I stayed in this hotel recently for five nights. The hotel can be awarded for its abysmal service. They have rats, bugs, cockroaches…etc. in the guest living room, the entire property smells very bad, and they don’t clean the room no matter how many requests we make. My room key wasn’t working, and I had been complaining for continuous three days. Each time when I want to enter I had to call someone to help, they don’t value the guest at all. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in in my life, please don’t ever prefer this one, we may fall sick easily due to their extremely unhygienic practice, and the entire room is affected by aerobic microbes. This is unbearable!!!

From last 7 years, each time I travel Dubai with family, I stay in regent palace hotel. But this trip I had a very worst experience staying in the hotel. Building is not cleaned from outside. Only hotel in Bur Dubai that is covered with dust and looks very shabby. Hotel should change their pictures as they don't have such beautiful lobby (old pic posted in web) due to adding more clubs. Housekeeping is absolutely pathetic as each time I had to ask for towels, bathing soaps etc. No vanity or dental kit available. Toilet leakage, exhaust making too much sound. Basement parking is weird as most of hotel items are kept and u hardly get any parking. Hotel stinks with liquor smell. We take hotel for a peace of mind. Night clubs sounds are very annoying and disturbing as you can't get proper sleep even room is in 4 floor. No heater for Swimming pool. We enquire first day and were told it's under repair just today. We checked again after 2 days, we were told same that it's under repair just TODAY. lied to us. Not recommended for singles/families at all. Not worth anymore. Next time I won't take this option to stay even if it's free.👎👎

Recently stayed here. The location is great. Close to the metro 🚇. The hotel is looking dated and needs some TLC. There are nightclubs attached, and in the hotel, they start at 10 pm until 4 am, so if you're a night bird, no problem, but it is loud. Please be aware of this. I would have thought that they would maybe upgrade the club area by introducing soundproofing, 🤔 could be a fantastic hotel.

I don’t know how much I should say terrible terrible terrible place that you can stay. This is not a hotel this is barn . I tried to change the three rooms all of them stink. I had to choose one of them.. I booked 5 nights. On my second day , I left that horrible place. Downstairs there is tonight club, loud music all night long no way you can get good sleep. It says four star hotel. It is no way close to none star hotel in Third World country. a state, many different countries in Africa and South America in many chaotic countries. I swear this is the worst hotel. I have stayed all my time. HOTEL PICTURES ARE NOT TRUE ORE MAY BE TAKEN 10 YEARS AGO. I saw the pictures and I booked result. All complete disaster.

Horrible Experience at REGENT PALACE HOTEL Dubai My stay at Regent Palace Hotel (Dubai) was nothing short of a nightmare! The lobby itself resembled a dated thrift store, with mismatched furniture and a distinct smell of stale air. I had higher expectations for a place that claims to be a 3/4star hotel. 1. As soon as we entered the hotel lobby, it was smelling of cigarettes all over the place. It was disastrous as I was travelling with my 1-year-old son. 2. Upon reaching the hotel, I requested the hotel to help me with sterilizing the milk bottles and helping me baby food. To my utter surprise, the hotel manager denied at first. Upon requesting, he did it for just 1 night. The next day I was denied stating that the hotel doesn’t provide such service. All they had to do was boil the bottle in hot water. I was already doing the washing part in the room. But still they denied on my face! 3. On numerous instances, the room service team never answered their phones. However, when they did; no one from the team hotel staff delivered what I had requested. I requested for a coffee mug and they weren’t able to give it for 2 hours. At last, I had to go to the hotel lobby myself and get the mug. On another occasion, I requested for water bottles; for that as well they took more than an hour. 4. The hotel has 3 nightclubs in it. So, from evening 7pm onwards, there is loud music in the hotel. Despite specifically requesting for a quiet room; I didn’t get one. They could have simply informed me in advance that they have nightclubs in the hotel and a quiet room won’t be possible. 5. The carpet felt like it hadn't been cleaned since a decade. The air conditioner in the room was another disaster. It was always chilly and there is no way we can control the temperature. The reception stated that they cannot do anything about it!! 6. The rooms are damn messy and in worst condition. Let's not forget the bathroom, a place that should be a sanctuary of cleanliness. Instead, it was a breeding ground for germs. Bathrooms aren’t deep cleaned. Lights in the room are dull and gives a very negative feeling. To top it all off, the staff's indifference to my concerns was the final blow. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. When I tried to address my grievances with the manager, I was met with a dismissive attitude and empty promises of improvement that I highly doubt will ever come to fruition. In conclusion, REGENT PALACE HOTEL is a pitiful excuse for a hotel. Save yourself the agony and book elsewhere if you value your sanity, hygiene, and overall well-being. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! This is NOT A KID FRIENDLY HOTEL AT ALL !!

