We
stayed
in
this
hotel
for
5
days…
our
experience
was
NOT
GOOD…
especially
with
regard
to
customer
service,
house
keeping,
room
size
and
other
facilities…
1.
Customer
service
-
our
package
that
we
booked
was
including
Tourism
Dhiram
(TD)
which
was
paid
in
Bengaluru
well
in
advance
but
while
checkin
they
said
they
had
not
received
from
the
travel
agency…
so
we
had
to
pay
TD
again…
after
lot
of
confusions
and
clarifications
with
the
travel
agency,
the
hotel
staff
refunded
our
TD
at
the
end
of
our
stay…
2.
Room
size
-
we
had
booked
a
triple
sharing
room,
but
the
room
size
is
so
small
that
we
had
to
move
luggage
if
we
had
to
move
around
the
room…
toilets
are
too
small
3.
House
keeping
-
was
satisfactory,
but
they
did
not
provide
toiletries….
Toothbrush
were
not
changed
every
day,
after
two
days
when
we
asked
for
new
toothbrush,
housekeeping
person
had
thrown
the
toothbrush
at
our
door.
AC
temperature
was
fixed,
we
could
not
control
the
temperature
As
it
was
cold
inside,
we
asked
for
extra
blanket,
but
the
house
keeping
person
rudely
asked
us
if
we
required
the
blanket
for
the
whole
stay
or
if
we
will
return
next
day.
4.
Bellboy
service
-
on
the
first
day
when
we
arrived…
there
was
no
bellboy
to
move
our
luggage
from
vehicle
to
the
hotel
lobby
and
then
to
room…
and
on
the
last
day
of
our
stay
we
had
to
call
multiple
times
to
house
keeping
to
send
a
bellboy
to
move
our
luggage
from
room
to
hotel
lobby…
after
repeated
calls
a
bellboy
arrives
and
says
rudely
that
he
will
not
move
the
luggage,
if
we
want
we
should
wait
else
we
should
carry
our
own
luggage.
Overall
a
very
bad
hotel…
not
worth
the
money
we
paid
for
the
hotel
