Our staycation at the hotel was amazing, we enjoyed it. The balcony room had a beautiful sea view, and the service was great. We loved the delicious South Indian breakfast at backwaters Restaurant. It was a perfect getaway.

Visited first time to this place and was very happy about their services, and Mr Devendra was very polite and welcoming who has guided us very well in all aspects, and the welcoming gesture either check-in and check-out was flawless, appreciate the hotel staff, services and the location, and i feel if someone would like to visit just relaxing and feeling calm without any distractions that this is the right place to choose.

The room and place not worth the price you pay. The staff were RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. The Supervisor Devendra and staff named: Sweet were the worst! I have checked-in to plenty of hotels and resorts before but this place ranked 1 for the WORST everrrrr! The Beach water was filthy with bubbles and the Pool has high amount of chlorine. Will surely not comeback and will definitely not endorse to visit!

All i can say is we dont have any regrets staying on this place. Amazing group of staff each and everyone is very nice. Its a decent place to stay. Definitely we will come again.

My stay at Pearl was amazing. I'll be visiting again with the family soon as I was solo this time. The best part was the peaceful & calm environment. Loved the coffee supplies & free daily refill for morning, the room service, the balcony access & view & the helpful & immediate service providing staff.

What a great place! If you go there, expecting it to be a 5* establishment, it's not. The prices also reflect it. Two swimming pools and the ocean. Spa, water activities and several restaurants to choose from. It is animal friendly so if you like dogs, it's the place for you. Highly recommended for families and/or groups of friends.

We’ve booked a room for 3 adults, but to our surprise the room had only a double bed. When we contacted the reception, they provided an extra mattress, but it was honesty extremely uncomfortable. It would have been much better if this had been communicated to us during check-in. However, during our stay, Maria, a Filipino staff member made our stay more pleasant. Despite the initial disappointment, Maria's kindness and professionalism left a positive impression on us.

1 night is not enough! Would stay longer next time. Booked a deluxe studio with a pool view. Room, washroom and outside facilities are well cleaned. It was a pleasant stay. Two pools. One is temp controlled though just 4ft deep. Beach side is a bit boring, it is muddy and does not look so good. You can grill your own foods, free use of a grill pit but charcoal and gas are paid. They have a huge free parking area that got really crowded around dinner time during our stay. My guess is their restaurants are a big hit, they have four, just tried one and it was really good and prices are just right. The only downside was the check out that took me 15 minutes in the queue. The lady was handling both check in and out guests by herself. She shouldnt be left alone during peak hours.

I have been to Pearl earlier too for visiting their restaurants but this time went for a stay and I must stay we really enjoyed our time. The service and the hospitality was just amazing. The Room was with a pool cum beach facing view . And the breakfast again was amazing 👍 Kids would really love this place as they have a nice playing area and the pools that are temperature controlled. I would rate it a 5 star ⭐️

It was the perfect getaway, the food at every outlet is amazing! we felt like we got a little trip around the world from Backwaters (Kerala) to Little Baveria (German) to Barako Grill (Philippines) - with live music and exquisite food! The service and attention was commendable.

Such a great hotel for family + you can also bring your dogs. Staff are so friendly, food at the restaurants are really good and yoj can book for a couples massage since you're already there.

Imesh is one of the most friendliest and understanding staff. While keeping the entire ambience and audience in mind, he was able to manage and serve a big crowd while maintaining the standards of the hotel and bar. The place is open for all people, including families and friends partaking in a satisfying experience.

Went there with 3 other friends over national day weekend for a night. Great value and even better food! The breakfast buffet to be honest was on the better ones I've had in the UAE and loved the Little Bavarian restaurant. Highly recommended for the restaurant alone.

Nice place to have peaceful time with your family and friends, also with your pets. Friendly staff specially Raj the allrounder, very enthusiastic and supportive. We had our own BBQ dinner at the pool/ beach terrace.

I would like to share positive and negative experience with Pearl hotel. Positive We booked Executive suite with sea view including breakfast and room was very good clean and big. Good option for 3 or 4 person to stay. Service not very bad. I like big balcony and privacy. Price very good. Good welcoming personal. Inside many bar available to enjoy evening time. Beach available with closing time till sunset. Pool working time till 11 pm which is more great to enjoy. Negative 2 swimming pool available and 1 of them not working for 3 current days. Far distance from mall or supermarket.

