Good hotel but location and parking is extremely bad. Location is notorious for tailbacks almost 24/7 and the hotel is in a very peculiar location. Parking is blocked with barriers and guests must suffer for the same. Rooms are good though and cozy. If parking issue is resolved then this hotel is good and location remains a never-ending problem.

The property is near to all, groceries, saloon, restaurants and park. All staff were all grateful in welcoming especially Ann and her Madam. The gym is well-equipped. The pool was temperature-controlled. They have a huge lobby. The room was spacious and comfy with enough amenities for staycations. The food was good and served well inside the room.

Hygiene is a major concern with this hotel. The furniture and bathroom fittings are really old, the rooms are unclean, and there is an unpleasant smell as soon as you enter. Too few towels in the swimming pool. The hotel's location and food are the only positive aspects.

Worst hotel ever I have seen. Unprofessional and rude staff specially the reception girl who wear black Abaya. My check in was on 13 nov and check out on 16 nov. First, there wifi will never work I called them many time to fix it they will come do something and it is connected for next few minutes only, again it will not work. I asked for iron they didn't provide and half of the lights were not working.

One of the worst stays of my life. DO NOT STAY HERE! I stayed for one night and this is what I got: 1) Rude staff on entry asking me to sit down while they were busy doing the days receipts. One of them was sick coughing and spluttering all over the reception desk. 2) No information provided on wifi, breakfast timings or cost, room information or room service. 3) I asked for a baby cot for my 8 month old. They provided a broken cot with a huge hole in it which my baby would just fall out of. They provided a replacement with no mattress. Both clearly hadn't been cleaned in years with dirt all over them. 4) Dated building and rooms, with clearly no attention to refurbishment in decades 5) None of my family could have a shower in the morning as the water was yellow (see picture) 6) No soundproofing and as the building is on a main road you can hear cars and horns all night (I was on the 14th floor) AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Simple yet sophisticated. affordable motel with excellent services. With quick access to local stores and eateries, the hotel's location was ideal for visitor needs. The staff was very welcoming, accommodating, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure the guest had a good day. The hotel was consistently kept tidy and clean thanks to the daily housekeeping service, which was also outstanding.

Hi my Family and I went there and let me tell you it’s trash the sear-vise is horrible when you walk in the hole they wouldn’t bother helping you with your luged ……. So we went into the room and we saw a spider in joying it’s self up in the roof and the bed is dirty and you will probably find some weird things in there and to be host I wouldn’t recommend it !!!

The room was dirty, smelling and the dust was all over, even the clothes hangers were dusty. The bath was disgusting and the taps had a bluish mold. That water was cold. I was told to open the tap for 5 minutes to get hot water but nothing happened. Because of the rooms dirt, my nose got blocked, my throat got dry and painful, after taking that cold shower my body was itching and I left the same night, after spending just an hour or so in that room. This was the worst experience ever in my life.

1. Poor service, as response was was very neglected by staff. 2. Food for breakfast had less option, and even it was not up to standard. .3.. its not recommended to stay in this hotel.

Very poor service, the receptionist was not there in the reception, when she came she doesn't know how to treat to behave with customers. Very unprofessional staff, she literally asked me what's your problem, also the room was also stinking. Don't fall with the photos on internet. There was literally hairs on the floor and the room was very untidy. The receptionist is very arrogant. The person who came to clean the room had more dignity than the girl on reception.

Unfortunately I was super shocked after my last stay at Aryana. On our last day I found a dry old seed of watermelon under the sheets of the bed! Note that we didn't have any watermelon at all in our room!! This shows that the room was not cleaned properly and the sheets were not changed before we came! The hotel is very old, the interiors are coming off. The water fixtures are all rusty and extremely old, the sink fixture was rusty and hard to use and it was leaking! the bathroom floor and tiles are dirty because they are extremely old! Also, everything needs to be requested by you otherwise they will not provide it in the room, such as tooth brush, tooth paste, slippers, etc. I used to enjoy staying there, however, I don't think I will be coming back there any more!

