Worst
experience
ever
and
I
hope
it
won't
happen
again.
From
the
first
day
we
couldn't
sleep
because
of
the
constant
disturbance
at
night
until
dawn
due
to
celebrations
in
the
banquet
hall
on
the
ground
floor,
the
level
of
disturbance
reached
inside
the
room
and
prevented
us
from
sleeping
and
resting....
We
contacted
the
officials
on
the
first
day
and
they
promised
that
they
would
act,
but
nothing
changed
And
the
situation
didn't
change
On
the
second
day,
my
son
asked
me
to
open
the
TV
for
him.
I
turned
it
on
and
found
that
it
was
not
working
and
the
screen
was
broken
from
the
inside.....
I
told
my
husband
to
let
the
officials
come
and
fix
the
problem...
When
the
maintenance
official
came
to
file
a
damage
report,
he
was
with
the
cleaner
and
asked
him:
''
Didn't
you
check
the
TV
After
the
previous
guest
came
out?
''
,
the
worker
replied
that
turning
on
the
TV
to
check
its
safety
is
not
one
of
his
responsibilities!!
After
5
hours,
the
hotel
management
informed
my
husband
that
we
owed
the
hotel
for
a
new
TV
and
accused
us
that
our
son
was
the
one
who
harmed
the
TV!!!!!....
They
treated
us
with
the
utmost
absurdity
and
rudeness,
and
we
entered
on
the
third
day
without
a
TV
in
the
room!
I
had
to
file
a
complaint
with
the
(Dubai
consumer)
app
on
the
fourth
day...
After
they
received
the
complaint,
they
apologized
by
phone
and
we
were
moved
to
a
lower-level
room,
but
with
a
working
TV....
I
don't
know
if
we
didn't
complain
about
them
and
we
weren't
in
a
country
that
protects
and
protects
the
consumer's
right,
what
would
have
happened
to
us
because
of
them!!!
The
room
is
full
of
insects
at
the
refrigerator,
above
the
beds,
and
in
every
corner.
We
stayed
for
10
nights
and
it
was
the
worst
experience
ever
and
I
would
not
recommend
anyone
to
stay
in
this
hotel
at
all!
