A great hotel for a relaxing holiday away from a lot of people and cars. Great staff, always ready to help, room service 24/7 is a pleasure. Cleaning of the room is daily, all accessories in the bathroom are changed, bed linen, always fresh water! Thanks Viviane, she always cleaned our room. The hotel area is always clean, warm pool, sun loungers, towels on the beach. The breakfasts are delicious. Definitely recommend to those who want tranquility with or without children. Dogs are allowed in the hotel, be sure to check in advance about the availability of the room.

Again a 3.5 a nice place but lacking a little. The staff were very friendly and helpful, in fact all the staff were excellent. We had a beach chalet which offers excellent access to the beach and was of a good size for the four of us. It was clean well maintained. Again no complaints. The per night price was quite high and this went up when you layer on the cost of full board. Maybe not worth what we paid. I would recommend instead of full board go half board don’t do only breakfast as there is little locally in the way of restaurants. The food was of good quality and fresh. Although if your stay was a week or more the choice could be a little limited. I think for a hotel of this size it lacked a decent social area such as a bar. There was a small rooftop bar but this was unusable due to the wind and cold. Which leads to the bigger issue it’s location. If you only want to sit on a beach then fine but if you like to explore or go on walks there is little around the hotel. I reckon as it warms up it would be better. Maybe we will try again in April time.

Amazing hotel. You will feel so good there being pampered by a very hard working and professional staff, at all the levels. Great location, very modern facilities, quite visionary I would say comparing with other places called themselves hotels, but what a difference! They have beach and swimming pools, restaurants, gym, children's club, activities, and a wonderful Spa center. Juni from Bali offered me one of the best deep tissue massage I have experience d in years. Highly recommend! 👍🙏 I couldn't fine anything faulty during my whole stay there! Everything and everyone wants to make you enjoy your stay at the maximum! Great choice I had made! You may do the same! No regrets, I must say! Just go there! ,😃

The hotel has an outstanding design, which unfortunately was not taken over into the rooms. Rooms are reminiscent of a budget hotel, the bathroom is very small and you can't feel comfortable. ATTENTION! When booking all inclusive, there is only a small menu that does not change. this is served at lunchtime and in the evening. Drinks are only gin and tonic and wine and soft drinks. it wasn't worth it for us, it's not all inclusive for me. The staff was partly unwilling to work or just overwhelmed. Manager not available and employees completely overwhelmed. But wait, the employees can't do anything about that, they were just poorly trained. The only Perfect Organized Part was the spa. They were professional and super friendly.

This is the second time I have been to Vida and I still love it. What I love most about it is the calmness of the place. Perfect for relaxation and getaway. The place itself is small but you have everything you need. The rooms are modern, cozy, and very clean!!! As usual, breakfast buffet was great! A lot of choices. Dinner buffet though has lesser options but still good. I liked the shellfish options. Thank you Eugene for being so friendly while we wait for the mussels and clams to cook 😁 The food is really good and the prices are affordable. A short trip but had to post owing to the high quality of the seafood nasi goreng from late night room service. Wasn’t expecting much more than a few popcorn shrimp mixed in, instead got lovely mussels and perfectly grilled pieces of squid. Very pleasantly surprised by the care and consideration. Combined with the pleasant service and ambience all around, a thoroughly relaxing stay. Well done!

The stay was an amazing and relaxing one! All the staff were extremely welcoming, attentive and friendly, especially Said from the Restaurant! The room service was quick and the food was delicious. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel itself has a huge clean pool and is beachfront, with a spa and gym as well! Want to say a special thank you to Dave for his kindness and hospitality, was only one call away for anything we need!

I stayed 5 days there, I loved all their facilities, amenities and dining options. Our room was extremely comfortable, spacious and clean and they had taken great precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The view from the room’s balcony was also amazing it was city view, and it was overall a very relaxing experience. Their food from the Kitchen Restaurant was all very good. The staff is extremely polite and the hotel’s property are great there are a lot of fun activities to do including GYM! I would definitely be back soon as their location

Was pleasantly surprised with the last minute check in after a day of sun and boozing on the beach. The room was adequate, nothing fancy but clean and neat with a good bed. The highlight was definitely the friendliness of the staff and the service and spread at the breakfast. Definitely include it with your stay. Would go again.

