they charged us dabble when we arrived the hotel there argument was that the number of people for each room should be only 2 person per room even though we booked 2 rooms and we are 6 people most of them kids under 13. I think hotel should understand that if the guests are from one family it doesn't matter if they all stayed in one room as long as they are comfortable. we take two room and wait more than 2hr to one of the rooms to be ready . the breakfast was not good this time .it was way better before.

We are staying here for two weeks and every days was a pleasant stay. Rooms are clean and facilities are great. All the staff are very friendly and always trying to make sure our needs are responded quickly. Dirhen is very good in the restaurant and he always check on us to make sure we don’t need anything.

Flora is a nice place to stay, but sadly to say we're disappointed for the very first time when at the reception they charge us even we didn't eat or grab anything. We don't mind paying even how much it is because we eat that right, But the manager says it's consumption even you didn't grab anything needs to pay for it, it's so foolish. It might be they forgot to refill or someone snatch it we don't know too many reasons but we know in ourselves were not!! It's so horrendous Mr Manager, but regardless we pay for it even not our fault. I expressed this so you need to be aware so it will not happen again not to us nor further guests, and we know how to appreciate people the service of the staff is very good especially Ganesh at the reception. Always remember HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY.

Loved our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. Friendly, professional and accomodating staff. Hotel is situated close to the airport with a few hotels in the surrounds, but not many shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and beds are sooo comfy. The breakfast is great with a good variety. They could offer more choices on their hot buffet and the vegetarian options are quite limited. All Round, a great experience at the Flora Inn Hotle

Thw check in was fast and simple, The room were spacious especially if you take conjoined room, the rooms were comfortable and cozy. There is a free parking here. I am not aware if there is a free shuttle to the airport. Overall, a good experiance, worth the money.

A 2 min drive from the airport is all you need after a hectic day and a delayed flight. Flora Inn is exactly the one you can wish for. Their room are of average size but well equipped. Their services are world class and staff is very supportive too..

Hotel accommodation is excellent. Staff are quite friendly and most welcoming to visitors. One of my favorite friend for the duration of my stay is Mr. Thapa. I recommend hotel to business and tourist visitors who enjoy short stay in Dubai

It's such a shame I have one night only here...however please note they charge security deposit of AED200 (refundable upon check out). I mean it is understandable why they do this, but i wish they could mention this whilst you are booking so you come prepared. Imagine you do not have enough money with you then what? Other than that for me the rooms and the pool area was the winner for me... I didn't get much of a warm welcome unfortunately at the reception, but the guy at the cafe shop next to reception( forgot to take his name) was very kind and sweet. And the chicken tika pizza was amazing! Nevertheless, this is a place I would come visit again. For those needing to go the airport...its like 5 minutes away tops to the airport which is great!

Our experience was great staying at the hotel. Special mention to the Manager Mr. Mahesh and the reception staff Mr. Ganesh for their excellent service. These guys go out of their way to provide better service. This is the hotel you should choose if you and your family wants to have a safe and a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel for the price and so close to the airport. We had a long overnight layover so this was the perfect place to come to rest our heads for the night. The service was excellent, particularly from Avinash at breakfast who was very helpful.

Outstanding service to be honest, this is my fifth time in this hotel, this time we spent 4 days and all staff were exceptionally welcoming, the restaurant staff provided an excellent service, similarly the cleaning staff and they always smiled and spoke politely and respectfully to everyone. These people are the assets of the property, although the property needs more maintenance, especially in rooms and the corridor, the staff made us ignore all other shortcomings

Great place, very nice and good service. Close to the metro and airport - we paid only 20 AED to get to terminal 3. With very early flight there was not a problem to prepare breakfast with hot coffee for us. Thanks!

We stayed with family for 1 night in this hotel. The rooms are pretty big and have everything what you need for a stay. The bed is very big, so it’s possible to sleep with toddler and have a good sleep. Prices are reasonable and includes breakfast, which was ok. Some rooms had smell of cigarettes, but other than that everything was good. I can recommend this place, if you need location near the airport.

My family stayed there after check-in the baggage for the 3am flight. Excellent place for a nap and shower. More cozy than paid lounge in airport. Don't worry about the 2 min car journey. You can get Uber easily at anytime in Dubai.

Stayed in Flora Inn Hotel for 2 days, Very Calm and net & clean hotel very nearby to Dubai Airport. Rooms was very good and perfect for holidays, Staff from counter to room service all were very supportive. Only things which compell me to give low rating is Hotel location, very less options of nearby activities, you have to use, Cab, Metro or Bus to go out. Rest everything was good

Room decorations so nice. If you're a family ,take a connection,it's good for u. The restaurant's menu prices ,are affordable.The food was so good.we tried dinner. Hope that breakfast had much varieties.

