Arrived at 5.10 pm and was told that they do a by the hour system starting at the hour every hour. Having 2 excited kids had to pay 200 AED . By the time we filled out their online forms and paid it was 5.25. 200AED for just 35 mins. They would not allow any flexibility using KidzApp as that was applicable on the hour and not in between. Not happy and usually go to Air Maniax which is a lot easier and flexible entry wise. Sorry but that's my experience today 🙄

I would highly recommend this place for families with kids. There are many trampolines, a lot of space and activities. Evenings they have break dance and music, jump academy where they teach kids how to do flips etc. The place is clean and the staff is super friendly. Very cosy café upstairs where you can sit and watch your kids jump. Ask barista Butch to make you coffee, he is really good ! Thank you!

Actual cost on reception is 75 AED but they will give more reasons and charge 100AED for kids. carry your snacks because 1 AED water is 5 AED. Crew on play area all Filipino and they run behind westerner kids. Not recommended this place.

Book Online it’s cheaper. They give you free sticky socks. Great friendly staff. They help the kids and teach them flips. So much fun. Staff run to you if they notice that you might be hurt. Super clean toilets . Cafe on the second floor .

Birthday party review. Very well organized and guided by the Bounce Inc staff. Plenty of a Party rooms available and staff is very attentive especially to the birthday kids ! In general the place is huge and very popular so might get busy at times. The trampoline area is enormous and build around a viewing platform on the first floor where guardians and parents can have a drink and snack at the café. Parking might be problematic when it is very busy!

Can highly recommend this place for active birthdays celebrations as kids enjoyed a lot. We had around 10 kids celebrating my daughter birthday and host was so supportive and entertaining that kids doesn’t want to stop and was not willing to leave. Everyone was happy to spend this time at trampoline park. Everything was well organized and we didn’t had any trouble with kids, even wouldn’t look after them as they were well supervised. Really appreciate the hard job of trainers, supervisors and all team in general. Keep up the same high standards and continue to give enjoyment to young generation.

Bounce Al Quoz dubai is the best place for kids entertainment. It is an amazing place with very friendly staff and they keep the kids away from danger. Kids and even adults enjoyed at a very resonable price. The parking is 2.30Aed per hour and 1 ticket will cost you Aed100. You can use entertainer application to get Buy 1 get 1 on the tickets.

We had a team building here with my workmates. Actually it is indeed enjoyable because this place brings out the kid in you. Haha. But i would recommend this more to family who has kids or if you are all adults it is much better to go during the weekdays with less kids because sometimes its awkward to play most especially if they staring at you super happy just by jumping while they are doing tricks and turns without any facial reactions. hahahaha 😂 and take note i had muscle cramp the next day because you know it is a sign of aging. Hahahaha😂😂 so be careful atleast i warned you. Haha btw i super love their socks. It so comfy and i use it til now

was there for birthday party. The trampoline itself is fun for kids. However with unorganized and not well trained staff. Several parties same time and over crowded. Waiting there no one briefing us what will do. 2hrs party maximum 40 minutes to play, mixed with teenage and toddlers together. I will say dangerous sometimes. The staff totally no clue what to look after, not to count the number of kids, our kid just run away in the middle of play and she has no idea about it at all. she did not know what to do during party celebration either. Food quality not great either. I feel sorry for the parent paid that much for the party. Funny on their website they boasted themselves best party held place.

Amazing place , it's a heaven for a trampoline lover. Good for adults and kids and is time bound . You can pay hourly or day pass. The draft is helpfull and informative. Super clean and well organised. They have different sections to choose from single jumps to jump ball . Upper section has a restraunt wher room can get your snacks. They also have birthday party halls and trampoline related classes for free style jumping. It's a good day trip that leave you burning calories and enjoying the time .

Untrustworthy staff. They sold me the 10h offer saying I can divide it equally upon a group of children. I confirmed again if kids are 7, then each kid can play 1.4h. They confirmed yes, both on the phone and at the store. Finally when the kids went they told them they can play only for one hour. I ended up with 3 leftover one hour passes that I couldn’t use and the kids disappointed. Further more when I wanted to buy the free passes in the first place, they said I can only buy 10h at a time. I feel really tricked and with a very bad after taste.

Bounce is one of the go-to places for kids’ birthday parties. Great trampoline park, lots of spacious areas. They offer great birthday packages for kids that include food and activities. The activities and games they offer for kids are great and age-appropriate. They have very friendly and accommodating staff. They also have an area for parents and companions to hang out, have some coffee and snacks while waiting for the kids. There are enough parking spaces outside both paid and unpaid.

I am 200% satisfied with Bounce Al Quoz. The lady in the front desk was super kind and approachable, we felt welcomed right away. There are two areas, one for small children and the main area for everyone. My daughter is 5 y/o and absolutely loved the small area. She spent there almost two hours. The staff was really friendly and interacted with children, playing and teaching them tricks. Since it was our first time visiting, we didn’t know children need to stay in only one area but after talking to the lady in the front desk she allowed us to visit the main area too. It was amazing!!!! My daughter and her friends had a blast! The music was awesome, the staff once again was phenomenal, we mothers felt our kids were in the best hands and had peace of mind to socialize . Our entrance included a beverage and that was a wonderful way to end our play date. I forgot to mention that upon arrival we were provided socks free of charge. Overall, adults and children had a terrific experience, we enjoyed so much that we will repeat it soon. I can’t recommend enough this place. 10/10! Thank you Bounce Al Quoz!

