The hotel is very good quality, the staff very friendly and pros, only 15 minutes walk to PCR test and 18 minutes to line Red Metro. Many good restaurants around and the price was OK, almost the same range of good 4 starts hotel but for a 5 star. As a frequent traveler, I recommend this hotel, especially the premier room, to the couples in love or even the lonely businessmen. The restaurant of the hotel is quite expensive but it is normal for a 5 starts hotel, though you can find many good restaurants within 200 meters of the hotel.

The hotel has a great outdoor terrace with very good food. The breakfast buffet includes delicious cuisines from all over the world. Staffs are very friendly and ready to welcome you with a smile. 😊 Contemporary suites with amazing city 🏙 views in an upscale property offering a spa and 3 eateries. You get free passes to wild wadi and the private beach. 🏖

Good hotel . Excellent facilities, especially gym and fitness. Pool area excellent also . Room service is worryingly slow, especially if anything is required in an emergency. Staff are very helpful and polite . Especially Aaron and Sheraton . Rooms have no openings at the window, very poor air ventilation and therefore hazardous to health . A little out of the way from main attractions . Good location for airport though. Overall enjoyed our stay, would still recommend in spite in the above points .

The facilities are beautiful and being the off-season, the prices were good. The prime rib steak I ordered from room service was terrible though—chewy, fatty, and poorly seasoned. The accompanying creamed spinach tasted more like mashed seaweed. The breakfast was better and had an amazing variety of food to choose from.

Great hotel and comes with the Jumeirah service for a fraction of the cost. it's close to the airport and tennis arena but is far from the Jumeirah beach area, its like a really nice airport hotel without realising your near the airport. pool area is good with a roof top too, pools are what you'd expect as it doesn't need to be bigger for the amount of guests. Gym is great. Food is very good. not ideal for a long stay but perfect for long weekends.

One of the best properties in Dubai. Located near the DUBAI Creekside with all the best facilities available. Amazing eating options with a good Breakfast spread. The club room in which is stayed was the most amazing room i have ever stayed. A big shout out to all the staff members may it be reception, concierge, housekeeping or restaurants. They have 2 swimming pools one on the ground floor next to the restaurant with a separate Jacuzzi and one on the terrace near to the Lounge. Would never forget my stay at this amazing and beautiful Hotel The Jumeirah Creekside Hotel. God bless

I love it staying in Jumeirah Creekside Hotel. The room was fantastic, confortable, spacious, clean and luxurious. The breakfast was very tasty with many different options for everyone. The service in the hotel is also very good everyone is ready to help you. The hotel is in a great location close to the airport and close to downtown Dubai, but still very calm place to stay and relax.

We had a 2 weeks stay in Jumeirah Creekside Hotel Dubai. Loved the amenities and their services. Well maintained infinity pool, swimming pool, Sauna and whirlpool. Also the Nomad restaurant for breakfast was so so good with different cuisines. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Overall a great stay. Very hospitable staff. Pet friendly with no additional cost. The outdoor pool is nice and just the right size. Breakfast is good but very little choices. Furnitures quite old. No valet parking only self-parking.

Smoking room is a little bit too "smoking" Windows not clean.... Cannot read the names on the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower....can it be printed more visible? lovely fragrance though. Went to Cu*ba bar for light dinner and drinks but music was uncomfortably loud....everybody go there to chat and drink...or is it SCREAM and drink? Lovely comfortable bar, just the very loud music was a mood spoiler...

very bad experience When I send you a private message and kindly ask you to book a room with a nice view, and then you put me on the fourth floor on the back parking, and then you put me on the third floor opposite the flags, then I think you are not honest in your response to my message that you will fulfill all of that. And when the room bathroom does not pour cold water hard and spills very little, this is a very big problem. An experience I don't think I will repeat

Stayed for 3 nights on way back to UK from the Maldives. Excellent hotel with very good facilities and conveniently located for downtown Vis taxi or metro and next to Irish village. Great breakfast and pools. Would definitely stay again

We stayed here back in October 2021. Very nice hotel with friendly staffs. Our room was clean and beautiful with a view of the Burj Khalifa. We Love, love the breakfast buffet there were many variety of food to choose from and other restaurants and hospital nearby as well. Good location. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights and it was simply fantastic. Asides from getting tickets to Wild Wadi Water Park which was a huge plus, the room structure and furniture was great. Large bedroom space, comfortable beds, roomy and exquisite bathroom. All members of staff did a great job at making us feel at home and comfortable. Food.... oh my, brilliant 👏. Never stayed in a hotel twice but certainly will soon and it'll surely be JUMEIRAH CREEKSIDE HOTEL.

We had a great stay. The hotel team was super friendly and helped us on all our requests immediately. Sport facilities are great especially Tennis and Squash. Sunset at Cuba Bar is amazing. We will be back soon.

I spent ten days at the hotel with an organized group, we celebrated the Seder night (Passover) along with going on trips around the area. It is worth noting the staff of the hotel, courteous, patient with a desire to help. The hotel is very clean, the facilities are maintained to a high standard, the pool and spa area are great. Highly recommend.

Had a night out with hubby and the view was really nice. The place was a bit gloomy as few people were around. Guess we're just early. Food was also tasty or maybe we're just hungry, but honestly food was good portions are also fair for the price. They accept ESAAD if you have the card which give you a 20% less in the total bill. To be fair over all rating was 4 star.

