach but i dont think you need it because Mamzar is definitelly better choice. 5 out of 5, no doubt.

The horrible experience after being a regular customer for this hotel, the staff name Pirtukan was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful, and also some manger called me today and giving me threat of police.. lolzz.. despite of their mistake still they have the odercity to call me and asking me to pay 90 aed just coz i did an early checkin which was allowed by the hotel every time i visited, they forgot that i have all the evidence. How silly.... i paid for the full 1 day 200 aed and in the end SUDDENLY ASKING FOR EXTRA PAYMENT WHICH IS NOT MENTIONED IN HOTEL POLICY... NEITHER I AM GOING TO VISIT HERE NEITHER I WILL RECOMMEND ANYONE... VERY SADLY I SAID ITS HORRIBLE JUST BECAUSE OF THE LAST EXPERIENCE.

Rooms and staff are quite good, however, they don’t take in consideration and care for their regular and loyal customers in regards to deposits and rates.. Also, lake of management availability at night shifts if issues happens.. Otherwise, the hotel is good..

The facility is deserving of not even a single star. First and foremost, the receptionists are haughty. To obtain the room key, we must relinquish our Emirates ID. The room amenities are outdated. Especially the television. The bathroom fixtures are filthy and ancient

Just seen the outside view of the dazzling outlook structure of the building . The building glows with blue lights, during nights . A bus-stop junction for school buses for picku6p and dropping of school children residing nearby in the area .

Hello Sharjah Palace Team, Would like to give my review regarding my experience your hotel. My partner and I stayed on the 19th to 20th of September 2023 We were looking for a hotel near my sister in-law’s home and we decided to try your hotel. We had been traveling from Abu Dhabi to Sharjah and we arrived late, almost midnight for check in. At first impression, the night staff was not welcoming at all. He wanted to charge us more than the rate we booked and my husband had to inform him our rate was confirmed with your reservation staff when we booked prior and after he said that he checked the system and never apologized he just proceeded with the check in. My Husband then requested if we could have a late checkout since we arrived so late and we had a flight to catch the next day and immediately before we could even say anything he said you have to pay. He did not even bother to ask how long we needed to extend the checkout, again from my experience in hotels, check out is chargeable when it extends past two hours, at least every hotel is different but he never bothered to ask. It's only after my husband asked him if he would charge even at 1pm that he granted us the check out and did not update his system because the next day someone called us at 12:30 and we had to inform them we were confirmed late checkout at 1pm. We didn’t need to stay longer, only an extra hour as we had a flight to catch the next day. He then refused to give us our IDs back which we asked him why he never gave us a reasonable explanation. We found it strange as far as I’m aware with my hotel experience no hotel is supposed to hold your IDs in contempt as if we are criminals. We were too tired to argue about the IDs so we just went to the room which smelt of smoke btw and I almost fell in the bathroom because the glass that blocks the water from spilling on the ground apparently moves it’s not glued to the tub. On the day of check out, after being rushed out even though we had the extra hour approved, I asked the reception staff to return our IDs which we almost forgot btw, and inquired if it was a Dubai regulation to keep IDs at check in and they said no we must have forgotten them. We informed them their staff refused to give us a check in ; they said they were not aware of it. Immediately after that they said we have to wait while they check the room, are you kidding me? After a few minutes I got upset and requested how long they needed to check the room because we had a flight to catch and this is my first time ever being told to wait to check the room, after I complained they said okay we can go. The hotel has our Id information, mobile numbers and email. If anything , can the hotel contact us not so? I don’t know the kind of Guests that your hotel receives but this is by far the worst experience in my life, I felt like maybe because we are African your staff treated us less, with disregard. We paid for the room just like any other guest therefore why treat us any less? Had it been an Arabic guest or European guests would your staff treat them the way they did us? I will never recommend anyone to stay in your hotel after this experience and maybe you can train your staff on how to deal with guests professionally as this is unacceptable. It doesn't hurt to be nice and after all first impressions matter most in hospitality because that’s how you channel returning guests and I believe in this line of business, guest experience matters a lot being that there is plenty of competition around. I don’t know if you will care about my review but if you care about guest satisfaction then maybe this will help the hotel improve on lacking areas. Best Regards, Thelma Tariro Kapswara
