The hotel is clean and quiet and suitable for families. The reception staff treat them poorly and also not being honest.. as I booked a room, I was assured that the bed was king and it was not, and the bed was small and there are no free rooms to change, knowing that I paid the amount before arriving at the hotel... I hope for development and attention from the administration, knowing that I submitted a complaint to the administration and there was no response.

This hotel is so beautiful and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The food here is delicious and the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options. Pharmacies, grocery stores, local goods, and the metro are all within walking distance.

There was a little hick-up with communication at the beginning but the issue was resolved quickly and swiftly. Amazing friendly staff at reception (Widhy and Evelyn especially), and personal contact with Mr Ignatius. Room is clean and handled by friendly room service. One of the top 4 star hotels in Dubai. I was really happy with the stay. Rooms were so clean. I was a bit choosy about the hotels because of the pandemic situation. But I must say all the services they provided was top notch. Rooms and toilets were so tidy and each and everything sanitized to the core. Even the balcony was well cleaned and properly maintained. Housekeeping was the most impressive part about the stay. Because isn't that what we all look for at first while choosing a hotel for stay. So will definitely be coming here again.

I first stayed at Time Plaza way back in 2018 and became a fan instantly. Since then I have always chosen this hotel for my Dubai visits. It is one of those hotels that impress in a subtle manner with solid service, amenities and ambience. Service is a top feature here and I never had a reason to complain. Whether it's the front desk, room service, cleaning or at the restaurant, service is top notch. If I have to find a problem, it would be that the Check-in process can be faster. Food is quite good and the buffet's have excellent choice. The hotel has one of my favourite gyms with the right equipment and light traffic. One of the stand-out aspects about Time Grand is the quiet environment and consequent sleep quality. It's among the best I have seen in Dubai. Full marks here. I definitely recommend this hotel. However, if your business is towards the South then you might be looking at much longer travel times.

The best parts: Close to airport: 10 minutes drive. Room: neat and tidy, spacious. Pool: clean, cool, quiet, calm. Good jacuzzi and steam room. Also looks like good sauna. And -- the piece de resistance: breast cancer awareness campaign and events. Thank you for shedding light on this very important topic. Gym: needs some upgrades and repairs Food: hygienic and healthy. Executive lounge: nothing fancy there but it was large and spacious and lots of seating.

I have a great experience staying in the hotel. The staffs are very accommodating thanks to Mr. Edgar Sorita for assisting me with my needs. Overall i would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and definitely would come back.

it is always not clean needs to be fully changed the bed the sofa the toilets need full renovation the pillows are very dirty from inside. they give you a price and then another price pops up when you are there. view is almost not acceptable.

During checkin some of them are arguing with each other even after seeing us they remained the same. Is this how they are doing as a professional..? This will the 1st and last visit to this hotel... The most irritating part was they have staffs who doesn't know what is cutlery and the full form of IRD... Soo pathetic...

Location is pretty decent & rooms are quite comfy & spacious. All amenities are available. But the service is not up to the mark. The reception staff are not courteous at all, you can hardly see a welcoming smile. The breakfast was pretty much the same all 7 days we stayed there!! The chef really can be more imaginative. Only one of the staff Vikrant was helpful during our stay.

Very nice This is my 4th time here. I like the location of this Hotel. It's always crowded, you need to wait for check in 😉. Staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are good. Dining area is not big, but having amazing versatile options. Room service is fast. Spa, gym, gift shop to mention.

I stayed at the Hotel with My parents and loved it .. the food was excellent .. the room was clean ... the staff was friendly especially Widhy ... he was courteous, friendly, professional and offered excellent service during our visit ... He was so helpful on call .. he is an asset to the hotel .. overall the staff was courteous, room service guy I forgot his name .. he was also good and the receptionist were friendly and polite ..

The hotel room was good and moderately spacious, clean rooms and facilities, breakfast buffet is okay. However, sound proofing is VERY poor. LOUD hallway music is played 24 hours non stop (even at night) it never stops unless you request it, but sometimes (im assuming during shift change) it starts again, its very difficult to sleep especially if there’s a speaker in the ceiling right in-front of your rooms door. STOP THE MUSIC AT NIGHT TIME!

Very good hotel with nice ambience and reasonable price. The rooms are bigger and also very clean and tidy. Even the swimming pool is very big with all options. Good staff and their service and specially Mr. Vikrant Shetty took good care of the room and provided good service.

1. Customer service is very bad. 2. When I bell for urgent water requirement in my room no one is answering the call. I called to reception, room service, house keeping etc... but didnt answer my call. Last I thought to call emergency. But I didn't. 3. One staff named Mr. Purna is behaving like we are trespassers. We paid the money for the room in advance and they can't behave like this to us. 4. And also we were faced discrimination. We saw he is behaving very nicely to other guests. At least he has to wish us like "Please sit or please wait". Even he didn't ask for what you guys came is there any booking or what. We waited around half an hour there.

The location was good however the hotel staff were indifferent to the needs of the guest. Room was good size and comfortable, however bathroom was outdated and leaking. It seems no one cared for guest needs. What appeared to be a good deal turned out to be barely acceptable.

One of the top 4 star hotels here.. Their facilities are very clean and very well maintained neat and tidy rooms. One thing to highlight - their special care during Covid-19 pandemic, well santized and hygienic rooms are provided. Food served here is very unique and tastes very good. Pretty much satisfied with the service.

Service is what makes a hotel. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out I felt that I was taken care off. No place is perfect but it's how you are listened to and how your concerns are taken into account - though there were no major concerns. Pretty good. It's just some furnitures need to be cleaned and fixed properly. Sofa in my room have old stains. Drawer handle also broken. Water leaking from shower area because the moveable glass shutters did not attach well, and bath tub very small. Hope they can improve this. Other than that, housekeeper respond well to your need. Good breakfast and nice staff(lobby, waiter/es, chef). I stayed in executive floor.

Very convinient place, next to Dubai busiest Emirates Airport. Hotel is calm, welcoming and excellent. Breakfast restaurant just so cool!

Lovely hotel, good sized room, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was help yourself so no problems at all. Any issues quickly sorted out. Rooftop pool area was a lovely place to sit and swim. Could probably do with a few more chairs up there though. Jacuzzi was 👌 fabulous too.

The lovely man at the restaurant front desk was such a sweetheart! I’m vegetarian and I wanted to try the buffer I was skeptical cuz I can never find food for me bc I’m vegetarian! everything looked so good and most items were meat so he helped me and asked me what I wanted and brought me some vegetarian spaghetti! Thank you so much for going out of your way to do that!! I will stop here again when i come back, it’s super clean they have a nice pool and everybody is so kind ! I stayed at the hotel roughly for a month or so whilst my work visa was getting sorted. The hotel staff were always friendly, smiling and attentive. I stayed in the executive suite with my own personal lounge area with guest toilet also, rooms we're very spacious and were cleaned daily, I had a chap called Sunil Kumar who came round daily to do the cleaning and he was always friendly. Overall great experience good work guys 👍.

Having an excellent stay at the hotel for last couple of days. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Housekeeping staff Mr.Ali and Mr.Rahul is very cooperative and also Mr.Yam Kumar is doing excellent job.

I enjoy their pool is Temperature control and sweetable for swimming activities such as swimming classes or lessons, their Gym is clean and well dispose, they provide Towels both for the gym and pool on daily basis with their nice sauna , steam and lookers facilities. To mansion of their Services they have excellence staffs ready to assist and guide at all time.