My wife and I had Fantastic experience! From the time we entered the doors of Jumeirah hotel we were greeted by the incredibly friendly staff and welcomed with a smile. From the many fantastic facilities I really enjoyed the gym and pool which were well maintained. To add to this experience we were delighted to meet our room service boy Dushan who welcomed us every day by given us beautiful room and a very valuable verse to read that was left on bed, this kind of warm welcome is more valuable than anything else in the hotel. I would love to thank these special people who make Jumeirah a great place to make it your holiday. You will definitely get value for money and we will be back again. The room was absolutely unbelievable. Total luxuryb. The staff were so nice and helpful. Hadvan amazing stay and they even upgraded me. My room was unbelievable! For the best thing was all it cost me the same as it would for the premier Inn back in the UK. The UK really need to up their game!

Very nice hotel really nice looking very modern place, really enjoyed the breakfast buffet lots of items and they had real bacon!! My room was very nice very clean I liked the hotel but it had very very poor internet service you have to walk around the hotel and find the best Internet service usually in one of the lounge areas, my room had very weak signal

We chanced upon 27 when the main restaurant was crowded & we didn't want to squeeze with hotel guests. It's a small but cozy place to fine plus we were early so we had the whole place to ourselves. The waiter was both patient & friendly. Sadly they juicer broke down so I couldn't get the combination of fruits juice. The food we had was alright.

My second time at the hotel. Although some features are restricted due to Covid, the place is amazing. A wonderful way to relax, excercise and spend a holiday.

The front desk workers are professional.The gym, pool are beautiful. The flowers blooms well. Room size is big, all the room are computerized. Love the elevator. I can't forget the mushroom dinner and breakfast I took there. What impress me much at breakfast they made milk and put in filling bottle for a nursing mom.

Was visiting for a business meeting but would like to come stay and experience the breakfast, walk around in the garden, enjoy the views overlooking gulf course of Dubai Gulf Club (across the road) and Dubai Creek. Hotel is curated by Dubai Duty Free, always hosting local art exhibitions. Inspiring.

This hotel made my honeymoon experience a nightmare. The A/C never worked in our old room we complained for 3 nights, my husband and I couldn’t sleep at night! they decided to change the room, the bed sheets were dirty and when we requested room service they never delivered our orders. It was horrible. Don’t waste your time and money.

Staff were extremely accommodating and they allowed us the check in at 1pm and check out at 3pm the next day, a big deal for us. All the staff we encountered especially Ms. Remi and Mr. Sheldon were so delightful and eager to help. It was an above and beyond experience that makes us feel like a VIP. I have already spread the news to family and friend and hope they all book and stay, I'll surely return as well. Very clean room, well sanitized area. I have stayed a dozen of hotels and this was on the top of my list. It has a fantastic view of various arts and cosy ambiance. Best rate to go to Wild Wadi water theme park (almost 60%off) for extra fun and superb food choice at Nomad. Love the breakfast, I enjoyed the smoke duck, chicken mushroom, noodle dish and their selection of fruits (passion and dragon fruit). Can't wait to go and stay again.

Staff education on how to communicate with guests. If you don’t feel welcomed, definitely, you will not come back again to this hotel. Staffs need to do there best to provide comfort for the guest even on check out. I I feel sorry for the quality of food provided by this resturant. It us really a shame to have this quality of breakfast and food in a 5 star hotel. One star hotel will provide much better food.

It's super clean with super amazingly friendly staff. On my second time there in a year, I arrived on a noon and as I tried to take a nap, I found the mattress uncomfortable for my tired back. Just one complaint and the mattress was changed to suit my body type's need. Three different managers/supervisors in all checked if I was now totally satisfied. Was I? Yes! Overly satisfied. I loved the steak at the restaurant too. Too many great memories there. I highly recommend it. At the concierge, Anderson's smiles makes a tiring day fade away quickly. Great guy.

What a great hotel. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect due to the location and if I'm honest, somewhat dated decor, but the stay from start to finish was perfect. Comfortable rooms, everything super functional, great pools, food, service, valet - just excellent. Pleasantly surprised!

Did not actually stay at this hotel yet. But I've been to their meetings hall for a business conference, their rooftop pool, an Africa music concert outdoors, and the spa - all are great experiences, impeccable services and cleanliness. This place is great.

Stayed here back in march for a couple days just to be near the tennis tournament. Location is good if you want to be close to the airport too. Great staff on front desk, concierge and kitchen… even the tennis shop inside was great. Breakfast was yummy with many options. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was nice. My second stay at this absolutely fantastic hotel. Close to the airport and Metro station, delicious food, really well appointed gym, beautiful pools and really helpful staff. The rooms are very large and well set up. My only niggle was a slightly uncomfortable mattress but soon got used to that. I would really recommend this hotel.

Good location, close to famous Dubai Tennis Stadium and Irish Village. Rooms are bit small and odd in shape. Only premier rooms come with partial creek view. Service could improve. Lot of potential.

We came here for one day staycation. As the hotel is close to Irish Village, we could spend the evening there. Food and the service of the hotel was excellent. Overall an amazing experience ! Could use better quality bath products. There was no hand wash though.

Lovely place with excellent service. However, if you like a quiet atmosphere you must ask for a room facing away from the irish village. Live music almost every evening til midnight, weekends up til 2am. Its incredibly irritating, esp. with an early schedule the next day.
