Very bad experience Poor service Not good food Swimming pool not working Steam bath not working We shortlisted this hotel for taking bath in swimming pool because our family and friends like to enjoy in it but it was under maintenance for 10 long days and is not started even now One incident happened in which the sink fell on one of my friend’s leg and the manager who was very very rude and arrogant started blaming us and asked for straight 4000 AED and intimidated us that he would call the police. We were very much unsatisfied with the overall experience You should never pick this hotel.

The Jacob's Garden Hotel was located in Rolla Street in Bur Dubai, was a wonderful place to stay with a wonderful staff, equipped with ultra modern amenities. The stay in the hotel was really a wonderful experience and will ever remain afresh in life.

One of the best hotels in Bur Dubai. The hotel rooms are great, specially the interconnected rooms are so good for big families. The reception staffs are very decent and helpful. Moreover the food on the resturant here is delicious. There is a small roof top swimming pool as well. And last but not the least, if you're from India, you can find many indians residing around this area.

DIWALI PARTY CELEBRATION Attention Attention Attention!!! Guys if you are looking for some party hall so this is the one JACOB'S GARDEN HOTEL. They have excellent service and delicious food that made me drool. The banquet hall was big enough to accommodate us comfortably (we were 60 people but 100 people can fit easily). I was truly impressed by Mr. Vicent - Assistant Restaurant Manager who is very Passionate, cooperative and hard working. He had good coordination with his team .

It's a decent enough place. The room size was good. It is located in an area where maximum people from the Indian subcontinent stay. You will feel that you are in India. The restaurants etc in that area all cater to that taste.

My recent stay at this hotel left me frustrated due to several issues. Firstly, their rigid policy of not issuing a second room card caused inconvenience, as my companion had to be disturbed when I needed to access the room. Secondly, they switched off lobby lights at an inconvenient 11:45 pm, without warning, even though guests were reading. Lastly, housekeeping was inconsistent, and they were reluctant to provide toiletries like hair conditioner unless requested. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Certainly, here's a sample review regarding hotel cleanliness and poor services: I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. **Cleanliness (1/5):** The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dust on various surfaces, and the bathroom had signs of neglect. It was quite disappointing to find that basic hygiene standards were not met. **Service (1/5):** The service provided was equally disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested in helping guests, and requests were met with indifference. It took an excessive amount of time to get any assistance, and when it finally arrived, it was far from courteous or helpful. I had higher expectations for a hotel in this price range and location. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a negative impression. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves both cleanliness and service quality to ensure a better stay for future guests.

Great people, good breakfast, clean rooms. We stayed for a week and it was very good experience. Especially Arunjith and Valentine were very nice, helped us for some custom need and looked after us very well. They both were very easy to approach and friendly. I recommend this hotel, specially if you are from India.

Our stay at Jacobs Garden Dubai was really amazing. Talking about the hotel the rooms are very clean especially the washroom. Everyday room cleaning service is provided. The service staff at the hotel are very polite and respectful. The food quality is good and you get a lot of variety in the breakfast as they have buffet system.

I stayed in this hotel for 5 days during my trip to Dubai. To start off the ambience was awesome and the hotel staff’s were so helpful and friendly. The rooms are well maintained and neat. They provide complimentary breakfast daily which serves wide range of dishes. They do a rooftop swimming pool with a view of Burj Khalifa that makes it even special. Overall I had a great experience and enjoyed my stay here.

One of the best stays here if you’re staying in Bur Dubai for a home like yet lavish experience. F&B staff- Simon, Abdul and everyone did a great a job. The food is amazing here as we as Indians struggled a bit getting good vegetarian food around but the hotel food in the buffet was interesting yet full of taste and variety and also cost effective . The restaurant manager- Mr Vincent was a delight to meet, we are grateful for such wonderful hospitality and great team work shown :)

Below average. It doesn’t feel like it’s 4 star. Furniture needs to be upgraded and washroom needs renovations. Rooms are not soundproof as you can hear elevator ring inside your room with closed doors. Doesn’t have any nice view as the building is in the middle of the bur Dubai city. Pros-lots of restaurants nearby for any meal, awesome breakfast helpful staff, quick service Cons- checkin time is 2pm(pay extra for early checkin), old furniture and washroom, floor mat inside the room was really dirty. They need to power wash mat in every room.