Service very poor.. yeah we know that you have a policies in your hotel.. im a traveller and some hotel they consider ur late check out like 30minutes.. in aryana hotel mashalla 9 oclock they will call u to ask about the check out.. and if u not responding their call bcos sometime u are inside the washroom.. they will come to knock knock your door.. and 1 more thing the arabic lady in the reception.. hello madam is the hoteo is ur property?? U cannot give good service and even good welcome to your guest u cannot smile and warm welcome.. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 very bad. I dont know how they hire u.. and the comforter very dirty they changing the duvet cover but the comforter inside too much dirty. And the stains.. 🤮🤮 very poor service 🤦‍♀️

FAKE STARS. Service is bad, rooms even not clean, its very bad, this is fake hotel, its not 4 stars at all, its not even one single star, I don’t like to make complaints but I couldn’t, its very bad, I was shocked, and also I lost something but no one called me, and when I called today the arabian lady “I don’t know her name” referred me to housekeeping, they didn’t pick up, I called her again to tell her to make sure they answer but she didn’t even care she said it’s housekeeping issue not my issue and she referred me immediately without letting me say any word, and also no one answered, I called again but no one even responded……VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! BAD ROOMS, FAKE STARS. The only one thing that its good is the location thats it.

The location is very good rooms are big and neat and clean and 5 minutes walking distance for al qasba canal which is prime tourist place for sharjah..you will find variety of restaurants and the kids playing areas.

Front desk experience was not so good else breakfast is average and staff is helpfull.

My stay at the guest house was fantastic! The location was perfect - close to all the attractions and yet in a quiet neighborhood, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities I needed to make my stay comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. One of the things I really appreciated about this guest house was the attention to detail.

The hotel is quite superb and with all the amenities including a pool. The rooms are ample and comfortable. They offer complementary fruit, chocolates and coffee in the room. The view is very good. You have a 5 minute walk to the Mall. It is hilly, but you are in the mountains... . Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Good service. Having stayed on the 5 stars several times, this is a very good option and mostly convenient for a business trip.

Ever best staying in this hotel for us, the view from the room is awesome. The rooms were very clean and neat. The staffs and there hospitality is very nice. Kids friendly accommodation. The best thing about this hotel is there food. They provide all types cusine, and lot many things to explore. I enjoyed staying there with my kids

We had an unpleasant stay at Aryana Hotel, the service was very bad, the staff couldn't fulfill basic requests like providing ice. When we asked for ice, the staff suggested getting it from the supermarket, adding to the overall disappointment. Furthermore, the room we received lacked cleanliness and, regrettably, had BED BUGS.(i have a video but i can’t add it).

Good option to stay there in relatively lower price comparing with similar hotels in Dubai. Service and food needs improvement.

I just don't know how people can give 5 stars to this... One of the worst experiences.. ACs of the whole hotel are not working.. Junior staff is good but senior staff extremely rude.. I wouldn't visit this hotel even if its for free and only hotel available in world.. I can express the level of dissatisfaction I got wen I went to this place... The room 1508 was great. Big with perfect view. However it need improvement. The looby is very poor and unused. The bathroom is laking hot water.

Aryana hotel in Sharjah. Hotel location is v good. F/O team very state and professional . Hotel lift very maintain and clean. Room no 2510. Room was very clean. Room view was very good sea facing. In washroom some maintenance work not done properly. Bellboy and room service ,housekeeping team very helpful.

Don't let the pictures fool you. The hotel is old and dirty, specially the bathroom. A/C was not working properly, the room was hot. The view was terrible, I mean I wouldn't call it a view and charge people extra for it, That's just ridiculous. Room service was just bad 👎, I'm not sure if there's a worse hotel to stay at.

Let me start with the noisy Receptionist, not at all friendly while speaking. We got our room on the 9th floor and told us to go after 5 mins as they were cleaning, yet we waited at the lobby for 10-15mins. when we reached our room they were still cleaning. After entering we settled with our stuffs, and we notice the door chain look is broken(picture for reference). we got an awesome view towards Al Mamzar Beach, but we were shocked again when the window lock is also broken (picture for reference). And to get fresh up we got inside the washroom and saw the shower area(picture for reference)

