DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. There are bags everywhere, the window is not proper you can hear all the sound from outside. The door is not opening with the card only after so many tries. They are doing parties in the hotel and the noise is coming into the room. Thy are not changing the bedsit regularly, I stayed for 4 days and they never change the bedsit. You can't leave any food on the table the bags are going in there (I bought two shaorma and in two minutes was full with bags. I am really disappointed of the services and quality of this hotel because they can't reach the standard of 3,4 stars, is waste of money ( 4 days money I paid equivalent with one month rent ) it doesn't worth the money!!!

I spent a few days at a 3-star a few blocks away and I can’t even give Dorus a 2-star. The room was really unhygienic, smelt odd, and had cockroaches and mosquitoes. It was dark and unorganized, meaning there was no place to eat except the bed. The room window was dirty and would not shut completely and since it was right in front of the road, the noise from traffic never stopped. The housekeeping never made my bed or changed the sheets in my 4-day stay. Please reconsider it being a 4-star hotel so nobody is misinformed about its services and standards.

For the price it wasn't worth it. First of all they didn't honour my online booking for 21 days and thank God for that. At the reception there was a long line of people with compliants. There were rats in the ventilation that or someone was trying to break into my room through the AC, the sink was leaking, the bathroom grout was grimy and the card didn't open the door unless you slid it back and forth like 15 times. The icing on the cake? The reception called me a cab to a new hotel and there was an outstanding balance of 15aed on the account so I had to pay for that plus my trip as well. Great location though

I stayed there for 6 nights (October 2010) and I found that that is a good hotel, specially for families and also for some singles. It has three night club: Indian, Pakistani and Bengal but I didn't test them! The rooms and corridors are so clean (but too small) and furnished. Also the lobby is small. The location of this hotel is good (for me), because it is near to Union metro station. You can go every where in Dubai from this station. Lunch and breakfast are not bad specially for Iranians. The hotel also has a nice and clean swimming poll on the roof and 3 sauna. The internet is not free and only available in lobby.

I just don't know who gave this hotel 4 stars. It's a joke. Wasted my savings on this hotel. Reception guy ( black suit guy) is so rude. No one comes here for maintenance when you I ask them. It's very bad hotel.

Please don't ever book in this weird place, I couldn't sleep all the night because of the noise that comes from this creepy night club in the hotel, altjough I mentioned to the receptionist "please give me a room away from this noise", plus the room and facilities are not clean nor in a good shape .. and also there's no private parking lots, the valet takes your car after a long while to park it away from the hotel, and also it's not free .. they charging you for 20 AED for this service.

About this hotel ...my ever worse experience. Parking staff take my vehicle for parking make accident hit tire to side wall and tire busted...and next morning they give me explanation that tire puncture...after compline to morning staff they told me talk to evening staff ..after night staff become tire experts and try to prove this not hit on wall this busted by him self .....from driver to manager all same ...very bad service rooms not clean if ask for same things no reply ...room in side Intel 4.00 morning full club loud sound ....bathrooms not clean ..for what this 4star hotel ...no understand....never come here even you get free this ...

Basically, there is no zero star available, and has to give one star. But consider this as zero star. No hot water, super small rooms, and the staff does keep on lying to solve the problem but does nothing. The hotel was so poor! This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. I thought it was nice coz it’s a 4star hotel but it’s so dirty, I even saw cockroach in the wardrobe and everywhere. I don’t know how to upload picture here but I took pictures of my room’s balcony and it’s full of bird guano.It seems never been used for a year. Nobody cleans it. It’s just ewww… They don’t even have a proper restaurant for their guest to have meals.

