Place was so quite you can relax and sleep well,food was tasty breakfast and lunch we took..the manager was so polite and kind,very accommodating..surely we are going back there one of the holiday to relax more time,to swim,to do sauna,steam and of course to eat more 😀 thank you so much for treating your guest so warmth and well..

Rooms r fine, for family suites they don't give you landerette if you are staying less than month, which may be difficult if you have children. Staff are very nice, yet the room Service isn't daily, you have to put a sign and go out so they could come in about an hour. Location is great and close to the sea 💙 which gives it a great natural weather in winter 👍, but the garden infront of the hotel when we booked it wasn't there when we arrived 💔 it was under reconstruction, Hope to go back there again and see how it became, thank you for having us ^^.

Indeed a 4 Star Hotel due to shared parking but everything else is superb breakfast was health conscious has gym, pool, sauna... just before you go up to the rooms ensure the lock card swipe is updated but sure staff are very kind to support at rapid quick response... it was a Happy EID 2022... The staff are kind. Price is reasonable. Rooms need updating. The only downside is the parking. Overall my family enjoyed our stay.

Rating is Average 1) Ceiling in washroom was leaking. 2) 9th floor was dedicated non smoking but guest were found smoking keeping the doors open. Even after informing to Reception there was no improvement (air freshener was sprayed). The smoke was found in corridors n inside rooms. 3) to use WC flush button - u need to touch WC cover, else you cant flush 4) Top roof swimming pool - nice pool but no safe guards or attendants. The staff are friendly. Immediate attention was given for any requirements

One of the wrost experiences i have with this hotel,, never ever going to stay in future for sure .specially the receptionist in the hotel they don’t know how to deal with there customers nd how to respect to the customer.

Service: 5/5; We booked directly through the hotel and were in constant touch with Sanjeev upto our check in and beyond. Room: 4/5; 2 adults, 3 kids under 8. We opted for the 1 bedroom suite w/bathroom and kitchnette. We also asked for a washing machine (highly recommend with kids!), and mattress for the kids to sleep in the living room. We also had a good sized fridge. Everything was catered to. Only thing lacking was pots/pans but honestly we didn't need to cook as there are so many amazing food options around you. Breakfast: 5/5; The breakfast was AMAZING! We ate to our fullest everyday and our small kids enjoyed it a lot! Huge variety of food which you don't really get in USA hotels so it was really a treat for us. Fasting 5/5: There was a day we had to fast and eat at 3:30 am. They were very accommodating and let us order food to be delivered by 1:30 am. The food was plentiful and fresh! Really appreciated it. Waterbottles5/5: Everyday they would give us 4-5 waterbottles (compared to other hotels that give 2). In the heat, it was really appreciated. Rooms/Cleaning4.5/5: The rooms were cleaned daily and overall were clean. Only downside was hair on the carpets which I believe didn't really get suctioned by the vacuum. The decor/wallpaper/furniture is a bit older but the rooms were big and comfortable. Staff 5/5: very nice and very friendly! The person that works in front of the restaurant during buffet daily was very professional and respectful. He made sure all food was stocked and very courteous. Whenever we saw the staff, cleaning staff included, they were always smiling and nice. Facilities: They have a swimming pool and gym but we didn't use it so cannot rate it. Restaurant: The food we ordered was really good! The kids loved the nuggets and burgers. Also ordered shawarma and everything came plated so nicely! The price of the restaurant is really good as well! Cheaper than ordering from other restaurants sometimes. Hotel lobby: very clean, bright, welcoming Check out: very accommodating and let us keep our luggage in the lobby while we stepped out. Taxi: easy to get taxi there. There are usually taxis coming that way so no issues. They take credit cards Grocery store: there is a store next to the hotel or you can order groceries via talabat app Laundry: Saw 1-2 laundry places in the same vicinity (behind the hotel) if you don't have a washing machine in the room. Outside Restaurant: We ordered via talbat app from Al Nawab Restaurant (mixed grill and chicken handi) and Nayaab Handi Restaurant (butter chicken) and both had really good food. location: walkding distance to the water front but unfortunately we didn't get a chance to go there in the heat. Recommend: carry an umbrella and mist fan with you! We stayed at another 4 star hotel (Hyatt) after this stay in a different city and must say Al Hamra overall was better serviced. The facilities provided at Al Hamra were much better. Thank you for hosting us for 10 days!

