A great, clean location with friendly staff, rooms which provide all you need for a short stay. Airport shuttles are handy, clean and on time. Breakfasts good. Good that we could leave our car there securely parked (a fee applied but was well worth it). Mr Toads was awesome and worth a visit. We didn't use the hotel gym or pool.

It is very close to the airport so super convenient. It does have a shuttle service to and from terminals 1 and 3. The hotel is basic but I was really impressed with the comfort of the bed. Crisp clean sheets, comfy pillow. Everything including the bathrooms were spotlessly clean. Not even a streak on the glass. I've stayed in 5 star places who don't meet that standard.

Overall great budget hotel with a convenient free shuttle to and from the airport (where you can also get the metro). Being vegan, my only criticism is that the food in the restaurant was not labelled with ingredients at all, so was difficult working out what I could and couldn't eat. Furthermore, although I asked there was no non-dairy milk available that I could have in my room. Other than that I enjoyed my stay :)

Have stayed in this hotel couple of times due to its convenient location and the shuttle bus service to and from the airport terminals. Getting to the metro from the hotel is much convenient by using the shuttle service towards the terminals. Hotel rooms are very spacious with a lovely rooftop swimming pool and a gym. Only draw back is no shops or eateries closer to the hotel . Either you need to walk at least for 15 plus minutes in search of a place or take the shuttle to the terminals and get the metro

I am staying at The Premier Inn Dubai International Airport. Firstly, they gave me a room with a great view. The room was neat and clean. The receptionists were very helpful and kind. I needed help and Mr.Rabbani came to the rescue! His quick and excellent services is greatly appreciated. :)))This is my second time staying at this hotel.I recommend 10/10!

Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helpful and we will stay here again. They were able to provide us with early check-in for a nominal fee as our plane arrived at 6am. We ate in both restaurants. The superfood salad and chicken burger were delicious. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the servers (Jean, Trina, Marissa, Rein and Queenie) were very attentive and friendly. The hotel rate was very reasonable and included free shuttle which ran every half hour.

Convenient and Affordable hotel near Dubai International Airport I recently stayed a night at the Premier Inn Dubai International Airport, and I have to say, it was a really convenient option. The hotel is right next to terminals 1 and 2, which was perfect for me because I had a late night check-in. What's great is that they offer a free airport shuttle service every half an hour. I didn't have to worry about finding a taxi or navigating the city late at night. I was at the terminal within five to ten minutes after leaving the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It's not luxury, but it's more than adequate for a good night's sleep before or after a flight. One of the best parts about this hotel is the price. It's really affordable, and you can choose to book without breakfast, which is a bonus if you have an early flight. I didn't need breakfast because of my flight schedule, so it was nice not to have to pay for something I wasn't going to use. Overall, if you're looking for a convenient, straightforward, and cost-effective hotel near the airport, I would definitely recommend the Premier Inn Dubai International Airport. It's great for short stays and early departures.

I stayed for one night as my flight came in after midnight. I used the complementary shuttle bus which was very helpful. The breakfast was nice, I was given a later checkout at 2pm and was allowed to stay on site until later when I had to meet with my family. I used the shuttle bus to get back to the airport the next day. The hotel is incredibly ideal for its proximity to the airport and the 24hrs shuttle bus service. I did not use the swimming pool and the other facilities but I plan to do that on my next visit. Great cool room and friendly staff.

Was a bit skeptical about the place when we booked it online from Canada. But this hotel was splendid. Very close to the airport and the rooms were clean. Buffet breakfast was so yummy. The airport shuttle was helpful to take us to the airport at 4 am ( it runs every half hour) easily the best place to stay if you are stopping in Dubai for a short visit

My favorite hotel in Dubai, it always exceeds my expectations. The rooms are spacious and well kept and super functional. House keeping team does an incredible job to keep the rooms and the entire property looking brand new year after year. Make no mistake the property is always spotless. I don't know how they pull it off. The reception team is super efficient and always there to help. On my last visit, I accidentally left my mobile in the taxi, Elizabeth and Larzum, who called the driver and arranged for it to be dropped back to me, were just incredible. Overall superb

