There was no staff to help us with the luggage. They took very long time to allocate us our already booked room. The rooms were not clean, floring was very sticky. It has a attached with Indian restaurant which served very good food at affordable prices. But the best part was the location of this stay, it is very close to perfume souk , gold souk and many other shoping destinations

We had a wonderful experience staying in this hotel and will definitely be booking here again. Krishna was great always meeting you with a cheerful face and making sure the rooms are clean everyday. Reasonable price and great location. Everything is walking distance

Stayed for a few nights and was one of the cheapest in town for this range of quality. So as an economic hotel, I found out that the level was pretty good. Few information to keep in mind before coming : There is no parking and taxi will drop you a few meters away so be prepared if you have heavy luggage to carry. Room is fine, but I didn’t find it super cleaned. The main issue is the with windows soundproofing, making street noise audible. I recommend requesting a room on the higher floor (4th) for a bit more tranquility. Staff was nice. There is a restaurant in the ground floor and you can get food delivered to your room.

stayed here for 2 weeks in august and absolutely loved it!!!! super close to soukh dahab like 3 minute walk and the staff were fantastic!!! cleaner was SUPER nice and respectful, such a nice community, super clean, and the wifi was amazing! no issues with the wifi and amazing hospitality, comfortable beds, cannot complain! definitely coming back. security was amazing, provided us with safes for our belongings and lots of space in the rooms. amazing value for money.

Just checked-in, at 23:00. Called the room service to get the 5 Heineken bucket & veg crispies. 15 min later I get a 5 Corona bucket. Sent back. 10 min later the 5 Heineken bucket comes in, oops - no bottle opener, the POSM does not work - could not pay, no veg crispies. 10 min later, writing this review, watching the bucket...

Very disappointed! We booked and paid for our room at super 8 Wyndham but when we arrived late at night from the airport we were informed to go to days hotel which is also Wyndham and stay there for two days due to our room not being available! They told us to take taxi at that hour, we informed days hotel Wyndham that we can’t keep moving from one hotel to another and asked if we can stay for the remaining 2 days of our booking since they moved us under the same Wyndham hotels,days hotel refused. The Wyndham hotels super 8 and days hotel kept telling us to contact the other Wyndham hotel and managers and going around in circles instead of them communicating between themselves. Being a guest also means we can’t waste time but these hotels took soo much of our time and we did not feel welcomed by Wyndham in Dubai They wasted soo much of our time and we will never book Wyndham again!!

Location is very good... Near to souks and also metro station. Bus station is also near by... There are good food restaurants nearby too. With this price this is an excellent option to stay.

I spent 5 months in Dubai and tried different hotels. Super 8 is over all 4.5 out of 5. There is more Arabic vibe. A lot of places to around and cheaper than other areas of dubai. Athul from house keeping kept my room and supplies in order. Honest and very friendly staff. Metro Gold Souk is 15 min walk but taxi is available easily.

Where can I start shocking customer service by the guy at reception. He was so rude. He didn’t listen to anything I said. I asked for an invoice after already paying the full amount and he kept saying no while other hotels I been to happily gave it to me. I asked to call the police from the service desk phone but he kept refusing and didn’t let me saying “it costs money” and I said I’m happy to pay the money he still refused. He called his manger even he was rude. Utterly disrespectful and disgusting behaviour. When I brought the police to them the police were shocked when they heard they didn’t let us call them and it was money to call them. That’s when the reception guy was fumbling with his words because he knew it was wrong. SO IM TELLING YOU NOW DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL DISGUSTING SERVICE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEYS WORTH HERE IS NOT THE PLACE THIS SHOULDNT EVEN BE 2 STARS IT SHOULD BE LESS

It's an outstanding hotel with great location and room service.must vist with family. Mr Naresh was so kind and helpful during our stay.will visit for sure.

Do not bother this hotel if you are traveling with kids. they are not kids friendly, my daughter made lipstick mark and it costed me 390 AED. they also refused to give me the blanket despite charging me. and that looks like scam. the house keepers were nice and friendly specially Atul. I also paid 275$ Canadian more than the original price. not the applicable taxes. they said its my bank charged me. the rooms are clean but super small.

This is a hotel for the people who want good experience but in budget. This is a neat and clean hotel with all basic amenities, they also have a restaurant Table3 which has food at good rates. Food is also delivered in rooms as well. I highly recommend this hotel to people who want to stay near to market, gold market and other local markets are at walking distance.

My stay here was so lovely, the staff at the front desk made it worthwhile. Kawser, paras and the other staff too which I forgot their names. I was pretty jetlagged and am glad I got such a warm reception. Thank you so much. Would 100% recommend it to others.

Location is perfect. Daily cleaning services were amazing especially with Sajan doing our services during our stay. Overall very nice hotel.

The hotel is very clean, new and all workers are friendly, the rooms can fit 2 adults but due to small room space it's more suitable for loner travelers. The only problem is that there is no parking space in the hotel and it's very very difficult to find one near the hotel

Great facilities at a budget price. Rooms were good and clean. Location in the middle of the gold souk was fantastic and two metro stations were within ten minutes walking distance. They charge for any additional drinking water bottle ordered. Rest everything was good.