The hotel staff are very accommodating and friendly. Everyone from the manager, the receptionist to the staff that cleans they all took very good care of me. This meant a lot to me as I was a woman traveling alone. The only negative is the building is not updated, but this is not a reflection on the wonderful employees. It’s a great location right next to the metro and also near alot of restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay here and so would stay again. 💕

I have stayed in many hotels, but the one I just described is the worst I have ever seen. The lights were not working, the ceiling was falling, there were cracks in the walls, and the rooms were horrible. The staff was incredibly arrogant and there were no room services available. They even charged for using the spoon provided for coffee. It was not safe to leave your luggage in the room, as some items went missing or were thrown in the dustbin. It was a total waste of money to stay there.

Manager ( his name is Poshan ) is unhelpful and was very rude to me as he doesn’t offer me any help or try to solve my issue and just told me what staff on reception has told me . As per booking site it says that my room has maximum capacity 3 persons however receptionist will decide the cost of third person. Manager rejected and to accept the third person and forcing me to take another room with additional 421 AEDs . I told him that we are coming from AUH and it is our first time to book with your hotel and we don’t it to be last time . He was just laughing and saying it is my mistake and my miss understanding for the rules !!! Incident happened on time 4:30 am . 29/10/2021 . The staff impression is they don’t want to help and don’t care about customers satisfaction .. staffs are not smiling at all to any customers as if they don’t get their salary!! You can check the cameras on that time .. at the end I waited in the lobby till morning until another person leave so I can go up !

Don’t believe the pictures, for whatever you pay this place isn’t worth it. As soon as I checked in the washroom was already used and not cleaned, ceiling is infested by rats!! And due to the clubs in the hotel music is so loud till like 3am. Put your money else where!!

One of the best stay options in Downtown. Location is super convenient, right there on the metro junction of Burjmann. Rooms are neat and clean, staff is super helpful and very professional. Multiple options for dining, would recommend RAdda Kitchen- delicious food with great ambience and entertaining live performances. Great value for money option from all aspects.

Very close to the metro station. All your sight seeing can be easily done by Metro thus saving time and money. Breakfast is good. Vegetarian options for Indians are very tasty. Only one improvement point. They provide only one bottle of drinking water per day. This is too less. Which means we need to purchase water. Either every floor should have a water dispenser, so that one can refill the bottle or there could be a single water cooler in reception area for refilling. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Old hotel with loud music till 330 am which reverberates through the hotel ( even till the 4th floor ) and disturbs your sleep. Room decor and upholstery seems ancient and not well maintained.

Standards of the hotel have dropped to prior pandemic. Service and rooms few years ago was top notch but now everything has gone down the drain. Rooms are not maintained and service levels have dropped. What shocked me is I called room service for an empty plate and they told me they would charge 10 dirhams for an empty plate.. I have travelled across the globe and no hotel charges for an empty plate except for regent palace. Complete disappointment

I stayed with my family for 6 nights and looked forward to a nice 4 star stay. However, I was shocked at the condition of the room. Carpets were torn, broken taps, mouldy bathtubs, broken /ac and hair dryer, wobbly mattress. The staff said they have been advised to NOT keep any amenities in the room unless specifically requested. Lots of cost cutting happening such as limited dishes on breakfast, no amenities in the rooms, lights remain off in dark corridors. Definitely more towards lower end of 3star.

This hotel is located just opposite to Burjuman shopping mall one of the best malls in Dubai and within 200 mts to metro station. This is the only attraction for this hotel. Rooms are pretty old with few rusted bathroom fittings and are moderately maintained. Room service is pretty bad. Breakfast is good and tasty. I don’t think this hotel deserves 4* rating

Very poor service specially the cleaners they will always bother you knoking your door to remind your check out time,, and very noisy they are fixing something that you can't even sleep properly,😑 and also the washroom is clogged what a bad experience i got, not good to suggest to others. ,,i think they need a renovation😁

  • 1/5 Shady D. 5 months ago on Google
Despite about it's noisy all of the night Despite about room and furniture is too old with zero maintenance and no renewable Despite that there is no variety in the breakfast The main problem was when there's electric shock in the room TV and black somke started coming from the back of the TV, the smoke detector didn't work, and when I called the reception they didn't send anyone to check what is the problem for more than 15 minutes till I called them again, and I tried to complain to the manager who was never available in the hotel, either he is in a day off or he is not coming before 1 o'clock or he will call you but it never happened for three days till I left the hotel So actually, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will never reserve this hotel again, even if it will be for free.

Been visiting this hotel for years. The proximity to Burjaman Metro and the Burjaman Mall is a big big plus. Recently in the visits last many months found the up keep of the rooms much better. All credit goes to Mr Naushad - Housekeeping Manager. Will recommend this hotel as value for money.

Great Location but unfortunately the service is no where close to 4 Star property as rated I was looking forward for a business meeting with the Manager but I was told that he is busy by the lady receptionist. Washroom has leaking flush without proper shower curtains. Attendant at the breakfast was very polite and professional. It was a disappointment as a 4 star property, it should be only 2 Star as far as cleanliness and service is concerned. It is a 5 star location but not capable of attracting clients from the other neighboring properties. Maybe the nature of business conducted is different.