Our stay were amazing and we were very relaxed. The scent when you enter the hotel creates a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness were superb. We came late, thanks to Omar and Baghdad they were very helpful and greeted us with a smile and were both enthusiastic with us.

We had a relaxing stay at Vida Beach Resort UAQ. Ahmed from the reception was very cordial and went the extra mile in ensuring that everything was fine. Breakfast spread was great! However, the Indian vegetarian cuisine options in the menu are very limited. Interiors of the property and our room were very bright and beautiful. Our room was lovely and modern with a lovely sea-view.The pool has a great sea-view too!

We are currently staying at the hotel for 5 days. We just want to say thank you for the good service that they were serving. ALL THE STAFFS at the hotel are very accommodating. We'll done for all especially the origin staffs. They're excellent 👏. The housekeeping Chandra was also doing great job to keep our room neat and clean 👏. Overall all the hotel was superb the ambiance and interior was very relaxing.💜

We have stayed at dozen of hotels in UAE. This was one of the list of best stays and experiences we had. Celebrated my birthday here and enjoyed it a lot. The rooms were adequate and reasonably appointed for a 4 star. Got a free upgrade to a partial sea view with mini balcony. Food and fare were nice. I enjoyed the views of the sea overlooked from the outdoor pool. Popular with families in the weekend.. so if you don't mind screeming children running around at all day.. thankfully all quiet by 10pm. Pet friendly.. you prized pet is welcome. All in all. A good weekend retreat.

A beautiful, smaller resort with super friendly staff. The cleanliness is really exceptional, Saddam was responsible for it on our floor! Great and exemplary, you are always asked if you need anything! Great cocktails from Surag, who really knows his stuff and is also very nice and super friendly! Disadvantage unfortunately the location, if you only have breakfast, you have few alternatives... Also, you can't have drinks (pool bar, afternoon coffee, etc...) written to your room in the hotel, you have to pay right away - unless you leave a very high deposit. I've never experienced anything like this and I don't think it's good and, above all, tedious..

We have had a wonderful stay at Vida Beach Resort. The whole team was great. Especially I would like to thank Sundar from the house keeping team cleaned our room perfectly and very welcoming and friendly. But unfortunately i will not give a full 5 star, we stayed on the pool half of the day and we ordered a snack and pizza i would like to say for 5 star hotel the food on the bar area has to improve Pizza was very hard to eat and not tasty, the calamari wasn't cooked well it was difficult to eat! For a hotel claiming for 5 star has to improve in that point. However the hotel is located on the beach. The pool was great and we felt very relaxed. The breakfast restaurant have a great selection of food. We would definitely come back.

We have amazing and relexing time during our stay in Vida Umm Al Quwain. The service was excellent and the facility was very good for the family specially with the kids. I love the ambiance and mesmerizing decor. All the staff is very helpful. I would like to specially thanks to spa girl Dewi that has been taking care me during my treatment. Sanjay the receptionist that do our check in and check out smoothly. Will surely recommend.

The rooms are nice and hotel is fine. However this is being marketed as a beach resort, note that it's no beach it's a creek and swimming is unpleasant at all. Also they have a weird service fees onto of all their bills ,so expect to pay 25% on top of all bills.They offer you discount by embarrassing and take it back as service fees, which I don't find right. Food was average quality for a five star resort.

I have been hearing a lot of good feedback from my friends about this hotel and it did not disappoint! ☺️ Less than an hour drive from Dubai. The staff are welcoming most especially Bahaa (Front Office). The breakfast is okay. The pool and beach is divine. Room is spacious! I like it because it was not crowded when we went. The hotel is very modern with a relaxing ambiance.

Really comfortable stay, my only issue was that the AC was too cold (we set the temperature). Gill from housekeeping was helpful and efficient. Devin the manager helped us find jumper cables when our car wouldn’t start. Oh, and the breakfast was good, the selection was perfect and not overwhelming like other places. Service with smiles all around. Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway.

I must say, impressive on how they operate. The staff is extremely helpful, always available and accommodating when possible. The level of cleanliness is exceptional, both Hamid / Viviane are so helpful. Pool bar staff and the management always looking to help out and provide you with exceptional service. The beach and the water sports team were engaging and great water boat trip to the mangroves.

