A place worth perhaps for a quick night over and nothing more. The receptionist treats you as is they're doing you a favor. While the hotel's style is nice, the rooms are EXCEPTIONALLY dirty. In fact the only clean spot in the room are the bed sheets. There were spots of dirt on the furniture, on the bed, the walls, the floor and carpets. I was afraid of stepping on the floor or touch any surface of how dirty it was. The breakfast basic, but as others have noted - in busy moments the queue forming in front of the omelette stand blocks you from taking anything, even though you're clearly not there for the omelette. In addition to that - while checking out I forgot a paper note-pad on my bed sheets. There was no way to reach out to them. No responses to calls, no responses to booking chat - after 2 days I was able to receive a response in which I've been redirected to another department which told me that the Lost and Found team did not found anything, while I KNOW I have left my item on the bed sheets in my room. I asked to double check and provided a detailed description of the item and never heard from them again. Basically their staff took it and I consider it a theft (lucky me that we're in the safe city of Dubai!). Ridiculous management of everything. Never again in my life.

Basically a clean motel. I'd give it 2 stars for the clean, modern rooms and the metro accessibility. But this hotel fails in every other regard. At any given time there are a maximum of 2 members of staff available. The sheets are only cleaned/changed upon request after a week. EVERYTHING is charged additionally, including dental kits, ice or even (unbelievably) a set of cutlery. They will literally charge you for a spoon which is just ridiculous, so... bring your own. The breakfast service beyond 8.30am is a WRECK. It's literally the hunger games, everything is empty, there aren't enough plates or glasses to go around, the coffee machine has no milk and there are 2 people trying to man this operation who disappear quite conveniently. An absolute disaster. If you plan to stay here I wouldn't recommend paying for the breakfast pack and treat it like a clean, quirky campsite where you bring everything from your own home unless you plan to pay 3 times the market rate for a spoon.

Being close to the metro station made exploring Dubai incredibly convenient. It allowed easy access to the city's vibrant attractions, cutting down travel time and offering a hassle-free way to navigate the city.

Stay away from this place. I'm an All member and this is definitely the weak link of the chain. Badly trained and understaffed hotel is a dangerous combination. 1 person at front desk to handle all costumers at the busiest time of the day and with a fully booked hotel. It's not worth the price. Members are not appreciated here and there are clearly differences in how they treat people based on their appearance. They are also incapable of responding emails in less than a week.

The dining area would keep you hooked. 3. The elevators are neat and functions properly with multiple buttons on both sides. 4. The room corridor floors have beautiful rugs. 5. The rooms are really amazing I started considering replicating it elsewhere. 6. The view from the top is just amazing and my best experience. 7. The pool is so neat and they have everything in place. 8. The kitchen does wonders and they have variety of meal options to choose from when having your complimentary breakfast. 9. Proximity to town is just perfect. 10. Proximity to airport is like a 5 minutes walk. 11. Hospitals, malls and other essentials can be found opposite or in the same street. This is a nice hotel to try.

Excellent stay. I've stayed more than 1 month in this hotel and absolutely enjoyed every part of it. Very kind staff, maintenance and hygiene of the building and rooms is very good. Ideal location (even though it is called Airport Hotel you don't hear any airplanes flying by), very close to the city center. Definitely a recommandation to my fellow-travelers.

I don`t see how I would recommend this hotel to others if the person at the reception would rather turn to a random chinese man beside the counter who simply ignored the line waiting in front of it and was yelling about exchanging his cash to dollars than to attend to other guests who have been standing in the line for 20 minutes to wait for the receptionist (named Jack I believe) to take care of ONE customer`s check-in and fulfill his duty as currency exchange office. GOOD JOB you staffs. The room is decent by the way.

Breakfast was good. Because of its affordability, the hotel gets crowded especially at the peak tourist season. They offer a shuttle service every hour to the hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 8:30PM. I booked the roome a couple of days in advance. It took more than 1 hour to prepare an extra bed for us as I booked for 3 persons. Lady in the reception asked me 6 times if I had paid for the extra bed showing that they are more worry to bill rather than provide a good service. I know that this is my experience and I'm not saying that this happens the same with everyone but, please, consider this if you are looking for a 3 persons room.