  • 2/5 Mohamed AL D. 1 year ago on Google
Location is good , front of burjuman mall and metro station Don’t book with breakfast, the buffet serving only Indian foods , no international breakfast, or cheese. You can get only quiet room at 5th floor, otherwise, will be disturb with club music up to 4 AM. You can not reach easily the Housekeeping , or reception over phone! I called 5 times with no answer and had to get down to reception to request my order. Furnitures are old , and hotel parking not organized and smelly Think you shouldn’t pay more than 200 AED per night with this hotel.

  • 5/5 Sisira K. 1 year ago on Google
Stayed on the 4th floor. The music from the clubs weren’t loud enough to interrupt my sleeps. The room is very clean. Its just some stuffs are old, but they are clean. Cleaning room everyday during your stay is optional. Comfortable bed. Soap smells good (lotion smells a little too strong) great great location.

Faced many problems 1. understaffed 2.food is okay 3. maintenance is not up to the mark. 4. water temp control was out of order. hot water was coming 24 hrs. complained to staff. but they could not solve. 5. swimming pool area is dirty. very poorly managed. 6. gym was okay positive: 1. Near metro station 2. many good indian restaurants nearby. 3. receptionist was polite

you will be welcomed by a extremly loud music, because they have 3 or possibly more Dance Clubs. A very louf music will be played all night, upto 4am. If you like heavy base thumps in your ears while sleeping, this is the right place for you. Toilet was fully clean with a little bit of stains in the seat. flush works properly but need to pull it a couple of times. Electricity is also modernazid (at least one of the sockets was working)! Bed sheets were washed, there was a nice smell in the room..(like it was never been vacumed) Also, the breakfast will be served in a Bar, with a large menu of 6 items.(eggs, bread, oh yes toaster was out of order..) Tea was fantastic.

Completely unsatisfied. Though the hotel has its own charisma and atmosphere, but it needs a lot of renovation and elementary fixing. The water closet works only with the 3 or 4 attempt, the bath is leaking and therefore the wall in my room is wet. WiFi works outside the room. Many noisy restaurants inside, music till late night.

It's good access to the nearest metro station, and the hotel is 4 star, but staying is likely no star at all. I guess the bed and all is century decade and so with the smell! 🤥😐😷

Got good deal on Agoda and seeing the 4 star hotel available in price of 3 star so we selected it. We stayed 6 nights there and issues related to flush, wash basin and swimming pool which we reported on first day were not solved ever. They have very few staffs, you can not expect a decent service with it. In breakfast time also only one staff was managing everything. He was nice and was doing everything he could but we had to wait quite long if asked something. I liked it location due to availability of lot of great veg restaurants around and Burjman mall. Other than location no positive for this hotel, so will suggest to choose any other hotel in the nearby area. And don't be fooled by 4 star rating, any 3 star hotel will give better service.

I am writing regarding to my complain on what happens last time to one of your Branch at Rockys Cafe bar at burjuman . We decided to go to this bar to unwind with my fiancee. While he was ordering the waitress wearing green inner with black coat and pants  short hair ht 5'2 eyes little round and shes kabayan as per manager shes Ms. Paula from reception. The scene  her right hand at back of my fiancee and the other hand his upper shoulder I simply removed  her hand to my fiancee back  and she makes face after I did that still I smile at her . She offer 5pcs bottle with food she tell it 3x . Since my fiancee hungry he choose that menu. After my fiancee tell to the waitress to ask me about the food  .when the waitress heard from my fiancee ask what I like  the  waitress refuse and tell that promotion is no longer available to me only 6pcs bottle. By mis understood my fiancee think I change the order.  He shouted me in front of his friend and humiliate me .  Since its a bar he cannot hear my explanation bec of the music . So I talk the waitress  properly and tell to her to talk my fiancee to tell the truth  two times I ask her and she answered me No from the last time I talk to her Until we go home my fiancee angry to me and until we left at the bar still she didn't do anything to fixed it . Instead we unwind  it ruined our night. I posted my review in order for the management to do an action so that it will never happened to other customer that will cause fight.and for the management to be aware and trained their staff to be proper and avoid do flirty movement specially if man is with her fiancee But on my side I choose to be calm so that not to cause fight and do the proper and profesional action same I'm doin now .Maybe if it is happen again to other customer it will cause fight inside the bar. So that it will never repeat it to other I try to reach out on you to be aware regarding to your staff actions..... and talk to their waitress set limit coz what I see shes hugging my fiancee and I am in front of them . its happened Fri. Great location near the metro station interchange of both red and green lines. It's right opposite Burjuman Mall and Carrefour shopping area. Day to day stores are close by. Rooms are good and the staff are always smiling and very responsive. Linen is changed on demand. Toiletries provided are just adequate. Had breakfast once. Fairly good spread and well prepared. Gym could have been better maintained. The only other negative point is that the music played in the three party rooms till late in the night/ early morning was rather loud and disturbing. Otherwise a great place to stay.

This hotel was terribly disappointing. There's a bar downstairs that blasts loud music every night until 4 a.m., making it absolutely impossible to sleep. I strongly advise against booking this hotel if you have sleeping difficulties, suffer from heart conditions, or value a peaceful stay. The constant noise is intolerable and completely ruins the experience.