I came across obnoxious staff who were obviously not in a good mood! The "Manager" lazum precisely I arrived at 4 o'clock they left me to wait 3 hours at the reception, even though there were rooms available making me hope, they asked me to wait and gave me until 7 hours arrive at the scheduled time. I didn't get anything and left very disappointed. With all my luggage! I would describe the staff as professional, none of them were able to find a solution for me. I felt like he didn't want to work and that I was bothering him. I won't come back again! And advises you against it

Forget about a decent night's rest here. If it's not families booking two adjacent rooms and then going back and forth between the rooms, I kid you not, until 3am then it's the idiot above you slamming their door repeatedly. And these weren't isolated incidents. Other Premier Inn's were fine, this one not. - Update at 3am again. It has been three nights in a row now. Three nights that I have the privilege of paying not to sleep. Management now seemingly thinks that I have to move to a "quieter" room. Makes you wonder why this wasn't offered when I booked my long stay.

Service and hygiene here is super bad! Several times our room pass did not work. The front desk was super unfriendly. Not to mention the room, there was mold in the shower and the floor was super dirty. The bed was hard and dirty. There were all sweat spots on it. When we pointed this out to the team leader he was anything but compassionate. He did not let us finish and did not accommodate us in any way. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Worst hotel ever!!!!

I have spent two nights at premier the Airport location. The customer service staffs are fabulous and welcoming. I felt home for the times I spent at this place. The 24 hrs Shuttle services makes no worries for travelers to both terminals (1 and 3). I will definitely come back to this place and recommend it whether it’s for a short term or extended time period.

Top one. Very cheap price considering its location. The hotel staff were responsive and were focused on solving my problems. They have a great service presentation. The internet connection was fast. Furthermore, I found the scenery to be stunning. I will recommend for anyone that is visiting Dubai especially for the first time.

+ The reception staff (with a few exceptions) were really friendly and considerate. 5 stars for Kamal for understanding our situation and allowing our family of 4 with two little ones an early check in! The breakfast staff (esp. Jean & her colleague) were attentive and helpful. - The family rooms could be bigger and the food choice in the restaurants could be better. Shuttle bus to T1 and T3 is convenient; attitude of bus driver varies.

The Premier Inn Dubai International Airport is a great budget-friendly hotel located just a few minutes from the airport. The rooms are simple but comfortable, with all the basic amenities you need. The hotel's staff are friendly and helpful, and they offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which is a huge convenience. The restaurant and bar are nice spots to grab a bite to eat or relax with a drink, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is welcoming and warm. I had a very pleasant stay at the Premier Inn Dubai International Airport and would definitely recommend it to others.

This is the second time my boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel. We had booked a 4 day layover on our way to Australia and it was the best decision ever! This place is second to none! Staff were all very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. The shuttle bus as mentioned in other comments is excellent, it’s free and runs to and from airport every few mins (says 30 but could be sooner) Very clean and comfortable hotel, the bed was amazingly comfortable and extras to hotel like the food and pool. Again, everything amazing! We’ve stayed here twice now and will definitely be staying again 🙏☀️

If your looking for a hotel close to the airport then this is the perfect one. They offer a free shuttle service every half hour to and from the airport (terminal 1 & 3). If you choose the breakfast add on they have a really nice buffet with plenty of variety. Staff are friendly and always around to help

The hotel is very close to the airport, which is an advantage for late arrivals or early departures. In every Premier Inn, service is very friendly and helpful. However, you have to be aware that it is a self-service hotel. So carry your own suitcase (but no problem for the price) But what bothered us was the room. arrived after midnight and actually just wanted to sleep. Unfortunately, through the poorly insulated windows, you could hear every plane taking off. But also the street. The bathroom also needs a service and was unfortunately not as clean as we are used to from Premier Inn. The toilet seat in particular had seen better days and needed to be replaced. For the flight home we had another Permier Inn (Al Jaddaf) which was a lot better and is also very close to the airport.

Had a comfortable stay here, convenient location. The guy at the front desk by the name of Ahmed was super accommodating, even though I didn't have a booking he was able to check us in early and then since our flight was late he allowed us to check out late. All in all I was a very happy guest.

