    This hotel has made my dubai vacation a nightmare Worst hotel to stay in. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They refused to give even cutlery. The staff is very rude the would not even replace towels. We had booked four rooms and there were cocroach in one room and spiders in other. The rooms were stinking. The food is not at all good Not at all worth the price

    Omega Hotel is a good hotel with nice clean rooms, small swimming pool and friendly staff. I stayed here for one month and want to emphasize friendly and helpful staff. Thanks to polite and hardworking house keeping attendant Shri Ram Swami for cleaning of my room. All receptionists are very helpful and attentive. And some words about breakfast. It’s nice and tasty, variety of menu is pretty well with accent to Asian food. Tthanks a lot to all kitchen workers for brilliant work. Hotel is located some far from metro (10 minutes by walk).

    I stayed here for 9 days. The staff is very rude especially the women which is at reception. If you complain or either request for something they show pathetic behaviour. Room service is very bad. After calling 3-4 times they will not show up. Towels are very old. Smokey smell in washroom. They say it's a 4 star hotel but it seems to be a 2 star hotel.

    I got an upgraded room, a relaxing huge and comfortable room. The breakfast was great.👌 The staff in the reception was friendly when I did the check-in. The lobby was the cosy and good ambience. I recommend to you all to stay in the hotel.

    We booked it through agoda for a week but their pathetic service didn't allow us to stay and we checked out after staying 3-4 days, The reason is their own rules ask for a dinner plate they'll charge you 10 AED, Ask for butter knife they replied Sir it isn't allowed not even extra glass. Not Recommended

    Zero hospitality by receptionist. Rude behaviour by lady. They don’t need customers, it seems. Room cleaning was bad. We stayed 7 days but I recommend to ignore this hotel at all. Never ever book this hotel. Staff is rude especially the lady at reception.

    Stayed for 7 nights on a family holiday, we had booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child. After check in, once we had arrived in our room we had only been given one double bed for the 3 of us, after having discussed this with reception staff we were told we have to pay an extra 110 dirhams each night for an extra sofa bed. Nothing like this was stated at the time of booking, I spoke to several managers, which seemed to be a waste of time, in the end we resorted to the 3 of us sharing 1 bed. Each day we were faced with issues e.g. room not being cleaned properly, no toilet rolls given, no towels, water bottles, shampoo, shower gels etc... nothing was ever topped up, only after making several phone calls down to reception, that's if they were bothered to anwser the call, would they send housekeeping up with one item at a time. Finally, our check-out experience was probably the worst I have ever experienced having travelled to many countries. We were accused of not paying the tourist tax, which we had paid directly to the manager Christine on the second day of arrival, when having asked her for a receipt, she refused to give it and informed us that we would get an invoice upon check-out. The manager had denied that we paid her the money, so we were left in a dilemma, with our driver waiting outside for us, we were already late for the airport. They argued that we haven't paid and they will check all the CCTV from the day we arrived, which would've taken a couple of hours. We left in the end, it was a clear scam to fork more money out of us, but we didn't buy it and they realised that.

    Highly disappointing stay.. We stayed here for 2 days .Their staff is arrogant and not willing to help. Breakfast was lame They even blamed us for stealing hand towel and when we challenged them that if they don't find it in our bags we will file a defamation case, they backed out. I suggest everyone not to stay here . I have been to so many places and hotels, this hotel was the worst one. A strict no no....

    We stayed here for 4 days during our trip to Dubai. The staff is very humble & was always on their toe to help us with our needs. Food: On our request, they specially prepared jain food for us. That too, not just one dish, but about 3 dishes. The funny part was the hotel was full of gujjus. There were at least 20 people that checked in after we did.

    Hotel is fine for the Indian's. location is not appropriate as if you are visiting for the 1st time we need to go to the market the market seems very far from this hotel I always took the taxi and it cost me more than ₹500 to go to the taxi for one way. One of the very bad habits is of during the breakfast as they say that you can only visit for the 1 it's not good as the Dubai hospitality is very good and this hotel seems to have a very different opinion on that.

    Very average. Had to change room as the previous guest was heavy smoker and room was like a gas chamber. The next room had no window and was claustrophobic. The buffet had a good spread.

    disappointing. the photos do not correspond to reality, the rooms are much smaller than promised. room cleaning is not provided, you have to request it every day. and even when the request is made, it is not done. the breakfast is pitiful. the hotel swimming pool with a view of the cemetery, and the pool is large enough to accommodate ducks not adults. the staff are not friendly except for 2 nice men. to avoid for long stays.

