You hear everything, every sound. Bugs have been seen in our bathroom for 3 days in a row. People are hardly speak or understand non-trivial English. Swimming pool on the roof is just a small water decor. Wouldn’t recommend it. Cleaning was good though.

Slow service, we arrived at the hotel and the room is not yet ready.When we approached the reception that's the time they apologised and they said they still need time as they have only 1 housekeeping. We are okay if we are informed rather than they keep us waiting.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Not a place to go if you are a westerner or tourist. Disgustingly rude staff, cockroaches in bathroom, music thumping until 3am in an empty 'Indian' nightclub with a bar manager who is a sexual predator. Ice is available for 5dhm. Only positive thing I have to say is that the cleaning staff were friendly and hard working.

Hotel and staff was good, but not the reception staff. They are rude, unapologetic. They will rather ask you to sit in the waiting area then lounge if you have to wait for a longer time or maybe hours. They will treat you well till you are in your room, once you are supposed to check out, they will harass you to leave the hotel premises immediately. Specially, did not like the behaviour of reception staff name- Ms. KIRTI WADIYA, too rude, not willing to understand the plight of customer when required as customer service. Not to misbehave with international customers. Unhappy with the harrassment they caused especially when you have kids along with you and they rather would like to throw you out of the hotel after checkout.

Not recommended for family wd kids. We are staying in the suit in 4th floor. Its 1am and could not sleep due to very loud noise from d bar or club at the ground floor. Price is not worth too very poor maintenance, rotten sink and dirty linens and towels. I am writing this review on a sleepless stay here at this poor hotel

Room service was bad. The non-smoking room was stinking with cigarette smell and had insects. The A/C was not working properly and the walls had mould/fungus. The music from the clubs in the hotel were so loud, I couldn't sleep. When I asked the manager Mr. Gopal to change the room or refund the money I paid, he was rude and asked me to go complain to Dubai municipality. I will not come back here again. Please avoid this place.

Hotel is located at prime place and good staff, they are very nice people and they communicate in few of our Indian local language too. But one thing I found missing is they don't keep tea or coffee making facility inside the rooms. But I had stayed in couple of hotels in Dubai ,I found in every hotel except this. As I am a tea lover and after stressful day I would like to have a tea which was missing in that room. Otherwise everything was good.

Worst hotel ever ,we have stayed in.. Smelly fridge along with cockroaches. Damaged cupboard and poor ambience... I will not recommend to stay here. Only positive thing was the behavior of staff

I love the hotel. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful and did the work excellently. I had a great time and the lady at the reception in person of Ramouna an Indian National did a great work to help. She is very polite. She knows her job very much. A bit off location from the main Street. If you have your own transportation then this hotel is good for you. Otherwise I have to shell out extra money for a taxi.

This hotel has a dance club and night club. It is not suitable for my family at least. Full of smoking at night. Full cigarette smell in corridors. The hotel is far away from the main road. The rooms are not sound proof as well. We can listen to outside noise and get disturbed during sleep.

Incredibly bad hotel. Dirty and cockroaches on a bed!!! Not clean bed linen. Black mold in bathroom. Too loud music at night. We came and not stay there. Asked for returning money and it is still pending for 20 days, no reaction from hotel. Do not recommend at all.

It was really a great experience. I stayed in the hotel for 6 days.The rooms were very neat and hygiene was well maintaned. Breakfast as well as in Dinner, food was delicious. Hotel staff was pro-active and frinedly. It also facilitated swimming pool, bar as well as spa. Also arranged good quality vehicles for siteseeing along with professional tour guides. I think its a right place for friends & families. Special thanks to owner and staff to make our trip memorable.

Very clean place and Home away from Home. Stayed here for a week with my friends. Variety of breakfast and restaurant menus. Clubs for nightlife all in one place. Highly recommend as an accesible Indian owned place

A perfect staycation place particularly for Dubai travel and also the nearby locations of UAE. A friendly, helpful and enthusiastic staff, which I find a rare combination. Good food and clean rooms. One can either relax in spa, work out in gym or enjoy at the overhead swimming pool with attached sauna facility. One can also have a high octane overnight in-house club experiance which is a highly recommended attraction.

worst hotel ever, do not recommend to stay at this hotel sleeping at street is better, there is no hot watter, the ac smell like somke and the dj sound is to loud, and the bed is squeezy and not comfortable at all.

