Very nice place with this cost. The room is pretty big. The air conditioning was a bit too cold. Nice warm shower and tub. I got liquors from the airport before getting out. It’s the cheapest there. Nice pool. I was able to see the finals and 3rd place match of the World Cup from the poolsides lol.

A very comfy, luxurious and nearly over the top hotel. It has everything you could desire with big spacious high ceiling rooms equipped with bathtubs, a few restaurants situated next to their massive lobby. A big open space with their pools and sunbeds, a gym, spa area, and a very handy hotel shuttle to the airport. It's obviously very touristy and busy, which can put some people off. Very affordable accommodation.

Quiet spacious Oasis with luxuriously designed rooms. Attention to details like a full length mirror, bed side reading lights, choice of bathTub/shower, bidet, working table with lamp and 3 comfortable coffee chairs with a small coffee table. Breakfast buffet is okay. Could have had a better spread. Was refused coffee at 1030 as it was closing time. Is very close to the airport.

My stay has been 16 hours and got into the hotel as part of emirates airline voucher. Checkin times for 8 people before me took 40 mins while mine was done in a minute. Not sure the reason. Food was good, less spicy and suited My taste buds. Thermostat didn't work and it was cold for me at 21C. Also no hot water in the morning while showering and in hurry didn't get a chance to report. Tourist shuttle was priced at $30 is worth the money. Make sure to take dollars or equivalent uae currency for the tour. The room lockers don't work so better carry valuables during the tour. It could have been better but with the voucher thats what we might get.

Hello Manager, This is regarding the mpower gym facility in your property. I have been utilizing the services since two years and it has been good and had no complaints. These days I'm not sure if the management is counting the customers and keeping the inventory ready for the usage Not sure if the gym in charge is aware about the number of users in the morning and in the evening as this is the peak hour. Recently I have been noticing the towels and the water bottles are not available, where in it was told that towels n water bottles will be available for the usage and also the wet wipes are also out of stock during the peak hours. There are days the change room is not kept tidy. The house cleaning checking are not done from 7-9pm as I can see the signatures are missing. Request you to kindly look into these issues. Will be great to continue the service.

Me and my partner we choose Millennium Airport Dubai for our reception. From events team Sales person Eshita helped us a lot with the whole process from booking the venue till the event started, she was always available. Venue is amazing, food was excellent and the table set up was perfect. Staff are very friendly and accommodating specially Tina from the banquet team. She made sure of everything and checked on us if we wanted drinks on time to time basis. If you are looking for a venue for your wedding or any occasion, give them a call. The staff will be more than happy to show you this beautiful place.

Clean room, was awakened twice for room check. 1st time I was awake. I had a 22 hour layover. As a layover hotel, staff was very professional and free shuttle service is 7 min away. 4/5. Would stay again

Wonderful place to stay. It was so cozy. I loved it. The GGICO metro is quite close to the hotel and you can travel to pretty much anywhere from there. Some staff members were good, some were kind of rude. But the facilities at the hotel are good and I'd definitely go there again.

Right next to the tram station so perfect location. Parking, swimming, gym all facilities are available. Big superstore opposite side of the road however it closes at 11pm. It's just the reception that is the downside otherwise very good hotel.

Pleasant stay during an overnight layover. Less than 5 minutes from the airport. There is a shuttle bus service, but it’s good to call the concierge to get a sense of when it would arrive (at T1 or T3). Rooms were clean and very spacious - large bathtub was a nice touch too. Decent hotel breakfast. Service staff were polite and excellent too.

A nice hotel. Rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. Just a notice: When you are waiting for the shuttle bus to the airport, don’t wait for the staff reminding you of it arrival. In my case, the staff didn’t mention anything and we just kept waiting for the bus for nearly am hour, and it meanwhile just came and went several times. So, watch for the bus.

Big rooms but ask for non smoking room but room stank of cigarette odour. Apart from that nothing to fault. Handy for overnight transit for departing flights. Excellent buffet breakfast. Free shuttle to and from airport. Reasonably priced.