I had a booking with via booking.com for 6 nights, Sunday till Saturday 28th August. My stay was not pleasant at all and I thought I better share my feedback through their guest feedback email in their website, unfortunately I got a bounce back notification that it is not working. First, the good points: 1- the room had a lot of space, my 3 years old son loved it and was so energetic and had a lot of fun playing with us. 2- the Egyptian lady at the reception was decent and even offered us to check the room before booking when I asked to upgrade to the 1 bedroom. I didn’t upgrade as I thought the space in the normal room for my son is better. 3- The view was fantastic 4- bed and pillows are comfortable Points needs improvement: 1- I thought the window in the room is opened very easily and could be very dangerous for my 3 years old, especially with that fantastic view, he is s as Keats attracted to it. I informed the reception and they asked if I wanted completely shut, I confirmed but no action was taken 2- hygiene: the room didn’t look that clean, a cockroach was spotted in the bathroom, towels didn’t look that clean too 3- there were no hot water in the washroom 4- the digital weight scale is not working, I assume put if battery 5- we woke up the second night sweating, turned out AC stopped cooling 6- There are instructions everywhere not to bring food from outside. There were no menus in the room nor a barcode anywhere to check them. I asked for menus, they brought them, a big one and a small brown one. I called the number on the brown menu and ordered two plates. Strangely the guy told me he will come to my room to explain the menu. He came and turned out he had no clue what’s on that menu, one plate was not available out of the two, and been informed that none of the orders comes with the soft drinks in the photos, I ordered the available plate, was not what I expected, the room service left the plate in the room for the second day, only picked it up when I informed the guy to pick it The worst experience of all was during the checkout. After the second night, we went back to our home on Dubai, I went back today, Friday, to pick our stuff and check out. I informed the lady about the AC issue and lack of hot water on bathroom, and that I wanted to check out. The reply I got was if I know I have one more night for my reservation. I confirmed and explained I can’t stay any longer, she then explained that I will not get a refund for the remainder night. I replied I never discussed a refund and that I have not been even staying in the hotel for the past two night. The reply was if I haven’t reported to the reception, how could they help if I didn’t!!! The problem here is, there were no sympathy whatsoever, I never even got a simple apology for the inconvenience I have been through, she even blames me for it, she took my words personally as if I am blaming here for anything. It’s understood that my tone might had some dissatisfaction in it, I have been through a lot, and it doesn’t make sense for me to be assigned a room that has no basics functioning and when I bring it up, I get blamed for not reporting on time. The hotel seems to be going downhill, I assume it had better days from the 4 stars achieved but if the service remains like this, I don’t think it will last long at this level. I hope this had a bit of a wake up call as so many things are wrong at so many different levels, starting from basic room facilities to customer service and ability to take feedback and observe customer frustration.

Very old room and bathroom. Lobby have dim lights. It's like some cheap hotels in Oman where people need to do exit for change visa.

100%no.The rooms are so old,the windows is not closing properly,you hear every car that is pasing in the middle.of the night,and the ,,best of the best" is the toilet,full of mold and crouches (Bugs).Lot of rust on the appliances in the toilet. The only almost good thing here is the food in the morning ....I will never come back here since they also mistake calculation of my payments for reservation.

The indian receptionist who was serving us last night was extremely professional and understanding, made the stay comfortable.

Highly recommended Hotel. If you want to have a staycation, i will highly recommend this hotel. The reception staff is very kind and respectful. The cleanliness if the hotel and its very peaceful to stay. Hands down for a good hospitality service.

All the staff in the Hotel are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you. We took 2 bedroom apartment spacious. Beautiful view of the lake & hotel area you will find everything you need. It's not a bad hotel but it needs updating. Windows in the rooms very dangerous if you have kids coz there's NO safety locks, these Windows should be locked permanently. We stayed on 25th floor, so high. Most hotels we stayed in they lock the windows permanently for safety reasons. Underground hotel parking very small & deep/dark, don't advice anyone to go down there (especially ladies), but outside plenty of parking no problem. Lobby area very big but needs updating.

Very basic breakfast, cleaning staff does not do his job well and many times did not change bath towels so main address for their work is the neglected. Some of front desk workers are welcoming and the same for restaurant. Place is wonderful.

I dont know who would visit this place twice. The bathroom was soooooo old and dirty. I was holding my pee the entire day to avoid entering it. The carpet was not vaccumed properly. The view was good but the windows were very dirty, so the view hardly mattered. I could see so many broken things everywhere. The hotel is completely rundown and needs a complete renovation. Would never ever go there again undoubtedly. We were charged AED 366 without breakfast. I wouldn't even go for free next time. It's sad that they charge you so much but they cannot even maintain the standard for the price charged.

This hotel is very old. Not same like as in the Google pictures.Written four star. But no facility of a four star hotels. Rooms are big but not clean at all.Bathrooms are Small, there was a leaking from bathroom roof. Towels provided were not clean. Same breakfast menu for all days.Tinned fruits provided in place of fresh fruits. Dont expect four star facility.

Absolutely ridiculous experience at aryana hotel. The staff is not cooperative at all . They quote different price even if u book through app. Receptionist says after seeing the booking that we have blocked and sueded this app for reservation of the rooms. So dont recommend at all. Very poor behaviour and please dont reserve the hotel room through any app. Hotel wont cooperate at all. Wastage of money . And insult in front of ur guests.
