My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The housekeeping service was abysmal, with dirty rooms and an overall lack of cleanliness. To make matters worse, I encountered a mouse in my room, which was both shocking and unsanitary. Adding insult to injury, the gentleman working the night shift at the reception was not only unhelpful but displayed a complete lack of professionalism in his communication. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment, as it was undoubtedly the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

I have visited so many 3 stars Hotels even motels as well, this us by far the worst and shouldn’t even be on Dubai map Hair from previous guest! Room, bed sheets, towels, you name it, nothing is clean or changed Bed bugs bites the next day Bad insulation, you actually kind if sharing with near but guest Provide parking but pay for it! For this price, you could get something much reasonable and better Note: No cutlery and you can’t get your own food from outside 😂

They try hard, and most of the staff is stellar - but there are inconsistencies, like the staff not knowing about the "water heater" (geezer) button outside the bathroom, or even the main power button which enables the power in sockets throughout the room. A hotel this nice ought to have a more thorough training program for any and all staff that interacts with resident guests.

The location was wonderful, eminently walkable, and central to everything we wanted to visit and see. I had an issue with smokers next door, even though we were on a non smoking floor. I spoke with them and I told me that they had checked in with the front desk about being able to smoke, and they were told it was ok for them to smoke in the room. This is on a non smoking floor, where all rooms are marked with non smoking signs. Just became a recurring issue for me, and despite the efforts of a well meaning front desk staff member, the issue persisted until the last day we were there. The same neighbours left food open overnight, after which we were visited by small roaches for at least 2 days. Lesson learnt is to never leave food open overnight in a Dubai hotel.

Staff is rude and not helpful. The security didn't help for parking so i waited 1 hour to find it only they demand much money for parking. I book online and there was mistake of name they didn't allow me and my money wasted. Then i book again and pay double than previous. The room was very cheap. Blanket was very small may be for a baby. AC was not able to be controlled. There was a rat 🐀 in the room. That was very incredible to me. Water was too much hot. Very bad experience ever.

Very bad experience,I am regular customer I booked so many times. But this time mr atul chaudhary he is behaving me very badly I didn't understand he is from hotel background or not. I forget my charger I came and ask him,he told me wen you are check out u will come on that shift and he is behaving very badly,such a pathetic experience.

Extremely poor service. very bad communication with front desk, rooms are super old and also bathrooms are not well managed. I was late on arrival and they give my room to someone else because i was late but already paid by Agoda. Staff is really rude but biggest problem is multiple Indian style clubs. Not good for family at all. never go with family in this hotel. They also cheat on prices even when you book online. I wish i have take photos of bathroom which was really dirty

Hahaha, I though it was only me but now when I read the reviews by others I am laughing. What a terrible hotel, expensive but so dirty, the room was so noisy, I thought I was staying on the street. No slippers in the toilet, the slippers would slip on the ground, the sink wouldn’t pass the water for 1 hour. Bugs and insects. Not recommended at all. Avoid at any cost, you will regret it later.

My first time in life experiencing such a bad hotel service Only 1 towel for for 2people, no Capet and door mats from washroom direct on the tires like in corridors, no coffee, no sugar, no cutel nothing. The most disgusting part I ordered food and water and they told me there no water, at 12am water is finished so I have to eat without water how???. Am very disappointed and I feel I lost the money I paid because you guys don't value it.

Room is okay, housekeeping very bad no changing bed sheet towel tissue no sleepers at washroom, no cold water, I saw ear bud behind the door at the floor no one removed very bad experience.. For room 2star Housekeeping 0 star Front desk 7star they are professional

atul chaudhary the reception in the morning is very very rude !!!!! this is the worst hotel ever ... i ask that i requested to call me a taxi in the morning when i check-in last night and he told me you can in the morning I can get it alone outside and i want he will call for me and give me excuses !!!! he should not be in reception with that kind of attitude !!! all ameneties are chargable !!! this hotel should be 1 star only .. only the facilities are good but people are super sucks !!!!

Great venue, takes time for Valet, hence 4 stars. The Goan joint is amazing and perfect for a goan group or family visit with live music and the fifa world cup mat he's playing.

It not much big a place a medicore place yet rates are very high. Alisha a waitress over there is supercool she anticipates your needs and what you want will be there on your table before you order. Places like estoria are better and cheaper

Receptionist was very rude.. we waited for more than 20 mins for the room reservation and last weren't even informed that room was not available... i shall never recommend this hotel to anyone..

I am staying in the hotel for a long period of time and it’s my first time to be there. I can say that this hotel has many disadvantages. Room area is good but it doesn’t have Carpets. It’s not really good for me to stay in a place that has no carpet on the floor. The AC is very weird because I can’t control it. I tried many times to ask maintenance to repair the switch key but they never repaired it. So AC is on 24/7 which means you stay in freezer. They have a washing machine in the hotel, it’s good but it’s not including dryer! People are very kind to be honest, but sometimes they ignore my sample inquiries regarding the AC and the safe. The hotel price is affordable and the location is good regardless of they don’t have private parking. That means they charged me extra payment for parking my car in a near parking spot. I see this hotel has a good potential to be great place, but the Management has to have a clear vision and plan.