    I really wanted to give reviews after my stay got completed but can't control to give this hotel my reviews even when I am still staying and has one night still left. We really got scared seeing so many negative reviews as we had already made booking by then. But I must say our stay is going amazing. On our first day only they upgraded our rooms to family suite and deluxe suite where we booked for three standard rooms. Hotel staff is very courteous starting reception to room service.. I found everything at its best whatever I could have expected from my stay.

    When in Dubai during winter when and weather is nice.. Remember, if you have no choice but to stay in this hotel please consider the street.. It's cleaner, nicer, doesn't smell of urine and smoke and the air is fresher.

    A nice and clean place to stay in Bur Dubai. Many nice restaurants and cafes are located around. Rooms are clean and in house restaurant serves good food and coffee. In house SPA is also good to relax and rejuvenate

    During check-in they updated our room to suite. The property is clean, Mr. Mahendra kept our room in great condition. Restaurant’s staff was very friendly. Only breakfast could be more varied, it’s just to add some yellow cheese or ham.

    My stay at omega hotel (bur dubai) from 02 august 2023 till 05 august 2023 room number A418 it was amazing because of their staff mr shabbir he made me to feel like home he behaved with me like a family member super, especially I want to say thank you to the omega hotel management and ceo or (owner of this property) your hotel staff Mr. Shabbir (room cleaner) this fellow his behaviour was excellent his attitude and his command of speaking English excellent. keep it up best of luck Have a wonderful day.

    I don't get use to give a review in this portal but it's make my heart broke since Iam working in hospitality Industry, from the lobby to reception the staffs are rude, give us a frawn face, not smiling, not accomodating and how they throw the card room in front of you thats disrespectful we chose to stay in this hotel coz my sister give this booking as a gift for my eldest son and today his birthday.we will not forget the experience we had in this hotel we call to ask for a tissues in our room they said they will come, 2nd they are too fast to drop the call without asking anything else we can do but Some of the room attendant are very polite as well as the pool guy. Lastly the room smell was terrible.

    Had a nice stay for 4 days. I was lucky to get an upgrade due to rush for rooms. Complementary break fast is ideal for a South Indian. The reception team as well as the service staff behaviour was exemplary.

    I am deeply upset while giving this review, never had this kind of experience in my years of living in dubai. First of all as we entered the room number 605, just yesterday there was this pungent smell of furniture which they claimed to be gone in hours but it did not go in 24hrs. The entire lobby was smelling. Lift was not clean. On top of it, I was using hotel iron, the wire got burst and room got short circuit, and the black powder of bursted wire spoiled my t-shirt. Their management is so bad, their system weren't even notified that a room has experienced short circuit. The HV ac (ventilation system) was so poor, there was humidity and watery moisture all over the room, and table. My laptop got moisture on it. Bedsheets were so old. And when we complained about the iron they said we can not do anything about it.

    It was great experience staying at Omega hotel. It has neat and clean rooms. Staff is polite. It is located around 900 m from Sharaf DG metro exit 2 and around 1.2 km from al ghubaiba bus station. While checking out I left my phone near reception and the staff helped me return it to me. Overall great experience. Must stay here.

    Very nice hotel to stay for vacation. Staff is super friendly, breakfast is good (both veg and non veg). Definitely recommend it. But be careful about fraudsters roaming outside of this hotel. They gonna offer u fake apple products on cheaper prices. Do not fall for the traps.

    Pros - 1. Great Rooms 2. Good Breakfast 3. Got supermarkets within 500 meters. Cons - 1. Far from metro station ~ 1.2 kms 2. Small bed ~ little big than Queen but not king size. Extra bed costs 150 AED per night.

Food mostly are indian cuisines, since i am Filipina and my husband is Arabic they'd still provided us breakfast that will surely please our taste buds. Excellent Team! Keep up the good work..

    We stayed at this hotel throughout our 9days trip. I shall write down Pros and Cons of the Hotel in very blatantly and direct. Pros 1. Location is an advantage 2. Executive Rooms are spacious and good standard 3. Ethnicity wise also works in favor for Indian crowd 4. Check-in experience was Ok Cons 1. Only two lifts for roughly 120 rooms (they have two wings A & B), we were largely put in B only but two lifts that accommodates only 4 folks 2. The breakfast/Food lounge area was way too small it can only accommodate 50 pax in each side of the wing 3. The food quality was ok not that great 4. Very limited veg food options considering the kind of crowd the hotel is accommodating 5. The food taste was horrible, trust me its so bland more than 90% of the time we had bread butter and very less of the main breakfast food 6. Its a tourist location and hence every tourist shall be leaving from Hotel at 9.30am or 10am so its obvious that maximum crowd shall come at same time, so the hotel couldn't manage the same at all. It was a horrible experience where we couldn't even get a single spoon and had to wait 15mins for the spoon. 7. Only 2 bell boys catering to 248/238 rooms across both the wings. I had checked in my luggage by myself and when checkout also we took the luggage as they are always occupied and they were helpful but then had very limited time to cater the guests.