We stayed here on our Christmas holiday and we really enjoyed it because our room is nice and clean, we loved the infinity pool, it's a great place to hang out with family and friends. Pet friendly and affordable. And I commend all the staff and crew for a job well done. Will sure be coming back!!!

Well where do i start, getting the rooms was a nightmare being taken round in circles and not being given the full information. It took us 2 hours just to check in and when we complained about it the guy at the front desk said "it's up to us to give a bad review if we want". Basically he wasn't bothered by it. Going to the German restaurant for dinner only to be told all tables are booked yet they are empty so i was wondering where we were supposed to eat yet we we're guests of the hotel. The german manager had a Hitler kind of attitude because we are black and the only time he treated us nicely is when my friend's husband walked in who is white btw. It was one night but it was a horrible experience, I'm tired of being treated like a second class citizen especially when I'm spending my hard earned money just because I'm black. The fact that i drove myself and spent my money there doesn't mean i was begging for anything, treat us black people with the respect we deserve. I have been to way better hotels in the uae like Al Aqah beach resort in fujari and i was treated with utmost respect and my stay there was wonderful. The only positive side of this trip was breakfast, the staff at the Indian restaurant were amazing, good service and very respectful, thank you for that. The rest of the hotel team need to learn to treat every human with utmost respect, dignity and equality no matter your faith, social class or race.

We went yesterday and ordered Todday, Chicken, Fish curry, and Chicken curry. The chicken curry tasted terrible, and frozen food was dried in oil and kept in freezer for many days. They sell Toddy as a fresh drink, but it is mixed with coconut and toddy flavor along with sugar. Do not believe that it is the original drink. Additionally, I tried hokkah with watermelon flavor, but there was no flavor, just plain water and coal.

Visited Little Bavaria and Beach Garten. Really amazing experience(customer service), great food with decent portions and above all it is a pet friendly restaurant. Thank you so much to all Bavaria and Beach Garten staff for making our evening great.

We were very touched and surprised with the arrangements the hotel has done for our 1st wedding anniversary. We were teary eyed..last year, we held our wedding venue here. This was a special and sentimental place for us, place of engagement, etc. Thanks to the staff of this hotel. You made it feel like we are your family. A one hour drive from Dubai that definitely was worth the trip....the stay, the bavarian pub,the beer, the lagoon view, boat ride, rooms facing the lagoon...senseless chatter with friends...this place had it all! Will definitely look forward to going there again... #umalqwain #friends

Superb service and location for a family visit with children. Friendly staff and caring life guards are outstanding. German restaurant and Indian restaurants are superb and the liquor shop is within the premises if you are interested. You can enjoy live western music in the evening while sipping your beer in sea breeze at German Restaurant will give you Dejavs.

It is a nice getaway for a weekend, and the best part is they allow your pet dogs to stay with you. Also the food in Backwaters restaurant is very delicious. Tried various dishes, and they were all excellent.

An awesome weekend getaway. The Hotel is so clean and well equipped. The staff are so polite, warm and welcoming. We enjoyed the room service food, awesome sheesha and buffet breakfast was just outstanding. My Frenchi enjoyed himself with all the other pups around and even though there were so many of them the place was so clean and beautiful.

I have the worst experience in this hotel. The staff are all rude, asking our every single movement to be paid. Not accomodating, not hospitable, no consideration, 0 customer service. I do not recommend this hotel. Please consider other hotels!

Our room was clean. Staff are very promptly. It was our first time and glad that this hotel allowed pets. Sadly that pets are not allowed to swim in the beach. Hoping that later they will revise their pet policy😄. Unfortunately we didn't taste the food from German restaurant that we supposed to do but we are already full from Barako grills. Next time when we come back..thanks to this hotel.

The place does deserve 5 stars. The different restaurants and cuisines, the ambience, the service all deserve 5 stars. This is one of the cheapest places of its kind. The food is amazing at all the restaurants. During winter, the beach restaurant has its own vibe. We have made a lot of memories here, from birthdays to anniversaries. The service has always been the best. Do recommend the food and the place.