Perfect location for overnight or two. Or even more if you don’t crave glitzy hotels. Great experience on every level. Near to the airport, free shuttles every half hour 24/7. Shops nearby, great food, Taxis are always available at reasonable price. Staff were fantastic. Nice clean comfortable rooms.

It’s a premier Inn so you get the room you expect, Noise wasn’t an issue and bed was comfortable. Check in process seems very slow which is pants when you get in at 2am straight off flights. Bar/restaurant is great and there are the good local taxis outside 24/7 I used these rather than the free transfer minibus because I’m impatient and they are pretty inexpensive.

Very nice place for transit or a couple of days stopover. Was clean and presentable. Staff are polite and very helpful. The bar is well stocked and the food is of a very good standard. I had the ribeye and as you will see it was of a good portion and was cooked well. Breakfast is usual self service buffet style. The place boast a Costa coffee in the lobby too. The remote in my room could do with some new batteries as was a fight to change channels. Vanessa the waitress is awesome.

4.5/5. Very convenient with the shuttle to the airport. Friendly staff. Nice rooftop pool with lots of chair. Shuttle is on time, every half hour. Room looks like the pictures. - No individual soap/shampoo in the room. It would be nice to add shampoo and conditionner even with the system of being attached to the wall. - I think they need more staff at the reception. It took them a bit long to check in each person. By the time it was my turn, 5 ppl where behind me, in the middle of the day.

Great place to stay. Nice size rooms and very clean. Cheap enough in taxi to all site seeing and shopping malls. The service is superb and the security officer is so helpful and accommodating. The pub have a great variety of meals which are very yummy and priced well. Alcoholic drinks are expensive but it seams the same way all through Dubai. Recommend this hotel.

Best value for money. My daughter came from Florida and after a long flight the choice was to stay by the airport. We were impressed. Gŕeat service from the start. Nice family room, we had enough water in the room for three of us. We had dinner in the pub and she said it was the best curry since she moved from London to Florida two years ago. Great prices for food and accommodation. The breakfast had better choices than many hotels. We want to appreciate the effort of so many of the staff who helped us with this short but pleasant stay. Thanks to Joy, Amy, Marilyn, Chamara, Juan and Winnie.

Handy Hotel near airport. We had a midnight flight arriving so booked here before moving to resort at Palm. 12noon checkout meant we had a good sleep. Used their free airport shuttle to get here, Easy check in. Clean room with comfortable bed. Would stay again if arriving on late flight.

Staff went out of their way to help us, and were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them even though they were extremely busy.Very close to airport but no noise at all. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stopover if easy access to the airport was needed. It is very clean and well maintained. The Restaurant offered a good breakfast and an optional evening meal. Thank you Winnie for sorting out an error in our booking when we arrived ( not of our making) in a very quick and efficient way.

Found this hotel extremely easy for a 2 weeks business trip in Dubai. Connected 24/7 twice in an hour to T3 via their own dedicated shuttle bus. Forgot my phone on the shuttle bus to find it at Hotel Reception almost immediately. My thanks to the driver and the Reception Manager. Very clean room, Very quite despite the huge amount of travelers checking in and out. Check out at 4.30am was easy and smooth. I will recommend it ?? YES I WILL. Thanks.

The hotel is very close to airport (you can see it just over the freeway from Terminal 1). You can not however, walk there. This leaves you dependent on transport, which is a shame, as I often feel this is the big advantage for airport located hotels. They do run a shuttle bus, but on the day I arrived, it was raining (which apparently causes chaos is the city) and they closed roads and stopped the shuttle bus access to Terminal 1. I did not discover this until I had waited 40 minutes. I managed to get the Metro to Terminal 3 (the taxi queue went all the way back to the baggage carousel), and got the hotel shuttle bus from there. This was easy enough, and if I had done this from the start would have saved me 40-50 minutes. I however took 90 minutes to get to the hotel, which was very unexpected. The following day, I booked an Uber from the downstairs coffee shop (Costa - which made an acceptable coffee), despite being only 1 minute away, after 15 minutes I gave up as the Uber driver couldn't find the location. I think it was directing him into the airport (this shows you how close this hotel is). Despite these annoyances however, the hotel itself is very nice. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are large, even considering it was a king bed (which was unexpected) and quiet, and easy to make dark for sleeping if you are jet-lagged. The restaurant and pub down stairs have a good variety of food at an acceptable price. I would happy stay there again.

