Rude guest relation staffs. We were couples and very inconsiderate that even a lady/ female is there. We took room for 2 adults in morning and in evening when came along with second person, simply creating issues , asking us pay more money at the counter pointing out that second persons , name was not entered while check in even when they knew that it was mistake of there front desk staff who forgot to enter. It was around 1.30 am night and after a hard days work we just want to relax but we were forced to check out at midnight. Never ever we faced such issues even in renowed hotels where there was no humanitarian consideration at all. Customers/ Guests to be treated in respectful manner.

It's been 2 years...plus, since Covid where we went for a drink with friends in the popular local watering hole NASHA @ fortune karama hotel... The renovated bar , ambience, service & staff 👌 ...south indian food from Rasa, ( talk 2 the bar guy or specific south Indian small bites..masala vada, golli bajis, mixed pakoras.. Rooms are old, bathroom is a bit rusty, and the corridors are smelly, false advertising there is no pool and the balcony had two outdoor ac pieces, there 8 clubs or bars downstairs, you may encounter drunk people, at one night a drunk person tried to open my room. To be fair the staff is kind and daily room service but not recommended for families.

My most horrible experience to date. My booking stated that I would pay at the property, so I gave my card details and made the reservation. However, when I arrived, they had already attempted to charge my card and had cancelled the reservation, stating that your bank denied the payment. My question is why they attempted to charge my card when the reservation was made on the basis of to pay at the property. When I arrived, I was informed that it had been cancelled and that additional fees would apply if I needed a room. In emergency I had to reserve a different hotel because my family was travelling with me. Very incompetent individuals. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Dubai on a family vacation.

The lady on the reception needs a customer service lesson. She was rude on the call when called reception. I am not smoker. My room was smelling full of cigarette smell but there was no window. I was not given another room when requested to change because of bed smell. Avoid if you can.

Pics says it all! Stay out of this hotel. It is a very old building. It leaks when it rains. There is vent in the rusty old toilet and in the morning you can see dark dust clouds on the floor(also in pics which came through it. See how untidy and dangerously maintained the gym is(construction materials and glass slides in pic)? I had itchy skin all over my body from the moment I stayed there. You can see the balcony of the room in the pic. When asked they say"balcony is closed, you cannot open it". How would people with dignity stay here????

It was a terrible place, not suitable for families, single women. I reserved a room online for my cousin who was visiting from Bahrain for a week. The place I picked had no mention of visitor restrictions online. I only wanted to briefly store her luggage and check on her for 10 minutes. However, the people at the front desk, *Abhilash or Abhishek* (i forgot the name ) , were rude and disrespectful. They even refused when I offered my ID, even though the website said visitors were allowed. In reality, they only seemed to allow certain high-class guests, especially those with overnight companions (Ladies) .

Better move that woman to the kitchen to wash the dishes.No one should take a room here if they want to have a decent experience.

Closest hotel near the ADCB metro. Only the disappointment is that they charges extra if we give wrong name of the second guest for double occupancy booking. I had already paid for double occupancy and while checking-in they asks who will be the second guest. Unfortunately the name was not matching the passport of the second guest when they checked-in due to which I had to pay again which is very illogical and and front desk staff is not at all helpful. I had requested for the refund but they didn't process it and they not even allowed to speak to the duty manager. Plus they don't allow visitors unlike other hotels. I really didn't liked the rules that the hotel adheres. The housekeeping staff kept on knocking the door continously even though "Do not Disturb" was tagged just because his shift was getting over and he had to clean the room. I had to step out of my room for him to clean it. Very disappointed with all of this.

Not even worth it for 1 star we booked for 2 person. the room is too dusty, ac is not working, loud noise from the bar, visitor is not allowed in the room need to pay extra charge even though my friend will leave after few hours, it should be written in the booking site that visitors not allowed here.. Fortune karama hotel is one of the worst hotel in dubai instead of relaxing experience it turned to stressful and depressing experience.. Reception staff are not accomodating they're rude not helpful at all.. I dont know if they're trained in hospitality cuz i dont think they are fit to work in this kind of business.. Enjoyed the location beside Dubai ADCB Metro Station and delicious food had in Rasa restaurant, peaceful area. Polite staffs. Hotel sraffs will guide you to free car parking. Booking facility available. Hot, soft drinks available here.

Rooms are neat and clean with convenient location. only issue was the AC water leaking and the bell desk guy being annoying everytime we walks in (me and my male friend who booked the room) asking which room we are in and saying visitors are not allowed in the room while we booked for two of us.