We had done a weekday staycation so the property was relatively quiet and peaceful. We brought our dog along with us who had a great time exploring the beach and garden areas. We were in the old wing where rooms were comfortable however could be renovated with new furniture and general improvement as we found our AC was leaking, the TV was a little difficult to use, general soundproofing would be a good idea. The main door was jammed and difficult to keep opening and closing the doors. The bathrooms seem to have been renovated recently - great quality products from Salt & Mud. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The breakfast buffet was great! We’d love to come back however wish management hears our concerns and gives the place a bit of a facelift 😊

We stayed one night and had a pleasant time. It took a little longer to finally receive our room but waiting at the bier garten was well worth the waite. The room was very clean and comforting. Loved ever bit of our stay and exceeded my expectations. Only problem was a couple drunk people who can't handle their alcohol. Have respect for your waiters/waitresses is my advice. Big cheers to the staff who handled everything professionally. Staff is spectacular. Will definitely stay again.

Very bad experience today 17/10/21 I called the reception before heading to the hotel, i asked for day pass entry pool + restaur , the lady answered “we had previous offer but was over yesterday, day pass today is 58 dirhams per person” . I went there with my brother and mother .The receptionist asked me to sign a consent that the access will be for 90 minutes and we can only use the old pool not the infinity pool . I answered her that i’ve not been told these instructions through phone you only said day pass 58 dirhams not limited in time or place! Diana ,the receptionist told me a trainee answered you not me! I said but i’m coming from far and you did not say any instructions by phone. Diana changed her answer and said but i can’t believe you ,i was standing next to the trainee when she told you all these instructions. I told her No that’s not true! Plz open the call recording Diana answered we don’t have! I asked her to call the manager. The manager did not come: the funny part she asked after talking to the manager: how many minutes you want to stay after the 90 mins🤣 i said i don’t know. we went inside to check the place, the infinity pool was empty no swimmer inside ! Eventually we left the place ! What should be said instead!! sorry for the misunderstanding, your call was answered by a trainee, it’s ok for today you can spend the day here and access both pool but for next time this is our offer!

My family and I were happy with the rooms and facilities of the hotel. The rooms with spacious and clean. The bathroom has a bathtub and so we all enjoyed a relaxing bubble bath. The hotel only offers B&B. So for dinner it is important to note that reservations need to be made. As for the TV, comes with Nilesat channels so there was a range of Hindi, English, Arabic and also Malayalam channels too.

Service and staff were all amazing, food is just delicious and all clean, rooms are all clean and the staff are very helpful, and the most of it is the restaurant by the beach.

Stayed in their chalet studios for a weekend, enjoyed the experience, chalet rooms were small but were around the pool with sitting areas outside facing the pool. Pool open upto night 11, spirit shop in the same compound. Nice food from Backwaters traditional restaurant

Loved this place! Not very busy but clean and nice! We got the deluxe studios which open to the pool. Also it's dog friendly so I loved that I got to bring my husky. There's a few restaurants in the hotel that can bring food to your room. Room service, Phillipines restaurant, and a German bar and restaurant. They were able to print documents for us and had trolleys to make bringing stuff to the room easy. Friendly staff!

It was 👍 Great experience to stay in the pearl hotel and spa Ummal Quwain. I stayed there for 7 days and have great time. Staff is very good and cooperative. Cleanliness and customer services are also very good.

Had a staycation. ROOM Rooms are of decent size for a couple. Though there are bigger rooms as well, we opted for a smaller room. AMENITIES Ample. Jet ski, kayaking....or just relax at the pool by the beach. Gym has good equipment. F&B Good value for money for the variety of food offered. Ours free breakfast was a little disappointing as we are vegetarian. Good for: If you want to relax, keep ur phone on silent and unwind ur mind and soul. This place is good. Sit by the private beach and soak in the sun from dawn till dusk. If u are person who likes "liquid with feeling"...u wont be disappointed. However, my personal preference is to enjoy nature with a conscious mind.