    Good location from the airport, very good location from Meena bazaar and bur Dubai area. You can walk as it is very close to the top Indian restaurants in the area. We had lunches in Bombay basera and dinner in Swadesh daily in our week long stay here in Dubai. We are a family of three coming from Mumbai and we are doctors. We could literally walk just 5 mins to both the above restaurants whose reviews I have already put on google and here on Trip advisor. Promixity of the hotel is good. Room is food, strong airconditioning, good beds and comfortable stay. Housekkeeping staff is good, but reception and even hotel manager are not service oriented. Not very warm and welcoming. I ordered two mobiles form amazon and it was with difficulty that I had to convince them that if I am not in the room it does not hurt to leave a message on my mobile registered with the hotel that my delivery from amazon has arrived. ( for the second tie they did after arguing with them in the first delivery). It was a very matter of factly and curt reply even at the manager level that "If they ring your room and even if you are having breakfast at their hotel only and naturally you can't pick up the intercom in the room" , subsequently it is not their business to inform you. You are allowed two/three complimentary watre bottles per day only. Rest water you need to buy ( better buy form nearly 24x7 stores they are very cheap we could get 1.5 LX6 bottles for as low as 5 -7 AED ( two packs at a time ) buy from the 24x7 ECD, day to day stores etc. Even on the day of check out which is 12 pm they make you buy water. Fortunately though my package included complimentary breakfast ( which is not the case here, albeit it is the standard of service in any hotel all over the world) they are allowing me to have complimentary breakfast on the day of check out. Thank God !!! Things work better if you tell at the reception that you might put in a good review in google or Trip advisor. Sharaf DG ( I read good reviews before coming) which sells authentic electronic products very cheap is just walking distance from here. I bought the latest airpods gen 3 and Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds ( not available in India as on now at cheap prices though it is Diwali festival running on amazon.in) and apple airpods 3rd generation ( both latest) and couple of magsafe 10000 mAH powerpacks from here ( and dont forget to collect your VAT refund bills with your passport) from here. Overall not highly recommended , lot of good points, breakfast is good and tasty. Service of housekeeping staff is excellent, very polite and courteous but not of the manager at the reception or the reception people themselvelve. They have a little air and superciliray attitude not suitable for this industry.

    Dear worst Hotel in the whole entire universe, this hotel is really bad and it is haunted. There are really bad energies our room energy is attacking us, at night, when we go to the washroom we see shadows when they are actually shadows, and not our clothes hanging from the back of the door The food is really disgusting and it’s all raw. The only thing good here is clear chicken soup But it’s really expensive and the portion is very Less The staff is very rude and the number of janitors are very less. They throw our stuff without even asking us. We don’t get enough sleep at night, Because of The uncomfortable bed they try to charges for every single thing including ice and hot water. they charge for shifting extra beds from one to another They even take the money of the room service at the right time we ordered it and not after our checkout I really wanted to give this Hotel a zero star but that’s not possible as Google won’t take it and Omega if you delete this You will regret opening this Hotel Because you deleted one of my friends review How dare you?!!!!! don’t come in this hotel It is the worst hotel in the whole world It is in front of a graveyard The room which are in front of a graveyard are tinted So that we don’t get to know there’s a graveyard in front of the hotel and the rest of the rooms which are Not in front of the graveyard are non-tinted you should not come to this hotel. You should rather stay at home. The spa and massage here is so unhygienic And the pool is seen so good in the photos.     The worst hotel ever. Not 4 star from any angle. I would say 2 star max. Horrible service, very rude staff. They try to extort money every opportunity they get. At this point its giving a beggars vibe.. Dropped the room keycard inside the room itself and forgot it. Room service cleaned it away and then they started asking to pay to get another one to enter the room. Every hotel gives 2 cards, what's with this one. When you order food from room service, they ask for payment right away instead of adding it to the room bill when checking out. They even delivered food to the wrong room, took wrong orders etc. And when we finally got the food, the server just stood there asking for money. The quantity was way too less, it was cold and not even good. The buffet food sucks and chicken is literally half RAW. Ew salmonella.. There are dead roaches on the stairs, lifts are so smelly and super slow. The location is so far away from everything and it has no amenities but they market it as a 4 star hotel. Crazy. If they're so poor, they shouldn't make a hotel to give such horrible service. Even when ppl are injured, they say ice cubes are chargeable. Front desk staff are rude and I don't blame them. Working at this hotel even I would be. Plus, its literally built in front of a GRAVEYARD. That's why room windows are tinted and locked up making us feel like it's a prison. I hated my experience so much, its traumatic. Don't make the mistake of booking here, you will regret.