It was a good hotel. I didnt book with them directly, I was sent there by a travel agency, but I am completely satisfied. They serve very good breakfast, and the rooms are big and clean. Everything else was amazing. The location is also in a very accessible place.

I recently dined at Smana the hotel's restaurant, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The food was exquisite, especially the crispy potatoes which were perfectly crispy and seasoned. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, creating a relaxed atmosphere for a meal. What truly stood out was the impeccable service. The staff “ Asim”was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. I highly recommend Smana and Asim staff for a memorable culinary journey with top-notch service.

the room was dirty too dusty hell for allergic ppls like me the room had smoke smell too loud noises till morning even tho the room was on 4th floor the towels were dirty the dust was literally everywhere very unfriendly staffs to big hassal to check in never coming back please don't go never recommend!!!!

Food in Smana Al Raffa is very Good. So, we enjoyed our Tour very Good. Food preparation by Yadav Poojary, Cook is very good. The Staff of the hotel is very kind enough and good service. We enjoyed a lot while taking our food.

Like all the previous reviews, roaches are present and thin walls. Over all, its serves its purpose, to lay your head zzzzzzzz. Could be better.

The hotel is really good. I stayed for 3 days, the room service was excellent and my room was very neat. Overall, had a great experience.

The ac water is leaking in bathroom, didn't get any crockery for having food, it seems their policy is to provide plates and spoons is only if we order food from their restaurant. Small rooms not like the rooms shown in agoda and other websites. Previous stay with them was better but they require to maintain their standards back to 2 years ago

It was really nice , comfortable and clean .. i stayed for two nights .. solo traveler .. the location is very good if u will use bus because it's so hard to walk in daylight about 10 minutes until the nearest bus station .. breakfast was nice .. the room had a safe and qibla direction for Muslims 👌🏻 .. nice staff 💯

DISAPPOINTED !! - SMELL BAD , Rooms are kinda feel like full of stinky cigarettes smell. -Washrooms aren't organized , maintained/ clean. - LOUD MUSIC- till 3 PM , HELL of disturbance. Club next to our room. - No disposable sleepers, toothpaste. -we booked twinbed & end up with queen for two adult males, kinda shocking 😳, requested multiple times to change, may be we will get better option today as we're staying another couple of days.

I had a conversation on call and found good place to stay but when I visited they asked for more charges so I couldn't stay otherwise it's was looking a good place to stay.

It's not worth the value. Dirty glasses, towels and mat. We can hear everything next door, due to thin wall. The food is tasteless. And your employee removed our plate when there's still food there!

Worst stay. The management policies are horrible. There are unwanted, u please scenarios at lobby. Rooms are gloomy, unkept, old and unmaintained. We have travelled across India and Europe, Thailand, Singapore mayalasia, never ever had such bad experience. In infact, we shortened our stay and moved to another. Since the policies are not in place, the staff is rude, r9ht from receptionist to door keeper. Worst is the owner. Lousy area too. They should close down. Stay kms away from here

I liked my stay there, the only negative part was the hotel's location. 15 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop. Not many restaurants around, you need to walk 20 minutes to Al Raffa, which is a bustling neighborhood or Satwa, which is even better foodwise :)

The place is a no for me. looking at the prices for accommodation that fit for purpose. They don't tidy room regularly until you ask them to. A lot cockroaches which is overwhelming and they make it look normal when you complain.

Very good option for stay in dubai, rooms are convenient and prices for the night is cheap in comparison to quality.. They have a free parking which is great.. Will consider it for next visits to dubai I couldn't comment on the food this time because it was a very quick stay and didn't order anything from their service

The hotel is nice however because of the music from the club it's not ideal for night stay

The behavior of the staff was average as there was no facility of medicine or med boxes for customers and walls were thin also no coffee or tea facility at the room. I will not recommend anyone to stay here as basic amenities were missing location was prime so convenance was the next major problem.
