This is a very different kind of hotel. Please know few things before u check in or make decision to book. Know the word Express Meaning 1: I stayed for 8 nights during new year and I must say , there was always rush for breakfast. I have never seen this kind of mismanagement at breakfast ever before. There were que for plates for almost all days during my stay. Don’t expect any help from staff that they will help you to make your experience better ( May be due to express) 2: Rooms are very compact with no view from maximum rooms 3: You have to take all your luggage to your room all by yourself, don’t expect any kind of help even if the staff is free at reception 4: If you order food from restaurant, you have to pay the amount in cash instantly.They won’t add anything in room bill and all ( This is sometimes an issue when u are a tourist and depends on plastic money too much) 5: Phone response from operator and reception are very slow. Expect even a water bottle in 20-25 minutes. Good Things 1: Very near to Dubai Airport. 2: Metro (Emirates Station) is very near and connected to major city points. 3: There is a shuttle in Every hour for airport. 4: ATM is inside Hotel for cash withdrawals 5: Very good hotel for Short business trip & transit purpose. ( No Go for Long stay with family) 6: Hotel staff is very nice and supportive.

A very silent hotel, good for a night before or after the flight. Bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom wasn't big but well equipped and everything worked good. AC worked fairly silently. Airport is very close, but there's no noise. And you shouldn't try to walk to the airport. There's a free bus from and (I guess) to the hotel every half hour. If you get up early and cannot have breakfast, you'll be given a box. But the box content is very disappointing as an equivalent to the common, paid breakfast.

employees are fine like good driver, good reception and not bad cooker. BUT.. where water pressure gone? also heater? not hot shower, not enough volume of water... Basically, holiday is not bad standard like there. without facilities, others are better. three stars are from manpower from Holiday inn.

My partner and I stayed at the hotel for 17 days as we recently just moved here and their rates are super affordable and the Hotel is within walking distance of the Emirates Metro Station and just above 1km drive to the airport. The rooms are your typical hotel rooms , but just what you need. We were greeted with friendly, smiling faces when we arrived at reception and the room was clean upon our arrival. All of the staff were very friendly and greeted us every time we walked past them. The breakfast buffet is just what you need to get your day started and there is a little something for everyone’s taste buds. The staff at breakfast have a very systematic way of dishing the breakfast due to COVID , and we applaud them for keeping it streamlined and being so patient whilst each person chooses their meal. They remain calm and friendly the entire time. The sports bar is also a lovely extra at the Holiday Inn and they have happy hour and lovely drink special on some nights. A very beautifully decorated bar. The highlight of our stay there was by far the welcoming feeling the staff gave us and most definitely our house keeper ; Christopher ! What a wonderful human , always smiling (even behind his mask) and always giving us the time of day to ask how we are and to have a friendly conversation. Christopher started to feel like family after staying there for 17 days. He remained professional at all times , friendly and very accommodating! He provided us with great service and nothing was ever too much for him! Thank you Christopher , you are an amazing human! All in all, if we need to stay close to the airport again , we will definitely be staying there!

The price and the proximity of this Holiday Inn to the DXB airport make it a great value if you are needing a quick place to refresh during a layover. The service is very friendly but the rooms are small and a bit uncomfortable. Complimentary breakfast is a great plus and can be boxed to go if you have to catch your flight. However, definitely note that the complimentary shuttle service from the airport is only every 60 minutes. Depending on your timing it's probably worth your while to catch a taxi over.

We stayed at this location while waiting for a late night flight. It is a very convenient option for similar situation. + The hotel has a nice pick up drop off shuttle service. + Breakfast is included and it is nice with a diverse menu + There is a shuttle to Dubai Mall, which is great to go the mall for free and check out the Tower and Fountain and the huge Mall. + Staff are nice + There is a small sports bar - Rooms are ok, but not huge or super fancy. Clean. - There is not much to do around the hotel in walking distance. Final take: I will go back.