The worst "STAR HOTEL" I've ever been to. Coz, I don't know from where to start. I stayed there for like 1 week coz I had no other choice. From the moment I entered the Hotel I faced issues. From the attitude of the unprofessional receptionist guy till the day I left the hotel with the valet driver. All the items in the room are substandard. Rusty refrigerator, dustbin, washroom etc etc... I wonder how the DM certified this hotel as ⭐⭐⭐⭐. Room service guy cleaned the room as if he needed to clean it before his mom comes in. Everyday I requested to bring my car to the front and everyday they say that they either forgot or there no driver and made me walk to the parking station. This happened every single day. All staffs seemed very unprofessional, don't know how to dress properly, don't know how to greet the guests, don't know how to speak. The bellboy was hesitating to assist us in bringing our things from the car to the lobby and from the lobby to the room. We had to ask him for his assistance. The only person I felt nice was a tamil guy named Badshah. I'd never recommend this hotel to anyone. At least my review will reach the concern management and try to improve the service or will help others in choosing the Hotel. This is my longest review I have ever done in my life.

Spacious Room and Work-Friendly Hotel. Busy street but a quiet place to stay, very much accessible of literally anything, several groceries, café and restaurants around the area, very accommodating staff and most of all, it's the most lowest priced hotel I've ever been 👍👍 if there's one thing I can comment, they must also include complete toiletries, if not all, at least a toothbrush and a tooth paste, also, a COFFEE is a MUST 😊😊

Thank you for your great Hospitality, one of the best Receptionist I have ever met Mr Padam. I had forgotten my Jacket and a Shirt, as soon as I remembered I called the reception, Mr Padam answered the call & assured that my stuff is safe and I collected it after a week. Just a little disappointed as my jacket was not placed on a hanger, it was crushed and kept in a polythene. However good job Mr Padam. Keep up the good work…. See you soon Dorus Hotel

i had stayed in this hotel with my family. We had nice experience. GOKUL was very friendly and he took care of our housekeeping service. The only issue was the noise from the nightclubs till early morning.

Worst hotel ever! STAY AWAY! 1. No standard changes, they charged extra 150 AED than the standard rates. 2. Not safe for family. You will have clubs and after 11 pm the atmosphere gets bad. 3.poor breakfast. Dried pasta and sausage all day. There will be roti but no side.They won't refill. Worst staff. 4. Won't Clean the room. Won't keep water unless we ask or change towels. They gave the dental kit on day 5 of our stay 5.full of cigratte smoke smell in the room. Especially in the bathroom. 6. The reception Won't pick the call. They feel we are there to serve them 7. Water comes in brown color. Cockroaches and bugs when raised a complaint they will not respond at all 8. The noise from night club will be there till 4 floors you can't sleep at peace

small place, small corridor, small reception, small elevator, need some maintenance door card not working properly. i get 1 bed king size 2 small sofa shower and bathtub some stain in sofa,, styling linen on bed is little old, cover ok old room maybe, room feel tight because of sofa(no use in there.,better remove) only make the room tight. gym and swimming pool not usable in the moment parking 25 aed. near al ghurair center staff helping...

Worst hotel experience in my travel history. Bad rooms and infrastructure so shity, the loud noise comes from the clubs all the night. The washroom is in bad condition, sink is leaking, lights go away many times. Even the front desk is so annoying the didn’t response if ask something. Don’t ever go there even it will be cheap. 4 star hotel 😡are you kidding me.

The worst hotel is dorus hotel •breakfast is very very bad •the swimming pool they say under maintenance and it's not true! •every day they only serve 1 bottle water when you ask 1 more they say you need to pay 5 dirham •3 indian disko available at that hotel and after 22:00 o'clock they start with a very big DJ and it doesn't let you sleep well when you are at your bed!

This is NOT what you call 4 Star hotel!. We had a very disappointing experience in this hotel and very poor service as well. They gave us a dirty towel in the first time. We asked him to change it with the clean one but unfortunately they still gave the dirty one for the second time. When we are trying to reach reception to raise the concern nobody is answering the phone. All landline extension cannot be reached. We went down stair and we caught the reception only using his phone. They didnt even ask for apologize for what have been happened. Never to stay here again!

the sound insulation in these rooms have been over looked to the point where you hear anything and everything from outside including your neighbor. reception staff is no help , they throw parties every night and the sound is coming to the room . dont come here if you want to sleep at night

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The reception staff was unhelpful, and their behavior was unsatisfactory. Despite my specific online booking preferences, they assigned me a different room and charged me an extra 100 AED. The receptionist Won't pick up the call. They feel we are there to serve them. Front desk staff are extremely rude, horrible hotel, 0 value for money, the claim of 4 stars is the biggest lie. The room facilities were subpar. Moreover, the room service was notably poor; requests for basic amenities like water were consistently ignored throughout the day. Full of cigarette smoke smell in the room. Very loud club music until 4 am.

