I have to say that I was very disappointed with my experience. The hotel was very dirty and the service was poor, so much so that I would not recommend it to anyone. When I first arrived, I noticed that the lobby area was not well-maintained, and there was a musty smell throughout the hotel. The carpets were stained, and the walls were scuffed and marked. My room was not any better. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was hair in the shower and sink. The bedsheets were stained, and the floor was dirty. To make matters worse, the service at the hotel was very poor. The staff were not very friendly or helpful, and it seemed like they were not interested in making our stay comfortable. The staff did not seem to care about our concerns or complaints. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. The dirty conditions and poor service made for an unpleasant stay. I hope that the hotel can take steps to improve their cleanliness and service so that future guests have a better experience.

Worst hotel ever! Staffs treat you like you are staying for free, no customer service. Loud sounds in the club cannot make you sleep and rest until 3am, dirty bed with bed bugs, no towels, no mini bar, dirty toilet. You have to request everything and will took you 4 hours to get. Worst service! No WiFi! Not recommend this hotel. Very poor service!!

THIS HOTEL IS A NIGHTMARE!! Hotel of cockroaches and all kind of insects. You look at the wall, insect. You shower, insect. Even in the bed!!! It is infected!! I've put a complain. This hotel should be CLOSE.!! Its not respecting the sanitizing and health measures. You leave it being sick and cockroaches traumatized!

This is one of the dirtiest places I've ever stayed in Dubai; I had booked two nights online, but I can't even stay there because it is infested with cokroaches and bedbugs. The staff is incredibly impolite, treating us like beggars.

This is the worst hotel (if it's a hotel that you can call) that I've ever experienced. I can't even imagine that this still works. These are the following reasons why I can't recommend this hotel: 1. No towels and slippers prepared when we came into the room. 2. Cockroaches hiding in the cabinets. 3. Almost 1k price for a messy room, without even a bottle of water or coffee! 4. Broken bathtub! 5. Only 1 elevator is working, and even the workers use it which can cause a long wait for everyone! This hotel is unsafe in terms of Health precautionary measurments. I asked for an extra pilow, I got two dirty pillows that smelled cigarets. When I went to the reception and asked the lady to smell them she refused to put her mask off. Tried hard to call the manager they did not. After lots of arguments they said the pillows smelled as such because they were put in a smooking room and again they refused to call the manager. I wonder if they ever clean the beddings or at least change them. The rooms were very smelly had to change our room twice. The worst experience ever.

One of the worst hotels i had ever visited.... Room stinks like drainage... People are not coming to clean the room or the washroom... Air conditioner u cannot control... Even lift is not working.. getting stuck in some floor and door are not opening... And the most thing parking is very very conjongested and very difficult to park and take the car out of it... WIFI works like hell.. getting disconnected multiple times.. complained to reception but no one fixed it....Try better hotels with the same price you are paying here...

Dirty rooms, lots of cacoroaches, and room service are only if you ask for it. If you pay the room cleaner, he will promise to come again everyday otherwise he won't show up. They had work construction going on on the same floor, which made a lot of annoying noises hard to relax during the day, no restaurant on site, internet was bad, most of the facilities they mentioned available on sites like booking they are not available, massage place is open but it's mostly for the other things and not massage.

After getting a transfer from another hotel due to their poor condition for house cleaning this accommodation has been so far outstanding. Once checking into the place the room was very clean, drinking water provided aswell. Staff absolutely polite and kind. Room service is very frequently they are friendly also speak fluent English which is great. Overall it’s been amazing so far AC keeps the room nice and cold due to the extraordinary heat during the day. I recommend this hotel to anyone it’s local to the city and ghetto areas. Just take into consideration that this hotel is actually wonderful

Guys please nvr go here,you will regret specifically not with families,night clubs too much crowded,lift don't work,we had an emergency had to stay in Dubai for a night, bad luck choose this hotel,that too with family, all pics shown in website not true,no parking was available,no good room service,rooms an bathroom dirty and smells bad,no bath towel shower nothing even toilet seats not fixed,very dirty,no food nothing deeply regret,since it was late n we paid we stayed over but ,we could have easily got a good stay elsewhere,I had to park outside where paid extra..total loss

Hygiene is too bad! Lots of cockroaches and begbugs. It's scary 😭😭 The toilet is also very dirty. I really hope that you can kill insects and sterilize, please be sure to clean up

The building is noisy due to a nightclub on the first floor, I could not sleep on the second floor and had to move to the highest floor which is 7th and still I could hear the loud music—not recommended for couples or families. The staff is not professional. Parking is a big problem, even if they give you a spot, by the night when the nightclub opens, all parking will be given away to the club customers and the hotel users have to park outside in the paid parking. Encountered cockroaches in the rooms and got no support from the staff when raised a complaint. The commode in the toilet had issues, toilets were stinky.