A MIXED BAG A good choice for a quick stay near Dubai Airport. Hotel has its own shuttle. This is another busy airport sleep factory. Rooms are of Holiday Inn quality. Neither awful ... nor great. A place to sleep. Rates tend to be very attractive. So not a lot to complain about. Make sure to get a non-smoking room. The smoking rooms reek. A very pleasant pool area and bar sits at the center of the property. Breakfast buffet is adequate. Nothing one would write home about. On site pub is actually quite authentic and enjoyable. My issue with this hotel is the front desk staff. They are either friendly and accommodating ... or actually quite indifferent, if not rude. Again, one can understand this with the massive daily guest turnover. However, we are still guests. Further, billing is a beehive of confusion at times. There always seems to be a guest at the front desk having some form of disagreement.

Beautiful rooms and easy check in. It would be 5 stars if the staff were a bit more helpful. We ended up paying for a buffet breakfast thinking it was the only option even when I asked about the option opposite the desk. We were put in a taxi with a driver who didnt know where to take us and three hotel staff were unable to help us communicate to the driver. As a result, we didnt use the tour we had paid for and had to pay the driver. Would stay again despite this as we know better now.

This is an Emirates (owned I believe) complimentary airport hotel. I stayed there for 8-9 hours during my layover at Dubai. The hotel and rooms were good. Only thing that disappointed me was the breakfast spread at the restaurant. That was not that great. The food quality was just ok. The hotel had some shops for quick shopping in case you can’t make it to the city centre. They also had a beauty parlour as well inside the hotel. Those are really welcoming.

Hotel ambience and cleanliness is excellent and well maintained. Airconditioning in certain area of the lobby was not achieving the required cooling efficiency.The hotel entrance sign board should be more prominent and bigger to catch the motorist sight when they take the u turn at the signal and reach the hotel.

I have used this hotel twice in the last year. I had a problem with my booking, but Deedar, who was in charge of the restaurant on my previous visit, very kindly arranged to contact Emirates locally and sorted everything. He went way beyond what I would have expected to help me. It was very difficult to solve the problem from Spain. Additionally, he and his staff were efficient and courteous at all times in the restaurant. Overall, I could not fault the desire of staff at this extremely busy transit hotel to make the customer experience a pleasant one. Top job !

Everything went brilliantly - the surprise worked perfectly and chef Sumesh was fabulous. Not only a great cook but he chatted to everybody throughout the buffet answering all their questions. I stayed here several times in the paste due to flight lay over and staying here tonight and next month on my return flight to The US. The only thing missing in the rooms are power charging outlets The hotel associates are very professional and helpful. Please provide power outlets in the rooms cause everyone Carries phone and gadgets and they need power to keeping working. Thanks

I am not happy with my stay, first I found used bathrobes inside the cabinet of my room, and a slipper left under the bed, also there was one piece of shampoo. In the restaurant "loumi", we had another bad story, first we were 2 adults and two children, the cashier first told us we will have to pay for the children as our booking was made for 2 adults only, we informed them that we are aware and will pay. After this, and during we are still having our breakfast, the manager of the restaurant came to our table and informed us again that we will have to pay additional cost for the children!! I informed him yesss we knowww and thanks for informing us. After we finished our food, we had few pieces of pastries, and we don't throw food, so decided to take them with us, I wrapped them with a small tissue and took them, the waiter saw us and immidiatley informed his manager as we are committing a crime!!! then that manager came to us and told me that am not allowed to take food, I told him that this food if I didn't take you will throw them in garbage, so he said still mam you are not allowed to take the food. Any way this time is the first and the last time for me in this hotel, other branch on Malaysia was amazing and not treating people as cheap as what this hotel did. By the way, am still in the hotel, but couldn't wait to leave before I rate this unpleasant stay. am still in the hotel and can't wait to express my unpleasant stay at all, the manager of the restaurant didn't leave us enjoy our food, they came to us and chased us twice for the additional cost of the children as we have booked for 2 adults only, we knew we will pay, however, they chased us once at the reception, secong during we are having our food!!!

This hotel has some really nice aesthetics. The staff were very efficient. The rooms are big and comfortable. There were a variety of dishes at the buffet. I enjoyed my short stay here. It’s a great choice for transiting passengers.

Nice varied breakfast. Rooms have big comfy beds. Clean, crisp sheets and lovely shower though its over a bathtub. TV didnt have signal, kettle didn't work but was promptly changed by maintenance. I would stay here again as the staff are friendly and most things do work!

