They don't have good management I mean poor or even bad. Not clean , staff not that friendly except Hisham. They don't give what you ask for on time or most of the time they don't. Interne very bad on and off. Very expensive for nothing. Seems like not controlling who's coming or going same especially girls. We don't feel safe and mostly in darkness

Stayed there for one month along with my family while I started a new job. I rented the apartment through third party agency who had a contract with the hotel. Apartments were quite big with lots of space but furniture was very basic and old. Bathrooms and kitchen were also very basic with old appliances which hardly in working condition. Lots of disturbance as so many people ringing door bell who were supposed to go some other room. We had this problem almost every other morning. Room service was okay but always have to struggle with towels and toiletries. Cleaners always complain that they don't get enough supplies from the company to cater for the rooms. We rented a two bedroom apartment and I literally had to beg and fight to get one additional Access card because they insist to give me only one access card. Location is a bit convinient between Nesto market and Sahara Mall and very close to Dubai border which you can cross on foot. Management is very poor and it's almost impossible to get something if you request them only one time... You have to beg and fight for it. Like I have to ask for an iron and iron board and after several requests I got the iron but not iron board and then again after several requests over the period of one week, they have me iron board which was so small that I initially thought that may be it's just a toy. Restaurant was also not very good and they always insist of cash payment instead of card payments.

Worst experience ever. Staff at reception have too much attitude and arrogance Service was poor. When i ask for water bottles in the room the lady who did my check in ask me to go to super market and buy. Sambul was the name of lady with full of attitude. No towels, slippers and tissue in the room. After asking for it u get very few. Dark rooms. Bath shower was not working properly.

in Nahda Sharjah , Quite clean safe and easy to find Taxi and Bus to Dubai and Sharjah staff are good too , i was there for 35days with my family member we loved the place 💝

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY HERE Worst service ever experienced in any service sector in my life. Did a group booking in this facility with all terms and conditions with them , later as per agreement did cancellation due to unforeseen reason and requested for booking refund. It has been 21 days they have not responded to our 12 emails and unaccounted calls to their in charge and accounts department . They dont even have courtesy to reply to any of our mail or answer our call. Its a handsome booking amount and they are using our money and not refunding or replying . Worst experience, totally careless, irresponsible, negligent, unconcerned, unreliable organisation amd their staff. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY HERE

Reception staff are not helpful. You have to ask for towels and they dont really want to give it to you. Toilet seat was broken and loose. WiFi was on and off for half an hour intervals. After calling reception few times, out line was disconnected! Horrible customer service. Only gets 2 stars due to location.

The experience was terrible, there were cockroaches running about in the kitchen, about which they did nothing even on notifying. The fridge was out of order, but they did change when we complained. Had to beg for towels, they kept on saying the hotel is full so do not have enough.

Adjustment of my booking was explained in detailed as I had to rebook of my 2nd stay here. Excellent staff & helped us whenever required. Location is wonderful. Near Masjid, restaurants & all range of price markets like night to night shopping is really fantastic situated near by to the hotel

Good location but unfortunately the hotel is very dirty,,bad services when you call them no one response and if they answer no one will come ,no towels, no refrigerator in the kitchen No extra pillow or bed cover, bathrooms dirty and water coming on the floor moreover they quarreled with us because we late after 12 O’clock although we arrived after 4 the previous day No respect in dealing with customers I don’t advice with this hotel

Hopeless Service. Trying to get an invoice for my previous stay and the response is just Zero. Tried calling up and speaking to a lady today and she just said call later and hung up. Such pathetic service in a hotel industry. Worst customer service ever seen.

I don't know much about hayat ...... but over head bedsheets are clean expect they don't offer soap and it's easy to rocate the place

The staff is very rude. When i asked for drinking water since there was none in the room. The receptionist said you booked only room not water

Although the manager who did my check in process was very kind, the service is very poor. As soon as I got into the room I noticed that there wasnt any towel so I asked it to house keeping. It was 3 pm, now it is 6.30 pm and they still tell me to wait more 30 minutes because there isn't any because they are still washing it. I went to the hotel reception and there is no solution. That is an absurd! What kind of hotel there is no towel? There many other hotels in the area, dont make the same mistake I did when I booked this hotel!

Good hotel to stay in. It's very affordable but there's a strong smell of incense right from the reception even to parts of the rooms and their towels. If you don't mind the smell of incense then this is a good deal for you

An Honest review: Positive Things 1.Deluxe Rooms are high quality very comfy, big and well equipped. 2.Staff are nice and pleasant. 3.Breakfast and service during breakfast is amazing, lots of options everything fresh, waitresses will all the time approach quick and offer drinks or other things such as omelette. Good parking. Fine location opposite to Sahara center and at the border of Dubai.

It’s very very dirty, when I first entered the room I found a cockroach! When I asked the receptionist what’s this? He was very calm as if he’s used to it and said “ it’s cockroach ma’am” !!! Also it’s very expensive 3 nights for more than 2000 AED breakfast not included. The parking is 5 AED per hour ! The cockroach video is uploaded.

The rooms is nice,clean and friendly staff, though you need to remove motion sensor at the light at the hall, it makes my son scare to go to his brother room at 10th floor, overall that's my only complain

The Hotel staff and Mr Melroy is amazing, they're very accomodating.

Poor service, darkness in the corridors, no attended at swimming pool, swimming pool is not for kids, no appropriate cutlery in the flats, you have to ask for accessories to make them available for you. Parking has very less illumination. The surroundings of the hotel is very good.

Service was poor. No towels, slippers and tissue in the room. After asking for it u get very few. Dark rooms. Bath shower was not working properly. Low washrooms maintainance. Apartment size and hotel location was good. Overall the price was high compared to the services provided.

booked a room l in hayat and it was tremendous and crazy experience. Very awsome hospitality and a great day we had .

The property is in good location near to mall, grocery stores, saloons, park and in other shops. The studio room was a complete package as studio apartment where you could have a chance to cook, wash clothes, with comfy bed, bathtub, and living area corner. Staff were so grateful in giving assistance especially Parlyn, Nithish and Faej.

Service poor - calling reception, they telling you nonstop No Problem No Problem - but you have to remain them , room service starting from 09:00 am, sometimes your room will done at 04:00 or even 05:00 PM 🙄 - was there With my Family - only 1 Plate + 1 knife or spoon in the room , swimming Pool under maintain, maybe Long time

I can give 3 stars for cleanness, location and hotel environment, otherwise all are worst including staff behavior worsen, hotel atmosphere is not friendly and not even cooperative that is very disappointing.