This is the worst hotel, drunk men loitering around. Totally not safe. When we asked for refund, they refused. The receptionist said to process the refund with Agoda and we can get our money back but we didnt. Liars.. And bad security. Poor maintenance of building

Everything was so nice and awesome,professional staff , Rooms were so cleaned , They renovated few rooms which are really excellent, so clean and really having worth of your money . Manager (Mr.waleed)is also so professional really he knows how to keep things simple and smooth . Highly recommended . There is no more cockroaches and cleanliness complaints in new Rooms .

All lies, the pictures on their website are way too different from the current rooms, everything is dirty, no towels, stains every toilet corner, bad customer service, single bed is like kids single bed, king bed is like double bed🤦.,, they should improve their standards, that ain't Dubai, it's like a ghost house /abandoned house... Worst-dirtiest hotel in dubai. - the toilets are extremely dirty. - toilets have bad smell - when i got into the room, i saw long hairs on the bed. Seems like they havent changed the bedsheets and linen since the previous guest checked out. - cockroaches are all in toilets and room - No towel was given. They said laundry is not done. I complained to the reception staff, they said they cant do anything tell the owner/management. They gave the towel next day afternoon. - i stayed for 4 days, the whole 4 days the housekeeping did not clean my room nor did they change the bedsheets or towel. - very rude staff. They dont care if there is something wrong with the service you request. - there was no enough light in toilet. Had to fix it the next day. - all reviews in agoda are fabricated. All fake. - do not recommend to any type of traveller.

Highly not recommended. Room is not maintained and disgusting toilet. Windows not cleaned and dusty.I booked for 3 days but checked out 1 day earlier as could not bear the room situation. It was disgusting and unpleasant. Big no for someone who wants a decent clean environment. I found almost 8-10 baby roaches around. You could get much better for the same price. This hotel should not exist at all.

Recently stayed with family without reading reviews. Stinky rooms. Dirty bathrooms with damaged shower and hair driers. AC malfunction. When we ask their response is poor. Not worth location is good. 2 Asian pubs in 1st floor. Please don't stay 2nd and 3rd floor. You can't sleep peacefully.

Cheap hotel. Don't ever think of visiting this hotel even if they provide you free accommodation. Its not a hotel it's adults club and bar. There is always a cigarette smell all over the hotel. Avoid! The rooms have bugs and roaches. They listed 11 AM as check-in time, however, it turned into 2 PM and the parking is incredibly tight. Only good part is the location and proximity to the airport. Tons of solid restaurants within walking distance as well.

Bad experience. This is not 3 stars Hotel standard.no towls in Bath room. I asked three times no response until I go to reciption. I book with car parking they tell me no parking.not clean found cockroach in bathroom and bed. I stay 3 days two night no body come to clean and change the matrix and bed. The furniture is very old .the only thing is good is the air conditioner. Am not come back any more.

The staff is very arrogant and provides no help. You don't even get drinking water from the hotel. You don't even get basic facilities such as WiFi (though they say it is provided it doesn't even connect). Even though they have parking they don't provide it to you prioritising the night club. The swimming pool opens after 9am in the morning and you aren't even allowed to bring your towel to the pool(you'll have to go all the way to your room dripping wet). This hotel is not recommended at all. There are so many other hotels nearby for better rates and better service.

One of the worst hotels. Poor room service, tattered sheets, hot water in summers, cockroaches all over the place, they would even crawl out in daytime. I heard a man asking for water bottles and they said it's not available since you didn't ask in the morning, bro they should be giving that themselves. When i asked for an extra towel, the man said we can't do that, we are low on towels. Only the location is good but you will find more in the vicinity. Strong recommendation just spend a little more and go to other hotel, fyi, this one is also not so cheap, AED 140 per night.

It's a very conducive place to stay with reasonable prices. And the customer services was outstanding. And on top of that, it's very close to Masjid and different kinds of supermarkets. I love it 😀.

I found cockroach in the room behind the nightlamp table. The Broken wardrobe, we were asking water from the morning but no one responded from the room service. Worst room service. Only the location is good.

1) 3/4 electric charging sockets in my room do not work. 2) Some lights do not even turn on (which are the main room lights) 3) Disappointed to know this hotel does not even have a restaurant or cafe for breakfast/lunch/dinner. 4) When I asked the receptionist (male) for room charges to extend my stay just to find out current prices he replied - it is around 250 AED and then the next when I re confirmed with him he LIED to me saying "I never said this yesterday it is impossible" and seemed like he didn't even recognize me at the first place. What a shame ! 5) The only good thing is their housekeeping service. Stay away from this hotel ! There are plenty of other options in Deira

Try other hotel. This is a 3 star hotel but you can find other 3 star hotel much decent than this. Too noisy at night. Many loiterers at the lobby. Bed not clean. Toilet stinks. Cigarettes smokes still clings to the sheet and curtains.

