Wow, unbelievable. I've never stayed at worst hotel in my whole entire life. The hotel restaurant takes forever and when you get the food don't be surprised if it didn't meet your expectations. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Walls are thin and you can hear the people in the next room. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere nicer. Plus this hotel isn't worth the money. Service is terrible and employees are rude and unhelpful

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at this lovely place. Everyday we have visited the beach where everything was nice and clean. The staff was very polite, funny, and made the whole experience even more lovely! Especially housekeeping staff they make our staying wonderful. We have especially enjoyed, Definitely recommend

I must say that I have taken a very good decision is choosing this hotel for my Dubai stay for 6 nights. This hotel is located in a very convenient location far from the real hustle bustle of the Dubai city yet in a posh area surrounded by multiple restaurants and delivery/takeaway food joints. So people who are looking for a serene location with a great hospitality experience, after the hectic sight seeing or shopping in Dubai, should give it a chance for sure. The property is just 15-20 minutes away from the Dubai International Airport which also helps you to avoid any additional travel after you've reach Dubai and also reduces stress when you have to fly back.

We used the banquet galls for our gathering. Delicious food and their staffs were very caring and supportive. JBL audio system from the hotel served our needs for children's performance. Hygiene facility and well-maintained. It was reasonably priced for what it had to offer. We hope to continue the service for our future gatherings.

The hotel is presented as 5 star, but I would say it is barely 4 star. They promised to send the deposit money back in 2-4 weeks. Now it's been 2 month already and we never get our deposit back. Contacted several times (calls, emails) never received a proper response Disadvantages: the stuff is super slow. We didnt like the view from the room they provided, so asked to change it. It took them whole day to "clean" the room but even the dust from the surfaces was not wiped. Bed linen is not clean (we had some stains on it) the request to change it was ignored. The towels never change However, special thanks for Amir who organized my mom's birthday. Good breakfast. There is a transfer to the private beach and to Deira centre.

Great room and even better staff. I only stayed a night at the Mövenpick, while the room was not spectacular it was very nice with everything I needed. Anything I was missing or needed I could simply ask for and the staff would be more than happy to bring it in an extremely timely manner. They were all extremely nice and saw that I had the best stay I could. I also tried the room service and the food was prepared and brought to me quickly and at an affordable price. While not the best food I’ve ever had at a hotel it was still good. Would definitely love to stay again.

I stayed there for two weeks. It was fine but I’ve seen better places especially when it comes to cleanliness of the appliances, bedding and even walls. the furniture was old and I had to change rooms because my room didn’t have electricity in some outlets and it had a horrible smell. Room service and butlers were extremely nice as well as drivers, reception was ok.

It Great Family out timing as I went with my family and explored the hotel and it's facility . It is worth visiting as the location of the property is good and service and products are amazing. Visited the fine dining restaurant and I recommend everyone to try as the atmosphere, seating , service everything is good and Food is on top notch . Met with a Mario who assisted me to have the great suggestion for the food. Great hospitality and great service. Kudos to the whole team.

We didn't stay in this hotel but we came here few times to grab Movenpick ice cream which I love and also had a lunch there once. I must say that the hummus was very nice and fresh, as well as french fries and chicken briyani. Prices are also not expensive and service is good. We didn't try other food but I saw how customers enjoyed it next to us and were finishing all their food in plates😄 So I think you can find what to eat there, also you can sit outside and enjoy the winter weather and fresh air

The experience in this hotel was horrible starting with the unqualified front desk When I checked at night, with a booking paid and they told me that they can’t find the reservation and made me wait 30 minutes before the lady said she can locate a room. My booking was superior and they mentioned that they upgraded it to the deluxe room and nothing about that was neither deluxe or superior. It was a downgrade, not clean room with very old furniture, and some of it is already damaged furniture. The next day the service did not even clean the room, and I had to request it personally, which is another delay and another no attention to details and an no awareness of process. Check out despite my request of late check out which was not accommodated. Even the front desk lady was shouting in front of all the customers trying to ask me if I’m checking out despite the obvious that my booking has ended and I’m walking out with my luggage. I refrain from answering to her or the security guard who made a scenery of shouting if I am checking out, which any normal five star hotel check out is check out you just walk out of the hotel . This is a paid room and has check in and check out date. Overall, I do not recommend staying at this hotel, and do not be fooled by the budget. Price is not worth it.

Visited Spices Restaurant last evening for the buffet. They had a vast variety of food spread across a large dining area with comfortable seating. From the starters to the main course to the dessert, every dish served was amazing. We were looked after by Corrina, Insaf and Karan. Their supervisor Mario spent a few minutes with us to check if everything was alright as we enjoyed the dinner. Great service and great food. Will be visiting again for sure.

The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. The hotel was clean and tidy. The only concern I have is that they really don't have a separate kiddie pool or kiddie playground area for the little ones, considering that there are a lot of family checked in with kids with them. When we were at the pool it was kinda crowded with parents and kids all at once inside a not so spacious pool. But over all, me and my family along with friends enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would love to come back soon.

We had a stopover in Dubai on our way from Australia to London. Our stay at this hotel was comfortable. Great location and lovely pool area. We received an upgrade to a larger room which was great. The room smelled of cigarettes a little and could have done with a bit of a deep clean. All in all we would stay here again. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

We requested for early check in but we have to wait for more than two hours to get rooms. Parking for cars is not shaded so the cars get really hot & dirty. For the price they charge the location is not good. Breakfast was very good especially the staff, on request they refilled a lot of items. The missing thing was no Desi dish in the buffet. For extra glasses and tea cups we have to call them several times to get these items. Overall I don't consider it a four star rating hotel.

