A good number of your staff members discriminate. From what I could sense they had 2 problems 1. It was not a paid stay, Emirates paid for the room as they had to deny boarding. 2. Indians, and we obviously didn't get treated the way other fair skinned guests were treated. I have done more than 100 nights at different Marriott properties in India and outside, never felt this way before. :( Category 2 brands have treated me in a much better way & this was a 5-star hotel.

With 40 years of history since its inception, the hotel has received a new life after re-innovation and welcomes guests with a modern and fashionable interior. Ideal for any purpose: whether it is a transit stop in the Emirates for a further departure, whether it is an acquaintance with the city, as well as relaxing in a large area with beautiful pools and restaurants. An oasis of tranquility, impeccable service and comfort. Everything is done with soul and love. The hotel is suitable for the whole family, the hotel has 5 swimming pools, as well as 9 restaurants. The highlight of the hotel are the red-eared turtles

Pretty nice hotel, it's also close to the airport and the location is great. There are so many restaurants at this hotel. The hotel itself is pretty well built. Lots of amenities are there too. Overall a great hotel.

One of the best hotels Ive stayed in. The staff are awesome. The facilities are clean modern perfectly appointed. The pool area is also top quality. The bar staff by the pool are attentive polite friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I only stayed here for 4 days but wirhout a doubt this wont be my last visit. Great place and its proximity to the airport is hidden by the fact the planes are never heard! 5 stars every day.

I had a wonderful stay at the Meridien (Royal Club). Was upgraded to the Royal Club as an Elite Member, which I was extremely thankful for. The royal club itself was wonderful. A beautiful room, wonderful service, friendly employees and good food. The property itself is perfect for every type of customer (business people, families, solo travelers) as it is in reach of the airport, the free zone. Of course, downtown is a ride away but the property offers an enormous amount of restaurants and pools. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again.

I liked this hotel very much. It is especially good for those coming to Dubai airport by car because you have an option to park your car on the parking of this hotel if you stay there before your flight. They also provide a free transfer to your terminal and they will pick you up when you come back too! As for the hotel itself, there are a few pools. Breakfast is splendid as well. Room service is nice. Recommend!

Really like this hotel. For short stays it's my first choice - the rooms with pool access are great, with a seating area outside the door. The restaurants are outstanding and there is a wide variety. Five minutes to the airport. Great breakfast buffet. Worth every dollar.

Great place to stay in Dubai. The location is perfect, not too far from the main city center...and very close to the main airport. The room interiors look neat, classy and minimal...very contemporary, minimal, interiors. The lobby looks good.Friendly staff. The food was awesome. Tried different options and it was great. Room service was also good. Lot of choices for restaurants. Will definitely recommend to others.

The hotel itself is nicely decorated and clean, and the people were super friendly and helpful. We suspect that our room wasn't always a non smoking room, but otherwise we have no complaints at all. But the thing which put it over the top for us was the buffet, which was absolutely phenomenal... a huge variety of breads, cheeses, and meats, with shawarma, ham, beef, fish, oysters, crab, and more. Delicious side and main dishes everywhere you look, along with great desserts, drinks, and service. We like the hotel, but we really want to come back for the buffet!

Good hotel. It has modern facilities, comfortable rooms and it is reasonably quiet considering the proximity to the airport. Negative note: the shuttle service to the airport is totally ineffective it goes only from the hotel to the airport and not the other way around and it runs infrequently. Since it is so close to the terminal, that's a big miss.

This place is awesome. I've stayed at some nice places and I am impressed by this place. It's a sprawling complex with multiple restaurants, each with their own unique design. It's also very close to the airport. If you are so inclined, you can actually walk to the hotel from Terminal 1 without crossing any major roads. The employees are well trained and friendly.

The place itself is very accommodating, the staffs are friendly and they will make you feel comfortable. The massage chair is the best :)They have 4 pools and 19 restaurants in the place , everything is almost just accessible and 6 min. away from the Mall (DCC) Just one thing that they are putting 3 shampoos and 3 hair conditioner and just 1 shower gel. Other else is perfect place to stay.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the Airport and we were only in Dubai for one day and I must say that our stay was so good that I could stay here for a week. We booked 2 the Royal Club rooms and both were very clean and spacious also both had jacuzzi in the bathrooms. Staff throughout the hotel were excellent and very helpful. We didn’t have much time to explore all the hotel facilities but the services we used were excellent, we had breakfast in the main restaurant and service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Been coming here for over 20 years and still love the food, ambience, service and price. Recommend the chicken wings. The only thing I would say that is negative, is that I wish the banned cigars or made one of the sections dedicated to smoking cigars. While cigarettes are fine, cigars are particularly fragrant.

Located close to Dubai Airport this hotel is a popular one for tourists and residents. With large well appointed conference halls the place is well equipped to host meetings. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The hotel has plenty of dining options and the food served is delightful.

Great for the airport, but my non-smoking room had cigarette burns in the furniture; once I could get in. Typical, they out you in the room the furthest away from reception possible, and then your room key doesn't work. With no house phones I was saved from a trek all the way back to reception by a random service engineer. My room rate included a hotel transfer, which they then convinced you not to use as it would take 90 minutes. Uber less than five minutes to departures. Stayed due to location - will choose to stay further from the airport next time.