Room was smelly and facilitites were old. The sliding window lock was broken. I asked for maintenance twice to put a blocker to lock it in place but no action done. One pillowcase was already used as I see several hairs on the pillow and the bedding. Only the pillow case was changed. The sink and bathtub are also dirty.

The service is very bad, the staff lacks experience in dealing with people, insects are present inside the room and geckos are widespread, there is no refrigerator inside the room and I asked for it through the staff many times but they did not bring it. I asked for towels because they are not there at all, strange things that have never happened to me before. Before at any hotel

The locker in the room doesn't work properly. No door mats in the room .No bathroom mats as well. Just 1 towel for 2 people. Bathroom looks like very poorly maintained. Water linking from the sink in the bathroom. AC not working properly. The floor looked like oily when I checked in on the 1st Day. Need to be more hygienic and considerate. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone although the location of the hotel is good.

The area is not pleasant at all. All the commercial area. U don't feel good after going downstairs. As far as room is concerned, my room was big and clean. But at 12 am in the night upto 5 am in morning there was sound of people gossiping. In Breakfast, limited items were there but taste was good. Wifi issue was there in my room many a times. No sugar tea coffee sachets in the room. Only kettle.

Good Hotel. Good Breakfast. Feel like an economical budgeted place. Closer to metro, pharmacies, clinics. Can be more hygienic and well maintained. Dance bars will be a disturbance to family occupancy. Closer to Bus stops.

Staff are rude and don’t know what they are doing. Check in was 2pm and she decided she wanted to check everyone in one by one and got my room for 3pm. Reception held onto passports for hours when they kept saying come back after 10 minutes. Rooms and hallways stink. Insects are present within the buildings. Floors were dirty. Toilet was blocked and smelt bad. Had to checkout after 8 hours and go somewhere else. If you can’t run a hotel please sell it and let someone else takeover who knows what they are doing!!!

Overall it didn't seem good. I would rate with 2 stars because the bathroom was not that pretty good as water clogged. Also they don't provide toiletries like tootbrush paste, etc. But they have kept a shampoo, a moisturizer and a soap. Even the worst thing is didn't have a floor mat or bathroom mat anywhere in the room. The location is near like almost 1.5- 2 km away from nearest metro that is sharaf dg.

Too many bug, I don't recommend this hotel, there's too many bug on the bed, we woke up with the lots of bug at room 509, really disappointed, my left eye still swelling because a bug bite me on my left eye, Plus the water is most likely for coffee, very hot. And 3 indian man knocking on our door in the middle of the night. I opened the door but I can't understand what they saying due to their language . Please clean the rooms properly.

Very worst experience plz do not book this Hotel not worth of money. There are bed bugs in the room, and there is a lot of lousy in the room worst hotel in Dubai, I stayed here for 4 days as a long-stay guest and there are no daily room services offered like cleaning. Pretty old furniture squeaks if you move even if a bit. The washrooms are a bit old as well and here no cleaning,. You can find small cockroaches here and Only one small water bottle is provided complimentary. Found it expensive. Overall it was not so good experience.

Hospitality at it's best! The atmosphere, vibes and energy are amazingly calm, relaxing. The aura puts you in great mood. Very delightful, grateful experience.

I booked it for friends and his family... But what they described to me it's like whole lot of nightmare.. They've given first floor for my friend its a standard room for two persons.. what the shocking reveal is that the room have door inside which is for another room and they could clearly hear some one snoring noice and lights from that room and someone even trying to open without knowledge in the night... And the doors will vibrate with huge noise because there's a club in the ground floor and the room is not sound proof at all. they depraved to sleep due to music all night long.. and the pillows gave them neck pain and bed is not flat at all 😭😔 and the dirty low cost blanket covered with white sheets...no mat in the bathroom.. only one towel for one person... Especially AC is not getting cool even at 22°🥵Despite all the bad reviews... It's my bad to book them this hotel... All they got is neck pain and sleep deprivation... Forgive me 😭🙏 Dubai municipality or government should check on this hotel.. dk how come still they're running this hotel which gives bad for name hospitality....

Worst experience, staff not cooperative, rooms uncleaned, towels not available, room foot wear chargable, reception need money for even an extra water, no manners to talk to lady, no patience to listen and say bye before hanging phone, no telephone ethics after all this Driver and housekeeping supported best in there limits but at a point they where helpless because all powers are to front desk. Suggestions Bring your drivers and housekeeping staff in reception they will do much better then existing staff and they have a will to keep clients happy where as reception dont bother at all, i will not call then customer service representative or executive, front desk is nothing but reason for reducing customer. drives, hosuekeeping, steward and gurds are the reason for customer to visit again....

bit cheap..bars are there so not good crowd but i really appreciate the massage area,the girl name soda and i forgot the name but she owned the massage parlour,they were so good at their work,i will definitely visit them ,if i come to dubai..if u guys want genuine massage then plz visit them because they are pro in their work.if its just for them then i will give them 5 star and Highly recommend!

