Rooms definitely need some renovation. Staff is friendly, food is good. Just the prices for the drinks are insane. 15 bucks for a 0.33l Heineken. Next to the hotel there is a nice village with different restaurants/bars, where you can get a 0.5l Tiger for half of the price. Overall a pleasant stay, but more a 3+ star hotel than a 5*

Christmas brunch was amazing. Variety of foods are phenomenal. I would just like highlight this wonderful person who gave me and my family excellent customer service. Melanie was very good in her service to us... she was polite and also had a smile throughout.. she even participated in some dance😊

Rubie the receptionist was super lovely And provided us with great customer service. 💫 Salad Eswar and the other security guards also provided a good service! I will recommend a stay here if you need to stay close to the airport. Breakfast was amazing. And the waiters and restaurant managers provided excellent service too! I enjoyed my stay. A pleasant experience.🎊

The hotel is good choice to go and can give you the cosy feeling. It was built since 1970 something and quite old but after many renovations, it still be good till today. The room inside looks quite old, with old fashion style, but hotel's service is still good enough. They often work with sport teams. If you consider of reasonable price with acceptable accommodations, this place can be a option for you

Highly recommended for families who are travelling And looking for a good place. Must come here. As it was our first stay in this property. Me n my family were too tiered off from a long travel. Our first experience at front desk was so warmly and greet full, the guy at reception Mr. Ali Raza was too supportive, efficient, professional and really helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. They staff went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my colleagues & friends. Thank You All !!!!

The staff was cordial and helpful. I found the room up to par and was sanitized in line with covid regulations. The price was a bit high but considering other hotels and expo at full blow, it is justified I suppose. Might even be a bit cheaper than most. Overall, had a good stay. Would stay again and definitely recommend to others.

It was like returning home after the Pandemic kept me away for 2 years Maher was as usual his efficient self leading his troops to ensure the food kept coming & hygiene & safety maintained Rina in our area of rooms was on her toes with an ever smiling face (hidden by her mask), ensuring guests were served promptly without having to wait Missed my usual front desk guys. Housekeeping was a let down

Room was clean, all of the workers are polite and with smiles on their faces all day. Bathroom is clean and big, ventilation excellent. We had paid only breakfast, really lot of everything. We were very satisfied. Location is good if you like stay near airport, for most of the interesting places you are not close.

My family and I (6 members) stayed for a few days on our way to France. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. This hotel is close to the airport and despite having to get a taxi to the marina and a few other places, we would happily stay here again. Rooms are well-appointed and the restaurant downstairs served delicious food for both breakfast and dinner. Everyone in our party enjoyed their stay immensely.

The pictures look really good but unfortunately the food wasn't up to expectation, will never repeat it again. The good part was the sweets.

Really like this hotel. For short stays it's my first choice - the rooms with pool access are great, with a seating area outside the door. The restaurants are outstanding and there is a wide variety. We stayed here during our anniversary and they made it really special by giving us a good view near the pool and they even gave us a dessert platter delivered in our room. Jackson and the rest of the staffs went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to answer any questions. This hotel is located very conveniently near the airport and has access to several bars, pubs and restaurants. The rate was very low. The staff is amazing. However, it is pretty Spartan and run down, if you expect luxury, do not go there.

Lovely customer service and easily accessible from the airport! The staff are all super helpful which is always a plus. We are visiting and this place was recommended so we thought we would check it out and it did not disappoint. We were welcomed when we walked in and our room was ready straight away. We were given some sweet treats at the start which was really great and they were really helpful by calling us a taxi/uber when needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We were there for seafood night today and the food was really delicious. friendly staff. Hostess Marie welcomed us with greetings and a smile. Need to mention the outstanding service by Sayuri and Vidu. all the staff with the management were incredibly helpful and generous. thank you all and hoping to visit again. Highly recommended!

Outstanding customer service and honest staff! I left my ring there by mistake and the staff not only found it but communicated with me several times to get it back to NZ. This level of honesty and helpfulness is very rare. The room was reasonably priced, huge and lovely. Which ever staff member me and my son spoke to, they were consistently friendly, professional and efficient. Also, our room was always kept clean, tidy and the hotel's own body shower cream was the best i have ever used in a hotel.Also, our drinks were always plentiful. The food, breakfast, lunch and dinner was so varied and very tasty. The money i paid has more than enough been compensated and would recommend it to anyone. I look forward to returning to this hotel.

