I can guarantee that deciding to stay at Time ruby is something you are going to regret. I had a horrible experience at this place over my three nights stay and I just wanted to share and warn others. It was a shock to see the room full of cockroaches. I even had them crawling over my face during the sleep. The tap water was running in yellow color for few minutes every day I open it. The cleaning staff just change the sheets and do not clean the bathrooms. The bathroom door handles had something sticky and slippery stuff struck on them. It was disgusting. I can live with other problems like the noisy air conditioner and the smelly corridors but I certainly don't like sharing the room with cockroaches. I have stayed in cheap hotels but nothing was as worst as Time Ruby. I am generously giving one star only because the staff helped me to get a taxi to get out of this hell.

Very bad hotel In the images you will see a modern and new hotel ,photos do not match reality The reality is : Dirty Furniture are very old and worn out The carpets in the rooms and the bathroom ceiling are moldy The kitchen utensils that were there are old and worn out Everything is bad Not worth any dollar for it and I think it should only be 1 star

One of the best hotells in Sharjah. Express service, shiny, clean, well designed and furnitures. Fantastic view over the sea. Access to swimming pool, gym and beach is inclusive. They change the breakfast every day so it’s alot of variations each day, but the breakfast is not the best for me. However I recommend it.

It's becoming old,need renovation and some touch to return it's elegance.plz it was a nice hotel and quite place,why services is retarding

1.staffs are nice but not trained 2. Staffs are lazy and never follow with your request for example I asked them to clean the kitchen 4 times in 1 day and they NEVER came to clean. 3.the first room I was in (209) was bug INFESTED!! Then they switched me to another room (520) and it was also bug INFESTED. 4. Cleaning 0/10 honestly no time or care they give for the room and rooms are smelly 5. Paints falling off the walls and ceiling , water dripping in some parts of the hotel lobby and there’s a massive hole on the ceiling and hotel room doors , bathtubs and toilet seats are broken. 6. Water pressure is weak probably cause the hotel lobby ceiling is too busy leaking water. I advise people to spend a little more money for a better hotel. The only reason I stayed there was cuz it was not refundable. I believe they are a 3 star hotel if I am not mistaken but I promise that I have been in a hotel that doesn’t have any star and it was much better. This is to the general manager, You should be fired or trained just talking facts I’ve seen many bad reviews and the general manager is always the one replying back to it saying I let the team know. Obviously you didn’t tell them cuz it’s always the same problem 1) rooms are smelly 2) rooms are filled with cockroaches/bugs 3) AC not working 4) doors broken bathtub in (520) broken 5) paints falling off the ceilings and walls 6) basic necessities you guys have but do not offer for what ever reason 7) staffs members are lazy / Not trained properly 8) zero care and maintenance for the rooms 9) during Covid no one making sure we should be 6feet apart 10) rooms are dirty (you guys should have a supervisor cleaner to check after every room is cleaned) to make sure for a 10/10 cleaning I wrote down many valid points for the lazy general manager to use and enforce these and let the staffs know about it. Every bad review it’s the same problem I have actually no idea what the managers are actually doing useless managers just waits for salary and that’s it. If u don’t like your job u can leave or get used to it that’s the 2 options u have. Even if you offer me a free stay I promise I would not even come managers needs to be fired.

The hotel is very nice but I have booked for two night and canceled because of how rude the manager was Ahmed and he thinks that he owns the world he have no manners at all I never did a bad review but this guy really is in the wrong position

Cozy , clean and all stuff are professional especially mr.ahmed el shamy I love the calm vibes , lights and the organised room or things in the apartment. Also tv has many intertainment channels , i'm really enjoyed my visit

Dear Travelers, again I came back UAE and was checking in in Time Ruby because I had already a great time with this hotel and all service. Again I am proud to be the guest of this hotel and like the personal service. Especially at the reception Ahmed Ali Shami and Fala Ali same like Yasser fulfill all my needs in the hotel regarding my room and the service very successfully. I do appreciate a lot and can highly recomment the hotel for short stay as well for long stay. The rooms are very comfortabel and the sea view is great. It is good located and the location around the hotel is nice and friendly. Finally I will not forget that the roomservice als clean any time very well and ask for anything. I stayed here for week. The rooms are very spacious & cozy, filled with necessary utensils. Mr. Sadeek and Ms. Jane helped us alot and made our stay comfortable, moreover they given a free upgrade to sea view. Kudos to you guys.

Very Great time in the time Ruby apartment. I can highly recommend it. Especially the receptionist Ahmed Ali Shami and Fadal Ali as well Yasser are at any time very helpfully and friendly as well professional. We always got support and where feeling very well accommodated. We can highly recommend this hotel with the good location near to the beach. Me and my friends booked 2 bedroom rooms during EID. The rooms overlook the sea and are very spacious which is good for gathering. The overall experience is amazing, however we had to change one of the room as it has an awful smell. Padawy from reception handled our concern and move us from a new room. Padawy is very hardworking, diligent and have a great customer service skills. He is also helping in the breakfast section which is weird as he works in the reception. I hope the management will recognize his skills and put it to good use. Our 1 night stay has been amazing because of staffs like him who ensures the guests need are met and who trully care about the overall experience this hotel can offer.

