i will not recommend this hotel for females as my wife was sleeping in the room and one room cleaner entered in the room by opening the door by his master card. when my wife shouted at him, the cleaner and the manager making arguments. my wife left the hotel same day because of insecurity.

Since last 5 years stayed in many hotels in UAE. I been to this hotel for stay very first time But this hotel i found bad and soo much of disappointment. Room was ok but you will get no shower kit no extra towel and carpets full of stains bathtub not scrub no amenities and being a 4 star hotel they will tell shower amenities are out of stock like seriously and literally I found pieces of broken glasses which may cause injury (How this hotel can be 4 star)

Room is not bad just the price is expensive compared to hotel room and services.

For all those looking to stay in the hotel I really really recommend you to look for another before it's too late, I've stayed there for a long time and believe me when I say that it's absolutely horrible, they will increase the prises every month, very bad services weather it's the Internet, maintenance, manager etc... my advice is don't waste your money in this horrible expensive hotel for nothing

They post fake adds in facebook just to convince the customer and when you will call them for booking then rates will be different.I saw add on Facebook club studio monthly rent AED 3200 and I called on same number which was on their advertisement.He confirmed me as well.Today I wanted to go for booking then direct hotel gave me price AED 3900.

This is the worst experience i have ever had the worst internet connection and the worst service

I don’t recommend to any one to stay here guests are not allowed we have to pay for guest so I will strongly recommend do not stay or book if you have guest and they want to meet you they will charge you for guest. Very bad experience and evening reception staff is so roud attitude

Charging high but services are zero plus calling mid night to wakeup you for asking unnecessary questions I will not recommend to any one to stay here if you want to sleep relax better to find good place in near place this is my 2nd experience one time I did booking for one my friend and they were so upset due to night shift staff. Unprofessional staff special the reception staff in the night shift

It was a good and clean hotel and room service was doing good job with a little bit of stinginess towards consumables. Such as drinking water or bathroom necessities.

Google should add a no star option cause horrible hotel like this doesn't even deserve the one star, seven days without Internet, their IT guy is soo lazy he isn't bothering in fixing the problem, lies about fixing the problem, he doesn't even bother to come to the hotel to examine the problem and plus all that they have the audacity to keep increasing the rent, WHAT A JOKE OF A HOTEL

It is terrible place to stay as it is impossible to get rid of the insects specially oriental cockroaches in the room. I stayed there 2 weeks and could not leave from the first day because the cost was paid by my employer. The Wi-Fi speed and cleanliness level is terrible. The room furniture is too old. All good infrastructures are far from this place. Basically don't waste your money by staying there.

Best hotel to stay in the staff was so friendly and good food rooms were beautiful swimming pool and gym was also very good i am very happy

We stayed there with my coleagues and it was the worst experience. The room we checked in was no ac and the amenities are not working at all . It was soo hot in the room .. We called for assistance many times but they were not responsive and attentive.

Its very nice place, i soent almost 1 year in this hotel appartment, only internet issue rest all are fine.

I can not even recommend this hotel for my enemies. Staff zero especially the Philippines lady with a bend teeth I don’t remember her name. She’s so rude. Some had her monthly period in the hotel and used the hotel towel to clean her body and was advised to go home with the towel and trash it because it’s not healthy for other customers but the hotel insisted they returned the towel. A 4 star hotel can not asked you to pay for a totem even 2 star hotel. Their service is so poor and it’s not hygienic humans to stay there. The hotel is very dirty. For the sake of your health don’t use their towel because it’s very dirty.

Poor reception and rude attitude! I was asking which room will be available tmr on 4th or 8th floor so I can be on same floor with my family. Reception Rithu didn’t want to make any effort to check availability based on current booking, only tell me nothing she can tell. Hotel with such kind of reception is a joke.

The most useless hotel I’ve ever seen in UAE. That hotel is a 2 star hotel not up to 3 star, the rooms are so dirty and even the towel is stain they still give it to another customer. Please anyone who is visiting Sharjah should never stay in that hotel because you might get infected by their towels