Edit: I made it a 1-star-review instead of 2-star. I want to warn visitors about this hotel, and this is why: - The service at the front desk varies in friendliness. I sadly couldn't check any names, but the first man was nice to us, the second not so much. The attitude he was giving us was questionable - We had no towels. We had to ask the front desk twice (in a span of 3 hours) to please give us some. Someone eventually came and gave us the needed amount - The Aircon was broken. It was a constant (!) 16°C, which, for me, is too cold. Some outlets were broken too -The outlets next to the bed were only running with electricity if we put the bedroom light on. This basically meant: no overnight charging. I was wondering why my phone was not charged in the morning, we only found out about this during the second night. I truly don't know why, when we turn on the light, it turns off outlets too ? - it smells SO BAD of smoke and it's coming from the hallway. The smoke envelops the room. It smells disgusting What's good about this hotel, then? It was clean when we arrived, some staff are friendly and the location is top notch. But maybe consider staying in a different hotel if you want to visit this part of Dubai

One of the worst hotels to stay . Dubai hotels safety department should look into this . The staff are rude and the services are bad . Too smelly room we started coughing after entering the room and there were cockroaches all over. Booked through make my trip and the hotel directly didn’t want to cancel the room they said it’s non refundable . We hardly stayed for 10 mins and wasted 8000 rs of one day stay .

We booked during Christmas season 2023 for family vacation. The rooms are deceiving in the web photos. When we check-in the rooms are dirty, curtains are dusty, toilet tiles, the grouts lots of molds, the towels are worn out, mo you can hear the music in there indian bar...overall very disgusting, or a scam...Bad experience!!! should be inspected by the Dubai gov. agency involved

Worst Customer Service no facility and no room service. Nobody listen as well. And the lady in the reception is a big scam and lier. The condition of my room is horrible nobody came for the cleaning for 4 days.

First, we cannot call this place " a hotel", we suppose to call it as "roaches house" the rooms are dirty, the AC sound is so high that you cannot sleep from !!! "I changed my rooms for 3 time until I found one I can barly sleep in" and also the roaches in the bathroom which is not clean .. I wonder how sane people keep booking this garbage place ! I stayed for 5 nights and I was counting the days to leave, and all my vacation was ruined because of this bad experince :(

It was totally of the charts!! They need to update those photos posted on the app or from whatever. The hotel had club below which you can hear music bass even at 5th floor! No kettle, small coffee pouches no flat iron. Before booking check the place 1st don't be blind with the lowest price!

I stayed here for one night with my friends and we came to knew that it was our worst decision ever. Found cockroaches crawling on bed and cupboards, we asked for glasses to have water and they provided us paper cups. The Wi-Fi is so poor. Found stains on the mattress and chairs. There are plenty of restaurants nearby with various cuisines. Metro station is also nearby, Wouldn’t suggest anyone to stay there for at least one hour.

We are booked room on public holidays...we paid online and booked triple bed room..when we reached to check in they are tell to us room are full.They will arranged other hotel..we didn't accepted and they are arrange top floor room with single double bed and single bed ..its not a well used or cleaned room feeling old furniture smell.

I stayed here for 2 weeks. It's the worst hotel I have ever gone to. there are many problems with this hotel that I mention them. 1. The rooms are really dirty and beetles are scrolling all over the room. 2. It is extremely noisy and its not a place to rest, it's more like an adult club than a hotel ! 3. the housekeeping staff are friendly to some extent, however the kitchen staff are really not friendly. I asked them to boil a tuna for me but they refused. Generally it is an awful place to stay but its adjacency to All Rigga metro station is good.

It is located near to west zone supermarket walkable distance from Al Rigga metro station.There are clubs in the same building you can’t even sleep some times due to loud music.

Such an annoying stay it was. No cleanliness. There were cokroaches in the room and wash room. Bed sheets were dirty. They don't offer tea bags though electric kettle is available in the room. Too costly for such filthy room. They charged me 177 AED per night for this pathetic experience. Only positive point is that it is easily accessible from metro station.

Worst hotel ever i have requested for towels and they blamed me for it hahaha lifts always busy. Cockroach every where swimming pool was closed you can't sleep because of music sound and last thing very very bad customer service. WE ARE PAYING !!!

Hotel with cockroaches. Rooms are not clean, it seems they didn’t care for hygiene and maintaining the rooms and bathrooms is also in very bad condition. Need to ask for towels again and again. Swimming pool is full for chlorine if go there you need a eye drop to clean your eyes because eyes will start burn after using the swimming pool.

I'm giving one star, but one star is mandatory. The room was full of cockroaches and bed bugs and the service was the worst. And the worst is a good compliment for that.