The hardest part of the stay was finding the shuttle to the hotel. After we arrived, the staff was friendly, and the check-in was quick. We only booked for one night while waiting for my flight out of Dubai. The breakfast was as expected, the fresh fruit was very good, and coffee was better than expected. My flight was at 4 p.m., and the hotel offered a late checkout without me asking for it. For a quick overnight stay, we would more than likely use them again.

A nice hotel very close to the Dubai airport with free shuttles every half hour. The rooms are small but very clean and adequate for 1-2 nights. Mr Toads pub & kitchen on site has very good meals with 20%discount and happy hour beers. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of food for 55 dirham pp. Don't book a non refundable room as it sticks!

Modern and clean rooms. Great choice at breakfast. The on-site Costa is a useful extra. Staff are all very helpful and friendly, a special thanks to Chamara, Cassandra & Elizabeth The downside is the location which is still essentially a building site. It's only 5 minutes walk to the Metro also

The hotel service desk does not provide additional bottled water, so I have to go to COAsto to buy it. That's too expensive, 6 bottles per bottle. I want to buy it from a self-service machine and must use cash. There is no ATM nearby, so the experience is not good The shuttle bus at the hotel is very good and convenient.

We had a very plesant stay here. The hotel wasn't expensive at all. We loved the breakfast - eggs, meat, Indian foods, variety for everyone. The pool was great but could have been open longer. Hotel provides a free shuttle to airport, where you can take metro to centre. Rooms were clean, enough big. The staff are willing to help with anything and they are very kind. I reccomend!

  • 1/5 Rui M. 4 months ago on Google
This place was just a rip off. While in internet prices were showing 68 euros, they charged me on the front desk 115 euros for a check in at 5am to 12pm! No breakfast included. I asked the front lady why the price difference and of course she said that was in their system. I would hardly recommend for anyone looking for a short stay close to Dubai airport to look for any other option. It is a horrible feeling when an establishment uses any excuse to charge you more money. I definitely do not recommend.

We had great time in the accommodation. Everything was super nice. The room service and house keeping was amazing. I highly recommend this accommodation. It has 24 hour bus service which does the round trip from Airport to hotel. I would want to visit Dubai and Premier Inn again😇😇. Thank you😊😊

Nice place for budget hotels for those who are traveling and in transit. Nice and helpful staff. I could accept the variety of food, not too many choices. The thing I like the most is they have a sink for ablution which is very useful for a Muslim like me and the room's space is enough for praying.

Highly recommend this place for travellers coz it's very near to Dubai airport. Room is clean and well maintained. Staffs are all friendly. We're allowed for a very late checkout at 4pm. The foods are good too... stayed in a family room here overnight. 👍💖

I only stayed a few hours, but this is a great place to stay on your long layover! The shuttle was easy once I found it. The staff was nice, check in and out was quick, the bed was comfortable, and the 24-hour costa was great. I do wish breakfast started earlier. It starts at 6 am, and unfortunately, I had to leave before that and couldn't take advantage of the buffet. For the shuttle, after exiting the airport, cross both lanes, go through the doors into an underground parking gragage, and the hotels shuttles will be on the right.

There was no bell boy or anyone dedicated to take our luggage to the room. We had small children so the security guard lent us a hand instead. The reception didn't have some important numbers handy and not very helpful to find one. If u make booking online they won't be helpful to make any changes to it. We were at the airport waiting for the shuttle and were wrongly informed that it would come in 2 min then 10. But the shuttle finally came 45 min later. Handling baggage with 2 small children and waiting became extremely difficult.Premier Inn Al Jaddaf is really good instead. Shuttle was small. Wouldn't have accommodated any more luggage if we were more than 3 families

The only reason I booked this hotel was because it's close to the airport and it has a shuttle service. But the whole experience with the shuttle bus is pretty bad. The shuttle bus clearly wasn't happy with his job.. not sure why he was doing it in the first place. He had a lot of attitude, did not offer to load and unload the luggage. There was no help to carry the luggage from the entrance to the room which is pathetic. That being said, it's a decent airport hotel for a night stay since the room wasn't bad. Reception service was pretty good tho. Will probably go somewhere else next time.

