REVIEW
FOR
A
MASSAGE.
I
Went
here
with
my
wife
for
a
90mins
massage
at
ellipse
spa
&
gym.
Room
is
nice
and
the
reception.
My
masseuse
is
not
well
trained
and
I
was
extremely
disappointed,
uncomfortable,
not
therapeutic
at
all
and
unsatisfied.
I
was
really
tired,
lack
of
sleep
and
have
body
aches.
I
only
need
is
to
relax
and
have
a
good
massage
to
ease
those
sored
muscles.
He
is
nice,
he
greeted
me
and
ask
me
to
remove
my
clothes.
First
thing,
I
have
informed
him
about
the
pressure
I
wanted
to
is
hard.
He's
ok
with
it,
then
he
started
to
do
the
massage
and
doing
massage
strokes
that
was
not
there,
I'm
ok
with
it
because
maybe
that's
his
style.
I
reminded
him
2nd
time
that
I
want
hard
massage
and
I
told
himto
make
it
proper
massage.
Then
the
towel
dropped
and
he
didn't
even
bothered
to
get
it
and
drapped
me
properly.
He
continuously
doing
massage
on
both
of
my
thighs.
I
told
him
to
get
it
and
cover
me.
I
know
that
there
is
a
language
barrier
and
for
the
third
time
i
told
him
can
you
make
it
good
massage.
That
feeling
that
I
am
not
even
satisfied
with
the
massage
and
asked
him
to
kindly
get
another
therapist
to
change
him.
But
he
even
about
to
do
the
massage
again.
I
didn't
feel
relaxed,
this
is
not
the
first
time
that
I
have
male
therapist,
but
they
are
good
therapist
and
they
know
how
to
do
massage
properly.
I
get
up
and
get
dressed
and
told
him
to
look
for
the
manager
or
incharge.
Mr.
Kabir
approached
me
and
asked
the
details,
he
even
asked
to
try
it
again,
but
I
refused.
He.
Is
not
in
charge
during
this
time
and
he
only
went
here
to
help.
The
therapist
to
translate.
I
told
him,
I
only
want
is
to
have
good
relaxing
massage
and
I
want
to
change
my
therapist,
but
sad
to
say
there
is
only
1
massage
therapist
He
even
offered
me
something
to
drink.
Ms.
Bandana
offered
me
to
help
by
contacting
her
manager
Ms.
Kabayan
(i
forgot
her
name).
I
told
her
the
situation,
and
offer
to
resolve
it
through
email.
I
only
stayed
for
15mins
on
the
massage
table.
(1820H
-
1835H)
Apologies
to
drop
down
names,
but
this
thing
needs
to
be
addressed
properly.
I
am
hoping
that
my
wife
had
a
good
massage.
To
management
who
is
managing
the
spa,
kindlyq
approach
me
through
email.
Personal
email
will
be
given
to
the
spa
reception
Thank
you.
