My masseuse is not well trained and I was extremely disappointed, uncomfortable, not therapeutic at all and unsatisfied. I was really tired, lack of sleep and have body aches. Stylistic hotel great for family travelers but not ideal yet for business travelers. I stayed here for a weekend and overall had a good experience. The hotel is about 45 mins from Dubai International Airport and it’s was slow going due to traffic congestion. The rooms are stylistic with comfortable sofas and beds. I chose a Premium room with a water view. It was very relaxing with some amazing views of the lagoon and a mosque and park from the seventh floor. The bathroom and shower were nicely designed and the rain shower was very relaxing. The AC wasn’t able to cool down to 20 degrees but the room temperature was comfortable enough during this mild early winter weather. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. I was surprised though with the business center that had no workstations or printers. The front desk staff were very helpful though and printed off some travel documents for me sent to them using an app. I ordered room service. It was average as items were initially missed but they made it up the second time around. The Arabic lentil soup was delicious and I recommend it. There is also a cafe on the ground floor for specialty tea and coffee. The lobby was never crowded and relaxing while sipping tea and coffee. The hotel lobby also had a tray serving complimentary Turkish tea and dates, which was a nice touch. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and look forward to my next visit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel 72 and I must say, the staff are very friendly specially Lama truly made our experience exceptional. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made feel instantly welcomed.