The reception staff were lovely and very helpful, and were probably the best thing about our stay. It's also quite an easy walk to the Emirates Metro station, and a buffet breakfast is included. I would struggle to recommend this hotel though. First, we found the shuttle bus service from the airport to be surprisingly difficult to find and poorly signposted (especially in the hot sun, with luggage and a young child). Second, whilst we were able to check in a little early, it would have been better to have the flexibility to book a room starting at about 8am (I would have been willing to pay extra but didn't have the option). Third, when we did finally get to bed, we were woken up only an hour later by an extremely loud drilling noise, which we were told was the engineering team. The room was otherwise good but a little dated, and it had no view except of some construction work. Overall, it was not very convenient or sleep-friendly for an airport hotel. We have already been given compensatory rewards points though, which was much appreciated.

It was a nice experience as the receptionist was kind and very helpful in dealing our needs, and the rooms were neat and good and the washroom were small,may be its depends on the rooms the customer takes. There complimentary breakfast daily depends on the number of days you take to stay. They is small convenient store and Travel Desk in the Lobby. The Hotel have a Meeting Room and a Bar. It is situated opposite of the Dubai International Airport Terminal 3. On every half an hour there is shuttle to Airport. Good stay

So grateful for this hotel. We landed at 6 AM from an overnight flight and were absolutely miserable and wanted to shower. I called this hotel and they got me a room within 30 minutes so we could set our bags down shower and enjoy our 20 hour layover in Dubai. We took a shuttle bus from the airport and seamlessly got to the hotel. So grateful for their kindness and flexibility. A lot of hotels that I tried calling turned me down when I asked to check in at 7 AM but this one was so flexible and we got our much needed showers, most importantly!

Proximity to the airport was a big plus. There are free shuttles to the airport every half hour. The staff are courteous and polite. They understand that people have arrived after probably a long journey and they make every effort to speed things up at reception. Complimentary breakfast is served for the guests every morning. Breakfast was good and had a variety of options. For the price paid for the rooms, this was an absolute bargain. At the end of the day, Holiday Inn express provides everything one can hope for from an airport hotel. Even though the hotel was close to the airport, they seem to have done an excellent job of sound proofing the rooms. Pros- excellent value for money, proximity to airport Cons- none

The staff was great and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was a pleasant experience. The hotel pub had a friendly atmosphere and a good menu. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant was buffet style and the food selection was really good for both meals. The hotel provided a shuttle to and from the airport and even transportation to a few of the local shopping attractions. The rooms are average in size and are very comfortable. I would be returning to this hotel again because even for a cheap rate you get 5 star service.

Holiday Inn Express Dubai Airport is one of the places i would recommend for each couple tourist choosing Dubai for their stay. Free facilities, punctual & smart friendly staff @ the reception & other departments. Drivers are helpful while pick up & drop off @ the airport. Restaurant staff & housekeepers very polite in communication, as well as managers. I would like to take an opportunity to thank the hotel management & head office for creating such a wonderful atmosphere in this property. I had a great day in this hotel. Best part is the service they provide. The House keeping doing good job. Rooms are well arranged and cleaned. I would review 4 stars just because of Duty Manager Arun. Kudos to him for listening and prompt actions to address all my issues. Thank you. Pandemic has affected all of us and no doubt it has affected businesses all over the world. There is room for improvement and I won't hesitate to bring it up... Restaurant and the front desk staff do need some training. Bit disappointed with restricted access to Whatsapp calls to be in touch with the family but I guess that's regulated by the local authorities and not the hotel. Other than that, rooms and the hotel are fully equipped with all the amenities you will need. They offer one of the best breakfast and dinner with various vegetarian and non-veg food options.

The check in wasn't that smooth. I have booked early check in, but still waited for 1 hour in the que. I stayed here 3 weeks, was amazed by the service personal and would like to thank them all. They know their work very well, very professional, and will do the best to make your stay here comfortable. They are so collaborative and fast in dealing the issues. Specially the restaurant team. Every day I was seeing their hard work and how greatly they were dealing with it. Same with the house keeping services. The restaurant breakfast was nice as well, within 3 weeks eating every day their breakfast I didn't get bored from the variety of the available meals. The missing one star is for the hotel itself. It needs a bit better maintenance, every time either the light bulb is not working, or there is no hot water in the shower, or it's too much hot after fixing it. ..... Also I would suggest to make the lights in rooms more. It's so dark with the tiny useless bulbs, it makes you depressed and want to sleep all the time. For the rest, I'm very satisfied, keep it up the team!