Basic affordable accomodations with nearby metro station (10min walk). Rooms are ok and service is moderate. Good value for money. As with most Dubai hotels very close to all shops, malls and markets.

1) booked king size bedroom but got a triple bedroom where they combined two single bed as one... 2) no kettle, no extensions, no kettle nothing and TV was broken 3) after we paid online we came and paid at the hotel too 4) room smelled bad and it wasn't cleaned properly... The location wise its great the atmosphere is acceptable. The hospitality i would say not bad but not as a 4 star hotel, car parking you have to pay for it cost like 20 dha for a day. The room i get was bad but as expected for price I paid, the cleanness of the room I would rate as 3. As for bed its good. But the pillows another story, It just bad woke with a bad neck thanks to it. The bath room straight up bad. The flush doesn't work properly now hair dryer even if it's mentioned in the contract. The appearance of the bathroom is very discouraging. To sum it up, location 1, hospitality 1, utility 1, cleaness 0, comfort 0.

I visited the bar by mid afternoon . Its a small bar , but the waitress Divya made my visit unique and special . She is a very polite approach to the guest and I rate my visit 9/10 . The drinks and food are not expensive , moderately priced . I enjoyed my visit and will come back because of Divya only .

I booked the room for three days in dorus hotel worst experience ever. No kettle no tv remote. Even u call for the room essentials they will not provide. Only a dating hotel not good for staying. My advice to other is! plz chose other hotel. In rating out of 10 they deserve -10

WORST HOTEL EVER!!! Bathtub disgusting dirty..sometimes water get stuck. Shower doesn't work properly. Hairdryer was broken. Toilet seat loose. Everything rusty. Window had no handle. Window was dirty. Table chair was broken. Phone was broken. Some stuff were rude and unprofessional. Asked for astray hairdryer laundry...they yes we in 5 mins then they never show up. Every night they play music so loud u can hear til 4th floor.

Prime location. The receptionist are very helpful and prompt to resolve issues. There were insects in the bathroom. I think because the building is old, hence those insects find their way in between the walls.

Worst experience ever and I hope it won't happen again. From the first day we couldn't sleep because of the constant disturbance at night until dawn due to celebrations in the banquet hall on the ground floor, the level of disturbance reached inside the room and prevented us from sleeping and resting.... We contacted the officials on the first day and they promised that they would act, but nothing changed And the situation didn't change On the second day, my son asked me to open the TV for him. I turned it on and found that it was not working and the screen was broken from the inside..... I told my husband to let the officials come and fix the problem... When the maintenance official came to file a damage report, he was with the cleaner and asked him: '' Didn't you check the TV After the previous guest came out? '' , the worker replied that turning on the TV to check its safety is not one of his responsibilities!! After 5 hours, the hotel management informed my husband that we owed the hotel for a new TV and accused us that our son was the one who harmed the TV!!!!!.... They treated us with the utmost absurdity and rudeness, and we entered on the third day without a TV in the room! I had to file a complaint with the (Dubai consumer) app on the fourth day... After they received the complaint, they apologized by phone and we were moved to a lower-level room, but with a working TV.... I don't know if we didn't complain about them and we weren't in a country that protects and protects the consumer's right, what would have happened to us because of them!!! The room is full of insects at the refrigerator, above the beds, and in every corner. We stayed for 10 nights and it was the worst experience ever and I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel at all!

This Hotel near by Nestor Hypermarkets in Deaira Dubai. It is not suitable for overnight stay with family. Suitable for couples to enjoy. Because it has a lot of nightclubs. High musical Clubs.