A very nicely equipped hotel in a quiet location. Ideal for relaxing. Most of the staff are friendly but all of them are helpful. Above all, I have to praise Keshab from the lifeguards. A really, really great and likeable person. He always tried to find the perfect berth for each guest and to fulfill their wishes. Really an excellent person with top service. All in all, we had a lovely and relaxing holiday in this hotel. Nobody is pushy or anything like that. The rooms were nicely decorated and were always clean. However, there are a few negative points. Unfortunately, sunbeds were often missing, so you had to search together with the lifeguards to find a place. The food selection could be more. Unfortunately, not every room has a balcony. When we arrived at the hotel, a receptionist told us that we would have to wait about 5 hours for our room because it wasn't ready yet. But he told us that if we pay 100 dirhams (25€) we can get a room after just 1 hour. We didn't want to pay this money again for a room that we had already paid for. Anyway, we still got our room after 1 hour.

What give it the 5 stars it is the people working here : from the valet parking, to the reception for the check in, to the waiters and chefs in the restaurants! As for the location, why i wouldn’t give 5 stars is the fact that the beach it is very small and if it is a weekend when the hotel it is as maximum capacity you will have issues finding a sunbed after 10:00. The pool it is very clean, as all the hotel. There is no more sun on the beach after 3, as the beach will be under the shadow of the hotel. the small beach that it is more of a lagune made me very unhappy. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Recommended for families, full of kids. A very negative comment will also go to the beach towels : some of them are very stained. And some of the sun beds cover are broken. The food was also nice. Not all the food was amazing, but there were some dishes that we reallyy enjoyed. Will I come back ? Maybe ! Will I recommend it ? Most likely!

All the staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. The facility was extremely clean and had enough amenities and recreational activities. The food and service was excellent. Looking forward to my next visit. I would like to give a special thanks to NAOMI she was welcoming and helped us through out our stay, her welcoming nature and professionalism made our stay more enjoyable at the facility. She went above and beyond to organize for us a birthday cake and a card, she exceeded our expectation for our stay. I also loved that the facility is eco friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was highly impressed by the excellent service provided. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the reception staff, especially Mr. Devan, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. One of the highlights of the hotel was the great beach it offered, providing a picturesque view and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the gym had all the necessary equipment, and the best part was that it faced the sea, making workouts enjoyable. However, the only downside was an unpleasant smell in the corridor leading towards our room. Despite this, the overall experience was still fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch service and amenities.

Had the pleasure of spending a day at this hotel. It is truly an experience. Right from the feel at the entrance to the food. We mostly ordered from their ‘Stage 2’ Cafe in the lobby and the Banana Bread was to die for. The beach and swimming pool are an ideal holiday spot. A destination where one can truly ‘log off’ digitally and not feel the need to log back in. It is also amazing how it was exactly like the Vida at La Mer Dubai. Keep it up!

This lovely hotel deserves 5 stars. We booked 6 nights all inclusive and were very pleased. We were lucky enough to receive a free room upgrade to partial sea view upon arrival. Very tasty food - buffet, if desired, you can order a la carte. The service is very nice and friendly. Excellent room cleaning every day. I would like to commend Raj's cleaning service. Wonderful service at the pool bar, thanks to Sultan and Taimoor. Special thanks to Taimoor, who was always ready to help and communicated with us very friendly. The hotel has its own beach (not too big), lifeguards will always help you find free sun loungers. The depth of the sea begins quite abruptly, but there is enough space for those who are afraid of depth or children to swim. You can rent a kayak, go banana boating, water skiing - there are many options for water activities. You can order hookah in the hotel's rooftop bar or in Origins outside, the prices are reasonable. Not all drinks are included in the all inclusive, which, however, is not a big minus. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Dubai on Tuesdays. You can also easily get there by taxi. The reception staff are very responsive and always ready to help. Warning: Don't forget your mosquito repellent and don't leave food outside unattended as crows are very brazen. This is a wonderful hotel for a relaxing holiday. The hotel sometimes has evening performances, but generally the hotel is fairly quiet after dinner. For those looking for relaxation, perfect cleanliness, pleasant service and warm sea, I can confidently recommend this hotel.