I came here In this hotel because of the ambience,, and I found out that this hotel was excellent because of the service of staff and the beautiful room. I stayed at the property from 28 November 2023 to 13 December 2023. This property is well maintained with prestige amenities. It was a place I could call home away from home. All the staff were helpful and courteous. Instructions were adhered to to the dot. The restaurants in the property offered a wide variety food choices to cater for every preference without compromise to quality. The rooms and beds offered the five star services. The only criticism I have if for the dry iron and a hard iron board. A steam iron and a wood iron board would be preferred. Laundry services surpasses my expectations though. I would like to make special mention for Kim, Niki, Hachem, Rubie, Ali and others at the reception, Alvin, Melanie, Ange, Glory, Vincent and all the restuarent staff. Kind Regards Ernest

Unbelievably clean and pristine property that is second to none. The rooms were immaculate and well maintained as was the property in general. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Special shout out to Rubie and Issa - they were total pros who helped me get situated even I checked in at 2am after traveling for 20+ hours! They made me feel right at home!

However I need to recommend one staff - Mr Jackson … who was very alert to my needs. As I was searching for a cab outside, he noticed me from inside the lobby and called a taxi for me by his own initiative. He is a great staff to have and an asset to the hotel.

A clean, quiet, and beautiful hotel with a spacious lobby and an excellent breakfast buffet. The food is high quality and there is a wide range of choices. The staff are very kind and supportive, and the rooms are neat and clean. The only downside is the view from the window as it's not far from the airport.

The customer service was outstanding. Dilki & Stella could not do enough for me. I was so tired after a long flight from Sydney, & the girls were so welcoming & lovely. Check in was quick, easy & I was in my room relaxing in 10 minutes. Complimentary water & fruit platter was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here & will do again when I’m next in Dubai. Off for a swim now… it’s so hot!!

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast very good, the room was not that good, with old furniture and the window curtains were very dirty. They need to be cleaned. But the room and bathroom was always cleaned up. The swimming pool was great and great service.

Good spacious rooms, easy access to airport. Excellent amenities including a big gym, swimming pool, tennis court, squash court, steam, sauna and plunge pool. Good service though they are always busy. Takes a long time to check in and most of the times the guest services never picks up the call. Good breakfast. Overall a decent experience.. staffs are very friendly but very difficult to reach them as very few are working. Joseph and Hasan do a great job

To start the hotel staff are amazing,very professional,friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and very clean it was better than what we were expecting. And then we come to the food , a very large selection to please all the tastes especially the seafood night buffet is one of the best I have ever tried!! I highly recommend to everyone.

Grandiose lobby. Fast room service. Breakfast buffet and servers are nice. Reception team is slow. The room needs to be updated (it feels ancient). The pillows are no longer pluffy. The washroom have the install yourself bidet sense. Some tiles and wood part of the door are chipped. Toiletries are provided except for the brush and paste. Pool side service is a turtle. (We ordered water, and it came after almost an hour and a half) Pool needs a thorough cleaning and or replacement of tiles. Too much dark/stained ones on it. We forgot my daughter's back pack and when I called the first time, the guy said "I don't know" with my query. We collected it the next day.

Stayed here for 1 month. One of the older hotels near the airport but has been kept in great condition. Friendly reception and concierge staff, housekeeping was decent - some days I would be left no towels or toilet paper and have to call and ask for some, but the room was always clean. Pool is on the smaller side but plenty of loungers, gym is very big with lots of equipment. Did not dine in the hotel at all but the Friday brunch always looked really good (fresh seafood). I liked that there was plenty of parking right outside the hotel, and proximity to the Le Meridien restaurants and bars right next door within walking distance.

Reception employees are welcoming. Good service, variety of choices with their buffet. Clean, enough size room. Room service always response to our requests quickly. Other services like gym, swimming pool, souna are good. We enjoyed our stayed over there. Thanks

Me and my family ate at the Hibachi Restaurant on the ground floor. The service and food was five stars. Delicious sushi and very helpful and attentive staff at the hotel! Manager Van was very cheerful and was sure to help us with anything we needed. Chef Jope was responsible for the amazing dinner we had, the food was outstanding and all the rolls were very aesthetic and tasty. Would 100% recommend!

Our family has been regular guest here for 15 years, we always look forward to coming here. The staff, rooms, food and pool are amazing. Nicholas will also make your stay extremely enjoyable!!