Great accommodations and friendly staffs. We stayed during the end of the Dubai expo, at very pick time. Room services were too good. Initially had a strong argument with staffs working in reception and later they apologized for it. Finally we made a happy stay.

Bad policy First smell of cooking was in everywhere. Second bedroom was without A/C. I reported that and no one came & cared, couldn't sleep all night. Called again for early checkout (booked for 2 nights) and asked for refund for the 2nd night, they said no and we will fix the A/C for you. After my return from outside at the night, again bedroom A/C was working but without cooling. Called again for the compliment and said what can we do now no engineering are available now, I argued with him, he said we'll see and no one replied again. I called again and he said I can't do anything except changing the room. Time was 04:00 in the morning and it took us almost 1hr changing between rooms because of bedroom A/Cs. Because of this delaying I asked what's the checkout time and he said 12:00 without taking care of the delaying time !! After arguing he said ok we can make it 02:00pm. Bad experience won't try it again. Manager is kind & good person but nothing is in his hand

One of the factors for the success of the hotel is the service and the good reception, and this is what I found from the receptionist Amal. She is very good at speaking with a cheerful face that will attract you to come back to the hotel again.You are really wonderful, I wish for you more success

I had a good stay on this property. Tobi welcomed me politely though I got an hour delay for the room, he upgraded it. The room was huge and exactly the same as a residential one bedroom flat with bathtub and balcony and complete appliances and utensils. The furniture were not updated but enough for all my needs for a fair rates. I cooked, washed and relaxed. After gym, I was delighted to allow me to use the other property's pool with the assistance of Omar. It is also situated nearby the grocery stores but not so short walking distance to the beach.

Power Zone fitness Club has such an amazing Gym fully equipped with all your needs. Sauna, Steam, and Jacuzzi are always available. Exceptionally clean and Spacious Changing rooms that are very well maintained. Coach Omar is professional and is passionate about his work and he’s one of the few honest Trainers out there, he has full understanding and knowledge and will always offer you guidance. Whether you are staying at Ruby or looking for a Tidy, and Quiet Fitness Club I highly recommend giving Power Zone a look.

Tobi the receptionist was very helpful, other staff too are pleasant. We really love their energy to greet us and their service. The place we booked for 3 nights and 4 days 2 bedroom hall for me and my friend was excellent, its huge and cozy. Also we had time to walk to the Al khan beach and we were having free entrance since we booked to Time Ruby Hotel.SURELY, We will be coming back to this place again to relax, chill and just if needed a place to escape away from busy life,work. Thankyou to the staff for keeping our stay beyond our expectations.

Excellent place to stay with family /friends. Very peaceful area with Sea view. The Staff were very nice, Mr Toby and Ms Amal were very pleasing and helpful. Must say its Value for Money!!!

This is nice Apartment hotel at reasonable price. I wonder after watching big hall and kitchen and separate bedroom with all furniture. They have good clean bathroom also cleanliness is maintained in room as well. Polite staff. Unfortunately reception could not help me with Universal socket due to which I was not able to charge my mobile. I suggest hotel management to keep such universal socket available with them for international guest who may face the issue.

Let's start with the positives. Excellent location. Just walking distance from Al Khan beach and Sharjah Aquarium. The staff is ever polite and courteous. The big disappointment were the rooms. Just poorly maintained with peeling wallpaper and cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. In the first room the air conditioning broke down. The phone in the hall didn't work. Just annoying little things which spoil the overall experience

We booked a 2br room and it is very spacious. They have also kitchen with full set of utensils for you to cook, washing machine and fridge. We really enjoy the stay and we are planning to come back next time for another gathering. And thank you to Mr. Toby from reception for accommodating and assisting us 🙏 , he is very helpful and really a nice guy👍👊🏻.

Although i can see that the property is a bit out dated, however I can feel great hospitality service from the hotel crew. They are all carrying big smile on their faces and this made me forget some of the problem during my stay. I am sure this hotel will comeback to its legacy once they upgrade their room condition. Overall I am happy with Time ruby. Not fancy type hotel but more a family friendly hotel. Old hotel but still my favorite whenever I am in Sharjah

I’m staying at time ruby hotel apartments since 17 march 2022. I had a really pleasant experience, the service is top class, the staff are very friendly and always available specially “Amal” she is the most welcoming, helpful and friendly receptionist i have ever met. I will certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting sharjah because of her exceptional service.

Rooms were not clean all the time. There was very bad smell in the kitchen and hot water supply is not good enough to even take shower. Insects are unavoidable i have seen literally every dag those little creatures although i did inform about it