A wonderful place to spend your staycation. Stayed here with my partner on half board basis and so glad we chose this option. The hotel has 18 restaurants available, around 7-8 of which are included in half board package option and it's amazing. The food and the service in outlets are exceptional. There's a gym, spa and 4 pools at the hotel. We loved our room, it's well maintained and properly cleaned. We booked Superior room with direct access to swimming pool. The most important part of our experience was the staff, all team members are extremely helpful, friendly and as accommodating as possible. Can't wait to be back.

I loose at the hotel two gold pendant very important for me on 25 August 2021. In October when I called them a i received a very , very good news that my pendants are there. I apreciate the honesty of the person who found it, Mr Harun and the way how the problem was handled by the staff of the hotel. Also our stay in the hotel was pleasant, the room was clean and the staff very kind. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks a lot again. Best regards.

When we stepped into the hotel lobby this evening, we were so pleasantly greeted by the music of a piano. It greatly enhanced the ambience. Our best compliments to the lovely and accomplished pianist Ms Alissa. She entertained with such grace and excellence on the grand piano with a wide range of contemporary music from Queens to Ed Sheeran. We understand that she will be playing evenings from 6pm to 10pm. What a lovely evening to have dinner, a drink whilst listening to Ms Alissa’s performance.

I am a Marriott Bonvoy Gold (about to be Platinum) customer who has stayed in this hotel 6-8 times during 2023 and my observations are as follows: - I almost never feel valued at this establishment. Almost never offered an upgrade except once. - The management really lacks personalized attention and care towards their most important patrons. The operational staff - housekeeping, servers, maintenance, etc. - are much more attentive, courteous and friendly on the other hand (as opposed to their management). On my last stay, I'd an early check-in yet a staff walked in on me while I was changing and after I'd already checked in. I informed the management and the best they could offer was a "discount on the breakfast". Not much of customer service there. The only reason I stay here is because it's the closest to the airport before my next hop in the region.

Great location, lovely swimming pools, nice gym and spa, great conference facilities, nice restaurants and 24 hr room service - all as expected of this type of hotel. The corridors and rooms are dated and carpets etc could do with some freshening up. Other than that, little to complain about. It was a good stay and I will gladly stay again.

It was truly one of the best experiences we have ever had in a hotel. I have never met staff so wonderful and caring, they were so attentive to all of our needs. The quality of the food and drinks were unparalleled as far as hotels go. It was such an amazing stay that we ended up extending our stay! All the staff seemed to truly care about the quality of our stay and went above and beyond to ensure we were pleased with everything. I can't recommend this place enough!!

Review of Hotel Stay: I recently stayed at a hotel that offered direct pool access from my room, which was a delightful feature. The hotel, often perceived as dated, actually exudes a unique charm and character, particularly due to its quaint, slightly worn aspects. For its price, it's a great deal. While my patio was a bit messier than others, likely due to a nearby tree, it was a minor issue. I appreciated the overall cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel. As a solo traveler seeking proximity to the airport, the room size was quite satisfactory. The bathroom was aesthetically pleasing, though there were some functional issues, like the door arrangement. The shower, however, was excellent, with perfect pressure and temperature control. Navigating the hotel can be a bit confusing due to its labyrinth of similar-looking corridors. The hotel boasts an impressive selection of 18 restaurants. My experience at the Spanish restaurant was notable for its quiet ambiance, attentive service, and reasonable prices. The included breakfast was good, though it didn't quite match the standard of other five-star establishments in the UAE. The only drawback was the wait time for eggs during breakfast. The internet connectivity was reliable, facilitating uninterrupted work calls. My main concern was with the check-in process. Despite booking through a third-party website for a 2 pm check-in, I faced delays and lack of communication from the hotel staff, which was inconvenient. The issue was eventually addressed by the duty manager, who offered a late checkout to accommodate my evening flight, a resolution that I found satisfactory. Overall, while there were some setbacks, the positive aspects of my stay, particularly the excellent room amenities and dining experiences, made it a worthwhile visit.

An excellent choice for a stopover hotel. Rooms are quite luxurious for the price, with really nice bathrooms. The rooms were comfortable, at the right temperature, with robes, slippers and other creature comforts. The pools were pleasant too - although it was hot out, the water was the perfect temperature to cool off. Well worth considering if you want to break up long flights with a restful, stylish stopover.