Very satisfied with the hotel! The room was so big and fully equipped with all techniques and even more. The food in the Spices restaurant is various and delicious. The service is perfect. Five stars. Thanks to abhishek for his always good mood and his kind attitude to children.

Location was good given we rented a car. Free parking that is easily accessible. Quite hotel. Have not tried breakfast buffet. Overall friendly staff. The hotel is not new, but staying here is quite comfortable. it is cleaned daily and you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. I really liked the kitchen staff. very responsive people. I did not have time for dinner and they brought me food to my room by midnight. thank you, I liked everything

The rooms were Big and spacious.Staff were helpful and friendly. Food is delicious 😋 in restaurant. The hotel provides shuttle to beach & Mall which we utiliezed and enjoyed. It's near to Mall & Public attractions. We will plan to come back again

The room was large, and the king bed was comfortable, and the porter was amazing and super friendly, but it was all downhill from there, I would never stay there again as the bathroom had mold and was not clean, there was cigarette butts on the ledge outside the window, the so-called courtyard view was disgusting. They moved me to another room, and it also had mold in the bathroom and was not clean along with the freezer in the fridge was so iced up that it was loud, so they moved me to another room, not quite as bad but still mold in the bathroom, slightly cleaner. Their maintenance is extremely poor, and the cleanliness is not great eighter. The only reason I am giving it a 2 star is because of the porter otherwise I would give it a one, it is not a 5-star hotel by any stretch of the imagination, and I would not recommend it to anyone. There is no value for money here.

We had a pleasant in this hotel with our families. The reception staff are very cooperative and helpful in fulfilling our needs during our stay without any defect. I hope we will come back again.

Had a week stay with my team from singapore and it was great. The staff were very friendly from the check in staff to the concierge staff especially satheesh. They really ensured that were well taken care of and our needs were met. Will return to stay here again if there is a chance.

I went with a baby of 1 year as they provide kitchen in the apartments. The rooms are so nice and clean. Coming to the staff they were good, polite and have given 1hr before checkin as we came early. The food was awesome and we had dinner buffet at the hotel only. But it’s far to visit the places in dubai from hotel

Very big room i stayed with my family there was everything hair dryer ,slipper cookware we enjoyed our stay thanks to the staff. Special thanks to housekeeping they take care of our room and cleaning every day .

the hotel is not worth the money. We lived here 8 days. after taking a shower, there is always a puddle of water on the floor. flushing in the toilet does not work well. The room is very dark. The bed isn't comfortable for sitting. You should ask for plates and dishes in the reception. there are cockroaches in the room!!! there are absolutely no places to store things, clothers, no closets. The wifi is very bad!!! The breakfast is poor. There are a lot Indian food,but not others. there were always not enough plates and cups for all the people at breakfast , we waited for 10 minutes. But the location is good. It takes 13 minutes to go to the promenade, 30 minutes to the beautiful park, 15 minutes to the metro. this place is quiet except for the mosque. prayers are very loud, with the windows closed, you wake up at night from the sound. the windows overlooked the mosque.

Excellent experience at this hotel, we came here with my friends it's good that the people around was kind and approachable. Thank to Miss Amery, she servers us with kindness and her effort was amazing. We did enjoy the stay the room, food all over we really did enjoy.

The rooms are great, but the service is so poor. Beware of the hidden charges that WILL come up at the end of your stay. Even after Agoda mentions that taxes are included, the staff and the manager is looking for reasons to keep the deposit you provide. Ensure you bring everything you require from outside, as anything you literally TOUCH is charged. There were other travellers arguing about the same as well.

The room is huge, clean n comfortable with beautiful view. Staff in housekeeping is helpful and friendly, Thanks to them they helps me to contact the day tour to make good. Breakfast was nice, variety of food choices. Overall I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Will definitely recommend friends to stay over here

The hotel is at the top of our list! Room was fantastic! Roomy one bedroom. Staff very friendly and attentive. Hotel was full. But the staff treated us as if we were the only ones there. Pool was amazing and great for kids ! ! Room cleaning daily which is good for pandemic time. Will definitely return 😊.

The worst hotel I have visited in my life, they do not care about the comfort of customers or cleanliness, and they may at any moment raise double the price of the room while your stay in it. They don't take your objection into account, I don't really recommend it to anyone.

Celebrated my daughter's birthday at spices and everyone enjoyed the food. Every dish on the buffet was delicious. Our party planner Mr. Ajith was extremely organized and made sure everything was taken care of. The guests were all impressed with the quality of the food.

The service is very good. The stuff is very helpful. We got everything we asked for. I would like to mention Amery, Shalv, Satesh, And wonderful Denise. It claims to be a 5-star hotel but it doesn't look like it. The only thing 5-star about it was the service, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were clean but extremely old fashioned like it was built in the 90s. Not enough parking space for guests if you are planning on renting a car.

Fully recommend stay at Mövenpick. Accommodation, staff and service is great. Have to highlight that cleaning service is much better than in other hotels where we stayed at. As my husband would say: "If you have a spill call Ram & Bhim." Guys keep up the good work! Fast and efficient

I am staying 10 days in this hotel. Really appreciate. Everything is fine and nice service.specifically breakfast staff is unbelievable given service. Buffet also very good.I love too much.