  • 3/5 Nisha T. 1 year ago on Google
Hotel was very close to the airport and the shuttle service was super convenient. However, at check-in, I was handled by a guy who was in a blazer( I assume the duty manager, which makes it worse) who was literally running the hotel rules, amenities, etc super loud and fast as if I was some kid on a school trip..when I told him that he didn't have to tell, his reply was " this is my voice"...I was tired so wasn't in the mood to engage further, but yeah, maybe get those guys in blazers who are supposed to be better at handling guests to go for more training? The rest of the staff were super nice though...

Booked this hotel because of a 22h transfer at Dubai Airport. It’s a great, clean hotel with friendly staff, rooms which provide all you need for a short stay. The bathroom with bathtub was really nice. So was also the rooftop swimming pool. Airport shuttles are handy, clean and on time. I enjoyed the breakfasts buffet.

Mitch was super helpful and friendly. It’s the first time I’ve been here and she was a darling. She helped me charge my phone when it died, her presence was welcoming and warm. She was a delight and super friendly throughout. We need more people like Mitch and it is because of people like her I would come back again. Not a lot of people would go out of their way to help staff but Mitch reminds me of a simpler time when people would just genuinely be happy to support you. This could seem fake but it is really heartfelt and a service like this is what stands out from the crowd! Mitch, you’re a star! I hope you grow to new heights and if we never cross paths again, I hope you find all the success you deserve!

I was recently in Dubai for a stop over and rest before my trip to Australia. I cannot speak highly of this hotel. For a nap before a flight, it's great. I was impressed at how clean the rooms and bathrooms were. The staff were so good. Some feedback : finding the shuttle bus stop and the destination of the bus could be improved as it was not 100% obvious.

The quality of service is dropping towards uk standards a.k.a the-computer-says-no standard. Staffs are no longer smiley, they can’t even warm our food, we used to have concierge service and feel the welcome of a high quality hotel. Maybe we should consider taking a different hotel that still offers the Dubai quality service next time. We have been ‘returning customers’ for years. Location is good for airport transfer but not great for restaurants.

If you have lot of luggages then this would be good choice. It’s very near to the airport and they have shuttle service as well. The service is good. I don’t think anyone can beat the price. Value for money. The breakfast exceeded all expectations!!! They have better choices than most of the restaurants. It’s worth taking the room with breakfast included in it. Very nice people. I would suggest to all my friends….

Great place for the price. Very convenient to the airport, just 5-10 min away. I had a pleasant stay, the one thing that can be better is to have some toiletries like toothbrush and paste made available. But, in total it was a great value and location. The rooms were cleaned, and the staff at reception was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here during my next visit to Dubai. Also, taxis are always outside, so it is easy to travel to important spots directly from the hotel.

One star is because of the non transparency of staff and their Web server, while booking they show members rate as discounted price but then when you try to register, the registration page doesn’t work. When asked in reception they will call you at reception and rudely tell you it’s the IT issue and we need to go through booking.com. While checking in the receptionist will inform you to extend booking we can do it on their site after registering as member, but when you try it you face this issue and they make you run in circles. Best to book your stay at one go and if you plan to extend stay then better try it in another hotel. No grocery store, hotels or any place to hangout nearby. Facility and rooms are good but just isolated and feels like an island

During our holiday stay at the hotel, we were impressed with their budget-friendly rooms that still offered a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The hotel managed to strike a great balance between affordability and a welcoming ambiance, making our stay enjoyable and stress-free. We highly recommend it for those seeking a cost-effective yet delightful accommodation option.

Stayed one night here, the price and location is really good. It's right by the airport and they also have a free 24/7 shuttle service between the terminals and hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the service was great too. I recommend this place if you have a layover while traveling from Dubai airport.

