Worst hotel I have seen in my lifetime. Sauna and steam rooms are not working from long months. When I checked with the Staff they are like management is not serious about the hotel. And all the water kettles in room leaks like hell.. worst hotel and I would not recommend to anyone.. they charge heavily and they do not give service to the customer who stay there. Worst to the core.. be aware do not book this hotel at any cost..

Hello, I have been an old customer of Time's Hotel Apartments Sharjah. I have absolutely loved the hotel. What has disappointed me immensely that the staff is refusing to accomodate me on an early check-in request despite me assuring them that I will check out early as well and the availability of the hotel as well. The duration of my stay will not exceed the time I paid for. I just can't seem to wrap my head around the customer service towards old customers since I have always preferred this hotel. There has been no kind of help and the staff has said that the accounts department is not allowing early check in and early check out. I don't know how such a transaction is a loss. This is my first time complaining of a hotel because I am really fond of this. It would really be appreciable if you can solve this situation for me. Thank you

Nice hotel, a little bit overpriced, and with bad sound isolation in the rooms, but acceptable overall. P.S. no public transport around except a ferry from aquarium, so be ready to pay a lot for taxi )) (local one cost about 60AED, instead of 110 AED Uber to the airport)

It was not the first time I checked in to this hotel. However, this time, we all 18 family members stayed for about up to 11 days Good facility and cleanliness good access to this facility also easy, have mosque view nice.

Whenever I fly to Dubai, I always book my stay in this hotel. It's a very warm and homely touch. It's far away from a noisy zone, a very peaceful spot, and all the essentials are reachable for daily use 😀.

Very nice and calm hotel!. Check in and out was easy. They are keeping all the needed things for a person, like iron box with stand, dental kit, hair drier and even sewing kit. Excellent service. Thank you!

Its a 3 star hotel, but theyre best in service , helpful staff, they provide nice hospitality, the gym and pool 🔥...... Must visit and stay if you stay at sharjhah, Edmund was a lot helpful, I'm gonna upload a video of it very soon on my YouTube ameenullas amg

The place is amazing. Their service is great and my stay there was absolutely fantastic. The room services were on point. All the amenities were excellent, and they were friendly and helpful and soft spoken. The receptionist is of great help along with the room service staff esp. As a 3 star hotel, it's pretty good. The WiFi connection uninterrupted. Customer service pretty good. The rooms were in nest condition.

Terrible smell of cigarettes everywhere. In the lifts, in the corridors. They try to mask the smell with air freshener, but the solution is to stop people smoking inside. The wallpaper has black mold near the AC vents. The reception area is the only cleanish place

It's a very nice, clean and exquisite hotel. Thier rooms are very much spacious. But I will recommend that a carpet slipper be placed in each room.

This place is awesome and that is largely due to the excellent service provided by the two Filipinos working the front desk. The mosque next door makes loud noises at like 5:40am and periodically throughout the day, but if you can look past this, it's a great place. Near to grocery store and restaurants and walking distance to the beach!

They cancelled the reservation before few hours, and they didn't pick up the phone to explain

This is from my personal experience The place is beautiful and the location of the hotel is convenient The rooms are clean There is some delay I think the reason is the small number of employees The small rosary is suitable for children and adults I didn't like the breakfast There is something better there everything is wonderful and calm I advise the others to fight it, but the suite is a better choice, not suitable with a price

The staff of this Hotel are all great, they will do their best to make you stay comfortable, highly recommended.

I was staying time Ruby apartment hotel,but they sent me to take my break fast at Time Express Hotel restaurant which was around 700 meter from time Ruby. The restaurant was bit small bu with good ambience. There were not Indian dishes options in breakfast. Staff was polite and co-operative.

Room service , House keeping, specialy cook staffing and reception staff very excellent service. Thanks for your support and service. Really happy days for staying days. ☺️

Nice stay with hotel and staffs were awesome,especially receptionist micheline and chief cook Mr.Baiju,the food was good in level,the place is very near to Alkhan beach and all day was cool mood with wind from beach.. Money worthy..

The hotel is a good option for a cosy and comfortable yet pocket-friendly stay. The staff are warm and welcoming. A trainee front desk executive- Michelle was extremely courteous and helpful.

It was great staying here.Food was absolutely good and tasty. I felt I was eating homely food and that was 100% true.The chef Mr Baiju has excellent magic in his hands that whatever he cooks has a homely food taste, and the end of the day food is what matters much.very nice stay with homely food 😋 👌

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel. It was wonderful, all staff were helpful especially reception staff they are very kind and welcoming.. Room was very clean and no smelling. AC is working good.. my kids enjoyed the swimming pool .. Great value for money

I didn't like the experience specially because people smoke in the hall way since they can't smoke in their rooms which makes the rooms in the floor smell like cigarettes. There were also people making noise from the hall way past midnight. I didn't report it to the reception, because it didn't bother me. Also the shelf like pipes that towels placed on in the bathroom came off as i tried to put the towel on it. I wouldn't recommend it If you are a non smoker or with the family.

I enjoyed my stay in Time Express Hotel. From the good quality service of the reception staff, cleanliness is very good and bonus for the facilities they have. Definitely i will come back again...

Its a grest and decent hotel with a great location. The room are new and comfortable. Staff sercice is amazing. Highly recommended for a great value of money and its super friendly.
