This hotel shouldn't be 5-star. It isn't delightful. The manager and front office manager (Adeel) are not professional. We made the reservation a week back, and we asked to keep all rooms on the same floor as we have kids. Still, when we arrived, they offered us every single room on a different floor, and the hotel manager had zero experience in dealing with guests, and he screamed at us. Again, no one goes to this hotel. They are not professional at all. I think Sheraton has no idea about how this person deals with guests.

I'm impressed by the exceptional service, reasonable pricing, and room availability at this hotel, making it an excellent choice for a family trip. For travelers heading to Dubai: 1. The hotel's proximity to the international airport (100-120 AED) is convenient. 2. Please note that alcohol drinks are not available. P.S. Thank you so much for the compliment; the fruit plate was delightful!

We enjoyed our stay however it is definitely not a four star hotel. Let me first start with the things we were positive about: The beds were very comfortable. We had the corner rooms which were spacious. The staff is friendly and try their best. We really enjoyed the pool. They give water bottles everyday. There are a few things that need improvement: The rooms smelled musty and the cleaning could have been done better. This really depended on the person on duty. Sometimes it was done properly and sometimes it was not sufficient with stains and hair on the floor. They only give amenities upon request. They say they do that because of the environment but we all know it’s because of cutting costs. When you arrive in the middle of the night you are just too tired to request amenities. So I advise to give the amenities on the first day. If someone needs more the other days, they can request it. The rooms are very outdated. They could use some maintenance. Especially the bathroom. There are so many black stains in the shower cabin and under the sink. We had to request so many times for coffee amenities. They were often forgotten by housekeeping. All those things make a difference between a 4 star hotel and a lower star hotel. Four points by Sheraton Sharjah is definitely not a 4 star hotel. We would not visit again. For the price we paid, there are better options. Tip: navigate to silver star cafeteria for the parking garage of Sheraton. This is located on the back of the hotel but when you arrive the first day it is hard to find.

We've stayed here for over 5 months in the last year or so. Excellent service. A special shout out to David, Prince and Sunday. They've been nothing short of wonderful and helpful during my husband's and my stay here. Thank you so much for everything you gentlemen do to make us comfortable.

My stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Sharjah was an absolute disaster. To say it fell short of its supposed five-star rating would be a gross understatement. The lack of cold water in the bathroom was like a cruel prank, leaving me shivering and regretting my decision to even step foot in this place. And let's not even talk about the pillows - they were as soft as marshmallows, offering zero support for my poor neck. As for the breakfast, I've had more satisfying meals at a gas station. It was a sad excuse for a meal, lacking variety and flavor. If this is luxury, I'll gladly stick to camping in the woods. Avoid this place like the plague!

Shame on Sheraton for allowing scam travel company to work from its premise.... I just read that others have also named this hotel as a place for such shady business to be run from its meeting rooms Take care when your there

Car park and the ramp is quite bad. No lights going up and always dark. Doesn't cost much to clean up and light up the place. However, the hospitality extended at the bfast is great. Thank u for the team and esp the head chef for taking care of us.

When I arrived I found guests shouting up at the reception waiting for 3 and half hours for their rooms.. Another guest came shouting because after 3 hours they gave him a room key which is occupied and he walked in on the existing guists !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't understand what's the problem, then it was my turn to suffer.. they denied me a room next to my kids although confirmed on the phone I had driven over 200 Km. Then they were very rude Mr Adeel displayed the most carelessness condicending attitude.. when their manager MR Ajmal came and heard me talking to a friend to write a review.. The manager told write your review you will never get your rooms !!!!!!!! I hope the Sheraton opens an investigation and I will provide my feedback.. First time in my life to be kicked out of a hotel.. Still can't believe he said that.. Save your time and money NEVER COME HERE.. SEE PHOTOS OF ANGRY GUESTS PILLING WAITING TO SOLVE THIER ISSUES.