Reception staff was friendly and nice, The resturant staff was super rude a Philippine lady who was super rude and not friendly at all, rooms has a bad smell which needs to be maintained. For one night i think it's a fine place

One of the best 4 Star hotel I stayed at. Free car parking is an advantage. We had a delicious dinner at next door Pakistani restaurant Nayyab Handi. Enjoyed roof top swimming pool. There is gym and sauna as well but we didnt try. Staff is very nice. Spacious couple room with free tea bags and water in room. Highly recommended for value of money and location.

The staff name above are the best staff we have come across, the respected us, kind, friendly, cheerful and very friendly staff. Great service from all staff from receptionist, porters to catering, our children booked the hotel with a standard room but the hotel upgraded us to executive room which we thought it was good standard but should have just stayed at the standard room because the quality and furniture was good in sta dard room, the hotel need to make sure there furniture is in good condition, quality and i very good standard. We want there for anniversary trip we had a great time enjoyed alot and the location of the hotel was good, the room was not upto the standard we accepted and smell from room even after cleaning. Cleaning staff left dirty cloth in the room which we complaint to the night receptionist and he took action straight away, the room was ok but the furniture was broken. Cleaning cloth left on the chair. The staff when ever needed them ware always there to help and going extra mile to help customers, my wife enjoyed the hotel alot due to the facilities available there and felt comfortable walking around alone to breakfast and sauna. We would recommended the hotel to friends and family. The hotel is 4 star 🌟 but the rooms are more like 2/3 star 🌟, if the management look after there hotel room furniture the hotel can be upto 5/6 star 🌟. We looking forward of coming again in Jan 2024 and hope the rooms are kept in good standards. Restaurant are 5 mins away close by and hotel has a very good restaurant just outside it. Thank you

Hotel said to be 4 star but too old. Stayed in one bedroom suit with family. Since its old and only maintained with no renovation from toilet seat colour to bathroom all was not up to par. Bedroom was ok, next day morning we found ourselves bit by something. The microwave and fridge had finger prints of some who stayed there. Overall i was not satisfied. Except for the location.

I was have very Bad experience in this hotel few days ago I did check in at midnight 3am someone stranger or customer come in my room .Mr.Hussan &Mr.Mithu was on its duty on disk even they don’t know anything and again Morning time 11:30 am some enter in my room without Ball and knocking that time Ms.Tashmil & Bisu was on duty they also don’t know anything I really never suggest anyone of my friends or anyone it was worried situation very Bad management and service

Worst hotel in the whole UAE , random people come inside your room while you are sleeping or taking shower not safe at all , absolutely no privacy . One of my friend had this incident recently and he is very upset with the staff behavior . They have zero courtesy and zero professionalism , never recommended to anyone who trying to book this hotel .

Worst Hotel ever, Recpetionist Hassan was the worst of all, felt as if only specific nationalities are welcomed, Asians are third world citizens - not welcomed here by Mr. HASSAN.

Nice and clean. Service was great. Bed was comfortable but the view wasn't great (which is no complain because it didn't matter on this trip). Unfortunately there was some renovation in the pool area and the workers decided to start hammering at 5:30am, after the complain they stopped and started at 6:30, complaining again, they stopped and started at 8. By which point I was up and ready for breakfast. Breakfast was nice but lacked a little variety. In the end it served its purpose. Overall, a good place to spend a couple of nights. Quite a bit to do around the area and the local restaurants are some of the best. It would have had a 5 star had it not been for the early morning hammering. Recommended.

I stayed in this hotel in 2018. It is close to seaside and Sharjah Corniche. Breakfast was very good. They also have a good gym. There is a park in front. I haven't been inside the park, but it is beautiful. Also, Korniche is not far. I went out to sit around Corniche. Nearby the Corniche, there is a big mosque, which is another landmark of Sharjah.

I recommend to my friend to book but carpet in room is dirty. Lamps are not working and sparking when turn on. Bathtub was broken. Over all not good choice.

Very moulded hotel and very bad smell in all rooms and main area too moulds and rotten everywhere in the ceiling and walls and couldn’t handle to stay there after Check in Stay away from this hotel very rude and unprofessional stuff once they take your money they will do anything wrongly to hold it and steal it from you even if you decide not to stay there! Based on that very bad condition of this hotel which they know very well and no way this hotel can be considered 4 stars like this rotten mould very bad smell and old conditions not even clean at all

we had a truly exceptional stay at sharjah ,the hotel is a bsolutely beautiful, room well appointed and comfortable. what made the experience exceptional though was staff especially Bisw and Tachmila were super helpful and delight.