We went for a two night staycation to the Vida Beach Umm Al Quwain and booked a one bedroom ocean view suite. The suit is spacious with a very comfy bed and a nice view. Interior is modern in a rather cool design with nice wooden floors. Bathroom is bright and nicely equipped. The breakfast was included in our rate and had nice variety with coffee specialties on request. The outside area is well maintained, big infinity pool and a very reasonable priced pool bar are giving you all time to relax. The beach is rather small and fairly full. Especially getting a sun bed is not easy as most guests stay for one or two weeks with a tour operator. So be early if you want one. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only the breakfast crew seemed a little lost during peak time. Special thanks to Sadam who made the birthday surprise perfect! All in all a complete recommendation if you want 2 or 3 nights away from Dubai and have a relaxing break. And all this only 45-60 min away.

Just returned from a 2 night stay, and was thoroughly impressed. Peaceful, super clean environment. All staff very friendly - special mention to Hamza from the room cleaning team! Pool and beach are beautiful, and being able to bring our dog made it even more special. Finally, the food is top notch! Would recommend to anyone wanting to escape Dubai for a few days.

Perfect hotel - clean, great service and welcoming and nice staff. All the staff, from reception, waiters and cleaning service will assist you with any questions you may have. Especially enjoyed playing tennis at the hotel court, which you can access for 1 hour free and they provide all necessary equipment for the game.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Vida Resort Umm Al Quwain and I have to say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service by Mia at the front desk. The rooms at the resort are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable . But the highlight of my stay was definitely the spa. Tisna at the spa was an absolute gem - she listened to my needs and tailored the treatments to suit my preferences. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and refreshed. Overall, I can't recommend the Vida Resort Umm Al Quwain enough. The staff, particularly Mia and Tisna, were truly exceptional and made my stay a true pleasure. I would give this resort a full five stars and can't wait to come back again in the future.

Had a great time at Vida with the family during Eid. The staff is extremely professional and friendly and we enjoyed the experience. While there is only one restaurant to eat from, the food quality is good and it was enjoyable. The pool was great for children, perfect temperature, and excellent layout. The rooms were clean and spacious for the weekend. Overall it’s a very chilled out hotel, and it’s a good place to spend for a long weekend.

We came for weekend during our anniversary and we’re very pleased. Their suite was great and had anything we needed. I was very surprised to see that their disposables such as toothbrush, razor even a comb was from wood also the room card. No plastics used, which is great! Overall the vibe in the hotel was amazing. The buffets in restaurants too, variety of tasty food. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Vida!

the place is nice. facility is very clean. however there is only one pool. i dont like the beach area as the sand has plenty of snails and looks muddy. compared to the uaq kite beach. Vashnu was very kind and ensure her area was tidy and clean. Victoria was very accommodating and i like her! :) good job with the staff

This is our second visit and we will be returning next year. If you are looking for a holiday away from it all this is just perfect. We booked 3 rooms for a family of 6 on an all inclusive rate. Very good value for money! The service, the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities and the food was just perfect. A special thank you to Raj who kept all 3 rooms immaculate during our 6 day stay. I have a couple of recommendations which I think will make it more perfect: 1) To be able to book the all inclusive rate direct with the hotel. I had to search for a travel agency that offered an all inclusive rate in the UK for this hotel. I want to book again next year but will have to search for an agency 🤷‍♀️ Why can’t you access the all inclusive rate directly? 2) Offer more excursions off site and more than one shuttle bus a week to the Dubai Mall - so many other places to visit! It is a very family friendly hotel so why not offer an aqua park for example. 3) And finally - you are a family friendly hotel and you are absolutely amazing with the children however we found it difficult to access snacks for the children even though we were all inclusive. Maybe something around 3pm or just access to snacks would be great! My kids were continually hungry - luckily we purchased crisps! Would also be good to understand the local area - for example you offer bikes but where is best to cycle? Nothing negative about our holiday- just perfect before the Xmas stresses!

My son's birthday was that day, and the crew surprised us with a cake and decorated our room. I want to express my gratitude to the entire staff but especially to Mr. Kesup, the lifeguard, Ms. Jenny, and Mr. BAGHDAD from the reception. The staff is incredibly friendly, pleasant, and goes above and beyond. Our family had an incredibly enjoyable and relaxing visit. Will return without a doubt! 👍