Must visit!! Fun, adventure, aderline rush. Super fun for both kids and adults. I went during the week and it wasn’t too busy. Friendly staff. Clean. Very safe. The kids had two hours of play time which was plenty. They had access to X-Park which has a zip line and staff are there to help the kids with anything they need. With caffe on second floor. Definitely recommended 👌

First of all, you must call them to make sure they are opening the right timing. They have uncomfortable roles which is the only start per hourly so if you come like 1030 they will not send you inside until it's 11 exactly. For discount like Esaad the call center said they do have but this branch said NO they don't have for one hour. Friendly team and worth the visit and I wish only they have more offers.

We celebrated our son turning 7 at Bounce yesterday and had such an amazing experience! 5* to our party host and 5* to their customer service (by phone). Spoke to their team about 4 times before the party for various reasons (booking questions etc) and could not have been smoother. Everyone were really helpful from start to finish! Kids had loads of fun and it was such a hassle free experience. Will definitely host parties there again. 👏👊to the entire team

I had an amazing time at BOUNCE Al Quoz! The variety of activities like trampolines, basketball hoops with trampolines, and the dodgeball arcade game kept us entertained for hours. The presence of great coaches made the visit even better. Special shoutout to Raymond, who helped us master backflips quickly with his impressive coaching skills. This place is a fantastic choice for birthday celebrations!

I visited bounce after a long time. It still looks great, very well maintained overall. Nice place to sit in the mezzanine to be able to watch the kids playing while having coffee or snacks. The staff are really friendly and conduct some interesting activities throughout the day.

You will have lovely time there. 1 hour is for 100 AED. They will provide socks when you enter & locker rooms are available for 10 AED/ hour. I got injured there & the staff handled this in a very professional way. Jade & Kittu were the two staff members that helped. Very professional & their first aid service is amazing!

Why visit Bounce in Al Quoz? There are several reasons, and I'll give you at least three. First, it brings back fond childhood memories and makes you feel like a carefree kid again, playing around. Second, it offers a fun and effective way to burn fat through exercise. Lastly, it helps to sharpen your mind and improve focus. I want to extend a special thanks to Kuya Clint, who taught us the basics and safety while performing on the trampoline. We'll definitely be back!

Me and my friends have a great time playing around here in Bounce! It's good to have parks like these that gives adults chance to be kids once more. Staffs are amazing, friendly, and helpful especially Kuya Clint! He's a great guide for beginners, teaching us what to do and not to do on a trampoline, and even made us play dodge ball with the kids 😆 Definitely will come back to this place next day off! ❤️

I recently attended a friend's party at "Bounce," and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. It pains me to say that my negative encounter with this place seems to be consistent, as I had a previous unfortunate incident hosting my daughter's party a few years ago. During my daughter's party, the unbearable heat was the first issue that caught our attention. The temperature was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult for the kids to enjoy themselves fully. It's disappointing that a place dedicated to physical activity and fun did not prioritize maintaining a comfortable environment for its customers. The lack of proper air conditioning or ventilation made the situation even worse. Moreover, the staff's behavior was both disrespectful and inconsiderate. They rushed us out of the party room before the scheduled time was over, citing the need to prepare the area for the next party. This left us feeling unwelcome and rushed, which put a damper on the overall experience. It's disheartening when a venue prioritizes efficiency over customer satisfaction, especially when hosting special events like birthday parties. Hoping that my initial experience was an anomaly, I decided to give "Bounce" another chance when I attended my friend's party recently. However, I was met with the same issues yet again. The heat inside the facility was unbearable, leaving me and other attendees longing for some relief. To make matters worse, there was an inadequate seating area available, making it difficult to find a place to rest and observe the party comfortably. The recurring heat-related problems and lack of seating options indicate a lack of attention to customer comfort and satisfaction. It's unfortunate that "Bounce" has not taken appropriate steps to address these issues over the years. While "Bounce" may provide an enjoyable trampoline experience for some, based on my personal experiences, I cannot recommend this place wholeheartedly. The persistent problems with excessive heat and the lack of seating options make it challenging to have a pleasant time. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future visitors.

Went with kids for a birthday party for 4Year old. Kids just loved it, they were kept well engaged with games & had lots of fun bouncing around.

Great Place for every age. They have one of the largest trampoline play area. Located in the heart of the city and access to this is very easy. Recommend for everyone to try at least once.

The place is good for kids 5 and above. The instructors need to be trained to be available with all the kids or need to make a plan to entertain the kids as a group. I could only see the kids were playing by their own and just selected 1 or 2 were being accompanied by the coaches. The silent kids were bouncing alone, which made me feel a bit upset.

Went for a kids birthday with all my friends and it was fun for the most part. The staff are nice, fun activities and a good birthday experience. My one slight issue is the lack of activities and freedom, There were only 3 activities that they allowed us to go and 20 minutes in each, the director didn't even care to explain the activity to the little kids as well. But aside from that it's a fun place for a birthday and even better if you go solo as the issues I had don't apply to solo goers.
