The staff right from sale to billing are not trained enough to handle customers or convince them to buy the products. The customer has to ask things and get it clarified and things missed to ask are missed to know. Maybe the staff were new or it was a communication barrier.

Staff should communicate to customer properly and clearly. I ordered an apple product, I asked also about the price. then after 2 days I received a call from them saying the one i ordered is already available but when i went there and spoke with a filipino guy, he told me a different price and I even asked him to confirm it because it’s really a high price. He told me that’s the price when you order here in virgin but if it’s online it’s different. It doesn't make sense at all. Online virgin then order it to virgin? What’s the point. and no one explained to me about it. I just wasted my time. Very disappointing experience!!!!!!