Loved my stay here. The location is very good as it's close to airport and Emirates HQ. Additionally the bus service is really very helpful in commuting to every part of the city through metro. The staff service is also good. I had a instance where TV was not working and instantly a staff named Mufeed was sent to fix the problem. The response time was great. Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling for business purpose and wants to stay near airport of Emirates offices.

Worst service and the manager was very rude. The AC was not working in the whole night even after they fixed 2 times in the mid night. It was a horrible stay for me. I raised this complaint to the manager in the morning and he behaved very rude. Only 2 small water bottle they give for the total stay. I have asked additional bottle in the morning and they asked me to pay and take it from the vending machine. This stay was a waste of money for me. Poor customer service. There are other good hotels near Airport less than this price which I could have chosen instead I will never recommended to anyone.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. Innocent, the one who received us went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting dubai. The staff was extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional well.

Great hotel if you are looking to be close to the airport. I wouldn't stay as a perminant option for visiting Dubai. Far superior and cheaper that the Premier inns that you would experience in the UK. They include a couple of bottles of water in room and also a kettle with basic coffee and teas. The swimming pool is small but nice. They also have a gym. I did not pay extra for the breakfast.

I booked this hotel couple of months before the stay as I wanted to ensure I have settled my itinerary without procrastination since I have 2 booked vacations sandwiched in one night layover. I made sure to inform them of my late night arrival and the team are very responsive acknowledging all my inquiries and request. I had been allowed to stay an hour past the check-out due to the long wait of my departure. The room seems newly refurbished, everything is neat and the area is peaceful making it a relaxing short stay between long the flights. During the stay, the hotel is still under general maintenance and the hallway smells of new paint, but it wasn't a concern as the room is clean and have pleasant smell. The hotel pool was closed due to this as well but they provide a free shuttle to use the pool in a different Premier Inn location. I hadn't tried going out of the hotel during the stay but looking from the maps, there aren't any good restaurants in the vicinity so if you do not have any breakfast included in the booking same like mine, the better option you'll have rather than going out under the heat is to order the food online. I did plan to order food online since I will be bringing snack food to the airport as well while waiting for boarding. They have a coffee shop if you opt for just a coffee and some sweets or you can just order directly from the hotel menu with an additional pay. The free airport shuttle to Dubai Airport is as well very convenient. The overall experience was pleasant. When I will have the same situation next time with my vacation, I would definitely prefer to stay here again.

It was an amazing stay with Premier Inn international hotel. Let me go according to the services they provide. Shuttle bus - It was a smooth journey from Airport to the hotel as their shuttle bus services are every half n hour all day all night. Easy to locate the bus because of the logo Room and hotel - Rooms were clean and Fabolous. Got a bath tub too. They have smoking and non smoking options and very beautiful stay. They got swimming pool, gym and kitchen and everything is clean and tidy. Hotel is quite spacious and accommodating. Staff - What a helpful and knowledgeable staff they got. Guided me in everyway. Lovely people. Thank you for being so amazing Mr toads kitchen and pub and Costa - both options are available within the premises so no worry about food and drinks they got you covered. Good food and good service. They even have 20% discount so it becomes quite reasonable too. Check out the photos through my lens. Enjoy your stay. Recommended and will visit soon

We were there a month ago; a family of 6 staying in 4 rooms. All rooms were very comfortable, clean with good air-conditioning and relatively quiet considering the location! The rooftop pool is a good enough size, the gym is minimalist with a treadmill, a multi-gym with about 6 attachments and some dumbbells. Breakfast was okay, my family enjoyed it, fairly standard for a hotel with that star rating. Very easy access to the Metro, and therefore the Malls and other places to visit. Don't attempt to walk; the less than 10 minutes it is supposed to take to walk to the Metro, you'll be worn out by the heat and the humidity! Take the very efficient shuttle bus service between the hotel and the airport/Metro station. Very helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel. These particular receptionists: Mahmoud, Shomalia and Elizabeth were extremely helpful. I had booked an extra night erroneously and wondered if I could get a refund! Mahmoud was particularly diligent and spoke to senior management who agreed to refund me for the 4 rooms! As promised the money was back in my account well within the 3 months they said it could take.
