Hotel is surrounded by different shops, cafe and restaurants which is really convenient for guests. Staff is helpful. Rooms are spacious.Cleaning was done not properly, some trash was found under the cushions of sofa. Sofa and some furniture, equipment was old, needs to be changed. The parking slot is narrow, luckily staff assisted with parking.But because of hotel facilities and old furniture I will not book it again

if u came Dubai with your family, I would recommend to stay at this hotel. Price is cheap if you booked from Agoda in advance. Family room is available with 2 bedroom with attached Bathroom, Living room, Kitchen, and another Toilet is included. Friendly service. There is a problem with a door key that they need to fix it. I've told to Reception and management should follow & repair it. Apart of it, everything is great. It takes 15-20 min to go Gulfood (Dubai World Trade center).

We visited this hotel last January 14,2022. The staff were very great and quality service, the rooms were cleaned and comfort bed. Complete kitchen stuffs plus complementary. Great customer service when I booked directly through their reservation agent name Roy. Really beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city. One thing I can’t forget was when I lost my things and found out it was left in the taxi. The reception and other staff had help me on how to recover the lost item. I was very happy on the next morning my lost things was successfully returned to me. My sincere thanks to Emirates Star staff, worth the price and great customer service. You made my birthday so special. 100/100. Highly recommended.

Good place. The apartment style is good however if you are only visiting for a short time ( transit travel), this is a bit far from the tourist spots. Room service was slow but alright.

I have already written a post about the inconvenient check in. The room is quite big, The one bedroom apartments. Despite of being extremely huge, it looks dirty, full of all old appliances in the kitchen nd to top it all, really v.v. slow service. Water is chargeable and cleaning is restricted for 9Am- 6PM. I will keep writing my experience, so that other travellers can take informed decision. Will keep you posted in case any good things happen during the stay . Also folks at reception are not bothered of guest facing difficulties even after callin 4-5 times, service is not done quickly.

Went here for an iftar party. The food was alright, up until- the gulab jamun syrup in my bowl had a small PIECE OF BROKEN GLASS. Took it to the chef near the dessert and he nonchalantly said “ah okay here taken another one”.“But I found it in the syrup I took from here” “yes okay okay” “you may want to check it…it’s dangerous” “yeah yeah I’ll check” -what! Honestly, it looked like a piece of gelatine sheet. So, not only was I shocked that I could have put it in my mouth unnoticed and hurt myself -it was a sharp triangular shard! But, this guy just brushes it off like it happens every other day. I’m not sure any of us could grasp the gravity of the situation just then because glass was the last thing we expected it to be, but had it been in the bowl of a small child it may as-well have been a medical emergency. I think it was my fault I informed a chef. Should’ve informed the waiter first. Why would the cook take responsibility of this huge mistake…

I had 2 senior citizens guests stay at this hotel apartment for 2 nights. Emirates Star Hotel Apartment has two very abrasive and arrogant customer service employees at its reception - Ms. Jigmy D. Bhutia and her supervisor Mr. Dilip Kumar. They mis-behaved with the elderly guests and forced them to leave their room before the agreed time. When I raised the issue with both of them, they did not care to apologize for the insult of the elderly guests. I told both of them that these guests are coming for the first time to Dubai (which thrives on its hospitality industry and is well known globally for its excellent customer service) and after leaving the hotel, they will have a bad impression about Dubai as a city. I told them that Government of Dubai has set up a customer happiness center and I can report this unhappy incident to that authority. Both the employees were un-apologetic. Nobody with any self-respect should consider staying in this hotel who have hired such unprofessional and arrogant customer service employees.

ok, been to this hotel for 5 days, there is definitely better places for the price,rooms are big but there were not clean there were some black spots on the bed, and their housekeeping needs to be improved alot like alot, and somehow most of the machines were not working not to mentionthe AC, if you staying in a hotel, the hotel should be comfortable and clean, i am not sure if this hotel delivered that, honestly this hotel needs alot of improvements i dont how this an award winning hotel.

Very spacious rooms with kitchen and accessories. Balconies were also present. The hotel is far from attractions. The neighborhood is surrounded by different shops and restaurants so you can find what you are looking for. Decent stay place.

Booked apartment for corporate guests for 10 days. Advance was paid as required. When guests arrived at 1:30 AM reception insisted on full payment in advance. Guests had cash in hand to cover 7 days which they tried to pay. But staff gave no such option even after guests pleaded to give time till morning to go out and draw money from ATM. finally had to cancel the booking. it was never informed when booking was finalised that full payment is needed on checking in. Staff was very unprofessional and did'nt care at all to solve the situation. Took extra money than promised charges to stay till morning. Will never recommend this place.

Very suitable apartment for families Value for money facilities location is best for food lovers and mostly what you need everything available. The pool is kids friendly. The location is ok and hotel isn’t bad EXCEPT the kitchen which is almost empty. But the staff is USELESS. They forgot about the hotel and all they were doing was getting taxi business for their friends. There is no communication within themselves and they deny almost everything. My family members missed their flight because of the reception staff miscommunication among themselves but mainly because they want us to take 3-4 taxis even though one night earlier they told us shuttle will be ready within 10 minutes of our confirmation. But they denied everything even though we called them from our room. Be careful and it’s advisable if you don’t use this hotel. I don’t think the owner knows that the employees are trying to exploit guests and destroy the name of the hotel, just simply by doing really bad job and being useless staffs.

It was an amazing stay me and my family were very comfortable with the service and cleanliness. All the management and staff were amazing.

Very near from the airport and the staff is also very cooperatives. Housekeeping staff Chandana, Leslie and Riyaz were very cooperatives. I stayed there from 19th to 26th March'19. Many hotels around specially Hyderabadi hotels.

Great Hotel Apartments for a family getaway, Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, Apartments are extremely clean and hygienic, Gym is adequate, clean and not too crowded, Swimming pool is nicely covered so the hot sun won't be a bother while relaxing in the pool. Many restaurants and grocery stores available in the same line (couple seconds of walk) Its My 2nd visit here and i Absolutely love this place and will surely be visiting again very soon.

Tried their breakfast buffet which is for in house guests as well as walk in customers to the restaurant. The taste of the food was average, they had Some 3 types of fruits, vegetables, olives and 2 different types of cheese in the salad section. They have tea, coffee, one juice and water in the drinks section. Among main course they have scrambled egg (below average) boiled egg, sausages, baked potatoes, baked beans, vegetables curry, porotta, oats, Samosa and Foul. The foul was very good. They also have 4-5 types of breads. The place was very neat and clean with 7-8 tables. There was no rush and the ambience was quite good. It can be considered value for money provided their price was quite low for a breakfast buffet. But again the selection of food and the taste is just average. It can be a place for people who like a calm and quiet atmosphere for having breakfast.