Good service, close to airport. Spent the night due to lay over. All staff was great. Day of our checkout staff showed up at our door to confirm satisfaction of the stay and provide extra amenities at no charge. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There was something for everyone including my children. One of the workers Jagmani provided exceptional service.

Nice place to book beside airport remember that you cant walk from airport to the hotel there is a shuttle bus which goes to airport every 15 min or 30 min which is free or you can take a taxi which will be paid simple good breakfast note that no supermarket or restaurants near by hotel underground parking is available you will not hear airplane sound No facilities i shared some video & photos

I had a nice experience with my family here. Their customer service is fast and has a great sense of hospitality. The rooms are enough to make you feel cozy and comfortable. Very easy to access from the airport and vice versa if you have a car but they also provide airport transfer services. My only issue is the parking area as it is too small.

The hotel itself needs work. We were staying in rewards points for 1 night. We asked for a bigger room or a big bed since there was three of us including my son, husband, and myself. The room we got was a queen size bed which did not fit the three of us, so I slept if the floor. Also, the room had a dirty towel in it by the window when I pulled the curtains for some more lighting. The shower was dirty, had mold in it. Honestly we were exhausted from a flight and had to stay there as a small resting point until the next morning for our second flight. The breakfast was the only good part of the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel unless you want a dirty room/bathroom.

It is situated near terminal 3 at Dubai. Hotel is running shuttle service for his guest between airport and hotel hourly. Curtious Staff , cleanliness is good. I recommend.

In total everything is very good for a short stay in a business trip. Free shuttle service is extremely convenient. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is not that small comparing to Holiday Inn Express in Europe, the bed is convenient. The air conditioning system could have been a little quieter. Just 2 small items to improve - please add decaffeinated coffee and teaspoons in a restaurant.

This could be easily a 4 star hotel in Europe. Staff was extremely kind, and the service was top notch. The hotel has a mini market inside (amazing idea!) an ATM, a very cool bar, a good restaurant for breakfast/dinner, and a free shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes, which is extremely convenient. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. Definitely a great place to stay close to the Dubai airport.

Stayed here for a night. It was good value for money. Everything was above average. The one weird thing is: Just didn't like how the housekeeper was fairly forceful in getting us to rate the hotel and the room and pretty much took the phone out of my hand. That's probably why there is weird amount of comments on housekeeping and about Surya all with 5 stars. Only reason I scored service silently lower. 4 stars I think is a good and fair rating for our stay.

Great value for the area. Rooms are clean and decently sized. Staff were friendly and the gentleman running the airport shuttle was exceptionally kind and helpful. I left early so they provided a packed breakfast. Definitely a better option than a short night on an airport bench. Would certainly go back if I had a short transit in Dubai.

Great staff at the front desk very friendly and helpful, Surya was great he made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and overall a great choice for a stay. Also free shuttle and very close to the airport. FYI the shuttle is on the right hand side, the first lane from the building wall once you exit arrivals at terminal 1, the actual road those are bus stations. The instructions on the website are a bit unclear regarding that as they mention opposite side but that’s valet services.

Excellent! Great price, great amenities and great customer service. Roberto was very attentive to our needs and got us squared away. For it to be a stones throw away from the airport, it is definitely a great value! The shuttle is great too. Kalam was very attentive to our room service and housekeeping needs, and always gives awesome service.

We had to walk around the airport for an hour to find the shuttle bus for Holiday Inn (we also asked others there, and no one knew). On the booking there was no information on it either. Staff was helpful. The rooms were nice but there were no amenities. Breakfast was great you can pick anything you'd like and there are a lot of options.

