I
had
a
booking
with
via
booking.com
for
6
nights,
Sunday
till
Saturday
28th
August.
My
stay
was
not
pleasant
at
all
and
I
thought
I
better
share
my
feedback
through
their
guest
feedback
email
in
their
website,
unfortunately
I
got
a
bounce
back
notification
that
it
is
not
working.
First,
the
good
points:
1-
the
room
had
a
lot
of
space,
my
3
years
old
son
loved
it
and
was
so
energetic
and
had
a
lot
of
fun
playing
with
us.
2-
the
Egyptian
lady
at
the
reception
was
decent
and
even
offered
us
to
check
the
room
before
booking
when
I
asked
to
upgrade
to
the
1
bedroom.
I
didn’t
upgrade
as
I
thought
the
space
in
the
normal
room
for
my
son
is
better.
3-
The
view
was
fantastic
4-
bed
and
pillows
are
comfortable
Points
needs
improvement:
1-
I
thought
the
window
in
the
room
is
opened
very
easily
and
could
be
very
dangerous
for
my
3
years
old,
especially
with
that
fantastic
view,
he
is
s
as
Keats
attracted
to
it.
I
informed
the
reception
and
they
asked
if
I
wanted
completely
shut,
I
confirmed
but
no
action
was
taken
2-
hygiene:
the
room
didn’t
look
that
clean,
a
cockroach
was
spotted
in
the
bathroom,
towels
didn’t
look
that
clean
too
3-
there
were
no
hot
water
in
the
washroom
4-
the
digital
weight
scale
is
not
working,
I
assume
put
if
battery
5-
we
woke
up
the
second
night
sweating,
turned
out
AC
stopped
cooling
6-
There
are
instructions
everywhere
not
to
bring
food
from
outside.
There
were
no
menus
in
the
room
nor
a
barcode
anywhere
to
check
them.
I
asked
for
menus,
they
brought
them,
a
big
one
and
a
small
brown
one.
I
called
the
number
on
the
brown
menu
and
ordered
two
plates.
Strangely
the
guy
told
me
he
will
come
to
my
room
to
explain
the
menu.
He
came
and
turned
out
he
had
no
clue
what’s
on
that
menu,
one
plate
was
not
available
out
of
the
two,
and
been
informed
that
none
of
the
orders
comes
with
the
soft
drinks
in
the
photos,
I
ordered
the
available
plate,
was
not
what
I
expected,
the
room
service
left
the
plate
in
the
room
for
the
second
day,
only
picked
it
up
when
I
informed
the
guy
to
pick
it
The
worst
experience
of
all
was
during
the
checkout.
After
the
second
night,
we
went
back
to
our
home
on
Dubai,
I
went
back
today,
Friday,
to
pick
our
stuff
and
check
out.
I
informed
the
lady
about
the
AC
issue
and
lack
of
hot
water
on
bathroom,
and
that
I
wanted
to
check
out.
The
reply
I
got
was
if
I
know
I
have
one
more
night
for
my
reservation.
I
confirmed
and
explained
I
can’t
stay
any
longer,
she
then
explained
that
I
will
not
get
a
refund
for
the
remainder
night.
I
replied
I
never
discussed
a
refund
and
that
I
have
not
been
even
staying
in
the
hotel
for
the
past
two
night.
The
reply
was
if
I
haven’t
reported
to
the
reception,
how
could
they
help
if
I
didn’t!!!
The
problem
here
is,
there
were
no
sympathy
whatsoever,
I
never
even
got
a
simple
apology
for
the
inconvenience
I
have
been
through,
she
even
blames
me
for
it,
she
took
my
words
personally
as
if
I
am
blaming
here
for
anything.
It’s
understood
that
my
tone
might
had
some
dissatisfaction
in
it,
I
have
been
through
a
lot,
and
it
doesn’t
make
sense
for
me
to
be
assigned
a
room
that
has
no
basics
functioning
and
when
I
bring
it
up,
I
get
blamed
for
not
reporting
on
time.
The
hotel
seems
to
be
going
downhill,
I
assume
it
had
better
days
from
the
4
stars
achieved
but
if
the
service
remains
like
this,
I
don’t
think
it
will
last
long
at
this
level.
I
hope
this
had
a
bit
of
a
wake
up
call
as
so
many
things
are
wrong
at
so
many
different
levels,
starting
from
basic
room
facilities
to
customer
service
and
ability
to
take
feedback
and
observe
customer
frustration.