recently had the pleasure of staying at Le Meridian Dubai Hotel & Conference, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel's location is ideal, situated in the heart of Dubai, with easy access to major attractions and the airport. Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately impressed by the elegant and welcoming ambiance. The grand lobby and stylish decor set the tone for a luxurious stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff members were friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was spacious, well-designed, and immaculately clean. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the modern amenities added to my overall comfort. The panoramic views of the city from the room were simply breathtaking. Le Meridian Dubai Hotel & Conference offers a wide range of amenities and facilities that cater to every need. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine. The swimming pool was a refreshing oasis, perfect for relaxation. The spa services were top-notch, providing a serene and rejuvenating experience. The dining options at the hotel were outstanding. The restaurants offered an impressive variety of cuisine, and the food was of the highest quality. The attentive and professional staff made each dining experience enjoyable and memorable. What truly sets Le Meridian Dubai Hotel & Conference apart is the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived until my departure, every staff member displayed genuine warmth, professionalism, and a willingness to go the extra mile. Their attention to detail and prompt response to any request made me feel truly valued as a guest. Lastly, the conference facilities at the hotel were remarkable. The meeting rooms were well-equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and the attentive staff ensured that all our needs were met. The seamless organization and support made our event a success. Overall, my stay at Le Meridian Dubai Hotel & Conference exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience in Dubai. Hotel facilities are great , only issue is the campus is so scattered and long between the restaurants-pools and room. Yalumba is the best for breakfast in the hotel and the pools are pretty good . To mention the club rooms are special and bigger than the main hotel area rooms and also looks much fresh and feel good .Staffs are friendly and always supportive

Has nice rooms specially on the pool. I have been there couple of times . The place is convenient if you wanna stay next airport. However, it is far from all other attractions in dubai. If you wanna something closer, you may go to downtown hotels

Strongly recommend for stay for families and businesses traveller as well since it’s minute away from DXB airport. Thanks again.

Great hotel with great facilities. The staff was very friendly and professional. Checking in was fast and straightforward. The only issue i had was with the car to terminate 3 airport. I remember asking for a car at 4:15AM, however when i checked out they told me that there’s no record for that in the system. Thankfully, they gave me a free car ride to the airport as i already paid for the service when I checked in!

Overall a very enjoyable stay of 6 nights. Check-in was smooth and efficient and we were upgraded to a Royal Club room that included daily breakfast, tea and evening cocktails. The hotel room and grounds were spotless, daily housekeeping was completed as requested. Every interaction with staff in the restaurant were friendly and did an excellent job of ensuring our requests were met. Rooftop pool was nice to take in some sun and unwind. Noise from the airport was very limited and could not hear anything from our room. There’s a subway close by that provides access to the sites in the downtown area. Wide selection of restaurants on the ground, we went to several and enjoyed the food. Loved in room massage chair! Two minor issues with our stay, the website states there’s a courtesy shuttle to the city center and other shopping areas, this was not the case. Royal Club room benefit on the website offers a daily fruit basket, we received 0. Repeated requests to the front desk were they committed to sending up said fruit basket never materialized. Again, not a big deal

The hotel premises are nice, rooms are spacious & comfortable and the food quality is very good. Yet despite having a ready paid reservation and having checked in at 2pm, I had to wait for over an hour to get the keys to my room. Would have expected much more efficiency.

The room is clean and neat. Restaurant is big, food variety is OK but it was very busy and waiters were overworked and couldn't cope up with the orders. The pool is the best. The staff are the kindest. I went with my kids, and they loved everything there.

Great place and really close to the airport. It is quite a walk to the spa which is behind the hotel. There are many restaurants on site, but by 2:30-3pm, they were all closed, mostly due to Ramadan. Overall, a great hotel and really comfortable rooms.

Rooms are nice and spacious. Massive hotel. Concierge are helpful but biggest let down is Reception Staff and their Attitude. Can't comment on breakfast because didn't eat but BAR staff prompt , courteous and food there was pretty decent.

I have a booking here for 7 days. But unfortunately, rather I will say hopeless they are for blocking India Pakistan match. They said I need to come down to the restaurant if I wish to see the match. It's very very ridiculous. Why the hell will I wish to come down to their restaurant to see the match. This is absolutely not acceptable if I am paying. I have made up my mind hereafter not to stay here. Their terms are not good after spending this amount

Rooms and bathroom are good enough. Good space in the room. Bathroom had both bathtub and walk in shower. Very large lobby which is always busy. Breakfast place is very crowded. Improvement in attendance and service is advised. Location is near to terminal 1. Hotel has many conference and banquet halls. Thus is mostly occupied by groups.

I stayed here as part of an Emirates (first class) stopover so did not pay directly. The stay was excellent. Staff were pleasant and service was very good. Room service was average and the menu needs more healthy options. Overall this was a very good stay.

Love everything!!! Apart from being 5 minutes away to the airport. This is like a small village. So many restaurants to chose from. I think this place has more than 4 beautiful pools. Lobby is amazing. Food in the cafeteria has wide selections and place very clean. Amazing and friendly staff. See it for yourself.

Beautiful hotel with lovely facilities. It’s close to the airport and Dubai Mall as well. It’s a beautiful place and the rooms are quite big and the beds comfortable as well. The tv is smart and the lights are also smart as well. The toilets is super cool as well. I enjoyed my stay here and they have different restaurants

Usually an amazing hotel but the fitness pool area which has been open throughout the summer is in dire need of an update. There are only 6 shade umbrellas and the grass is now mud in some areas. Staffing as helpful as in the past however the new team’s level of understanding of English is much lower than in previous years.