If you need a hotel near the city then this one is it! It's worth a shot and definitely worth the price. Don't expect much for my experience but overall a wonderful time. Spent 90% of the time outside anyway so barely did much in here but the staffs were nice and accomodation were comfortable.

The best budget hotel experience for me. Clean room, friendly staff, lots to do re lounges, restaurants & Shiesha cafe’s. I would recommend to families keeping in mind it can be slightly awkward at times. But if your on a budget it’s great. Location wise slightly far away from the mall of Dubai. But a good decent hotel and the low price hey you can’t complain. I hope to the stay there again. Thank you to everyone there.

Very neat and clean hotel. The rooms are quite spacious and the bed is super comfy. Not sure if the place would suit families as there is a dance bar below and there is loud music until 3 am. All in all a good place to stay.

Really great hotel with exceptional customer service. The room was clean very spacious. Bed is comfortable and they provide a nice blanket aswell as the duvet. Only thing I could say is the pillow was a bit hard but that’s just my personal opinion some may prefer this. I’m also not one who needs coffee or tea in the room but they do not have it stocked in the room when you arrive but they just ask reception or room service and they will provide it for you! The bar is very nice music not to loud to the point where you can’t hear yourself. The manager connects with his customers and he even gave me his WhatsApp if I had any issues or queries about the room and the services they provide! Would definitely recommend this as an affordable stay in dubai. Everyone was very lovely and welcoming.

Dubai has a lot to offer you, In most cases people use their Hotel rooms just at night to have a sound sleep and after tiring they seek a good behaviour gesture and service. To be very true not only we but most of the guests were annoyed with them which exploded in shouting on them during breakfast time in their restaurant. Behaviour - They have no manners to talk and treat the guest. No manners how treat a person comming for breakfast, they will pick up everything from there if the time gets over even if you are sitting nd having bfst there. Service - You cannot expect anything from them they just have an answer back for everything but not the service you ask for. No towels in room, we asked for they replied it is in the room you check. No kettle, no tea/coffee sache, No tooth paste, no soap. Crowd not at all family/couple friendly. The Clubs on the G.floor is not appropriate to enter, if you can understand what I am trying to explain, I just can't write that here. Once you check in you are trapped with them with their extremely torchured behaviour. If you DON'T book with them, You seems You are Lucky.

Not at all satisfied. They are showing something in the bookings sites and providing another. 1. Cleanliness :- Room wasn’t cleaned well when we checked in.There was full of soda bottle caps and nuts under the bed (which was there for the 10 days which we stayed even after complaining the same to reception) 2.Complimentary breakfast:- We had our complimentary breakfast only 1 time out of 10 days stayed. (Breakfast wasn’t ready on time and we saw Rats were running around the buffet counter ) 3. Room Service:- As the hotel shows 3 star rating everywhere and nothing was there even chairs , kettles, sugar , tea bags and all We are not at all satisfied with this hotel and intimated all the disappointments to the management. Then also they refused to pay us back as the booking is done through online. Never consider this hotel when u travel to Dubai ever.. pls look for any other option and Ignore this Name of the hotel 🙏🏻

Palm Beach Hotel, I Stayed here for 9 nights, This is a budget hotel, Room has no facility of tea or coffee, no kettle no small fridge inside, The first day I face low water pressure issue, which was rectified the same day, Overall I can say that the place is okay to stay, The breakfast they provide, I like that.

Staff is not good they are not providing proper service to customer. No coffee kittels/cups in room. They provide only one bath towel, if u demanding for one more towel they are not responding to u until I check out the hotel. Toilet flusher is in right side in the washroom 😂🤣so normally how we can use this from right side. Smoking type smell in room. Bed blanket is too much small and bed also not good to sleep comfortably. Tv also not working. Midnight time more disturbance. Overall waste of money and poor experience. Not suggesting for anyone.

One of my colleague Mr.Naushad B Mohammad he was working there, he said very good management, giving good facilities for employees, most of the high level tourist are coming from abroad.

Rooms are decent. Provided 2 water bottle everyday. Do cleaning everyday. But don't provide cutlery

(they deliberately disconnect the A/C controller in the room and don't act once you request for A/C to b le adjuster ) I phoned the front desk multiple times asking for the A/C to be shut off because the controler isn't working they didn't do anything about it... They disregard their guest after pocketing their money.. I checked out and went another hotel nearby with the same budget for the rest of my stay in Dubau

I went on this hotel for relaxation but its a nightmare, the room is too dirty, ac is not working at all.ITs hot inside the room. Ammenities is old and window are too dusty. Pillow covers have stain, looks like doesnt wash properly. The smell of the room is too bad as well. Its smelly, i cannot explain, this is the worst hotel that i checked inn. Will not comeback again. Overall its a nightmare. Will not recommend this hotel.