We stayed about 5 nights in this 2-star hotel which is actually much better than I would expect. it's very clean, hotel room is spacious and enough wardrobe space to arrange personal belongs, pillows and blankets are very comfortable, good AC unit, very good curtains to block the morning sunlight. However, WIFI quality could be better and TV channels especially the foreign ones are scrambling. Hotel has very good location, right next to the Gold Souk but in the new developed pedestrian area, plenty of restaurants nearby, metro stations or ferry boat stations are within walking distance that could use to cross the Dubai creek easily. The noisy from the streets and traffics are expected considering its location but inside the hotel was pretty quiet. Hotel staffs are very welcoming, Arthur is a wonderful man working at the front desk, very polite and helpful in every way. Athul, the room cleaning attendant, is very kind and nice. We really appreciated the service level from the hotel during our stay!!

The customer service at this hotel is very bad. Staff is incompetent and are there as mouthpieces. They will not help you with anything. Managers and all have no respect for customers. They will talk back to you and laugh in your face if you present a problem. I would not recommend this hotel at all. The quality of the service and hotel is not worth the price. Be aware. The staff is insufferable. Furthermore, I asked to speak to the head manager and was given a phone call with a woman who was not the manager. The manager is a man, Thierry Perrot. The staff lied to me multiple times and gaslit me after they double booked my room, broke the contract by placing me in a one room with one bed when I had a confirmed reservation for a room with two twin beds, made me believe I could extend my stay once my booking was over when in reality they told me to make a whole new booking that was triple the price which caused me a great inconvenience at the last minute, and when I presented the problem to them they gaslit me and did not say sorry once about anything. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!!

I had an amazing experience staying in Super 8 by Wyndham here in Deira. From the room, to the staff, everything was exceptional! Great staying experience, we definitely look forward to staying here again. And also I was greeted by staff Athul, whom were very attentive towards our needs, from cleaning, laundry and everything. Overall, 5/5

My family (Wife, 2 year old kid and me) stayed here for 5 nights. The place is very nice and food is very tasty. Staff is very kind and caring. Couple of metro stations are at walkable distances, making travel better.

Very clean (new hotel) the breakfast and the tea was yummy… I stayed on the first floor the balcony was massive… good location and very helpful staff would definitely come again ! The decor is also stunning! Very good value for money overall.

I’m staying here for 20 days and I will be staying for another 2 weeks because I liked this place. It’s Very clean and all friendly staff specially Prasand and Keshar very hard workers. The hotel is Right beside the Gold market Deira, very convenient for me. Breakfast is included if you want. Overall this is the place I will be staying on my next trip.

This place is soooo nice. We had 5 rooms for my family and all the rooms were really clean and smelled great. When you enter the room it’s set at the right temperature. Service is really nice you can ask for a mask anytime you want. they have clean towels more than one. There’s also a lobby downstairs where you can chill. They also have a storage where you can put your luggage if you have a bunch like my fam did. All in all it’s really good and the price is reasonable

For the price I paid ($35) it was amazing! rooms were brand new, toilets were clean, hotel staff was polite and cooperative, I didn't get the breakfast so I cant comment on that. The only problem is the location, its almost impossible to get a taxi during peek hours.

super 8 hotel has good service, its very clean, and fantastic house keeping.The house keeping are always checking on you to see what you need and they get it right away. the guest area is very comfortable. The security guards and receptionist are very friendly and respectful. I would suggest this hotel to anyone!

It is expensive but it is great for it's value. If you are a person who prefers clean and quiet environment, I would recommend this hotel. It is prohibited to smoke in the hotel so please be advised otherwise there is a fine for it. It is suitable for guests who doesn't like cigarettes smell in the bed linen or soot in the walls like other hotels. It is near a bus station and metro. The staff are very friendly and there is an affordable (average 30-40 AED a meal per person) yet very excellent restaurant Table 3 in the ground level. It's a walking distance(less than 15 minutes) to the major Deira markets. I really liked the Environmental friendly application on the lighting and electricity of the rooms. I have posted pictures of the room and the things provided in each room.

This place has no parking whatsoever. Nor is their any street parking. If you park in the nearby garage it will cost you more to park for 24 hours than the price of the room. I booked this in Abu Dhabi and drove down immediately afterward and discovered the parking situation then had to find somewhere else to stay. Of course the hotel refused to refund that night’s payment even though I had just made the booking, so I knock off points for customer service. Super 8 is not that nice in America, and apparently no better here. I was able to find a nice four star in Jumeriah for just a bit more so keep looking. There are better deals to be had.

Very poor customer service, zero support by staff specially front desk guy was very annoying and helpless. Cleaning was very average, room was smelly. Early check in is a dream as we actually waited 45 miutes after check in time to get room. Overall rediculous.

Its a nice clean hotel close to Gold Souk and also have closer access to metro. Rooms are not Big, which is OK, bit are very comfortable

Excellent hotel, very good value/ quality price. In line with our expectations in terms of hospitality, comfort, proximity to the Gold souk and amenities. My sisters and I stayed there for a few days in preparation of my wedding. The staff were extremely professional. From the manager to the assistants, from the watchmen to the cleaning staff, all were mobilized to make our stay as pleasant as possible, always with great attention, sympathy and good humor. An unforeseen event forced me to extend my stay alone and the thoughtfulness of all allowed me to feel "at home". A big thank you to all. We’ll come back to it, insh'Allah