Most horrible experience ever. This hotel is beyond disgusting and treated me horrible despite being a platinum member of Marriott. They gave us the wrong room, changed us to a room that is dirty with dirty water coming out of the tub and in the end downgraded us. They also advertise wrong room categories. No one was helpful or resolved anything

I’ve stayed in 3 rooms and every one of them needs full maintenance. All the cabinets doors are broken, I had sever water leak from the bathroom ceiling like a water fall “happened twice”, I found different kinds of bugs and the floors have very bad smell from the ac and the carpets. The staff responded vary from person to another but overall they are bad in customer service. When you complain about any of the above problems they almost fight with you and you are wrong “the customer” Cleaning is not the best, every time they clean my room I smell a bad smell like they are cleaning with dirty water or cloth and they don’t vacuum the carpet well, it’s full of dust all the time I attached pictures of the ceiling leakage and the cloth they use to clean “which they left in my room after cleaning”

Very good hotel. May be long time built but facilities still in good operations. The food at 8th floor CHEEKY CHAN RESTAURANT is highly recommended with Chinese cooking style.

Nice decent place to stay. Staff is bit slow. Cafe is nice with economical prices. Nice coffee and cakes. At evening they reduce prices by 50% at cafe. Due to some reason they moved everyone to another hotel without any notice. And that area has alot of rush in the evening that I don't like.

To start of, I wont disclose what was happened during the booking over the phone but instead I will just be upfront, honest with the comments I will write in here. If you're looking for a Hotel that is outside Dubai and offers decent place, reasonable price, and to relax, Four points hotel in Sharjah is the best for you. Parking area is just a bit confusing and complicated. Before we found it we need to asked other security guards outside the hotel just to reach there. In the reception Mr. Sunday and the gentlemen (forget their names) who was with him assisted us politely and nicely. Our room was upgraded to Executive Suite Room with the city view and that made us all happy. They assisted us until we get settled with all the things we need inside our room. Breakfast was really good. It offers multi-cultural cuisine, I like that they have lots of selections from bread to beverages and their staff specially the Manager who is a Filipino lady was really accommodating. All the staff who was in the breakfast buffet that moment was really nice and happy to serve. We booked a one night stay included of breakfast good for 3 Pax and it only costs us AED 308.00 in a pick season. That is really good! I wish I had stayed longer but maybe in the future.

This place lives up to it's name. The hotel should be called 5 points to match the rating I give it. I stayed there for a solid week. And it was well worth it. Good food, great people, awesome bed! Everything. Best hotel I've stayed in and I stay in a lot of hotels.

I am very comfortable with five-star facilities and enjoy a temperature controlled swimming pool. As a coach, it is very convenient to train the students. Further, I recommend that member ship be worth including Jim sauna and jacuzzi facilities.

Pleasant welcome. Little confused by check in staff in the beginning with 1st day breakfast. Upgraded room, allowed early check-in by Jaspreet which really helped us to relax after a long international flight. During our long stay, we have met many staff from security to house keeping staff. There is no shortage of smiles, shows care of their guests and good management of staff by the hotel chain. Will certainly consider returning to same hotel in future. Thank you to all staffs for making our stay comfortable and welcoming.

I had a very pleasant experience staying in Four Points, very professional and understanding Staff. I would like to make a special mention for " MR. SID " for his exceptional customer service, he handle reception in Four Points by Sheraton. During my stay I wasn't comfortable with the room and wanted to change it, Mr. SID understood my situation very well and changed my room. Over all very nice experience.

I have been staying in the room number 2402 for 4 nights and this hotel should NOT BE CALLED 5 STAR hotel. Any 5 Star Hotel should have separate vessle and kitchen for Vegetarian and Non Vegetarians but here they cook everything in One kitchen and also stored in same PAN which shares the common lid. The hotel CHEF are cheating, I clearly asked if they use sam TAWA (PAN for making DOSA) for both veg and non veg and he said no when they are making DOSA and next day they were cooking other non veg items in the same TAWA (PAN for making DOSA). After have a discussion about this issue, he is offerring me NON-VEG. This is rediculous. In Sharjah, looks like there is no rules and regulations for hotel industries. In India / any european country for a 5 STAR Hotel, they would have cancelled the license or have put heavy penalty. These HOTEL and their Staffs are playing with people sentiments