We were there during last week for 2 days stay, and what an amazing and memorable experience. We were there to celebrate our son's second birthday and received the surprised cake from the hotel and it was really an sweet gesture from them. We stayed in 1BHK chalet and waoo what an experience it was. Room have all the amenities and additional part microwave was there and as we were with kid so it was really helpful. And room have fruit basket with juices. Hotel have beautiful building rooms as well as chalets, with swimming pool and private beach with water activities. In house restaurants Backwaters and other cuisines restaurants with shisha were cherry on the cake. What an amazing and memorable experience. For sure going to come soon.

Wonderful property, absolutely pet-friendly, amazing staff and service, everything at a very affordable price!!! Have stayed at this property twice and will be definitely visiting again. Clean rooms, 2 swimming pools, lots of space for your furry friends to have fun, and 2 superb restaurants. Both the German and Indian restaurants serve amazing food and drinks. We had an excellent stay in Pearl Hotel due to the accommodating staff, great ambiance, as well as their facilities. It was also my dad’s birthday when we checked in and even though he just briefly mentioned that it was his birthday in attempt to gain discount, the reception let the manager in charge for breakfast about this hence, they gave a whole cake for my dad during breakfast. Thank you to Ms. Krista, the reception and the booking officer for letting my dad feel special on his birthday, to the bar manager, as well as Virin, our housekeeping staff. We all recommend them for their kindness. We will surely come back here. :)

Went to Little Bavaria for a nice meal. Food was amazing. They also allow your pets to come with - unfortunately no menu for the doggies so make sure you take some food for them. All staff very friendly. Will visit again

It was definitely an amazing stay! We booked for a night at a deluxe studio room with pool view and ended up extending it. We were provided with good options for the room and excellent staff service. Will definitely come back soon!

Very disappointed. Not at all what it looks like in picture and the worst part is the smell of the room. Smells like food coming from ventilation. There were hair mixes with dust on floor and the toilet floormat covered the toilet (which is very unhygienic. No hand towel at all and no gowns like in the picture. Parking is also far from the room.and front door struggled to open..Wont see us again

Unfortunately Unfortunately, my experience was bad with the lifeguard. Two days ago my daughter slipped into the deep side of the pool while playing with us and I just called in case he didn’t see her. I pulled her out luckily at the right time. He came to me saying you don’t know how to give attention to your kids ? And I was shocked to know that he didn’t check on the little girl or asked me if she is ok. All he cared was to question me with his rude attitude. I do not think it mattered to him about saving or caring about how the child was. Be careful people.who your kids are not in right hands..

It was a calm and clean place to be... the staff are really friendly and supportive.... pools are great to enjoy at night, especially the one near the beach... the room service guy Tejas was so friendly and professional... he made a small gift and a card for us... that was a sweet gesture!!! I went to the Spa there with my family and it was AMAZING- the staff were so professional and they knew exactly what they were doing. High quality stuff with good prices. We went as a family and we did a facial, Balinese massage, and a full body scrub and everyone left extremely happy!

I had an amazing stay with my family. We were celebrating birthday. We loved the hotel not only because of tranquil beach, amazing views, super delicious food, but mainly because of its people. Simple, serene, beautiful property. "Kerala Backwaters" as well as "Little Bavaria" restaurants of the property too were awesome. Had requested the hotel for a little pastry or cake to celebrate a birthday, but to my surprise, not only was a chocolate cake arranged, but the room was beautifully decorated before our arrival. Excellent environment, well maintained, comfortable stay. Staffs were very prompt and cordial. We had fun at the swimming pool. However Backwaters food were not value for money, although staffs of the restaurant were very polite. We had a pleasant time in the property, would like to revisit again.

We booked around 6 rooms in the hotel and we had 2 of our friends visiting from outside side...inspire on spending on so many room plus food we were asked to pay for the 2 guests who had dinner and left within 3 hrs. Not at all a good place if u have visitors from outside that need to visit you. Don't think will ever book there again.

We stayed last year in the hotel. The room was definitely nice but the service staff was really unfriendly. You get a nice view from your room but on the other side it is really loud because some people sitting the whole night outside. And please be careful with your Covid mask if you loose it the try to charge you 25AED for a new one.
