They need to change its name to The Grand Cockroaches Hotel. This hotel is completely infested with all types of cockroaches. The ministry of health should take measurements to close down this hotel. It was the most horrible experience. I don't recommend it at all. I advise people to stay away from it

Located near Sharjah expo center and from there to dubai is a five minute’s drive during non traffic hours. Spacious rooms with classic interior and affordable prices. Shortage of parking inside the building was one of the drawback and tea or coffee sacks were empty which is basic. Staffs where friendly and helpful. Overall good experience.

Bad , I wasted my money for a room of cockroach’s My experience: I entered the to the reception and there was flies and the staff didn’t look professional, they gave me a room and it looked dirty , the hallways smell like smoke and cigarettes, there was water on the bathroom,stains in the couches , 5 mins later after entering the room I saw a big cockroach crawling on the bed , so I went to the reception and told them , the girl that was in the reception rolled her eyes at me and said : ugh don’t you have insects spray , I thought I did so I said yes even though if I didn’t and by the way I sprayed the cockroach with sanitizer after another 5 minutes I saw another cockroach crawling on the desk that near the bed , I told the reception that I would like to cancel my stay and I would like a refund, I got a refund but after such a long time not only that but while my stay in the room I have requested some towels which I received but the person who gave me the towels dropped them on the floors so I thought :oh he will give me new ones but no he didn’t , he gave me the towel he dropped on the floor, and how can I forget about the “ free Wi-Fi “ it’s free but so laggy and always keeps shutting down . What ever you do don’t come to this hotel And I think that the staff don’t get payed enough but lucky I got an assistant that’s friendly and that’s only the best thing in the hotel . Thank you !

Most of staff are friendly but some are just the worst to describe, The stay was very good though the wifi is really slow but we managed through it, The food was good and the pool is really not that good as they put in huge amount of chlorine, But what matters is we enjoyed the stay!

Cockroaches everywhere in the room! First time in my life to experience such disgusting stay. No towels and been advised to bring my own towel in my next visit! I don't think of mentioning your hotel for good at all. After complaining and ask for cancellation one staff offerred another room in higher floor which was a bit okay but dirty carpets and no towels.

I checked in on 18/07/2022, spent one night there as I checked out on 19/07/2022.. there was an offer I paid AED 83 plus taxis.. I thought it was a good deal for 4 stars hotel and its location is near to my work.. the night I spent there was horrible.. I woke up early morning at the prayer time of Al Fajr as there is a mosque very near to the hotel.. when I woke up I felt something was walking on my feet which was a cockroach and then I saw another small one was wlking on the pillow.. I switched the light on to check the room.. I found another 2 cockroaches one in the corner of the room and the other was trying to climb the wall.. it is dirty hotel I don't know based on what criteria got the 4 stars..

Moldy bathrooms. Cockroaches everywhere. Broken washroom facilities. Have to ask housekeeping for toilet paper, and towels. Even then you just get 1 bath towel, and still no toilet paper. Bringing these concerns up to staff and I get this response: "You arent the only one thats complained about the sorry state of the hotel. Upon many requests to management, they have not taken any steps to address any of the concerns at all!" Never in my life would I expect a hotel in which Muslims pray to Allah would have such a dirty and dilapidated room.

Stayed for 4 nights and I gotta say its the worst hotel I have ever been in , i’m not even kidding when I say this. 4 stars hotel but has cockroaches in the room , when I called the reception they said its only a cockroach and I should relax , its nothing serious and stuff like this has happened before in the hotel, I even opened the fridge and showed him the cockroach and he was all chill about it (what???). Also, small parkings and the internet is one of the slowest of all time (sometimes it doesn’t even work) and the staff there are rude. I dont know how is this a 4 stars hotel, I have stayed on 3 stars hotel and they were better by levels ahead

I didn’t like the experience. Been disappointed twice on both my visits. First i didn’t have the towels provided in the room. Second visit they have a room with a bathroom that was not in good condition. The toilet was not flushing and floor flooded with water. Definitely not going back there. Very disappointed

Firstly, we were welcomed by intrusion of cockroaches in our room, to the point that we even found them crawling on the bed. Disgusting!! Secondly, no towels in the room, when enquired, we got a super chilled response by the receptionist stating that we don’t provide them. This confused us to re inquire the same, to which he mentioned that we ran out of towels and it will be only available during the morning. I don’t believe this sounds like a 4- star hotel’s intended services.

Best hotel to stay in Sharjah amazing staff very friendly and understanding we booked for standard room but they gave us premium suites room after understanding our situation breakfast is very good 👍🏻 I have stay there more then 3-4 times best value for money and especially rooms are very neat and clean

Terrible experience, room was dirty, phone not working, leakage in the toilet, insects coming out of nowhere. No body wash, No shampoo, No towels, even if you asked for any you get dirty ones. Absolute horrible place, This Establishment must be SHUTDOWN!

I've booked this hotel trough Agoda when arrived in for check in the lobby is full of people fighting for rooms 😅 because the hotel is fully booked and the management still confirms more online booking 🙁. Many people sleep on the conference room and other reports police. Before I reached the hotel I've calls many times and they don't pick up calls 🙁. It was a big miss.

This is a racist establishment, they made me cancel a booking i made 4days ahead of time the moment their Philippine Desk lady found out i was African. She had the nerve to tell me my booking was invalid even though it was made ahead of time and in a very rude tone, Stay away from this hotel

This hotel is 1 star not 4 Internet is too slow and reconnect every 10 minutes and when I call service he say it’s error from company 🫢, and water in bath is cold and must wait 15 minutes to be a few warm, And there’s no toilet paper, The smell in the corridors is very bad and the carpet is dirty in the corridor and room, Finally this the first and last time to book in this hotel I don’t advise any one to book here

Stayed for almost a week here. The view from our room is so nice. The interior of the room is superb.🤍 and the whole team/staff are very welcoming♥️ enjoyed our stay here in this hotel

Worst room service.. called almost 15 times to the reception and then they came .. still no one is ready to assist me .. looks like I am just going to waste my money and time with this kind of unprofessional management and services ..

Hotel is good and staff are nice, but the only problem that there is no heat in the air condition as well it is not working, I got cold there. In addition, the every day you need to call them for new towels they never put without calling

There is nothing grand about this hotel. We stayed at AlSalam for 10 days over the new year and had a very disappointing experience. In the first suite we got, the toilet flush was not working - it was fixed every day to break down after one time usage. In the meantime we had to use the toilets at the pool on the 16th floor - incl. in the middle of the night! We then moved to another suite, the hair dryer was not working. In both rooms, we had cockroaches... ugh! Service was poor. The room was not cleaned, nor the towels changed, nor toiletries replenished unless we gave specific instructions at the reception every morning - we felt we worked there, rather than being guests. And speaking to the manager, Mr Khalid, was impossible: we asked every day for four days, but he was "in a meeting". Steer clear of this hotel.

Really feeling bad when entered in Room.. On bed cockroaches are roaming ,then i saw on floor also... It was not at all Hygenic, Washroom full with water , Even i informed to staff , they simply gave towel , nothing was done.. Really disappointed 😕, Even I Wondered who gave them 4 Star . I will never recommended this hotel ever.