We had an extremely long layover so staying here made sense. Nice to get a hot shower and nap before the next leg of our journey. Great shuttle service to and from the airport. Next time we hope to explore more - we were too exhausted this trip! Great value for money as a buffet meal is included!

My wife and I booked a king bed with sofa bed. Our flight was delayed so we arrived later than expected. It was 3 am when we made it to the hotel. We checked in. Our room was two full beds instead of a king bed. That is the wrong room. But my wife and I were too tired to care so we just slept a few hours and checked out. This is the first time I’ve received the wrong room for a hotel in my life so far. I probably won’t return to this hotel. I wont recommend it to friends or family. The staff didn’t explain much at check in. Especially how to make the lights turn on. His handwriting looked like room 168 so we tried opening a random man’s door and he came out confused. We woke him up. The room was 164. Please write the numbers more clearly so we don’t bother other guests. The location is great though. Near the airport. Shuttle service. Breakfast was delicious along with the coffee. The price was too high to have these mistakes and the room isn’t nice enough to justify the price. I think you’re mainly paying for the location.

The hotel room door allows the noise to penetrate the rooms, so you can hear if someone in the next or upper room is taking a shower or doing something. I also didn't like the smell of the hotels at all. My wife got a headache from that. I wasn't sure if it was a smoking smell or something.

We had our pleasant stayed in Holiday Inn Express Airport Dubai. Hotel just about 5 minute from the airport by airport transfer. Room was nice & comfortable. Friendly hotel staff, and thanks to Mr Rishabh (housekeeping) for his hospitality offering to clean our room.

The hotel is very close to the airport and there’s a shuttle. Staying here for one week and I currently am pleased with everything. Rishabh the housekeeping guy has been keeping my room clean daily with a smile on his face, love it

Having a 15D stay at the hotel.. hotel Maintenance is good...cooperative staff...Hotel offers shuttle bus services to some parts of Dubai sightseeing..food at the Lobby was very good and varieties of food..Food lovers will definitely have a great time... Mr.Manojit (Food & Beverages) prepares food menu such that all the visitors get satisfied.He takes special care for visitors who are allergic and prepared food according.Very good hospitality. One could learn the recipes from Manojit.. 5-star rating to the hotel 👍

raveling to Dubai for a weekend escape, after wonderful flights, this hotel was a total let down... Negative: 1) Airport shuttle never arrived after 30 minutes of waiting. Called FD twice, kept being told 10 minutes. Ended up taking a cab. 2) Entire lobby smelled of strong cigarette smoke, like I just walked into a bar/club 3) FD was overwhelmed due to long queue. Reason for the long queue was the check-in process was 2-3x longer per guest than typical at a HI Express. This was the case throughout the stay with 15 minute queue just to speak to a FD Associate 4) Room needs a update and better cleaning/inspection (see photos): No deadbolt/chain, Remote was disgustingly dirty, no WiFi in room, Furniture (luggage holder) and Fire Escape door sign stained; hand soap dispenser dirty, shower had mold near door Positive: 1) Room did not smell like smoke 2) Airport shuttle on return to airport was on-time I would not return to this hotel and would pay more for another hotel when I return to Dubai.

This hotel is a two star but you'd get a five star experience! It has everything a traveller needs to stay comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and housekeeping cleans and replenish all toiletries, water, coffee etc daily. The staff are super friendly, professional and goes out of their way to help. The money you pay for it is fully worth you'd get the maximum value. The room is spacious enough plus the rooms with airport view is awesome. Thanks and keep up the good work

Unable to get shuttle to different places. Took a while for shuttle to pick me up from airport. Buffet was great. No actual small face towels in my room. Barely any movie shows and tv kept freezing up. Everyone in lobby making it difficult to get through. 10 minutes from airport.