Visited with my family and friends family on 18.12.21. Beer and starters were decent. One suggestion is they could have mentioned from 4pm to 7pm is the Happy Hours. We had ordered a tower beer and the offer is not valid on that. When the bill came only we happened to know about the happy hour. Ambience and food quality was good.

don't stay in this hotel. there is music blasting from the bar below until 3am, every day. walls are banging from the music.

Long stay with them and all of them doing their best to help and make comfortable stay..management, reception and room sevice all great staff, although its challenging sometimes but they do their best to solve it..highly recommended

It was a horrible hotel, the worst hotel I ever booked for my client, They Checked out after 1 Hr due the the bad behaviour of the staff, They don't even know the meaning of hospitality, too many fishy /suspicious things happening there. Every time you go out and go inside, Staff come behind and ask , Do you have a booking here, show ur id etc. Very dirty and dusty hotel. Never ever book it, especially for families. I had to book my guest to another hotel immediately.

Ratsky pubs is good ambiance, only singers some time do like drama😀. 🎤 and 📢 🎼different. Other ambiance are good. But don’t take room from hotel. Receptionist behaving like we take it’s room freely or he sponsored 🙃. In my suggestion in that area better I suggest park Regis kris kin hotel. Same budget better facilities and better treat you got from there. Only my experience I said .

I tried their South Indian restaurant rasa restaurant where they served bandas (means squid in English) in oil fry which was delicious and scrumptious!!Then I wanted to try ghee roast so they suggested with lobster ghee roast which was again amazing . Fortune hotels has good name and the hospitality and the associates are very helpful!!

Though the hotel seems old it was a very good option for price given , nearby dubai frame and other major landmarks. Food was good and room was also satisfactory.

The location of this hotel make it the perfect destination to stay. They have Metro nearby with the walking distance of 200 m. The restaurants are available nearby within the radius of 500 m. Also the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall Mall of Emirates. Everything is 15 minutes away from the Metro, the rooms of the hotel is coded. They provide well AC room. Also they have the pub at the ground floor which operates in the evening. Only downside about this place is the parking which is not available to everyone and they charge 20 dirham for an hour.

The best place to stay if you are a Metro traveller. 1 min walk to ADCB metro. You are on the redline and very easy to go to any place fast. Hotel has clubs in the front portion and sometimes it is disturbing in Nights due to loud music. The best hotel to stay in Budget.

Its not good place i try the spa but is not profisonal its my first time that the therapist sit on my back while she is doing massages even i pay cheap but it should be in a proper massage how she deliver like she need more training how to handle the guest next time be careful im sorry to say that she did not do well as being therapist..

Decent hotel, but has much room for improvements such as, hotel facilities availability & cleanliness, room facilities to properly function (A/C broken all the time, even after “fixing”), staff kindness and less “take it or leave” attitude. Decent price for the hotel, if you have long stay. Otherwise, not worth its value. Speaking of value, they definitely could use an upgrade in the entire hotel because it seems like it’s an old hotel from the 90’s.

I spent the quarantine period before moving to KSA. Hotel in indian neighborhood. Basic services are there. The breakfast is so limited. Food options outside are ther. Room need maintenance, no proper AC, minibar in room empty, leaked washroom, no Iron available on room, no slippers but rooms are cozy and big that's an advantage.

I am the regular customer who using this hotel services... They providing So many Bars and Massage Parlours. Today January 15th morning 02.45 am I JUST CAME TO VISIT THEIR SOUTH INDIAN DANCE BAR WITH KERALA TRADITIONAL DRESS. UNFORTUNATELY ONE OF THEIR MAIN ENTRANCE'S SECURITY GUARD IS BLOCKED ME AND HE BEHAVED LIKE I AM A BEGGAR. AND HE INSULT ME REGARDING MY TRADITIONAL DRESS, Because he said the reason is UAE Hotel Law is not allowing to enter with a kerala traditional dress. I Don't know is the UAE Hotel law banned kerala tradional dress or He Don't like me because of my dress code. When he talked like this nonsens, i just told him its fine and i am going back. After that when i am meeting one of my friend, he just came and said like I WILL ALLOW YOU TO ENTER, JUST GO AND SIT IN THE CORNER OF THAT DANCE BAR. How he is telling like that, this hotel is serving this with free of cost ??? If there is any dought they can check their CCTV Cameras. I don't know why this hotel management is hating kerala people this much !!! Every body knows this hotel condition and what are the activites are going there.
