Our package includes breakfast. But the person who is looking after the restaurant is very rude. When I asked him for a fresh omelet,he said in the buffet, they served us an omelet which was cooked this morning. They refuse to make a fresh omelet. Bad service they serv foreigners a fresh omelete, but for us they served a stale omelet.

After that They Served Us the Drinks After Looking Towards The Ambience, Very Loud music & Smoky Environment We Decided To Move Back But The Security Stops us at The gate Demanding Extra money & Blamed us that you gave only 3 coupons Instaed of 4 & Arguing With Us . Staff is Very Rude . Kindly Avoid This Club

I feel very sad on the behavior of receptionist. I booked the hotel room for an interview and my friend id expired in last week only according to UAE law if id expired he can take the other valid id like company ids and he can check the id was given to renewal also for atleast 28 days of working period. Atlast minute he was ignoring the customer and management need to give proper training to the receptionist especially. Very bad.

I came here for my birthday and didn't tell them at all that everyone in the hotel was congratulating me and making my day special. Nice place for tourists as they give a lot of promotion on stay. In the evenings, it has multiple bars and restaurants each having an ambience of their own. Death, Nepali cuisine and bar finger food is good for its price

This my last 29 times came here with friends. . Horrible Experience. Security was extremely rude and unreasonable. Never seen worse attitude. Service was unbelievably bad. If u guys think u r already so good that u dont need to have any respect for the customers and you can do whatever you want to your customers . Even the bartender is not good

Very nice experience. Location is also near to the market. Visitors can find good indian resturants and day to day shopping nearby. Budget friendly hotel. Staff is also helpful and well versed in hindi language. If you are coming from india I highly recommend this place. What is missed is they do not have lunch and dine option. They only provide breakfast which one can include in booking package or take on paid basis as per needs.

The hotel is very nice its clean the staff are very friendly especially all from reception always smilling and always helping. The only problem is the breakfast they should try some english breakfast since theres a lot of seychellois staying there. Apart feom that i live astoria i will reccommend it to aome one else❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

When you plan to visit Dubai, as a tourist/business/personal, you can stay here in Astoria Hotel, BurDubai. The prices are reasonable and economical also easy to access metro station/taxi and sorrounded by shopping centres, food courts as well private health centres. You will get parking inside hotel or if you wish to go for paid parking, the yard is very close to the hotel. Whenever I started from Muscat, my road map end with Astoria Hotel - BurDubai. 💝💐

The worst experience you can have hotel is old and smelly staff is rude and they charge you money for shaving kit, i asked for an extra glass and was charged 2AED staff enters room without permission loud music till 2-3am was unable to rest can guarantee you this will be the worst experience you can have in dubai

Rooms are of fairly good size and facilities including locker and mini fridge. Quite noisy till very late night from the clubs within.

Well not good at all for families with children or elderly one n couples as there are 7 night clubs operate from 10pm till 2am or 3am very loud music u can't rest at night n people shouting n fighting at night n the reception staff not a single smile not friendly approach n had taken breakfast every day same menu omelet n soosiss only nly Indian differs abit

Pancho villa disco at 1st floor is the best in dubai, nice sitting arrangement, very good music and dancing, staff are very cooperative,

Quite a good place, many night clubs in house.. best one we enjoyed is Pancho villa.. Just ask the rules for cover charges before you enter.

The property is very old, bathrooms are also very old but well maintained. neat and clean hotel. no swimming pool and gym in the property. it is very near to market and metro stations. this hotel has many theme based bar located inside. people who wants to drink and enjoy would prefer it. not suitable for business trip.

If you are traveling on a business trip and all you are doing is shopping for your goods to be shipped back to your country this is the place to stay. So close to the awesome wholesale shopping areas this is the place to stay. It’s cheap and definitely the best in the budget area. I would recommend anyone to stay here if they are looking for a budget option while doing business.