Recently, I had a visit the place was marvelous. The time i entered I felt the welcoming atmosphere and the staff was so amazing and especially the house keeping was outstanding. There was one staff named Shushant he was so friendly and helpful. Everything was neat and well organized. And I wanted to try this chai shop in the same hotel thinking it would that nicer and better. Yes it was delicious as I expected. But all these positivity goes along with this one guy name Riyaz. He has such bad attitude. Can’t tolerate his attitude at ALL!!! Doesn’t know how to speak to a guest. His service is 0/0, like UNPLEASANT!!! Overall my experience was very AMAZING!!! Except for this one person in the chaat chai, RIYAZ!!!

It was our first visit to Dubai and we were apprehensive about many details, foremost being choosing the right hotel and place to stay.. Through some family in UAE and a family friend we got Jacob's Garden recommendation. After going through many options we finalized this property and couldn't have been happier. Our stay all through the seven days was absolutely comfortable and pleasant with a good, wholesome breakfast everyday. The staff including those in housekeeping, at the restaurant, and reception were all warm and helpful.. I would definitely recommend Jacob's Garden to anyone looking for a comfortable, reasonable and good location hotel..

Pros: -it's an Indian hotel with a really nice staff. We even got our boarding passes printed at the reception. -I really enjoyed the variety of Indian breakfast and the kitchen manager even offered us a fried bacon that was not a part of the breakfast -the room was very spacious, clean and the wifi was working -the hotel was about 10 minutes walking distance from the central bus station. Cons: - the pool on the top of the roof is small and there were only 2 sun chairs -the hotel is located around 20 minutes walking from the metro station -it's right next to the mosque so the early morning calling for prayer can wake you up

And that too in such short notice..all your staffs are keepers! Great going JGH!! Will definitely come back👍🏻

The hotel was good and nothing wrong with it. The service is good and the rooms are a decent size and clean. We really appreciated the service that we receieved from Thomas at the 1st floor Maria restaurant, he treated us with upmost respect and helped us a lot. Thomas always gave us a warm welcome every morning for breakfast and would make sure our expectations were met. Special thank you to Thomas.

Horrible service outdated unmaintained and there’s a loud bar / open it that plays super loud music until 4am I’ve never had to change rooms of a hotel in my life and I was taken to 4 rooms First room aircon making a loud squealing sound , second one Exact same noise . Was moved to a third one staff were well aware I wanted a quiet room . Got back to hotel at 11:30pm and Loud music was vibrating through the room , got to 2am and I asked when the loud music would be turned if they proceeded to not know what I was taking about and then admired there was a pub/ bar under my room and music would turn off at 4am ( I had to leave hotel at 6am for flight ) Was then moved to another room which had yet another noisey aircon . Then I was moved to my final room finally nice and quiet but was a downgrade from the room I paid for but I wasn’t concerned just wanted to be able to sleep for a few hours before checkout . I woke up and checked out , no apologies for what had happend just tried to charge me for a suite.

I do rate as a 2 star hotel. Very unprofessional staff without any courtesy or etiquette. Unhygienic rooms and bathroom with Cockroaches. Hotel locality is very crowded and noisy even at 3 am you may experience people shouting or fighting like you are in a low line town.

I recommend you book online first upon arrival. The customer service representative tried to scam me with his price for a night. He first stated it cost $142 for a night , I immediately informed the taxi driver who suggested such hotel to help me search for the cheapest, the receptionist then calls me back and said he can reduce it to $113. Be aware !!!!!!

Sep 2021 update: the place cleanness started to be an issue, most of rooms are smiling and because they are busy all the time they don't take the right time to clean after every check out. I give one star less after one year of my previous review. I tried it several times during business trips in Dubai, close to downtown. Hotel rates are good, team is friendly. The breakfast is not that good as there is limited varieties. It's busy most of weekdays so you need to plan ahead for your booking. Many supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel which is very good option.

⭐️Cigarette smell was making it difficult for me to breathe throughout my stay inspite of having no smoking 🚭 boards infront of every room. Hotel management should look into it more seriously ⭐️Service of staff was good ⭐️Breakfast buffet was good ⭐️Spa could've had foot massage option, only full body massages were available. Didn't use swimming pool but it was a decent size pool for a family to play in it.