    My experience with the from office was not good at all. No one from reception sounded professional even not their reservation desk. We had make family booking through goibibo they were like speak to goibibo we are not responsible for booking, a family of 4 can stay on a king size bed. Very unhappy welcome by this hotel…it was a last visit

    It has been a bad experience for me. I visited with family &, friends of mine. Rooms were good and decent to stay with family. It has all the basic ammenities. But the issue was hotel staff was not at all co operative be it at reception, housecleaning staff or restaurant. The reception folks were not receptive of the issues we had and were ignorant, housecleaning never 2 gave towels/napkins/water bottles. We had to clarify them why we need them and later we'll be handed over. If we ask for 2, they'll bring one and later go back and get 1 more. If you ask for extra plates and cups, the staff said its chargeable per peice. The food at restaurant was good but the staff was not good at all. They were not with mark with the pace and the guests had to wait in order to get food, crockery and basic stuff. If you complain, they'll nod and wont get it on spot. Overall based with daily tariff its good but we faced alot of issues with the overall staff of the hotel. You"ll have to tell multiple times for the things to get done.

    Wonderful hotel to spend your vacation in Dubai. Easy access to many tourist spots via metro and taxis availability. Wonderful continental and Indian breakfast with many varieties. The rooms are hygiene and cleaned everyday making it a pleasant stay for us. The staff are excellent and respond quickly to any necessities. Overall worth for the standards provided by Omega hotel.

    On a friend's recommendation, we went there but to our surprise the hotel was poor. Absolutely unhappy with their customer service. Reasons: - Wasn't allowed to modify the booking date despite our booking having a modification facility. - Hotel didn't give us an empty plate in the room. Haven't seen a hotel denying such a basic thing. - Room service wasn't done twice during our stay. The cleaning staff told me that "He was busy". When in your life did you hear a hotel giving you that as a reason? - Poor room service. Only bed was made. Rest all things stayed as-is. No brooming was done during my entire stay of a week. - Jet spray was leaking water which kept our bathroom wet all the time. The room service guy absolutely ignored this. Didn't care much about the leak. - Lack of customer service during the breakfast. Were shown policy attitude instead of ensuring that the guest's smaller requests are taken care of. - Bottle opener is a normal tool in the kitchen. We were denied that when we asked for it. - Perhaps the staff is new or untrained or they just didn't care what their guests feel like. Nor once we were asked about our feedback about the stay. - Okies food quality.

    Excellent experience 😍 Located just near the city(perfect location),the hotel is clean.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides you almost every facilities from good rooms to desert safari ,spa, gym and swimming pool. Specially I like there breakfast very much.Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families:). You won’t regret,just be there:)

    I like the the room was very clean and arranged very well . The staff was so kind and helpful all the time . Also they upgraded my booking as it was standard room into a big suite that I like it too much I really recommend this hotel to everyone. It was my first experience in omega hotel but will repeat it again and again as it's in the center of Dubai .. anything around you 10 minutes by car

    Non coperative staff and loots. I was denied my credit shell and refund inspite of informing the hotel on time. I was detected covid positive at the Delhi airport and couldn't travel. I informed the hotel front desk and they denied my refund. Even the supervisor Mr Damodar disconnected my International Call giving a rude response. The staff is so rude that they dont understand the medical emergency. I wrote multiple emails to the hotel but didnt receive any reply from them. Please note i made my booking on 24th Jan night and after getting covid positive on 25th at the airport, i requested them to either provide refund or credit shell but they denied. Very bad behaviour. Other hotels in Dubai understand but these people are so bad. Very disappointed. Please help me get my money back or a credit shell so that i can use in future. Please dont do this to people as they invest money and feelings in their travel and you people dont understand the medical emergency.