We stayed at this hotel for 24 hours while transitting in Dubai. We chose to stay here as it was not expensive, was close to the airport and had a free shuttle bus to. I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The food was great, the staff are lovely and went out of their way to help us. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were so quiet. It was perfect for our needs

We came to have breakfast with my family and friends and to our surprise, the place was amazing. The breakfast was delicious, affordable and recommendable, check it out. Only positive I found is the excellent proximity of location and the spacious size of the rooms compared to other Ibis! Apart from that the stay was not worth at all. First night I couldn’t sleep at all as I was unable to control AC temperature. Neither the technician could fix it. Next day I had to run up and down for 3 times asking them to change my room. The receptionist in the morning shift seems to be disinterested in her job and was giving cold response. Next thing I ask was for a basic dental kit as I forgot mine. I still can’t believe they asked me to pay 15dhs for a basic amenity which should be already presented in the room for free! Ridiculous Breakfast set up was a joke. They kept omelette counter right in between the buffet and super disorganized. You don’t even know which line you are standing and people just basically crowd over the buffer station. When you come to your room you only have one door for both wc as well as shower area. The way it’s designed means only one door can be used at a time that too it comes without a lock! If you are staying with friends or family it’s totally not recommended.

My stay at this hotel was great, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and was happy at all times. The guy that checked me in, gave me a warm welcome and was greeted me with a smile. Then there was Adham, a very pleasant guy. The hotel is very lucky to have him. So disappointed by the lack of consideration. Every time you lose something in a public area they don't take the time to help you find it, carry your things with you, and know that if you lose something you may not see it anymore. I Will definitely not come back, I cannot stay somewhere I feel so unsafe.

The hotel is very comfortable, many advantages: convenient location (close to the airport, metro, there is a grocery store and barber salon nearby). When the restaurant staff found out that it was our anniversary and they gave us a cake and coffee. Many thanks to Chef Hurmat for such attentiveness and a pleasant surprise.

On the 31st of July we arrived to our hotel Ibis Styles at around 7 am after our flight. Our check-in time at the hotel was originally on 2.00 pm, approximately 7 hours after our arrival. Despite this, the hotels staff were kind enough to check us in 4 hours early, at 10 am. On the sands the we lost our gold ring somewhere at the reception whilst waiting for our rooms. We searched for an entire hour for the ring, together with the receptionist, but to no avail. We then asked the head of security,,,,, and he searched all the security cameras to see where exactly the ring was lost. He, together with the staff found the ring a couple minutes before our check out time. I am very thankful to security officer Mr. SHUJATT for his cooperations. 💐💐🙏👍👍👍

A nice enough hotel close to the Dubai airport. The room was small but comfortable and okay for a couple of nights. The staff very helpful and understanding. I misplaced my watch but they helped me find it. The cafe on ground floor was quite nice.

Love the new interior and design of the lobby and restaurant, so much space and more style. But didn't like the service this time. One of their front desk agents named THUREIN was the reason I am giving them 1 star. He was very cold speaking to the guest, no eye contact and no smile at all. Staff welcoming, safe place, not so much variety in the buffet. Nice swimming pool for relaxing after a long day. Close-by to the airport, so less chance of missing your flights or being stuck in traffic towards the airport.

I've had an absolutely lovely experience here. The Room is very nice and also the daily breakfast options have exposed me to traditional foods from this beautiful region. The Location and rooms are good. Service not very well as they take too much time. Most of the items are chargeable such as ice, toothbrush, extra glass etc. making it a bit hard as compared to other normal hotels providing such items for free. Special thanks to chef Dinesh for assisting us and helping our breakfast go amazing.

