From
the
moment
we
arrived,
we
knew
it
was
a
mistake
to
book
this
terrible
hotel.
Staff
took
our
passports
the
night
we
arrived
and
only
returned
them
in
the
morning.
The
wifi
was
terrible,
but
we
expected
that.
The
room
they
gave
us
looked
nothing
like
the
pictures
on
the
website.
It
was
dirty
and
run
down,
with
evidence
of
prior
bed
bug
infestation.
The
room
had
no
refrigerator
or
kettle,
which
were
promised
amenities.
When
we
complained
about
this,
the
next
day
in
the
evening
they
delivered
a
refrigerator.
Staff
took
out
the
tv
in
room.
We
had
to
ask
sever
times
for
any
towels
(none
were
provided
when
we
checked
in)
and
a
shower
curtain
(yes,
the
tub
had
no
shower
curtain,
and
the
one
they
installed
was
way
too
short
so
did
not
help).
The
final
killer
was
the
power
was
tripped
and
we
let
the
staff
know;
they
went
an
hour
without
turning
it
back
on.
It
was
a
constant
fight
for
everything,
and
we
decided
to
cut
our
stay
short,
staying
only
2
instead
of
7
days.
The
hotel
refused
to
refund
us
the
last
5
days,
despite
their
deception
on
the
room.
They
offered
to
change
rooms
for
us.
The
first
room
they
showed
us
was
smaller,
and
still
dirty.
The
second
was
the
same
size,
but
again
dirty
and
run
down;
moreover,
this
was
only
shown
to
us
when
we
threatened
to
leave
and
was
2
days
after
check
in.
None
of
the
rooms
shown
match
the
pictures
posted
on
booking.com
or
here.