    Management must re visit all area of concern and make it possible to fix. Time of checked Inn, room were not ready, room service takes 30 mints to set twin bed. Room cleaning services are rated zero, as see pictures all tops are dirty. How they fix Covid-19 protocol. Brake fast siting area too congested, serving area very small, very low availability of English Breakfast, no nice choices. Front desk staff need full training to maintain customer rights under booking policy, hotel are running internal policy, which is pre design, they must change policies and procedures for EU and global business traveller, I stayed only 3 days, when my working colleague join me in same hotel, they start asking to pay more, even I booked this hotel for 10 days, they refuse me with arrogant style. I checked out on middle of night and booked ibis hotel, much batter then this. Business traveler must check there policies before booking this hotel. I feel total DISAPPOINTED.. they took the money for not providing services as per request. Ibis hotel Mall of Emirates much batter then this hotel, loads of Fresh English Breakfast.....

    The service was incredible. The staff members are welcoming and especially Parvez the cleaning guy. Very helpful and nice. He is a nice guy and the hotel is really nice. Nice rooms, situated in a good area with convenient facilities. I will sure come back and I recommend it to tourist visiting Dubai 😘🥰💃

    It was a good stay with overall excellent service. Easy to access metro station from here. Indian Breakfast was also good. Only thing is they don't provide extra water bottles.

    We likes the services very much. Staff is amazing and we could not dream of staying in other hotel. They have a gift shop and it has multiple varities which we liked it. Breakfast and rooms are really good.

    Worst hotel until asked they will not give water. Should not talk loud in lobby. Rooms not clean. AC not working . Very small rooms no ventilation & hotel is “”opposite to burial ground”” Not worth for the money. Other hotels in that area much better .

    The staff was cordial and very accommodating with our requests. The rooms very tidy, spacious and bathrooms clean. It is a tourist hotel meant for B&B, and it is good at that. Their breakfast is mostly Indian spread. Located very close to bur Dubai souk and the museum. Has many indian restaurants nearby.

    I was motorcycling around the middle East and rolled into Dubai pretty late in the evening and I chanced upon Omega hotel. The entrance looked appealing and it also seemed to have a safe parking for my motorcycle. Without hesitating..I parked my motorcycle and walk in and starting from the word go...the experience was absolutely impressive. From the front desk manager Chetan and other employees like Sanket, they made me feel very welcome. They didn't have to do this, but they even sent me a basket of fruits to my room. The security helped with a safe and secured spot for my bike and ensure he would keep a watch over it. Not sure many hotels will go to such lengths to keep their guests comfortable. Omega did this..and beyond. The room was mighty spacious with extremely an comfortable bed. And the food at the restaurant was delicious. I had a fab time staying here and will look to visit them again (motorcycle or without) . And the proximity to the city center is quite good as well. Overall, I would rate a 10 out of 5 :-) Thanks to all from Omega hotel in making my experience absolutely memorable.

    One of the best hotel in bur Dubai. Good pure veg Breakfast, very good and helping staff specially Mr. Chetan. Swimming pool is good. Very good location lots of Indian restaurant is nearby hotel. For Jain people and pure veg people, this is very good hotel. I'll definitely stay in this hotel whenever I visit again to Dubai. Thank you Omega hotel.

    It was amazing hotel stay in omega. Very nice hotel rooms and service also is very nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very easy accessible to all main attractions in Dubai. Would definitely recommend this hotel for my family and friends.

    A very bad experience on being there for a week. Specially the reception staff is too rude and they answer you like they really don't need you. And they sell a water bottle at 4 AED which you can buy at less than 1 but a little far from there. So, they are literally robbing us for even such a kind of vital things.

    This hotel is an excellent choice for families. Swimming pool is good. All the facilities such as gym and steam room are really very good. Staffs are supportive and friendly. Nice breakfast. Very easy accessible to all main attractions.

    This hotel is an excellent choice for families for pleasant stay without any regrets.. Thanks to Mr. Cheetan and its team for excellent hospitability and free upgrade.. The checkin process was super quick with smiles all around… The rooms are clean, big with all toiletries, essentials and comfortable mattress. I strongly recommend to included breakfast as no one will get disappointed with available choices. The location and parking is definitely a plus to move around.

    Before giving feedback for the hotel, I would like to thank the hotel staff especially Mr. Sonu (Manager) and his team for advising on the function activities, menu items, extending your support step ahead in decorating the hall and personalised services, flexibility on the timings and importantly on the commercials. Hotel was clean, decorated, all staffs were supportive and could see the team spirit. Lunch was delicious and all invitees were happy with the arrangement and food variety.