The smell of mold and dirt in the room 2- A sink and a bathtub that collects water and was cleaned while I was in the room. Devices were brought to unscrew the sink and remove the dirt from it. This is a very disgusting thing. Unfortunately, cleaning is supposed to be after every guest. 3- They lied, manipulated and deceived because the reservation included Suhoor. However, they brought me a very poor Suhoor for the room and a bad taste for the food. 4- The worst hotel I have ever lived in, a terrible experience. I will not re-live in it, and I do not recommend living in it

Excellent option for a quick visit to Sharjah. But location is not that great .Rooms are amazing with great breakfast options . ‘Sunday’ from front office was quite amazing and made the stay comfortable. But expensive compared to the location.

This property is managed so poorly that it brings enormous shame to Sheraton brand name. Astounding fact is that the staff is so under qualified to offer guests any of the good services they are supposed to offer. Room locks not working and the crew does repair as and when requested to!!! Cleaning is nasty as the stench from toilet persists due to improper cleaning Metal corrosion on bathroom with slippery floors. Crew wont even care to give spare towels unless being asked for. Worst part is that crew wouldn't care even when you raise up concerns.

What a horrible experience it is!!!!! Cant believe Sheraton allows scamming companies to work in their hotel rooms and allow these scammers to lure innocent people and scam their money. I have also alerted the receptionist about this and she did not care about it at all! Money hungry mongers!! Only cares about business and money but not innocent people. SHAME ON YOU

I just had the best stay at Sheraton Sharjah got a lovely room on the top floor above 20th floor and it was beyond expectations. I can’t imagine any other hotel having such a good view of the Sharjah skyline, there was lake view and the room itself was huge great value for money. We also dined at Yasmina it was cute and quaint decent price for the offering. Thank you Ms Nikita for making sure we were always taken care of and going over and above with your exceptional customer service. We will be back

Not a bad hotel to stay for a few days in Sharjah. We decided to celebrate my mother's first visit to the UAE and her birthday here. Thank you very much to all the staff for their attentiveness and for the surprise made for my mother. Also special thanks to Sid for the excellent service, the real person of hospitality. The pool is a little smaller than it looks in the picture and not really designed for the number of people staying at the hotel. As well we asked for bathrobes and an hour later they were not brought, although at the reception after the call they said they would bring them. Later, we saw a housekeeper in the corridor and he said that bathrobes are only for those living in suites - here it was a little unclear why the reception confirmed them. But in general, everything is amazing, if I come to Sharjah again, I will stay here!

The worst marriott property with worst management ever! I am titanium elite member and I was treated so badly, I don't know what sort of service they provide to their customers when they can't take care of there loyal members. The rooms are filthy. Not even close to what a marriott property should be like. Tried to contact the manager many times but he/she is a hidden person.

I stayed here for a couple of weeks in February. The staff and service was excellent and the amenities were great. The value for money here is exceptional particularly if you are a Marriot Rewards members and can use points for some of your nights. There was some minor wear and tear in the room but nothing that was overly noticeable or that detracted from the enjoyment of my stay. If I'm ever in the area again this will be my first choice of accommodation.

I made a booking for this hotel for March 20-31 three month prior to the stay, I planned to stay there for vacation but I reside in the US. When I arrived after checking in online, I was told by the employee that my booking was canceled due to the government of Sharjah holding a delegation and no one can stay. They didn’t inform me about to until I got there. The employee assured me that they have prepared a hotel that’s can accommodate my stay that’s similar (but was not a Marriott priority). He ASSURED me that this is a huge inconvenience and that I will not be charged for the stay due to all the problems they caused me. I had to go to a different hotel I knew nothing about in a different country. I when I returned to the US I noticed that I was charged the FULL amount of my stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Sharja. This makes absolutely no sense because I NEVER stayed in that hotel! Don’t book here they are running a scam.

Nice hotel at heart of the city with all facilities and amazing people who will take care of you during the stay. All day dining has good selection during the breakfast and hotel has the self parking option, if you know the hotel can go directly to parking and do your Checkin formalities later on.