Just stay away from this hotel. It’s not even close to a five star hotel. Very very old rooms with damaged furniture, dirty carpet, and damaged wallpapers. The bathrooms are over 20 years old and nasty. Very very poor customer service specially the manager (Mohammad). They don’t know how to respect their guests. They kept avoiding answering my phones or returning my calls when I was calling from my room. I stayed in this hotel for around 17 days and believe me it isn’t even worth a try. There is a reason that their price is cheaper than all known five star hotels in town. The lobby area is nice but that’s they only place in this hotel that is nice. The covered parking is awful without any elevators to the lobby.

Well, it's far from everything. The airline put us here so we didn't have a choice. There is a food park next door and 2 restaurants in the hotel (steak house and buffett). We enjoyed the buffet, although one member of our group had a reaction to nuts in one dish (she asked, they said no nut....but the proof was in the reaction. The rooms were clean. So, for price probably good!

Very good hotel near Dubai Airport. Service was fantastic. Rooms are spacious. Buffet was very vast. My suggestion is to include some more variety of Indian food. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dubai.

Was the best. Great value, beautiful hotel, excellent location five minutes away from Airport and metro which goes to Expo, Deira city center, Dubai mall etc... Food and services were excellent. Sauna steam room and spa was great. Lovely big pool. Football federation is also there.

I had previously just given 2 stars and not written a review, but I had to explain my decision as the hotel manager has responded - Mr. Mehdi, thank you for your response. Please look into the following! Attended a conference here for 2 days; the ballrooms and exhibition centers were spacious, well decorated and the food was superb (hence, the two stars). However, the bathrooms were very poorly kept, with broken plumbing. As an international conference venue, there needs to be constant maintenance and upkeep of the facilities. The restrooms are clearly in a state of decay, which was quite upsetting and surprising as the rest of the hotel was quite nice.

Awesome Hotel Complex, huge in size, beautiful Lobby area for hotel guests and their visitors to sit, discuss business over coffee, yes, etc. I believe they have 7 restaurants in the hotel complex. Ample parking space. Best thing is that it is bang opposite Dubai Airport terminal 1 which makes it a hotel of choice for Transit and short stay passengers. Mohamed Lokhandwala

I checked in very late last night and was greeted by a most helpful receptionist you could ever wished. She was professional and friendly and is a credit to the organisation. I have stayed in this hotel previously,and yes it is a bit on the older side and perhaps require renovation in the future,however,it is more than adequate at present and no guest will be disappointed but very surprised of what you will get for the very reasonable cost per night. Breakfast is good and more than you need. The best thing about this Hotel is the Staff. ALWAYS READY TO HELP. What more could you ask as a Guest?

Such awful customer service. I can’t believe this hotel has 5 stars. The staff aren’t trained properly to serve the guests. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. People writing nice reviewers about this hotel are either fake or haven’t been to a true 5-star hotel. If you are looking for a place you can relax and enjoy your vacation while being treated nicely and respectfully, just look at a different hotel. Mohammad the manager is THE WORST. He doesn’t deserve his title.

My husband and myself stayed for 2 nights and we got a really excellent service. We had buffet breakfast for a good deal. Our room service was really good too. Shoutout to Ruby and Roan for the snacks and cakes to the room. The room was fully stocked with water, tea, coffee and small condiments. Would return again soon 😊

What awesome service you get at this hotel…starting from the front of desk. Stella today went beyond helping us concerning transfers to the airport etc. She was such a pleasure to talk to and made you feel so welcoming. Also two beautiful ladies with their beautiful smiles Rubie & Dilki from the Front Office Team came and delivered us to our room a welcome plate with fruits and cakes. Thank you to all of you and to those that I didn’t get a chance to get their names from the concierge desk, to front of desk and those that service our room. You are all hard working and so lovely. 🥰

I was greeted with a smile and accommodated quickly, even when I asked to move to a quieter room, the receptionist was very efficient. The next day was my birthday, and a new receptionist wanted to make my stay extra special and upgraded my room to a honeymoon suite, and had a lovely little welcome cake with birthday card in the room… I loved how accommodating they were, you can tell they love their jobs and serving weary travelers … I would definitely stay there again …

We have a Christmas Celebration event, party of 20 people in the middle week of December. We have a reservation prior the date and we are allocated to a private area where we can gather with colleagues with exchanging gifts and fun games. It was a very fulfilling moment because we never bother any guests because they given us a great location in the restaurant. The foods are divine, lobster was served on the buffet, confectionaries are rated 10/10, and staffs are friendly & inviting. Overall, it was a great great loving experience.