I travel more than 80% of the time, this hotel has the best value for money, room, pool, and staff. I want to express my appreciation especially to the breakfast team, they work tirelessly to make it as pleasant as possible. Mohammad stands out with his attention to details, follow up, pleasant attitude, and uplifting spirit. When I come I drag my feet to the lobby and after seeing his energy in the morning, I feel the positivity and excited to start my day. The tools are so basic and I could get a better coffee elsewhere but would not feel as inspired. This makes it a 5 star overall experience thank you 🙏😊

(The best!!, compared to the other hotels:) Moreover, it is the character/ attitude of the employee which makes this rate an excellent one! They are so approachable and dedicated to their work!:) (we have tried different hotel but we didn’t like the customer service they had..so off) But here, all staff are doing excellent customer service! I commend the quality service of Mr. Aradhya in the reception. He was so accommodating and his smile is very contagious :) that it made us feel comfortable whenever we had queries and requests. Quite a rocky start to our stay as our booking (done through "make my trip") could not be found. Ali, however, did great job in locating it and we booked in. Then the room we got smelled of old sigarette smoke - we were allocated a new room. Only one towel in there, but that was also resolved. Linen is clean and new, breakfast is great and all those that assisted us get our thanks. I believe due to Expo 2020 the hotel was a bit overwhelmed with issues, but it all was sorted out quickly.

They arranged early breakfasts for us, gave us tips about Dubai and always do something extra for the guests. We are very happy with our stay in Ibis Styles Hotel. We like the support and the friendliness of the employees there, especially from Syed. He helped us a lot at the time our flight got delayed. So we were able to stay longer at the hotel. Furthermore, the rooms were very clean.

We stayed with a big group, in august and must say, William from the pool bar made our stay extremely pleasant. He is a charismatic, fun, genuine, hard working dude. If it wasn't for him, we would not have spent so much time by the pool🙃 sad that sauna was not open. Rooms were nice.

Very Good Hotel in a beautiful and quiet location. Nice Rooms. They created a good ambience for our anniversary. Breakfast was good but not very much options. Swimming Pool was good but to access them you have to go around to the connected building. A good place for a weekend staycation.

Great location near the airport and value for money. Great for overnight stay for transfers, and is also just 8 min drive to dubai festival mall. There's a shuttle service for a 5 min drive to the airport every hour. Rooms were spacious modern and comfortable. Probably only area for improvement would be check in and check out processes which takes a long time (even for check in at 3am in the morning when there wasn't any one else we had a long wait for the room cards).

Had a FANTASTIC experience at this hotel. My family had an unexpected night in Dubai so we ended up here. Crazy enough it happened to be my fathers birthday. The staff greeted my father with so much respect and wished him a happy birthday. Not only did they do that unexpectedly, they brought my father a cake on the house. Truly Ms Clarisse, Mr Sayan, and Mr Ali went above and beyond. Thank you for your kindness, it went a long way in our world :)

Very big chambers with a lovely view . The bed is cosy, with very soft sheets. The room is clean and has plenty of space. The weird thing, at least for women, is the light placement in front of the mirror. The service is amazing. They do everything they can to make sure you are alright, though you should bring your shower gel and shampoo with you, because they run out quick. The staff is very friendly. I recommend this 100%

It is inexpensive to stay at the Ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel. The personnel is kind and the surroundings are tidy. It's family friendly. At the entryway, on the right, is table tennis. Swimming pool facility is available as well. The room was clean & tidy. Room service is done regularly. The only complaint I have is that there was no lock for the shower door.

Clean and spacious room, good house keeping, nice pool and gym. Breakfast was fantastic and especially the live counter chef is very courteous and remembers our choice and serves straight away on the following days. All together it is a great place to stay and it’s close to airport and metro and hence no hassle on movement

It’s hard to say how our stay could have been improved. We were initially allocated a room on the mezzanine level which didn’t meet our needs but this was changed to a higher level on request with minimum fuss. The lady on reception and the gentleman manning the door gave exceptional service. The room was comfortable and quiet, the breakfast excellent. Shuttle bus to the airport came early and doorman recalled it as we missed it. The best part is the location - if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle bus, the hotel is just one stop on the train from terminal 3. It’s a short walk from the train to the hotel. This means you can get out and explore Dubai using a one day transport pass. Will definitely book this hotel again if stopping over.

I stayed here for 1 night, because the hotel is 5 min to the airport. Is very friendly and comfortable hotel to make a scale, but the queue on reception was almost 30 min in the night 😅 Breakfast in the hotel is also quite good. I’d like to thank Chef Dinesh for tasty fresh omelette and chocolate waffles, despite the fact that it wasn’t in the menu. So happy with the service 👍🏻 thank you