Its a four star hotel,, its good to stay here for family but i would like to share few things that about lift . Total rooms r 120 as per staff statement ,guest lift r 2 and 1 is service lift for staff and kitchen services. Guest r facing problem in the morning especially breakfast time ...you have to wait for a 10 minutes to go down for a breakfast on 1st floor. We were using service lift for up and down...its a 8 flr building... the quality of breakfast is average...facing problem of group guests, to much crowd..they should arrange in next hall for group and without group in breakfast dining room only... One big thing and very important is that while returning to india back you should follow the indian air suvidha form otherwise from dubai they dont allow to go back ,not issuing the boarding pass...in hotel only before one day departure do it on line...ur corona doses certificate download in pdf only...site is airsuvidha For vegetarian people's there in a hotel name Bombay Basera..its a very good hotel to eat chat with somany varieties..walkable only 4min distace ,one more store u will get all namkin, dhokla, mithais, thepla, batatawada and other all bombay items with good test, may be name real store.. Location is good..

Very bad experience. The breakfast is tasteless. All the days we were here, we had to eat outside. The reception ambience is good. That's it. But everything else is very basic and nothing like a 4 star hotel. The towels we got were are bitten by rats. Please be careful the cupboards, drawers and doors are all cracked. I wonder all the positive google reviews are fake. Despite of a good number of days stay, we were not allowed to use the washroom during the checkout. We roamed in Dubai and Abu dhabi for 10 days and no one was as rude as these people at the hotel.

  • 3/5 Bhawani S. 1 year ago on Google
Location is undoubtedly is the best one. You have all the great restaurants, grocery stores, kiosks nearby. Pretty happening and very safe area. However, hotel staff is very rude. The way of talking is sometime very bad. They need a little more training on guest services. They will give you only one room key. Doesn't matter the situation, we will never get the 2nd key.

We were on college tour 45 people we all were satisfied in terms of service, we didn't used the tv so can't tell about that. It was our 1st Dubai hotel so compared to other past experience of hotels ...I can say that the stay was pleasant and good 👌 the location is good ..u can find the cafe in budget price (In terms of India near about same price) in front of the hotel and stores all around the hotel and meena bazar too just 5-7 minutes walk.

A good hotel . Food is ok . Rooms are neat . The facilities and standards of the hotel belongs to a good 3 star hotel .There is day to day , Kfc , chocolate shops etc nearby . The only difficulty we faced was the malfunctioning elevator and it takes a long time to get to the room . And breakfast spread lacked fruits .

  • 3/5 Nishantha F. 1 year ago on Google
The room was clean and modern. Front office service are not so good. They didnt listen very well. Housekeeping accedently took my own branded bath towel. I had to inform the front office ! They said they will check the housekeeper. I asked the housekeeper directly and they said it was a mistake. The towel will be available at loundary. But the front office did not accept it the last day. finally i didnt get my towel back. ☹️ Note: My own towel is white color. And Hotel towels are the same color. I normally dont use hotel towels. I bring my own. Because after covid.

The location of the hotel is it’s main advantage. At the centre of a market it has departmental store, pharmacy, electronics all around it. Food was good, behaviour of the staff courteous, room was good. The only negative point was its' lift, it was too small.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jacob Garden hotel in Bur Dubai and wanted to share my positive experience with you all. While the hotel is rated as a 4-star property, I must say that my stay exceeded all expectations and was truly worthy of a 5-star review. Firstly, the staff at Jacob Garden were incredibly welcoming and accommodating from the moment I arrived. They were always available to assist with any queries or requests that I had and went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the linens were fresh, and the bathroom was modern and clean. The hotel's facilities were also impressive, with a well-equipped gym, a lovely rooftop pool, and a restaurant that served delicious food. The breakfast buffet was especially noteworthy, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty dishes to choose from. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping areas, tourist attractions, and transportation links. Overall, my stay at Jacob Garden hotel in Bur Dubai was an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the city. In my opinion, this hotel deserves a 5-star rating for its exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and great amenities.

The Restaurant: Wonderful dining ambiance, with a lot of multi cuisine & delicious food. We were here for 7 days and each day we had different food right from breakfast to dinner. We felt like home when we had the food. Mr. Vincent and team have done a fabulous job in maintaining the Kitchen and the restaurant clean and tidy! I would definitely recommend all the guests to have food at Jacob instead of wasting time outside. Food - 5/5🙌