Shuttle to the hotel was ok. Going over speed bumps a bit too fast but got there without any bags moved. Check in : was the only one at about 11pm. There was some confusion. Not sure what. Possibly some internal or between employees or previous client....... I asked for a room on the ground floor but they very courteously informed me that there were no rooms available on 1st or 2nd floor. 1st available was on 3rd floor. The staff over all very courteous but generally a bit confused and unorganized. The room: It was nice. It also had a very nice small sofa which opened into a twin bed. I was so exhausted from my trip and all I needed was a good night's rest. The BED - was not comfortable. It was not bad but not comfortable. Rest was just very basic. Check out was extremely onfusing and chaotic. They had about 3 people in line. Gi 3n their confusions with just me st check in..... I get the total chaos with 3 people !!!! Even for basic resting, I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone. There are other options for same or similar price points

The hotel is in a very nice location especially if you have a transit of a day or so. They offer hourly free shuttles to the airport and the staff is friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious

Good enough.. Room sizes are based on the minimum standards, options are very wide, you can reserve 24-26 sq. meter room with two or three bed options. Breakfast is free and good options available. Airport shuttle is a good feature, but you have to be prompt, and hope to get chance if the time is very busy 🙂

If i had an option to give -1 star, believe me I would’ve. Although HI has a good reputation This hotel and services was not up to the expectations. 1. First of all there were no help offered upon our arrival and since we arrived from airport we had so much luggage and no one even dare to ask if we need help. 2. We booked package where our dinner was included and when we went for dinner they made us wait 15 mins to just verify that if our plan is with dinner or not. And there were none vegetarian options so we had to tell them to give us something and only they offered was pizzas! Like seriously. 🙄 3. Many other things like room services was too poor, nothing in a room you have to tell them to get you everything from toothbrushes to towel. 4. And lastly sadly i felt staff were bit racist! I am sad to write since I hadn’t expected this from HI.

Probably not one of the best of their hotels that I've stayed in but the staff were courteous. Check in was swift, rooms are not as big as other places (could have been just mine though). I couldn't have breakfast as I had to catch an early flight. During check in, I was told that a breakfast box would be given during checkout, but when I asked for it at the reception, I was denied one. Not sure if it was due to some miscommunication

We only booked the room due to it’s proximity to the airport and the flying time we had. However, the service we received was great and rooms was clean and perfect. the staff were attentive and helpful, especially Mr .Rathan 'service coordinator'. Would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends circle..

It's a nice little hotel with clean rooms. I don't like the right underground parking terrible design and I didn't like their limited cheap breakfast with little choices. Their security needs to training to be more polite to customer.

Was kind of easy going for a last minute booking the breakfast is ok, the rooms are clean very close to the airport they offered shuttle service very convenientin my case. The staff is friendly and helpful just few guest wasn't wearing mask at the lift and they are very small to keep the reasonable distance due covid situation but definitely recommend for short stays. I did book in house covid test for my travel and they were very cooperative and all was perfect till my check out. There is small convenience shop, bar and room service...they have smart TV good.

Having rated a three on first impressions i am upgrading to four stars having stayed for two weeks. Staff great and consistently eager to please. Good quality and value breakfast as well as dinner. Gym well equipped and quiet. Only plea is to make the bar non smoking...

Location is excellent for someone who needs to be near the airport. Our needs were fulfilled by accessible bathroom, room, other facilities. That aside, it's a basic accomodation. The breakfast included is fantastic however, and highly recommended. Hours are quite doable. There's a tour company that'll take you to many activities if you're unsure of what to do, but there's online offerings that are often cheaper and include hotel pickup. An airport shuttle runs every 30 min 24 hours a day. Can't go wrong if you're trying to hit the ground running and stay as late as you can. The one star off is because the pricing agreed to online wasn't honored at check in. I'll chalk it down to some misunderstanding with the booking process, but it was a significant price increase, about 30%.

The hotel is at a great location for transit passengers and the staff for the most part (with the exception of a front desk employee who did not attend to us and should be better trained) is kind and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable however the restaurant experience was less than desirable. We had buffet breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and at both times the cleanliness was under par, and the replenishment of dishes running low on food negligible to none. When we asked for coffee at dinner we were informed that it would be at an extra charge. This in our opinion was inexcusable for a buffet dinner that already had a limited selection.