Its a good hotel. Got it free from Emirates as part of Dubai Connect. However, I was given a room smelling of cigarette smoke without asking for my preference. Due to this, I spent more time outside and could not actually relax.

The rooms are outdated , they need a lot of updating , also the room was facing some machinery making noise 24/7 no view only gaz tank view. The same goes to toilets the shower has little pressure for a good relaxing shower. The staff is great super helpful made the difference.

The stay was absolutely delightful. We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and it was amazing~ The staff were so accommodating especially Ms.Racquel from the Loumi restaurant. Her service and care was exceptional and I'd love to come back again with my family. She made the whole experience worthwhile. Regarding the facilities, the cleanliness and the equipment was spot on in adjusting to the Covid protocols and although there was not many options for the breakfast buffet, quality of the food was great! I'd recommend this to anyone who'd prefer a short but relaxing getaway~

After long haul flight consisting of 19 hours on the same plane, with another 14 hour layover before our next flight, we were grateful for the complimentary hotel and meal voucher. A bed with clean sheets, a hot shower, and the fact we didn't have to pay money are the positives that come to mind. Needs updating/ upgrading/ modernising..which I think they were starting to do

It was so peaceful and Relaxing. I had a very good night sleep before my flight. But dining needs some extended timing so some hungry travelers get something to eat as well

Convenient for airport, however there is competition. If you are an airport hotel providing an airport shuttle service it cannot be 10 minutes late when there is no traffic in the early hours. Very outdated rooms decor and fittings although beds comfortable. Food outlet variety is good.

The New Year Party was not good. The DJ wasn't really a DJ.. the music wasn't good. The security were rough with the guests. A mobile was stolen from the table. We found after our own persuasion and following up; the security people didn't help at all. Regret spending the night there.

I was as the hotel for some official assignment. The overall cleanliness and arrangement was good but for the first time in a hotel there was so much smell of cigarette in the corridor and rooms at second floor. I hope that was temporary and it won't happen again

Hotel has good location nearby airport or directly to Dubai main roads. Taxis are available. They have free underground parking for guests. It can be challenging to park there due to very tight space. Hospital is just behind for covid tests. Staff in hotel is ok. If you go around hotel they chase you and keep an eye, quite ridiculous. They have big swimming pool. Rooms are big but smells older, classic style. Alot of air conditioning noise in the room, that's really weired. Bathroom are not cosy. I think there are better hotels available in Dubai at same or lower price.

The stay was superb and friendly staff. The food is awesome and tasty. The rooms were neat and tidy. It was an awesome overall experience for me.

We stayed here whilst waiting for exemption paperwork to get into Australia. The hotel was great, they allowed us to keep changing our dates and gave us very good rates. The pool area is lovely and relaxing, the rooms are very clean and spacious, That restaurants and bars are good, All staff very helpful. I would recommend this hotel

Easy access to the airport with bars and a pool to help to relax. The staff were uba friendly and helped as much as I needed. What I didn’t like though was the noise levels of guests and kids after ten pm. I think it’s the hotels responsibility to consider all guest’s- especially the ones who are trying to sleep at that time of the night. If there were some closed corridor doors with signs to other guests to consider others during night time hours. Otherwise good

You will love it once you enter it. The hotel is for classy people. Not as fancy as other hotels yet. It’s a great one. Will discuss the rooms and the services in this rating: The rooms are large and clean. Mattresses are clean and comfy bathrooms are well maintained. Services: The receptionists and the operators are well trained and they do respond to all of your requests. I asked them to change the room and they didn’t hesitate to do that. Room service team are clean and well organized. I called for security when there was a noise in the connecting room I was staying at and they inform me that they don’t tolerate noise and they took an immediate action. The restaurant are clean and the food delivered to the room is well cooked and super delicious. Its close to GGICO metro station and to the airport. Airport Shuttle bus services are every 40 mnts and it’s free, drivers are so polite too. I love staying there.

Decent airport hotel with large refurbished rooms. Service was also very friendly and helpful. Internet is non-existent tho. Even with full connectivity it's impossible to have any video calls. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle but it's easier to walk to the metro station behind the hotel.