The room is clean, smoking smell when we got in. I booked connected room. No bathroom supplies (toothbrush,etc..) Very poor customer service & reception, I got the payment Triple (once refunded depends on what they said-nothing in my account yet) and eventually had to pay third time cause the Card with me wasn’t the same. So make sure to take it with you. *Sheet was ripped off- make me so uncomfortable actually. Fine stay! Good between flights but not more than a day🤗

The rooms were a good size and clean for our short stay and room service was great. The location was also ideal as it’s close to the airport and even metro. Gym and rooftop pool were available to relax. Staffs were very friendly and helpful, especially OMER,PRAVEEN,SHYAM.I wanted to try the restaurant but couldn't. Reception do ask for security deposit at check-in - so it is better do it in CASH so you easily take it back on check out..!!!

It's not the first time I've visited the hotel, the rooms are pretty tidy, the A/C is great, the bed is very comfortable, the lobby is big, spacious and clean. You have to wait because of the guest and visitors, the Barking Middle isn't big and I can't say it's small, but it's okay, the service is medium sometimes they're late. and sometimes you have to call more than once, I tried the food once it was normal, and I think you have to try the hotell more than once to be able to judge them. I had a very nice stay in Flora inn. Very clean and tidy. Very friendly staff! The best part of it was the coffee bar in the lobby! They have an amazing barista called Nidhin who has masters in making coffee! 10 years of experience! I was very impressed!

Starting from 26th Sep 2021 till 10th Oct 2021 I enjoyed staying in this hotel and the hospitality which I enjoyed is more than worth spending. Best part is the staff behavior of Monsoon restaurant which take care of my all dinning requirements. Every staff member is so positive, specially Dhiren who sported me life extended family during these days. I recommend all to plan ur stay with this hotel.

The hotel is fine and cleaned every day. Especially the hotel staff are very friendly and like friends. Rooms are generally quiet, but due to being very close to the airport, the number of short-term stays is very high. If you want to change your room later, they are not helpful in this regard. In addition, the air conditioners in the rooms make the room extremely cold. Even though I turn it off, it is very cold, so you need to pay attention to the comfort of the room temperature.

They deduct one extranight 24hrs before my arrival.. While they posted( pay on arrival) when I booked through booking.com..and this is not deducted from total 4 nights charges.. So i stay 4 nights but psid 5 nights.Breakfast isn't included, you have to pay 45 AED per day

I was first served by omar during check-in he was really professional and solved every problem i had, great place big rooms. Absolutely love it there.

Perfect hotel for decent price near the airport. Rooms are excellent and swimming pool area on the roof + room service is superb. 4th floor is smoking but my room did not smell. Requested a room not facing the busy front road and 2nd night was able to get in there. Friendly staff

We spent one night in Dubai and chose the hotel because of its proximity to the airport. The hotel looks brand new and can be reached by taxi from the T3 terminal in minutes. (We were looking for a hotel shuttle service but could not find it at 1am in the night.) Our reservation was for an executive room, but as it was unavailable, the hotel upgraded us to junior suites at no additional cost. We have to paid the tourist tax on arrival, although upon booking, booking.com informed us that all taxes and fees are included in the price we have already paid. That wasn't correct. The suite is spacious, the bed is huge and comfortable. In-room TV is at least 65 ”,it's a pity that apart from a few international TV channels, you can only watch Arabic-language channels.The bathroom is large and well equipped, the suite has a separate toilet also. WiFi works smoothly everywhere, high bandwidth and fast service. The top of the hotel also has a spa and wellness center and rooftop some swimming pools. The lack of a roof over swimming pools is a mistake, you don’t want to step out of the shade of the building because of the unbearable climate, not even to go to the pool. There is sunshade above the sunbeds only. (At midnight, the temperature was 43 degrees Celsius and the humidity was 100%). Breakfast is according to international standards, neither better nor worse than average. There is no transfer from the hotel to the T2 terminal, although the taxi is cheap. The room was about $ 70 a night on booking.com, unbeatable value for money, extremely low price. The service I received, the quality of the hotel is above this price level, it is a pity that I could not swim due to the heat. I would recommend this hotel to all those looking for accommodation around Dubai International Airport.

Really bad experience, reached @ 2:30 pm where the check in time is 2:00pm and took around 30 min to complete the check in process with a lack of professional experience reception representative. Once the process finally completed, the reception informed me that I have to wait because the rooms are not ready!! I have seen quite sum of guests faced the same and we are waiting our rooms @ lobby with out any service or soft drinks! Will never ever recommend this
